MASK unveil the final entry in its untitled release series.
Berlin-based label MASK records has become known for releasing a string of vinyl-only EP’s by unnamed producers which have seen the support of respected artists such as Jimpster, DJ Bone, Ben Sims,
Santiago Salazar, Laurent Garnier, Ryan Elliot, Marcel Dettmann, and the Blessed Madonna amongst others. Now, the tenth and final instalment of the series consists of an eclectic collection of techno and house cuts, all recorded on tape during an analog live session in the artist’s studio.
The A1 eases you into the record through glitchy textures, swelling synths and broken beats before the A2 gets you into a rapturous tracky groove offset by lo-fi vocals and dreamy pads. The A3 takes a darker turn through hypnotic drums and a droning bass, readying the listener for the B-Side which continues this raw energy.
The B1 picks up the pace with energetic drums and clean ride cymbals while the B2 incorporates floaty arps and a tantalising repeating vocal. ‘B3’ closes out the release with a retro 80s synth feel, putting a wrap on yet another incredible vinyl EP by this exciting underground label.

Last Forever celebrates its tenth release with a limited four tracker 12” vinyl assembled by the label boss Turbojazz, who selected the best tunes from the first nine releases, which never came out on vinyl yet.

On side one the acclaimed house banger “Hijack” by Piers Kirwan matched with the deep and jazzy “If You Dream To Be Free” taken from the latest The Mechanical Man’s EP. On the flip side two peak time gems: “Be on Acid” by the italian Laesh and “Maxx” from the infamous duo Turbojaxx & Parker Madicine.

Ellen Allien and the We Are Not Alone collective are back with a second edition of the We Are Not Alone series. A 36-track compilation split into 3 parts, each consisting of 12 cuts, dedicated to the infamous We Are Not Alone event series and the best of Berlin’s underground techno talent.

Ellen Allien's innovative party series We Are Not Alone was launched in 2016 and remains committed to inviting an exciting crew of artists to perform at the 36 hour events, now in a new home at RSO.BERLIN, where they returned with bang over 36 hours and 3 floors in May.

The We Are Not Alone compilation features artists that have played at the parties, as well as those who will join the line-up for future events. The 4th, 5th and 6th parts include music by Ellen and established names names such as Thomas P. Heckmann, Dollkraut & DJ Europarking, Francois X, Phase Fatale and Etapp Kyle. Rising stars Nene H, Nur Jaber, Stephanie Sykes, Wallis and Métaraph. BPitch signings including Rosa Anschütz, Shaleen, Matasism and Uncrat.
For this installment of the series, Ellen Allien collaborates with esteemed director and photographer Stini Roehrs for the multidisciplinary project ‘’AFTER DARK – Emotional States of Techno’’, consisting of a virtual rave film, book and exhibition produced by AKKURAT Studios, and the We Are Not Alone VA, which is to be released physically and digitally via BPitch.

The next We Are Not Alone parties take place at RSO, Berlin in July, August and October of this year. 22nd July, CSD weekend, is set to be a single night event on two floors. 20th August a We Are Not Alone floor during the RSO Club Festival and then we’ll be back for over 30 hours on 15th & 16th October. Paying tribute to 90s Eastbloc low-brow pop music, four anonymous producers are breaking new ground and breathing new life into the lipstick traces of the kitschy melodies of the era in their edits for 'Tooflie'. 'LKA' boasts galloping percussion, funktastic breaks, and infectious vocals in an epic but sensual dance floor trip. 'KFE' turns into a deep, slo-mo house jam with sharp melodies and soulful vibes.

Galcher Lustwerk's white label series is back with another previously digital-only track on vinyl for the first time. It comes from the Workshop associate and London-based artist Willow who stretches her legs across eight minutes of electro deepness as she reworks the calssic 'I Neva Seen'. Trippy vocals and paranoid whispers flesh out the supple basslines and popping drum programming which previously came on the LUSTWERK II EP on Ghostly International. Flip it over for a freaky 'I Neva Seen' acappella tool for adventurous DJs - layered-up vocal loops, sparse kicks and an unsettling atmosphere make it one for the afterparty.

JARV IS... truly evolving. From its earliest recordings beginning
in an actual cave, via the enticing hypnotics behind the mantralike tracks ‘Sometimes I Am Pharaoh’ and ‘Must I Evolve’, the
exquisite yet candid storytelling of ‘Swanky Modes’ and timeless
anthem-turned-inadvertent lockdown soundtrack, ‘House Music
All Night Long’, the debut album of the Jarvis Cocker-led band
JARV IS... proved a standout swirl of creativity, invention and
vision on its release last summer.
 Yet ‘Beyond The Pale’ has continued to inspire long after the
sessions for the record stopped. Despite being divided by the
pandemic, audiences came together around the album, Jarvis
and co made a live film based on the album with pioneering
directors Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard entirely underground in
a cavern, and intriguingly other musicians and producers have
continued to be intrigued by the songs Cocker and his band
created. The latter now has yielded an entirely new way of
hearing ‘Beyond The Pale’ as, for the first time in his career,
Jarv is releasing a remix album based on one of his records.
 Boasting re-imaginings and re-stylings from the likes of David
Holmes, Dennis Bovell and Greg Wilson among others, the
record is a collaborative mix that offers new focus and insight
on the music of one of this generation's greatest songwriters,
while also allowing the remixers’ own unique characters to take
flight within JARV IS... creative cave.
 Paving the way for JARV IS… ‘REMIX ED…’ is Hot Chip's
brand new version of ‘House Music All Night Long’, a brilliant
demonstration of the exchange at the heart of this project -
Jarvis Cocker and the London band have been frequent
collaborators over the years - as Cocker’s emotionally raw
vocals are relocated within a dazzling new disco wonderland
conjured up by Hot Chip. It not only captures the spirit of the
remix record and ‘Beyond The Pale’, but of the concept that
drives Jarvis Cocker’s band too, because thanks to the
creativity at its core JARV IS... anything it wants to be.

Dublin based musician Lerosa has built an impressive discography throughout the years. With his first efforts dating back to 2005 the producer who has a broad palette of sounds has already been around for over 10 years with releases for a vary of respected labels.

For the first release on SAFTX , Lerosa hands out a taster of the labels new series ambitions. Vivrant house music is most definitely the back bone of Playa De La Guancha as a whole. The opening is packed with a strapping rhythm section and a vocal cut that is reminiscent of the Trax Records classic House Nation . Julius Steinhoff (of Smallpeople fame) gives Soul Tracing a modern sounding treatment that completely shifts the feel of the original and turns it into an adventurous piece of contemporary electronics.

Lerosa opens up the B side with Bruised which is a work out of alternating basslines and brutal machine claps that give the piece a club oriented feel. Acidic sounds cut through the mix with determination and wobbly synth sounds serve as a pleasant sauce for this intergalactic sounding work. Marauder is a hefty bit at a slower tempo than it s predecessors. A loose rhythm section is causing for the listener the focus on the immense LFO threated sounds that float on to and the low down bassline that supports the overall atmosphere in a grounded manner. Playa De La Guancha will be available through all specialized retailers starting early April.

Label boss Jorge Savoretti from Argentina joins forces with Romanian master Priku. For this collaboration EP we have 2 long dancefloor tracks plus an ambient gem. Even though their styles might seem different at first glance, this record perfectly reflects the balance of both their sounds, creating a holistic result.

We're always glad to hear new material from undisputed dub techno don Steve O'Sullivan. This new one on his own Mosiac label finds him facing off with Paul Simmons on a pair of deliciously deep cuts. 'Inner Glow' is given the whole of the A-side to make its mark and it does - with a slightly more soulful sound than you might expect. Rather than pure heads down underwater deepness, it's got a heart warming vocals hook and brighter chord vamps over the signature drum smoothness. 'Stilll Burnin''is a quicker cut with more radiant chords and a soulful spirit, then a Bluespirit dub of the a-side zones things out nicely.

We are thrilled to present “Great Wise Chief. “ A follow-up to the “Fela is Everything” digital single homage to Fela Kuti.
For the encore, we feature Dele Sosimi. The London-based Afro beat Maestro, was at the heart of Fela Kuti’s reign and movement. Dele brings fresh insight to the package. In this direction, Dele Sosimi drops a wicked spoken words vocal salutation to Fela with gorgeous synth to keep the horns and groove going. The production incorporates modern Afro house to reflect the upbeat tone of the spoken phrases. We also invite Trinidadian Deep to contribute a stunning Afro Caribbean remix to this sequel.
A beautiful Afro house vinyl EP package with two titles is the result of this fresh release.
Similar to Fela is Everything, DJ Said, the founder of Fatsouls Records and the legendary Moroccan Cee ElAssaad, collaborate to produce the Great Wise Chief.

Two Irish talents join forces on the latest edition of our Killer Cuts series. "Scope" EP is an instant classic, jam-packed with big room house and techno bangers which come complete with intricate ear worm melodies, anthemic pads and a full-bodied remix from Frankfurt producer, Maruwa.

2nd Nachtamt Release tells an undercover drama accompanied with the - red danger' in the role of the jazz pianist.

Alan Fitzpatrick is back with a three-track EP that encapsulates what Alan's Drumcode sound is all about. Hard-hitting drums that fire down onto the dance floor like cannon balls. Check! Intense key patterns that are as twisted as they are uplifting. Check! Beautiful melodies that seamlessly interlock with each element. Check! Big-sounding, infectious grooves and killer hooks generously sprinkled with the infamous Fitzpatrick magic over the top. CHECK! In short, this EP is everything we have come to expect from Alan over his long history with Drumcode (this is his 10th EP as a solo artist!), but still his sound remains fresh and super-charged for 2014.

DJ Balaton, a.k.a. Ninze of Leipzig Ketapop slow house fame, ventures into exceptionally flowy, analog House music on "Blauer Montag". It sounds familiar and obscure, like walking into a hotel for the first time, but feeling like you had maybe been there before. The first single "C'est tout" takes you straight to the lounge, while the hip-hop downtempo hymn "Life So Sweet" brings you to a bar by the pool. "Tascam Dub" feels eerie like an unknown sun setting in a foreign place, harboring excitement for what nighttime will look like. The final track is for dancing without caring for titles, time and place.

The EP is like a perfect day off, playing truant Ferries Bueller-Style - "Blauer Montag" (literally meaning Blue Monday) referring to the craft worker tradition of taking Mondays off.

Firing up the next outing on Anthea’s Partisan is the 2nd in the series of split EPs from the label. The A side made by French Producers Lamalice and Massaï under their project and duo moniker: Smooth Operators. And the B1 & B2 made by Lamalice alone.

They show their hand with some energetic peak time and spaced out moments in “Split EP 2”, adhering to the refined underground ethos the label continues to push. Here are two artists coming into their element, and flying an upwards trajectory, shining bright on the prolific Partisan imprint with their versatile and innovative productions. Vibrant sounds from two forces to be reckoned with.

After releases on labels such as Periodica Records and his own Gravity Graffiti, the DJ and producer based in Palermo Riccardo Schiro gives wide proof of his unpredictable style again, a prodigious understanding of alternative dance music, and the touch of an undisputed wizard of vintage hardware.

For his first appearance on La Bella Di Notte, he draw inspiration from both the Italian progressive house and the Dutch tech house scenes, prominent movements arising at the dawn of the 90s and overlapping the period that went down in history as the UK's rave era. The reference is clear: Touche, Spiritual Records, UMM, and so on.

While the overwhelming theme goes through the heavy chords of the synth bass, and a four-on-the-flour rhythm always on fire, in this personal homage, however, Riccardo adds an original element, the Portuguese lyrics by the Brazilian singer Camilla Belmonte also known as Marina Morena which works as the perfect glue. There's a lot of pride and such great expectation for this instant classic.

Starting off with this first release IPRM001, Romanian producer Andi delivers two very strong originals.

The record starts with a very housey and groovy track on A side, followed by ‘a darker one’ on B side.

Both tracks are followed by two distinctive remixes from Cally and Dragosh respectively.

A2 is remixed by Cally and characterised on a dark line with a splendid groove , deep synths and intricately layered percussion.

B2 comes from Dragosh with a nice rhythmic structure, combined with deep bass driven undertones and amazing synths at the core of the song.

IPRM001 is more of a collaboration between the three Romanians who used to be flatmates in Milan back in 2011 while they were studying at Uni together, and used to produce music on a daily basis, experimenting with analog synthesis, software and hardware + weekly studio sessions.

Andi has previously released with both of his close friends as a duo ‘Andi & Cally’ followed by their second project known as ‘Disuasiv’ including Dragosh.

Their previous records were signed and released by Fear of Flying, Only300, Memoria, WE OR US and others.

Widely sold around the world and reaching Top10 electronic music-vinyl sales in Japan with their very successful Disuasiv EP from Brouqade in 2014.

A trademark feature of his versatile and dynamic sets, Chris Stussy’s long list of unreleased productions across the years has meant fans have always been treated with snippets of what’s to come from the Amsterdam-based talent. And while his Up The Stuss imprint houses a large percentage of these secret weapons, the curated approach to the label’s release schedule has meant that a new project has been in the works for a while now.

Introducing UTSOFF - a special series that builds on the label’s forward-thinking ethos when it comes to house music from across the spectrum. Locked away in the vault while being tried and tested on special occasions, including his printworks debut and recent Mixmag lab in London, there’s no better way to kick things off than opening with ‘All Night Long’ - a signature Stussy production that looks set to elevate his rise even further via a skilfully crafted journey through rich synth melodies, skippy drums, and the iconic vocals at the heart of things. Not stopping there, the B-side is loaded with the warping and cosmic sonics of the excellent ‘rose bay’ for a special bonus treat.

Cock your ears and warm up those dancing legs! Malugi’s "Body Bounce" EP is waiting in the wings to spreadecstatic joy.

For the energetic Berlin-based DJ and producer Malugi, who has shaken up the club scene with pulsating, 90s-reminiscent yet original, genre-crossing vibes, it is the second record release on SNC after “Stay the Night” (2021), following several self-released bangers and his first EP on Selected in 2022. All four tracks on the record serve sophisticated peak-time tools, providing Malugi energy for crowds around the globe.

The fact that Malugi truly puts his heart and soul into his musical creations is not only confirmed by the EP’s correspondingly titled B1 track, which brings the familiar to new life and appears here for the first time as an instrumental version without vocals. With a BPM rate that gets even the most sluggish body off its worn-out sofa and onto the dance floor, and compositions that are as hypnotic as they are catchy, the founder and resident of Club Heart Broken knows how to convince.

Hot Creations favourite and Paradise resident Patrick Topping is back onboard the seminal imprint with the hotly anticipated, two track release, Be Sharp Say Nowt. Spearheading the new wave of electronic music producers coming from the North of England, Patrick Topping has made a name as a prolific producer, securing seven different Beatport number 1s since his debut release in 2013. His accolades also count two DJ Awards for Best Newcomer and Track Of The Season for Forget, as well as DJ Mag's Best Tune in their Best of British Awards. Last year he rounded things off with his first DJ mix album, Paradise On Earth vol 1, which received Mixmag's Compilation of The Month and 10/10 from Germany's Faze Mag, as well as reaching number 1 in Beatport's House chart.

For this fourteenth volume, Daydream is really pleased to present the talented Ali Demir with a superb solo EP. The result is a beautiful journey made of deep and classy minimal tunes. To conclude the record, the great Nick Beringer and Sota delivered a strong punchy remix.

One of the world’s premier DJ Duo’s, Chus & Ceballos are well known for their uniquely energetic sets that feature hard hitting techno influences but still retain an essential connection to pure American house Music. Their music shines particularly bright in the summer, when their driving percussions impact even bigger during outdoor festivals and in the European summer clubbing markets. For their new release on Nervous, they have found a song initially released by DJ Michael Flume in 2001 called Agolele. While the release had limited exposure in its initial release, Chus & Ceballos were inspired by the authentic tribal flavor and inspired instrumentation, and saw a vision of how they could turn this into a 2019 summer club anthem. The result is out now exclusively on a Nervous Records vinyl release.

Johnny Johnny boss Modat returns to his own label with a special extended two part 12” LP release that covers a range of underground sounds. A clear intention to pay homage to those that have gone before but in his own special way that further helps to stamp his mark on the scene. ‘Music For the Contrarian’ is a sterling body of work.
