Prepare yourself for "Le 61 Wurx"! Till von Sein returns with a 5 track EP that shouldn't be amiss in anyone's collection. No, literally, prepare yourself. This is a full on TVS - House/R&B blast! We know you got SUOL! On A1 we find the "Hammock Jam" that fits its name - sometimes. Sure you can always chill in the sun to Tills tunes, but this one is also for the dance floor. A typical von Sein groove and a wonderful rhodes break make this a late summer jam. "D.Welle" on A2 is a very playful tune. Arpeggiators and pads take you on a trip to wonderland. It doesn't start, it doesn't stop and somewhere
in between there is this moment to let yourself go. B1 is already the on-repeat-track for this late summer at the Suol HQ.
"Get Over Yourself" feat. Meggy shows Tills R&B influences and his love for the slow jams. Amazing vocals by "One-Take-Meggy" and the smooth playback make you wanna go back to the late 90's at the LBC.
Another R&B wonder on B2 is "Heart Of Stone" feat. Wenawedwa from Johannesburg. Even if we rarely heard this style from Till before, it feels like he never produced anything different ... right on point! On B3 Till
takes the low road with "Corniche". A deep groover for the mellow moments in life. A smooth percussive track with some beautiful weirdness.

Born in America, raised in Scotland, singing saxophonist Amy Lyon has been writing and singing music for around 6 years and began playing saxophone at the age of 10. With a love for jazz, funk and soul her influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Otis Redding, Amy Winehouse and Erykah Badu. With Marlon Hoffstadt she found an congenial partner to take her songs to the dancefloor. Despite his innocent age of 18 years Marlon's productions keep up with those of the well known when it comes to quality. Stylistically his sounds are somewhere between pop and house. Marlon has that certain 'something' that creates its own character and a very distinctive sound. Their debut EP 'You And A Love Stoned Ghost,' contains four enchanting tracks created by the synergy of Marlon's fresh productions and Amy's energetic voice.

Californian duo Woolfy vs Projections has finally finished the flollow-up to their 2008 album 'The Astral Projections Of Starlight. With its blend of psychedelic west coast rock, disco, balearic and hints to the likes of Bryan Ferry, Wings or david Crosby, The Return Of Love is a source of pure excitement.
Simon James aka Woolfy emigrated from the rainy shores of the United Kingdom to sunny California around the same time the biggest beard of all disco beards, DJ Harvey, headed to the Golden State. Both share a particular passion for dirty disco 12s from 73-84, a bit of English punk, pub funk and booze and therefore it was only logical that the two began to cooperate in some fields : whether Harvey was playing in Woolfy's Bar or Simon was helping Harvey out in the studio for some of his remixes. Then Simon met his partner in crime, Dan Hastie, over ten years ago in a bar ( where else ) in Los Angeles and this is how they got acquainted: A pint Ay, a pint will do fine ... You make music, I make music, let's make music!

But now a couple of DJÉs have got the song by the scruff of the neck to produce their own remixes of this song. These include A-Trak, Madeon, TheFatRat, Maison and Dragen and even Solveig himself.A-Trak is a Montreal born DJ who is pretty big on both the electro-house and hip-hop scenes; you probably know him mostly as half of Duck Sauce. From the start of this remix, it sounds very similar to the original but with a more intense main beat. The vocals are still the main body of the build ups and transitions; but then I heard the drop. A-Trak goes big and drops a very funky electro beat that really develops and gets more intense. It hits hard and works really well!

Crystal Waters can do anything. Twenty-two years ago she came into my life singing about the homeless gypsy woman who still fancies herself beautiful. Now she guest appears on Yolanda Be Cool's follow-up to their 2010 smash "We No Speak Americano" with another explosive dance number. Le Bump has Waters in all her jazzy, smoky glory, purring about, well, doing the Bump as the song tears forth like the Charleston with a disco beat. Like 'Candy', last year's collaboration with Matt Tolfrey, the EP's final track 'Haters' evokes the acidleanings of Chicago house. 'Haters' seamlessly integrates Curtiss's dance floor sensibility with his earlier roots in techno-psychedelia. Underpinning a classic hip-hop taunt ('all the haters in the house/if you see 'em point 'em out') is the ever-morphing swirl of a vintage Jupiter-8. This is a wicked, dizzying, merry-go-round of an anthem...or, perhaps, a poem after all.
