Caroline Chaspoul and Eduardo Henriquez mapped the scenes of Europe and Latin America for over 12 years with their band PANICO. Combining a taste of post punk with latin energy "straight from Chile", PANICO heralded the heyday of the punk funk revival in Europe and became a cult group in Latin America.
Ten albums later, Caro and Edu have launched a new project : NOVA MATERIA. 
NOVA MATERIA was born from the willingness to consider music as a direct derivative of the natural and industrial elements that surround us. More electronic and experimental than PANICO, the duo uses raw material to transform and recycle : scrap metal tubes, stones rubbed on metal, drum, beat boxes, bass, electric guitars used as percussions....To refine their sound Caro and Edu nabbed DJ and producer CHLOE, a real expert in turning raw elements into golden nuggets.
NOVA MATERIA is a two-headed hydra: one tropical, the other industrial. Their first EP "APARECE EN SUENOS" is a concentrate of wild energy, live act ferocity and sound experiments magnified by CHLOE.

Two of house music's rising stars Josh Butler & Bontan collaborate for the very first time to deliver 'We Found A Place', a future classic featuring the outstanding vocals of Josh Barry on MTA.

This sublime new single sees both artists return to the label after the run-a-way success of last year's highly acclaimed Ibiza anthem Josh Butler 'Got A Feeling' (Bontan remix), which went on to become a huge international hit and helped propel both artists onto the world stage.

'We Found A Place' is a fine follow-up with it's addictive Jackin' house groove, lush organ stabs and warm soulful vocals all combing to make this quality track a cut above the rest.

Minimal Wave is pleased to announce a second release by Belgian favorites Linear Movement.
The collection entitled 'The Linear Way' marks our 59th release on Minimal Wave and continues our celebration of 10 years as a label. The album is a collection of warm melodic electronic pop songs that have for the most part remained unreleased until now. Linear Movement is Belgian mastermind Peter Bonne (A Split-Second, Twilight Ritual, Autumn) joined by Peter Koutstaal, and Lieve Van Steerteghem contributing vocals on the final track. The songs 'The Linear Way' and 'Don't Try To Trick Me' appeared on the exquisite Pulse Music cassette (released by the Micrart Group in 1983) while the rest were never officially released. Our last collection of Linear Movement material entitled On the Screen came out in 2008 and is now long sold out. We're very excited to present this special archival album and finally make these tracks available. The Linear Way LP will be presented in a heavy quality full color printed sleeve, pressed as a limited edition of 999 copies on 180 gram pink vinyl, and released in mid-October. Four years since they released Dring, Nôze are making a very welcome return to Circus Company with their fifth album Come With Us, and once again the pairing of Nicolas Sfintescu and Ezechiel Pailhes has yielded a collection of captivating and curious songs that could only come from the unique sound world they inhabit. As has been evident throughout their career from their early experimental house days through to the more recent song-based material for Get Physical, the Parisian duo have always moved on from album to album, maturing their sound to deliver a new experience for themselves and their listeners every time. On this occasion, Come With Us finds Nicolas and Ezechiel in a particularly introspective mood. Even as their work has naturally turned more to home-listening craft over the years, here they revel even more in personal reflection both musically and lyrically. Tracks such as Saint' conjure up the romanticism of dustbowl blues with its vagabond guitar tones (played by long time collaborator Thibault Frisoni), while Nicolas's voice reaches new distinctive heights in spellbinding tales like Apache". Emiliano Turi also lends a new sense of natural groove to the Nôze sound with his live drumming, and as ever, Nicolas and Ezechiel are keen to bring their friends into the fold for guest vocal spots. Dani Siciliano spars beautifully with Nicolas on the disco-inflected album opener I Need To Know". dOP vocalist JAW, fresh from his Midtown project, joins in for the bittersweet balladry of Come With Me".

Peripheral Minimal is proud to announce the forthcoming, Paradox Obscur album. 'Anacrusis' - now available for pre-order. This is their second album and their first on a full-length LP. 'Anacrusis' is a massive dark monument full of analog tendencies to conquer the dancefloor... an album of complex Coldwave and Minimal Synth. Rapidly becoming a cult act, this album will surely become a classic of it's genre, and will hopefully please new and current fans of the band. Another milestone for Rhodes' finest. Paradox Obscur use only hardware synthesizers and everything is performed and recorded in real time without the use of software. The LP will be limited to 300.

Detroit Swindle are back on Dirt Crew, after their tremendous succes within a year of their first release we are very happy to have them follow up the great - Nothing Else Matters EP' they released in April 2012. So what can you expect here, the same stab driven deep bassy house joints like the previous release of course. The boys are currently ruling the club scenes with amazing releases. With their - Creep EP' on Jimpster's brilliant Freerange label they cemented their place in the House music scene in 2012 for sure. Here you will find three new original cutz and a contribution by Leftside Wobble who remixed the title track. As one of the edit kings in the UK right now, he took the original towards a new direction as in an edit kind of way and kept most of the original feel and sound of the track. As a bonus on the vinyl edition of this release we put their biggest track to date - Jick Rames' that was released earlier this year digitally. So it's up for the next round for Detroit Swindle to even make it bigger in 2013!

Following the great success of Detroit Swindle's 'Boxed Out' Album we present you the second single take out. Their collaboration with Mayer Hawthorne on '64 Ways' already gained massive support from DJ's and radio stations around the globe in the past weeks and we're proud to present you this remix pack with none other than Kerri Chandler, Kraak & Smaak and Detroit Swindle's remix of Detroit Swindle (Inception anyone) It's an honor to have one of the godfathers of House: Kerri Chandler on remix duties. He has been a great supporter of the guys over the past years, often showing off his piano skill over 'Guess What' and generally supporting a lot of The Swindlers tunes. He turned the original version of '64 Ways' in a true Kerri 'Kaoz' Chandler tune with the use of his trademark key progressions and drums. Don't miss out on the instrumental if vocals aren't really your thing. The second remix is done by the guys themselves and oh boy what a monster tune it is! Stripped down to just a few basics from the original, adding a lovely filtered key loop, they made a deep dance floor burner in true Swindle style: 'swing, drop, and everything else". As a final to this fine remix pack we asked fellow Dutch house heads Kraak & Smaak to return the favor on the remix tip after Detroit Swindle remixed their track 'The future is yours' with Ben Westbeech. They came up with a full on Disco House stomper, with a bass line that will stick with you for the rest of the day and an irresistible disco feel. Have fun dancing to these great cuts! we for sure can't sit still :)

Up and coming San-Fran based producer Vin Sol teams up with his usual partner in crime - Matrixxman for a couple of superb edits of the unsung high priestess of Balearic.
The two have been busy in the studio crafting rough and ready house clocking in the upper scales of the BPM spectrum.
However this 12' couldn't be further removed from their regular output. On the A-side the pair tackle 'Couldn't Love You More' making excellent use of those epic piano chords, upping the tempo to house territories and wrapping the vocal around a deep Larry Heard-esque track that is exactly on the right side of homage.
On the flip-side we have'Give It Up', a bongo-laden and often underrated Balearic gem, gets a helping hand with beefed up drums, a smooth subby bassline and a more respectable running time of just over 9 minutes!

Just six months after the release of their stellar ëRomantic Thrillsí LP and its two vinyl remix packages, NiconÈ & Sascha Braemer are back with a banger. For ëAnd I justí they enlist good friend Dan Caster as well as vocalist A.L.E.C. to dazzling results: a deep, moody bass groover whose synth motif climbs and climbs until it finally explodes into beautifully arranged vocal deep house territory. On the A2, the duo is taking you ëFor a Rideí of guitar loops, crunchy claps, lush synths and heavy bass-lines that revolve around a deliciously ambiguous vocal. Dale gives the boys a hand for title-track ëBroken Heartí on the flip. If heartache always sounds this incredibly satisfying, we hope the tripletsí vascular organs keep on breaking. Finally, ëLonelyí closes the EP on an epic, uplifting note by wrapping the listener in a blanked of bass. Welcome back!

Phon.o, the boy with the dot in his name and the dubby background, started to play records with his buddy Apparat in the
early 90s far in the darkest reaches of the ruff'n'tuff Harz mountains, in former East Germany.

Wie der Bootsmann auf der Scholle sitzt The Micronaut inmitten der tosenden Klangfluten unserer Zeit. Mit versonnenem Lächeln lauscht er dem rhythmischen Murmeln, angelt hin und wieder einen Akkord heraus, mischt ihn mit den bunten Fantasiefrüchten seines kleinen Eilands und kocht daraus sein ganz eigenes Süppchen. Diesmal serviert er uns einen durchweg lebensbejahenden Hörgenuss namens What Else, in dem sich männlicher und weiblicher Gesang über entspanntem aber erbaulichem Groove vereinen. Im Remix dazu orientiert sich Mollono.Bass am song-orientierten Charakter des Originals, bringt das ganze aber etwas mehr den Punkt, an welchem der Sound auf der Tanzfläche optimal ist. Die B-Seite fischt dann in den Gründen des Friedfisch, und zieht zwei nie gehörte Remixes zum gleichnamigen Debütalbum von The Micronaut aus der Tiefe. Da ist zum einen die einlullend-hypnotische Dub Techno Nummer der Lake People, die Mairenke auf stehendem Subbass anrichten. Und zum anderen das perlende Klangspiel und die sprudelnden, gebrochenen Beats von Map.ache's Version der Rotfeder.

TIGER STRIPES ANTHEMIC DESOLAT DEBUT BACKED UP BY REMIX FROM tINI Since first bursting onto the scene back in 2004, Tiger Stripes has released on an impressively varied array of labels including Ibadan, Get Physical, liebe*detail, Drumcode and Strictly Rhythm. January 2014 sees Swedish artist make his long-awaited debut on Desolat on the 'Sisters EP'. Title-track 'Sisters' kicks things off off a bumping bass line and strong percussion and the track moves along until a distinctive vocal, which is sure to be one of the most memorable hooks of the year, enters the fold. 'Sisters' reminds us that there is always summer somewhere, a true anthem. Following on is 'Keep A Movin' which is a hypnotic rolling house track full of energy but with a darker vibe and an equally engrossing vocal - sure to be deadly on the dancefloor. On remix duties, tINI instantly marks her personal stamp on the original by taking out much of the vocal, slowing the BPM and infusing a woosy meandering bassline with the original melody. The end result is both brilliantly trippy and totally engrossing. Overall then, the 'Sisters EP' showcases Tiger Stripes considerable talent through three tunes of the highest calibre.

Fatty Fatty Phonographics is a new label out of Dublin determined to dispense with lazy loop button editing and get back to the original point - to make great songs work better on the dancefloor .

Pablo is a member of the Downtownsounds crew, who have been keeping the fair capital safe for house and disco shimmy-ing for over a decade now, while Shoey is the resident production whizz from External Sounds, a Drogheda based collective with the same spirit and soul...

First on the chopping block is the rambunctious disco-funk of The Emotions' 'I Don't Wanna Lose Your Love'. Produced by Earth, Wind and Fire's Maurice White and legendary arranger Charles Stepney, this one plays heavily on the gospel flavoured vocal breakdown and heavy funk horns, which Andy Weatherall et al chewed a chunk off of for the Primal Scream classic 'Loaded'.
Following Dead Rose Music Company's recent hypno-house floor-smasher 'Just A Bitter Love', the lads take the Gladys Knight belter 'Taste Of Bitter Love' and put the song right back at the centre, playing around with the luscious piano line and keening strings, even creating a dreamy new 2 step outro for sweet and smooth mixing out...

Last but not least we have legendary funky drummer Bernard Purdie and his 1972 cut 'Good Livin' Good Lovin'. It's a heavy funk bomb with a psychedelic wah-wah led intro and an absolutely killer piano line, not to mention some wise words from Bill Cosby on the jazz, lifted from obscuro American cult comedy show 'The Simpsons'.

Jilk release their new EP 'In Need of Tess' - A wonderful collection of tracks that build on the established epic soundscapes of past releases but also demonstrate the organic development of combining experimental ambient pallets with more traditional orchestral scores and delicate pop sensibilities.

Following their successful collaboration with Haiku Salut on the emotionally charged 'Periscopes', Jilk return with warped vocals, soaring strings and a techno core tying the spiralling dense walls of ambience together.

The lead single, 'In Need of Tess' is a collaborative piece, a pulsating slice of chamber pop about dead dogs and dreams which also draws on the considerable talents of video director Nic Kane, the sculptures of Hester Sorel Moriarty Thompson.

The rest of the EP comprises of a two-part piece developed from a soundtrack Jilk produced for a lovely short film by Nim Jethwa. Building, developing and fleshing out the ideas, Jilk combine the sweeping beauty of orchestral timbre with driving 4/4 pulse and rusty sounding guitars for Nim and Nim (Sit Down Outro).

Baby Hannah is an epic piece of post rock inflected electronica making full use of the bands wide range of players. Vibraphone, violins and guitars cling to foundation drum patterns as the piece moves from ambient drone through to a rain storm of melodic percussion that even Steve Reich would approve of.

Be Heart: A short but emotionally charged clattering lo-fi electro love song built from home found sounds and frazzled broken synths. The most aching club romance to take place in a child's toy box.

Then a collaboration with the incredible Nuala Honan as Jilk rework her stand out track 'All is Not Lost', (taken from her 2014 album The Tortoise). Jilk mould the song into a hazy blanket of clicks, whirs, strings and heart wrenching vocals from snippets.

Shaken-Up Versions contains new edits of some of The Knife's best-known tracks—"We Share Our Mother's Health" and "Silent Shout" among them

Caracal follows the British group's acclaimed debut, 2013's Settle, which included their breakthrough hit Latch' (featuring vocals from a pre-stardom Sam Smith). The new album will feature guest vocals from Nao, Lion Babe, Kwabs and jazz veteran Gregory Porter, the latter of whom appears on Holding On.' Last month, Disclosure premiered the dance floor jam Bang That.'

The duo, comprised of Guy and Howard Lawrence, teased the LP in the below trailer, which features moody images of a caracal, the titular wild cat.

The group explained the meaning of their new title in a statement. A caracal is an incredible wild cat that I became fascinated with while on tour last year. I just love the way they look, their physical capabilities and their anonymity,' said member Howard Lawrence. It felt like a perfect fit for our WILD LIFE brand too, so the caracal made perfect sense as the lead visual for the new album and over the course of recording, it also felt like a natural title for the new record too.'

Disclosure have also announced two headlining U.S. shows for this fall: Los Angeles' Memorial Sports Arena on September 29th and New York City's Madison Square Garden on October 24th. The group gave their first live performance of 2015 this past weekend as headliners of the Parklife Festival followed by another headlining slot at their own personally curated WILD LIFE festival. The duo brought out their Caracal collaborators at the latter show, where they also debuted a new song, Jaded,' featuring Howard on vocals.

Following 2013's fantastical 'Heat Crime', Tim further explores his unique take on house music with two original tracks which make stylistic nods to the past but lead us elatedly to a place of uncommon and personal vision. On the A side we have 'Squiggles', a late night piece of tentacled whimsy. A joyful frolic in a fishy stream under the stars and in the Japanese garden of your soul. 'Like U Want Me 2' is a missive from yearning loins to a beloved recipient, "whilst we're both on earth in these fleshy suits". An unminced declaration of desire from one luminous blue erotic body to another. On the B side we found just the creature to flip Tim's script and deliver a singular rework. The Mole burrows further than we ever expected, dragging 'Squiggles' into unexplored territory deep within his underground tunnel network and having his way with it for the length of a short film. Timothy Blake is an Irish born electronic musician based in Berlin. After some years building up his studio and knowledge in the early to mid 90s, Tim began attempting to emulate the prevalent disco sounds of late 90s dance music, inadvertently developing his own sound. Later absorbing the atmospheric and stylistic influence of filmmakers such as Robert Altman, Nicolas Roeg and Brian de Palma, Tim felt inspired to make music reflecting similar moods and themes. By the mid 2000s Tim was a regular feature on Dublin's live music and DJ circuit. Following projects that didn't come to fruition with early influences Derrick May and Mad Mike Banks, he beat a retreat from the clubbing scene and concentrated on his compositions. However a later move to Berlin has seen Tim find a voice with releases on Kleine Reise Records, Dirt Crew, Fatty Fatty Phonographics and Lectric Sands NY.

Echolette proudly presents its stunning debut release, 'You Gonna Dream - feat. Byron Stingily', from French producer WHO and the vocal from Byron Stingily itself of his 'It's over' released on Nervous Record 1998. The wonderful tracks comes in two distinct versions: The first mix works off skipping percussion, a warm round sub bassline and uplifting vocals full of hope, love and joy. On the flip the 'Club Mix' adds a tougher edge, taking us straight on to the dance floor of a New York basement club circa 1994, while the vocal (feat -Byron Stingily from Nervous record) keeps the bright and upbeat.

Midi Mood Record's welcome Italian producer DJ Manfred, to the label roster, showcasing a collaboration featuring the beautiful vocals of Sanna Hartfield. The EP is a melodic exploration of the deeper side of house with elements of dub and chilled beats fused with powerful tech house grooves. 'The City Of Lights' EP also features a stellar remix pack from, Martin Roth, Alex Dimou and Phunx.

German melodic techno producer Oovation aka Peter Bonaventura has had a brilliant year. Techno legend Tesla's remix of his collaboration with Hakan Ludvigson hit the charts hard last spring, and since then Peter has had great success with releases on Clubstream, Univak, Inlab Recordings, supported by top techno names worldwide.

With this new EP, Oovation has teamed up with brilliant German vocalist Coni Soddemann for an eclectic, deep and melodic techno number. L.I.C. also comes with an innovative melodic remix from Hakan Ludvigson, whose creative vocal editing has created a different melody and a new story for the lyrics.

On the other side of the record, we find the heavier and equally brilliant, driving techno number Pandora, which offers a melodic techno experience on the darker side. Techno stars Balthazar & JackRock, famous from labels like 1605, IAMT and Renesanz, adds a huge, massive techno remix of Pandora, for those late, heavy techno sets.

If you have been following our label for a while, you should know by now that we have put together a great number of very exciting collaboration teams all in the sake of creativity and talent combinations. In this new offering, we are proud to bring back on board house music UK legends Full Intention, who not so long ago graced us with an oustanding EP that left us craving for more. Of course we more than amazed to learn that the title track had one of the most familiar and beloved voices in House Music, Robert Owens, the man behind so many hits that we would need a whole encyclopaedia to list, who lends his vocal talent to "Let Me Be", a piano house killer with a swingy groove and an amazing flow to it, a true summer weapon. "Nobody Knows" works as b-side but its also an impressive dancefloor track building over a great piano lick and a driving bassline, indeed another winner.Our local heroes André Crom and Chi-Thanh put their own acid touch to "Let Me Be" turning it into a late night monster keeping the vocal essence alive while adding another level of intensity to it...Grab it now, summer is here!

The second single release from Thomas Schumachers critically acclaimed album STAND UP is a collaboration featuring none other than the fabulous Chelonis R. Jones.

Chelonis is an electropop musician, painter, poet, singer, songwriter and producer. Born and raised in California and New York, he is currently living in Europe. Thomas and Chelonis first crossed paths when Thomas remixed his song"Black Sabrina" in 2005 and again while they were releasing on Get Physical. Right at the begining of the recordings for STAND UP, Thomas produced a playback specifically with Chelonis in mind, imagining his unmistakable falsetto voice, referencing Curtis Mayfield. Chelonis was immediately on board and very soon after delivered the amazing performace that is, IS YOUR KETTLE ON

The original album version is a sparse piece of Electronica driven by an old school, downtempo 808 beat with an outstanding, emotional vocal performance from Chelonis R. Jones.

Shinedoe - Illogical Directions

A day in the life of Shinedoe, expect anything. With dance music currently exploding
into a multi coloured crossbreed it's tempting to take things as far as possible. And
that's exactly what this Amsterdam based DJ does on her long awaited third album.
Illogical Directions is about letting go, about an artist completely liberated in her studio,
making music by the heart and processing all her experiences into one impressive trip.
For sure, the third time's a charm.

Another lesson learned, to pigeonhole Shinedoe is merely impossible after listening to this
record. Unlike ten years ago, when she made her way to DJ stardom with the release of the
omnipresent club hit Dillema, soon followed by debut album Sound Travelling. It made her
one of the faces of the soon wildly popular minimal sound -techno music in a stripped but
extremely funky manner was a specialty reserved for a DJ like Shinedoe.

Stronger than the music itself, she kept reinventing herself. Techno and house music remained
her foundations, from there the Dutch notoriety took her grooves to a completely other level.
In 2010, sophomore album No Boundaries saw Shinedoe venture into more rooted genres like
jazz, funk and dub. Her true identity was emerging, things were getting even more interesting.

Illogical Directions
Now, four years later, precisely in the year Shinedoe will be celebrating the tenth birthday of
her renowned imprint Intacto Records*, she's made a journey further down that path. As if
she's completing a trilogy, the album Shinedoe has shaped is nothing less than the
culmination of everything she stands for. A tour de force of highly organic dance music
bringing together the euphoria of club music with moody, more introvert songs. Illogical
Directions is, simply put, exactly the album you'd want Shinedoe to make.

'When I produce music, it comes from my heart and soul', she explains. 'I don't want to
make rational choices, it's important the music can move in any direction, even if it doesn't
really make sense. It's the only way to completely feel free, to avoid getting trapped in some
sort of format. As a result, these new tracks all have their own feeling and identity, you can't
label them to one particular sound. It definitely was a challenge bringing them all together,
but it works!'

The most extraordinary about this, the typical Shinedoe sound is still intact, even when she
impressively demonstrates all her various sounds within the first couple of tracks. Kicking
things off with the slowed down, dubby track Release Yourself and the mechanical house tune
Essence, there's immediately a certain tension building up. The jazzy deephouse of Alto
Parisio takes things further, followed by the just as incredible Discourse My New Romance, a
dark and twisted dancefloor track featuring The Knife's Karin Dreijer.

From that moment on, anything can happen. Sleek deephouse (Panomanic, Fe-Male, the
beautiful anthem-like Not So Far), cool electro (Pressure Dome) as well as classic house with
a soulful touch (Circle Of Life featuring the infectious vocals of Miss Bunty). It's more
mesmerizing and melodic than ever, even though Shinedoe also enters a darker and more
gritty world with tracks like God's Love and Get Dirty -another uncharted terrain she's
familiarized herself with.
As said, Shinedoe has surpassed expectations. Illogical Directions takes you to loads of
unexpected sensations with a collection of music you rarely hear put together. But she's done
it, delivering an album that pulls you up and brings you back down again. So, whatever you
have in mind, get ready for one of 2014's most ingeniously crafted dance albums, presenting a
variety of emotions unusual in this particular genre. Some illogical directions indeed, but we
love it.

Oh So Coy unleashes it's second 12" with a deep vocal number from Pete Griffiths, aka Yunome. Pete's second outing on Oh So Coy adds to his rather tasty 2013 release schedule with forthcoming releases on the well respected Tug Underground and Something Different Records. On vocal duties we have Lebanese singer/songwriter, Rouba, who's sonic abilities have been likened to Chaka Khan and Mary J Blige. With her roots in firmly in Jazz and Soul, Rouba's debut project in underground house music shows she is one to watch for the future. The EP is top and tailed with three quality remixes. Shades of Gray, who have been burning up charts everywhere and need no introduction, do not disappoint with their massive bass infused workout. Nohijo, Oh So Coy's golden boy and Yunome's long term collaboration partner, delivers a naughty, slowed down tempo groove whilst label head Matt Prehn adds some garage flavour.
