Butter Side Up's sixth EP comes from Stockholm's super slick Basement Space, who serves up four tracks of tripped-out house and breaks.

Patrik Edenhall is an audio engineer and producer with a love of old school broken beats. In his hands, those beats are worked into everything from jazz to techno, with deft ambient melodies and complex IDM patterns. His meticulous approach shines through once again on these four more timeless tracks.

'Cosmonaut' kicks off with crunchy breaks and plenty of subtle references to space travel. Spoken word snippets and a turbocharged bassline ensure maximum impact on both head and heel. The icy cool breakbeats on 'Domino' glide through the cosmos with sleek synths and steamy female coos, while a rugged bassline brings some filth. On the flip, 'Equilibrium' is a heady cut with balmy pads and neon keys lighting up another frictionless groove. It's electronic funk of the highest order, while 'Neptune Sunrise' is the sound of a zoned-out dance floor at 5am, with crispy snares and bulbous acid keeping you afloat amongst the stars.

AGT Records return to their Editions series with the reissue of a sizzling 4-tracker from Stabilizer. Originally released in 2001 on Boom Box records, its sound is a scintillating hybrid of breakbeat and electro and a prime example of the glory days of the early 2000’s breaks scene.

As electrifying breakbeats pound away beneath clinical high-hats and percussion, each track has its own personality and character. Mysterious samples and melodies are used to powerful effect, creating a sense of intrigue in amongst the beats. They are expertly placed and relieve the pressure of the tracks at just the right time, allowing the dancefloor to stay locked in, head down.

While all of this is going on, rolling basslines create warm grooves that keep things pushing forwards, the chunky bass weight balancing with the ice-cold elements above.

This record captures the hedonistic spirit of the rave from two decades ago, and with things beginning to open up again that feeling is due a return to the dancefloors. Moving from the living room to the main room, it feels right to get this one back into circulation, all in good time.

Small Great Tunes Vol.1 is varied and offers a traveling DJ multiple vibes to choose from. The energy on this new record takes off within the few first bars. The opening track "Sport Casino" by Kid Simius introduces a lighthearted mood and 80s synthesizers.

Peter LC's "Sogni D'infanzia" is very likely to become the next lofi-house classic on disco dancefloors around the world. Dreamy and melancholic but groovy nevertheless.

The B1 track “Kamal”, a collab between David Silver & Luca Olivotto is a tasty house mood. The tune features a powerful and groovy bassline and sparkling synth leads all accompanied by rhythmic piano chords. B2 is similar to A2 in the way that it's also a lofi-house track with nostalgic moods and careful sound design.
With each side of the record featuring both a sunnier and a moodier track, the EP is a perfect fit for summer sets in a heated club or leisurely listening sessions on late afternoons enticing the listener to let go and bringing back memories that have yet to be created.

AISSA RECORDS is a Montreal boutique vinyl sub-label of SULEIMAN RECORDS. Founded by DJ/producer Darem Aissa, the name of the imprint pays homage to Syrian poet Suleiman Al-Aissa, one of the most prominent contemporary Arab poets.

Gateway To A 50 Bag then sees us out, a subversive rave-y skanker fit with killer melodies and sweeping synths before a delightful switch-up recalibrates its course in brilliant manner. A thrilling end to another knockout release from the boss-man.

Throwing a curveball in the works, Midnight Shift releases an artist they have been in touch with for the past six years. Italy's Nothus (XCPT) introduces his richly textured sonic world via the Xtreme Ratio EP, inspired by India and his field recordings captured during a trip -- from water sounds deep in the jungle to crowds and temple bells. The result is presented in finely detailed stereo gymnastics with 4D punch.

Crossing from the pure cinematic to dubby bass step and techno breaks, the futuristic meets primal urges like metal on flesh. Wormhole right into the frenetic pace of 'Le Segrete' and its glitched out matrix assault, while 'Sesso Orazio feat. Delikwe' with percussive drum breaks and distorted bird calls cuts a groove from an alternate reality dimension. A world that was once imagined by our ancestors but now lost.

Frankfurt native Sascha Dive returns to Sven Jaeger’s electronic music powerhouse CUE Music with “Rhythm Mode” EP, bringing forward three fresh cuts, one of which is made in collaboration with Robert Owens. A remix of “Children Of The Light” by the Romanian duo Heerd is also included on the album and today we invite you to enjoy its deep vibes in full-length exclusively on feeder sound. This release will arrive soon on vinyl and it will also be available on several digital platforms later on, adding even more magic to an amazing discography that includes works signed by Artur Nikolaev, GruuvElement’s, Aney F, Dubphone, Christian Burkhardt, CL-ljud, Nektar Agu and Triad, among others.

Sascha Dive has made quite an impression on the international house and techno scenes over the last ten years, always dropping powerful DJ sets and inspiring productions with labels like Bondage Music, Rhythm Cult, Deeperfect Records, Cocoon, Raum…musik, Minimood and his own Deep Vibes Recordings, to name only a few. Strongly influenced by the godfathers of deep house like Moodyman, Chez Damier or Ron Trent and following the first waves of top-notch German house imprints, he has progressed to a serious floor fighter since his first official appearance in 2007.

While the original version of the track is designed with solid microhouse and dub influences, the remix drops the classic 4/4 rhythm and goes full dubwise, introducing a stripped-down sound lead by slow-paced drumming patterns, introspective background textures, warm reverberated effects and eerie vocal samples, perfect for lazy afternoons at a beach party or insightful afterhours anywhere. The other two tracks are equally enjoyable, exploring the empowering sounds of house, deep house and tech-house music while incorporating the artist distinct vision and production skills with style and precision.

Genauso einzigartig wie die Musik auf „Tread“ ist die Art und Weise, wie sie entstanden ist. The Dutch icon Orlando Voorn is releasing a fresh new sound on Deeptrax Records sublabel Contrafact! Having started his career in the early 80s with major influences of Parliament, Kraftwerk, Motown and P funk, he is now widely recognized as an ingenious (Detroit) house and techno producer with former releases on Juan Atkins’ Metroplex records and Kevin Saunderson’s KMS. In “The Master” this album brings something special and is influenced by the deeper sounds of soul and funk. Orlando Voorn has used aliases in the past to present and release various styles of music without limiting himself and is one of the most versatile producers out there. We are proud to team up with Voorn and release this album that captures soulful jazz, funk rhythms and perfectly fused with passionate vocals in a real jazzy Detroit vein.

And We Finally Heard Them Singing » is the first release of Umbra and the first release on Magma Records. The Brussels based producer and magma co-founder produces frenetic yet refined and emotive tracks. His signature palette gathers melancholy and tension with a DIY approach, sampling and mixing live sounding beats and electronic percussions. A large range of influences are morphed into this record showcasing a perfect blend of organic warm sounds, melancholic pads and electronic production.

Following critically acclaimed releases with Dance Regular and Rhythm Section (releasing under SAUL with Jack Stephenson-Oliver), London-based producer/DJ Footshooter lands on Astral Black with his full-length debut, the 'Southside Hymns' LP.

'Southside Hymns' is a decadent tribute to the community, club nights and culture of London that Barney Whittaker (Footshooter) is intrinsically a part of. This ethos is embodied in the skippy, broken-beat of the MA.MOYO featuring 'Passing Clouds' (a tribute to the community-ran venue of the same name), whilst the piercing synth stabs and horn laden grooves of 'Juno Café' is a nod to the South East London club space it's named after.

Following the Albertina-featuring single 'Twilight', the EP transitions from a dusk drive through the city - taking in the sights and sounds of Whittaker's favourite foliage-flaunting haunts, to parking the listener firmly on the dance floor with the trunk rattling bass of 'Untether' and the Natty Wylah featuring 'Bloom'.

Through enlisting a guest cast including the likes of vocalists MA.MOYO, Natty Wylah & Albertina, guest instrumentalists and long-term collaborators Wilf Petherbridge, Isobel Risk, Ebyan Rezguli & James Mollison, as well as artwork by Illustrator & NTS resident Anu Ambasna - Footshooter has ensured that 'Southside Hymns' at once embodies the contemporary London music community that it is also a dedication to.

Distorted Sensory Perception returns for their 4th release, proudly welcoming Eddie Symons AKA Nullptr to the fold. ‘Lost Time’ boasts 4 deep and dynamic analogue cuts that are sure to stimulate the mind, body and soul. The EP forms the penultimate part of Nullptr's 2021 triptych, recorded over the final months of a difficult year when the distance between friends and family really started to be felt, yet the hope of better times felt close.

The A-side opens with the bass heavy ‘Adrift’. Shrouded in eerie synth leads and tasteful modular bleeps. All presented over heavy hitting drum loops that together make an emotive, uncompromising whole.
The first side concludes with the warm and funky ‘Islands’. Smooth sailing synthesis and popping percussion in combination create a sonic delight for the ears.

The B-side opens with the dark and moody ‘First Light’. A deep, dystopian example of UK Electro that takes no prisoners. Deep menacing bass pads, melancholic synth leads and acidic squiggles all bubbling under a punchy broken beat. Finally, the last piece of the puzzle and title track of the release ‘Lost Time’ is a lighter, dreamier example of Eddie’s versatility as a producer. Signature arpeggios and contemplative leads all tied together with shuddering percussive elements. A beautiful insight into the reflective mind of its creator and a fitting end to an emotion-inducing record.

With inspiration taken from Dario Argento’s iconic 1970s horror film "Suspiria" and his surrounding works, Aura Nox expands on the supernatural canon with her first Vinyl EP release, Levana’s Tears. Each track drawing from the occult elements embodied by the story, dark electronica melodies transcend over rhythmic EBM grooves, striking an intimate balance between horror and beauty. It’s always refreshing to hear new music from Tom Szirtes aka Shur-I-Kan. He’s been one of our most consistent ally since the early days of the label and continues to deliver quality and quantity. The title song is uplifting and hopeful, something we can all use these days. Great piano hook, live bass by Nick Cohen, live percussions by Danny Ward (aka Moodymanc) and strings by Pete Whitfield. All of that over Tom’s signature beats.The Reprise breaks things down in the first section, concentrating on the instruments and bringing in the drums in the second half.

Bubblin’ Up is yet another classic Shur-I-Kan moment, taking things into a darker and tougher territory. One for those peak times club moments as far as we can remember!

In this proposal they deliver us a very high-level experimental electronics set of six tracks, loaded with hypnotic atmospheres filled with unique sensations.

An outstanding work and a production with a lot of care presented by InhuM’AwZ, in which, for around 50 minutes, we will be able to embark ourselves on a journey full of unprecedented emotions.

Written over the course of a decade, Dead Rock is a tender ten-tracker of electroacoustic ego dissolution, consciously uncoupling with planetary regret. Suspended tones and frictionless glide for long drives, delayed flights and carbon credits.


The record features three collaborations with Great Skin (Steven Phillips-Horst), as well as instrumentation from Maxime Robillard and Dan Bodan. Their contributions help sketch open road songs for the lonesome, crowded self.
