Marfox and Príncipe have come a long and happy way since his debut with the appropriately titled EP "Eu Sei Quem Sou" in late 2011. The raw and more minimal sound of the producer's formative years has mutated into a complex web of influences and new sounds.

His scope has enlarged and yet Marfox retains the most crucial quality: he does not forget his roots. You will notice differences in such tracks as "Unsound" (reflecting the festival in Poland where things really started to heat up), with its metallic harshness and even the bright, shiny, retro-futurist "Tarraxo Everyday"; also, "Kassumbula" and "Cobra Preta" both display a similar kind of sci-fi dissonace we can't quite place our finger on.

More skills bring more thrills and the overall feel of "Chapa Quente" is that of a perpetual chase scene on a New Lisbon constantly reorganized by the pull of different cultures, something that resonates with Marfox's upbringing in the now demolished shantytown of Quinta da Vitória, where he came of age among neighbours who had emigrated from India, Pakistan, São Tomé e Príncipe or Cabo Verde, admittedly having informed his sound aesthetics and practice.

My Blue World is the fourth studio album from German disco and synth-pop legends Bad Boys Blue and features the singles "A World Without You (Michelle)", "Don't Walk Away Suzanne", and "Lovers in the Sand". This would be the last album with original lead singer Trevor Taylor (aka Supa T). Though it was not nearly as big a chart success as some of their earlier and later albums, it's highly regarded among fans of Euro disco and Hi-NRG. Another classic from Bad Boys Blue reissued by Mirumir.

The Fifth is the first Bad Boys Blue album without original lead vocalist Trevor Taylor. Original member John McInerney took complete control of the band at this point and is still to this day the only original member performing with Bad Boys Blue. The group toured extensively across Europe for this album, on the success of the singles "Lady In Black" and "A Train To Nowhere" and the album was a hit, especially in Eastern Europe where they remain hugely popular. Another Euro disco and synth-pop classic from Bad Boys Blue reissued by Mirumir.

For the past two decades, Rich Medina has cemented his reputation as an elite DJ, one of few on the planet capable of taking audiences worldwide on a sonic journey through hip-hop, house, soul, afrobeat, funk, breaks and dance classics.

This is Elysia's first official full-length album, existing as part of her Shenandoah Series but now released by FaltyDL's Blueberry Records. It's a concept study that follows Virginian American history, exploring brownness as more than culture or Othering, as geology. As mud, dirt and mineral, enmeshed in lithic, vast time scales.

American narratives are re-examined on this level: narratives of colonized and colonizer, slave histories, impact events and fern spikes, two-spirit and queer indigenous histories. Trans-ontologies are given voice and resonance.

Elysia's inspiration and influence comes from her love and relation to Latin American prog, Bolivian/Peruvian psych and metal, Mexican Tribalo style as well as Crunk/ southern hip hop, American psychedelic folk and Southern blues.

Artists of influence include hip-hop group Crucifix, illapu, Wara, Ruth White, Lady Legend J, Skip James, Quilapayun, Linda Perhacs, Stepin Fetchit and Bert Williams, among others.

1. American Drift ft. Money Allah

Works as a transevangelistic prayer written by Elysia for Money Allah. Wildly disanthropocentric, follows a transcorporeal and transmutagenetic movement across objects. Based on the hymn "Rock of Ages" written in 1763 and Paul Claudel's notes on the psalter/ stations of the cross.

2. Axacan

Based and named on the violent story of the first Spanish settlement in Virginia, dedicated to Elysia's friend and performance artist Boychild, as well as the late queer theorist, Jose E Munoz.

3. Petrichrist

Based on the etymology of the word "petrichor," this piece follows a journey in Elysia's Ford Ranger, driving up Shenandoah mountain: an encounter between mountain and vehicle, interactions of non-human objects touching one another in a worlding where all things have agency. Dedicated to writer Jeffrey J. Cohen and Crunk artist Nicole Walker.

Originally released in 2004 on the Rephlex label (the label co-founded by Aphex Twin), Kerrier District's debut has long since gone down as a classic album, a kaleidoscopic ride through Disco, Funk and MPC beats. The mastermind of Luke Vibert, the Cornish acid pioneer and grand exponent of mischievous electronic sounds under a variety of guises (including Plug, Wagon Christ and Amen Andrews), the Kerrier District debut has long been of print and circulation.Following 2015's successful re-entry on Hypercolour, with the critically acclaimed album '4', the label will re-master and re-issue this landmark release. Faithfully re-creating the original 3LP vinyl set, and re-issuing on CD & digital alongside a bonus disc/tracks that feature the second Kerrier District EP ('2', originally released in 2006).

You are no longer peacefully assembling,' announces the voice of an officer on a Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD), a sonic weapon employed by riot police, capable of deafening a target by exceeding humane levels. Both a corporeal and symbolic tool of violence, the LRAD violates the physiological space between state control and the body using amplified sound. Fatima Al Qadiri returns to Hyperdub for her 2nd album Brute. Made from the perspective of her transnational experience, her new record explores the theme of authority, the relationship between police, citizens and protest worldwide, particularly of her adopted home in the United States. Musically, Brute teeters between rage and despair, manifesting in restrained percussion, sampled and processed recordings of urban protest, and the signature minor progressions that distinguish Al Qadiri's body of work. Reflecting on the carceral state (Oubliette), the militarization of police (Endzone, Curfew), the fragile boundaries between defence and the deadly use of force (Battery, 10-34), and the relentless violation of the dignity of protesters and activists (Breach, Blows, Fragmentation), the record is a sombre tribute to lost life and agency. The album art is a detail of the sculpture Po-Po (2015) by Josh Kline, heavily altered by art director Babak Radboy. Reimagining a popular children's show character as a militarized SWAT officer with implanted surveillance technology, Radboy subjects Po-Po to extreme image processing, situating the installation photo as a still from a fictitious blockbuster. techno Patrizio Cavaliere aka Rocco Universal has been
collecting music for the last two decades and it's these
musical infuences that have shaped his raw, tripped out
disco/house production sound. 'Tiny Islands', his debut
release for Leng, is a real melting pot of rich melodies over
a thick baseline and is a clear example of Rocco's passion
for the dancefoor.
With something as multi layered and deep as the original
track it needed Ray Mang to add his trademark sound to
the remix. Here he goes straight for the jugular drawing out
some of the loops and percussion leaving no mistake as to
when this should be dropped on the dancefoor.
