From winning a DJ competition in Bristol to now readying her highly anticipated Defected In The House mix compilation, the past 10 years have been both a hard-earned and well-deserved rise to the top for Sam Divine. The Bath-born DJ has gone from practicing in a shed at the bottom of her mum's garden to main stage festival headliner, while also becoming a label owner and the presenter of Defected's In The House radio show, the #1 house music podcast on iTunes.

Sam Divine In The House is a pure representation of Sam's refreshingly versatile approach to DJing in 2016, but also touches upon her many musical influences and showcases a selection of her own forthcoming productions, along with releases on the D-Vine Sounds imprint. This new material, including a number of exclusive collaborations with Curtis Gabriel, comes just over a year after the pair's infectious rework of Sweet Female Attitude's classic 'Flowers', which has now reached over 1 million plays online and became one of the summer anthems of 2015.

These new releases demonstrate a real progression in Sam as a producer over the past 12 months, as she finds her own unique sound and an ability to create uplifting house records fit for any dancefloor. Following the recent acclaimed first edition of AOR Global Sounds compilation, DJ and producer Charles Maurice's dug even deeper through international lost productions to create a sequel for this series.

The result is AOR Global Sounds Vol.2, a new compilation made of 8 forgotten and rare tracks produced between 1975 and 1983 in all parts of the globe.

At the end of the 70s, many artists over the world were deeply influenced by AOR's famous stars such as Steely Dan and his classic Aja LP, looking to reach the same attention to sound production and details, and this specific Westcoast style mixing together Pop-Rock standards, with Soul (sometime Disco) and Jazz influences.

From Renée Geyer Band in Australia, and Boban Petrovic in Ex-Yugoslavia, to Carol Ray Band in France, and Greg Yoder in Hawaï, Charles Maurice and Favorite Recordings built another hot selection of lost tracks clearly infused with this special AOR touch, in a Soulful and Disco way.

Fully remastered from originals with the same attention to sound quality than in first edition, AOR Global Sounds Vol.2 (1975-1983, selected by Charles Maurice) is presented by Favorite Recordings in a deluxe vinyl version, housed in a tip-on jacket and as CD.

As the Ibiza season starts to heat up Pete Tong returns to take the temperature of the White Isle and catalog this season's biggest tunes with his annual All Gone Pete Tong Ibiza compilation. This season's mix takes a new twist, as the compilation sees Pete go back to back with one of Ibiza's fastest rising talents, Andrea Oliva. The two played a thrilling backtoback set at Pete's All Gone Pete Tong Miami pool party a few months ago, paving the way for the birth of the 2016 mix.

Oliva, has gone from strength to strength in the last few years, notching releases on labels like Objektivity, Defected, Viva Music, Mobilee, among others, and minting a reputation as one of Ibiza's most in demand DJs through his weekly headlining at Ushuaia Ibiza's ANTS party and guest slots at Space Ibiza. With releases on Hot Since 82's Knee Deep in Sound and The Martinez Brothers' Cuttin' Headz later this year, it's little wonder Pete earmarked him as one of this year's breakout Ibiza acts, and asked him to join him on the AGPT compilation.

Few individuals in the world of dance music can claim the kind of influence Pete Tong has had over the last twenty years. With an unparalleled ear for new talent, Tong is the leading tastemaker of the electronic generation and this compilation is another master class in curation.

The mix is tailor- made for a dreamy, mystical Ibiza sunset, rising from Lee Burridge and Lost Desert's melodic, spanish guitar strumming on 'Stand Up Right', into the energetic and whirling peak time thriller 'Captivate' from Patrick Topping in the middle. Patrice Baumel, Lee Van Dowski, and Kink add depth and forward momentum with their entries, pushing the narrative to a climactic conclusion. The compilation features exclusives from some of the fastest rising stars in house music -Cristoph and Theo Kottis. Kottis' dreamy, almost frantic, 'Running Nowhere' closes out the compilation in perfect fashion, with glistening piano chords and wind chimes fluttering to a crescendo. Earlier in the mix, Cristoph's 'Endoxus' peters into the heart of the mix, setting the mood for the likes of Patrick Topping and Jey Kurnis. Both have had remarkable years on the club circuit, and their appearance on All Gone Pete Tong is a nod to those accomplishments.

Third 2016 release from Disco Modernism, Milan! Italoconnection are back with a banging club track inspired by the trademark robotic disco sounds of the late seventies and early eighties, a full disco odissey of anthemic proportion and a spontaneus invitation to dance. The title is inspired by the great vibe surrounding Bologna's Cassero club night 'Neon Disco' where Italoconnection played their first live gig in december 2014. The B side is an infectious and repetitive dancefloor stomp of more synthetic origins. The release is strictly limited to 300 12' vinyls, 150 colored copies plus 150 classic black vinyls. Digital version will be released in July 2016 enjoy it!

Sources is a brand new series which will examine the output of a number of extremely influential independent U.S. labels throughout the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. In an age where corporate anonymity reigns supreme and music is being treated like aural wallpaper, the Sources series will go back to a time when record labels really meant something via their A&R policies, their ground-breaking releases, their everyday modus-operandi and their general philosophies. What made these operations unique How did they manage to compete with the major companies How did they protect their artist rosters What sort of people ran these operations and how did they manage
to survive in the cut-throat music business Bill Brewster, co-founder of the influential DJ History website and forum and author of the acclaimed 'Last Night A D.J. Saved My Life' will be
compiling and writing the sleeve notes for the series. The first six releases will concentrate on 6 New York independent labels which have each been massively influential in the evolvement of Dance Music over the last 30+ years - Easy Street, Fresh, Sleeping Bag, Sam, Streetwise and P&P. Each 3 x CD package will be full of lovingly re-mastered original 12' mixes as selected by Bill. These will include many tracks which have never
made it to CD before and you can be sure that a variety of 'secret weapons' will emerge from each of these packages! All notes and scans will be included in a 16 page colour booklet which fits beautifully within the 3CD superior digipack. The usual Harmless PR and Radio operation will support all Sources releases.
The third Sources package comes from one perhaps one of the most radical of the New York underground independent labels in several different areas - Avant-Garde, Dance, Hip-Hop/Rap and Freestyle, so welcome to the one and only Sleeping Bag Records from New York. Founded in 1981 by the Avante-Garde musician Arthur Russell together with Will Socolov and Juggy Gayles, the label kicked off with the seminal 'Go Bang!' by Dinosaur L aka Arthur Russell and quickly established itself with further dancefloor smashes from Class Action, the Jamaica Girls and Konk among others. However undoubtedly one of Sleeping Bag's most significant signings would turn out to be producer extraordinaire Kurtis Mantronik, who, with rapper MC Tee under the name Mantronix, would produce many of the most cutting-edge Hip-Hip/Rap and Electro classics
of the 1980s including 'Needle To The Groove', 'Ladies', 'Bassline' and 'Who Is It', all of which are included here as well as producing a brace of international smash hits for Joyce Sims including the electro-funk masterpiece '(You Are My) All & All' and the super-slinky 'Come Into My Life'. Sleeping Bag would remain at the forefront of dance music culture with numerous other significant dance-floor smashes from the likes
of Tricky Tee, Felix, Nocera, Dhar Braxton and Kariya's brilliant 'Let Me Love For Tonight' among many others. In many ways Sleeping Bag exemplified the perfect New York independent label of the 1980s with its shrewd A&R philosophy and an interesting balance of staff who were divided between old music industry veterans together with a brace of young keen new inductees who kept the label close to the streets - a winning combination all round. Out of all the labels featured in the Sources series, Sleeping Bag was the most consistently successful in its era
and was undoubtedly the label which was the most hardwired into the sensibilities of the times. This is the most comprehensive anthology available of one of the greatest independent record labels of the 1980s and will be a consistent catalogue seller from the day of release. Order with confidence!

Summer 2016 and its time for the seventh annual trip to the beach with your favorite Nangster crew. This time sailing the ship is San Francisco resident and all round top producer chap Aimes. He has spun a web of summer disco beach tunes to get the sundown grooves deep, long and funky.

First up "Spyboy" from the Korvids. They get the groove going with funky brass, jazzy Rhodes and Isley brothers style summer breeze fuzz guitar. Mysterious Englanders 1Blip2 are next up with our man Aimes debuting his shimmering nu disco rework of their brooding "Onka" track. It can be summer in Siberia too you know!... and just to prove it Kim And Buran serve up the sun-drenched synth funk of Running On The Waves. Things get lurrrvely with Sare Havlicek and the Barry White throated OD Hunte and their rolling beach synth-funk before JMRS and Ride Front Man Andy Bell mix the 90s indy rock with a Balearic groove.

Aimes delivers a second premiere with his stomping "Olas Altas" before we head off for a spot of dreamy 80s inspired melodic synth with "Stargazing" from Moon Mood. Dagfest "I Got The Feeling" samples a little known 70s funk gem from James Walsh. Italian remix meister DJ Rocca turns up the dance floor groove with his slick re-rub. We then head off to South American with Future Feelings and their superb floor led "Find Out" (Irregular Disco Workers on a first class remix). Madrid based Rayko is next with his electronic disco dance funk Why

Next, we mix things up with UK based Situation featuring Andre Espeut "Stay With Me" getting a smooth floaty dance rework from Russian based 5 Reasons. It is then off to the Canary islands for Nang favorite Ilya Santana to debut one killer new track from his future LP. "Hammerhead" is big grooves, big guitars and big funk with Italian wonder worker Tobor on the remix. Bestinspace "Freedom Ltd" gets the Pete Herbert treatment next with it space funk groove.

It is off to Italy for Disco legend Beppe Loda next with his Egotrya project and his sweeping 80s analog synth pads in his "Volcano" epic. Folano "Begin" is next with Sportloto smooth pads and melodic chords working over a solid disco groove. Sheffield residents Hiem return with their zany "Lions Cheetahs Enforcers" with Siberian groovers Kim and Buran on the remix case once more. We close up with a slice of lazy guitar-drive yacht groove from San Francisco based Sorcerer and his shimmering "Video Magic".

The best of summer nu disco groove distilled down to one mix. Nang out friends.

Founding member 'Lit Internet' says of the music WW WINGS makes: 'Our main inspiration is not good for our health, we live in post-Soviet countries and for people like us with our interests and hobbies and points of view, it's a very uncomfortable zone. It's not about the place, actually we like the nature here, it's about the people who rule these countries and their laws. Struggle with real life in almost totalitarian countries affects us, so I think thats why most of our tracks sounds disturbing and depressive'. WWINGS consists of three members aged between 18 and 25, 'Lit Internet' from the Kamchatka Peninsula in the far East of Russia, 'Lit Eyne' from Siberia and 'Lit Daw' from Ukraine. The three of them met on the Russian social networking site VK where Lit Internet and Lit Eyne formed a music blog, prior to their making music together. Pre-W WWINGS Lit Eyne taught and collaborated with Lit Internet, creating a soundcloud page and posting a track per month, gathering interest and forming many international friendships with like-minded artists, some of whom ended up collaborating on this album. After this, Lit Internet met Lit Daw who was already a skilled producer and in 2015 the three of them collaborated on the 'W WWINGS' project, remotely, using the Russian instant messenger service Telegram.

The tracks on 'PHOENIXXX' approach electronic music with a punky, chaotic attitude. W WWINGS' music straddles and sutures unlikely sounds and structures, often in the same tracks. Musique concrète morphs into trap and trashcan drums, the twisting dramatic soundscapes of gaming soundtracks, Eastern European folk music, new metal, industrial noise and explosions everywhere. This culture clash is hammered into something impulsive, dystopian and dripping in cold, alien slime. With a sound that calls back to 90s latin house and freestyle energies, "Messin" is a nostalgic club track that tells the story of a girl who wants to have her cake and eat it, too, and a man who ain't having any more of it. Lush synth pads wrap around a nasty bassline to take things immediately into party town. The
deal is sealed with big vocals from Izadi himself and Body Language's Angelica Bess, topped off with some
live percussion and housey piano keys. The "Shade's Up Dub" digs even deeper for a drugged out sunrise scorcher that wouldn't be out of place on the record store shelves of yesteryear. "Hard 2 Say" takes a different route, mixing analog synth drums and yearning vocoder verses with Elfman-esque choir chords and G-funk synth leads to create a mysterious sound that's equal parts romantic and tough. "Messin" get's a remix from the dynamite disco troupe, Midnight Magic, that sounds a bit like Larry Heard if he were speeding down the Pacific Coast Highway in a white convertible. "Hard 2 Say" gets a remix from Funkadelic friends, FSQ, lacing it up with live drums, bass and guitar to take the track into deep intergalactic funk territory.

Following Annie Mac's premiere of lead single 'No Rest' Bonzai revealed her second EP 'Sleepy Hungry'. As with previous releases it comes via Anchor Point Records, Mura Masa's fledgling label, and features production from John Calvert, Royce Wood Junior and Mura Masa himself.



'Sleepy Hungry' sees 19-year-old Bonzai further showcase her skills as a vocalist and develop the upfront sound described by some as 'Punk RnB'. Written over a period of 3 months in London and LA the EP takes listeners through the ups and downs of a hazy night out and incorporates electronic production that harks back to classic 90s Prodigy as well as sitting comfortably in a year where Mura Masa, Kaytranada, Sam Gellaitry and SOPHIE are all releasing their first albums.



Bonzai was born in Indiana to a jazz singer mother and raised in Wicklow, near Dublin, by a drummer father. She moved to London at 17 to start a music degree at Tech School & after being spotted by Native Management began taking things seriously as a solo artist. She fell upon her sound through sessions with John Calvert and Mura Masa where they encouraged her to mix up styles as much as she could.



Mura Masa says "It's tough for the US guys to really get the nuances of UK electronic music and it's equally uncomfortable when UK artists try to compete with Beyoncé or Kendrick. With Bonzai being dual nationality American/Irish and having grown up with UKG and DnB as much as RnB and Hip Hop, it really feels like she can bring genres together in a natural way. She never has a bad session as she's got so many tools to choose from as a writer and she's fearless. Long may that continue."

Two years ago it was created by the brand Tomorrowland the term Daybreak Sessions: it was to celebrate ten years edition and then celebrate properly with a worthy anniversary the entire festival. The concept has highlighted the rich palette of music offered by the popular Belgian brand of international importance: a special way to make clear the transition leading from warm-up to the madness and pure energy that is unleashed in the evening on the main stage. This year, as well, Tomorrowland will publish its first compilation of "Daybreak Sessions" series. musical journey, this "Daybreak Sessions", during which the headliners have the opportunity to create a DJ set of 3 hours of deep house and tech-house favorite, just to entertain first and then accompany the first visitors that make their way Boom in the valley until the MainStage area. This musical journey is a way for the festival lovers to discover artists who have much to offer with their sets in the lower stages. Eric Prydz, Nick van de Wall (Afrojack), Martin Solveig, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Markus Schulz and AN21 & Max Vangeli have followed in the DJ sets of the latest editions. This year will be Ferry Corsten, Laidback Luke and Fedde Le Grand opening the mainstage of Tomorrowland. But before their sound will be that of Adriatique, Butch, Cubicolor, Damian Lazarus, and ME, EDX, Sons Of Maria, Oliver Heldens, Julien Jabre, Ripperton, Joseph Capriati, Felix Jaehn, Rufus and many others. This double CD also contains a healthy dose of solar sound, happy to dance but also to listen. The music remains one of the most important elements of "Tomorrowland": last year, the event began with a collaboration with the National Orchestra of Belgium. All roads lead to Croatia this summer. In August Defected will host its first full festival at the celebrated Garden Resort in Tisno on the stunning Adriatic coast. Defected Croatia 2016 is set to bring five days of pure house hedonism to this idyllic spot with an incredible line-up of quality artists and DJs, a unique blend of talent that will seefresh underground performers, superstar DJs and a community of discerning house enthusiasts share a truly special week of music.

The album Defected In The House Croatia truly reflects what the new festival is all about. Our debut Croatia release comes in three parts, with each side mixedby a producer not only taking their place on this year's line-up but also making genuine waves in the house music world right now. Kai Alcé, Crookers and Dario D'Attis are three key players featuring in the significant dance charts and shaping the house sound of this summer. Each producer has come up with a mix that sets the tone for the festival's beach bar, mainstage and sun-soaked boat party settings. The mixes include a balance of big-hitting tracks like these along with lesser-known cuts chosen especially for this release by Kai, Crookers and Dario, giving an insight into their DJ selections and the artists they are currently rating.
Club favourites ATFC, Tommy Bones, Dennis Ferrer, Kerri Chandler and Kings Of Tomorrow tracks are also in the album, expertly mixed by the producers who represent the label's forward-thinking sound intuitively. Defected In The House Croatia is the ultimate preview for this summer's inaugural Croatia festival adventure.

Rebirth 10 marks the 10th Anniversary of Rebirth Records.
It's a special compilation, spread over 2 CDs, selected and mixed by the legendary Larry Heard Aka Mr. Fingers, including some of the key releases of the label in this first 10 years plus a couple of unreleased tracks.

Established by Daniele 'Shield' Contrini in 2006, Rebirth Records has surely grown up over the years into one of the most respected Italian independent labels. A series of high impact releases alongside a focused and strong promotional work, have helped to enhance the reputation and credibility of Rebirth.
The label owner Shield remembers 'The first release was a record that had been in my bag for years. I just wondered why not resurfacing it again with a new remix and a vocal version and that's what I did. And If 'Finest Dream' feat. Alison Limerick was ready, remixed by Silicone Soul'. Shield continues 'The philosophy behind the label finds its roots in the past, building a link between the soul of a song and the warmth of a melody then combining them with a contemporary sound. I'm always looking for something timeless, something that I can imagine to still listen to in 20 or 40 years time. Collaborations with artists like Shara Nelson, Tracey Thorn, Ben Onono and recently Antena have been essential moments for us. In this first 10 years we released music from established artists like Joey Negro, Michel Cleis, Agoria, Butch, Marc Romboy, Freaks, Rampa and Blond:ish. We had remixes from incredibly names like Motor City Drum Ensemble, Deetron, Radio Slave, Tensnake, Morgain Geist, Henrik Schwarz, Andrès, Joe Claussell, Soul Clap, Jimmy Edgar and Ripperton. And had the pleasure to bring to the attention of the big audience new talents such as NUfrequency, Tevo Howard, Robytek, Trio / Bocca Grande, Alison Marks / Wallflower, Corrado Bucci, Chromatic Filters, James Teej and Villanova'

Talking about the celebratory compilation Shield says 'Who better than Larry Heard could do it for us He delivered a mix that embodies the soul and the different facets of the label. Larry, as well as having remixed three songs for the label, is among the producers who had written the history of a musical genre and one of the names who most have influenced our music. The cover of the CD is designed by Emil Schult, who has created some special images for the occasion. Visiting him in his studio in Dusseldorf and breathing his Kraftwerk experience has been an unforgettable moment. I'm really pleased they both agreed to work on this project'.
