William Anthony Bois was born in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1991.

He expressed an early interest in music, especially electronic music.
Whilst William demonstrated a natural tallent for piano composition from an early age, in 2003 he began channeling his creativity into House music after a friend introduced him to Fruity loops.
Early Street Dancing lessons introduced him to Funk which has been a source of inspiration ever since the age of nine. He continued the dancing with the dance group Funky 4 Brothers and has performed around Europe and Sweden.
William also studied music production and sound engineering at sixth form college. This background has given him a firm foundation from which to express his music through a variety of rhythms and tone that give his music an individual flavour.

French Housemusic legend DIMITRI FROM PARIS is back! His last E.P. on Gomma became a favorite of DJ's from Soul Clap to Danny Krivit, The Magician and Horse Meat Disco. This time we've got two serioulsy well crafted old school house tracks from talented producer Fulbert.
As the name suggest this EP embraces that proper New Jersey sound like it's '92 again. Fulbert is a young DJ & producer originally from France, now residing in Seoul, Korea. Mainly influenced by old school stuff, from 70s underground soul/jazz rarities to early 00s berlin post acid techno jam but most of all, he prefers Detroit, Chicago & New Jersey stuff from 88 to 94. Something clearly showcased on this EP.

A side 'First Time House' is a jackin' floor-friendly house winner, deftly hacking up Class Action's 'Weekend' Accapella over a slamming sample House jam - guaranteed floor pressure !
The B side 'I Like It' continues on that same vibe and Fulbert delivers a weighty track reminiscent of a pumped up dub from cult New York label Bottomline, serious business !

HDR002 takes us straight to 90's house territory with four new edits from NYC's Marcos Cabral. The A-side opens with "Sym Phon", an anthemic filtered piano house jam that opens up wide and swallows all in it's path. A2 gives us "Better Think Again" with sticatto chords and twinkling keys in a Jersey-esque house sound. The B-side hits with "In The Sea", starting off with a giant slow tribal beat and then morphs into a psychedelically swirling synth workout. B2 wraps things up with "Get Get Get" turning our ears to old school Chicago house. Roland's TR-707 lays the percussion down while the chant of "Get in the groove" repeats into infinity.

Afrikanz On Marz come correct with their second release for Out Hear Audio. This follows on from their acclaimed first single The Road We Travel. Ashley Beedle and Darren Morris have joined forces with UK Rap artist Skilf to concoct a psychedelic drum led monster with shades of early WARP bleepness, bass funk and Headhunter era Herbie Hancock to come up with something unique and thought provoking. Skilf lets loose with gritty lyrics and completes a strong combination. Skilf is a Brighton based Rap/Dance artist with a unique and distinctive sound. Unfazed by the restrictions of 'genre' over the years he has worked with a range of producers.

What would happen if Dâm-Funk and Boddika raised a child together, who would later go to school with Krystal Klear and Ossie, finally ending up working behind the counter of a vinyl record store with Addison Groove and Ed DMX Fans of Venezuelan born and Barcelona based Cardopusher shouldn't be very surprised to find out that the bass chameleon has changed colors once again, this time channelling the powerful influence of the widely-respected Rephlex label (namely the work of Aphex Twin, DMX Krew, Luke Vibert and Astrobotnia) to create the full-on electro flavored retro-rumpshaker that is 'Goldo State EP'. Cardopusher harnesses the raw power of historic analog drum machines like the Roland TR-707 and 606 to create an acid-laden hardcore trip through 80s groove territory, complete with the indispensable bass punch and catchy melodic synth work. 'Goldo' kicks off on the A side with a might dose of 707 drum attitude and melodies that are guaranteed to make seasoned ravers smile, complete with the gut-shaking bass stabs that just beg to be heard on a loud soundsystem. On the flip side we can find 'We Run This State' and 'Body Slam', two tracks that take us further into 80s territory, placing the listener inside of the hedonistic mindset of those long-gone hardcore warehouse parties. Being the true explorer of the globalized bass phenomenon that he is, Cardopusher delivers a worthy follow up to his latest album 'Yr Fifteen Minutes Are Up', released by Tigerbeat6, as well as the latin madness of 'Tu Bizcochito', released by Enchufada as part of their successful 'Hard Ass Sessions' series. On The Prowl appears to be on a roll with it's new found artists. Following up Robotalco's success on the previous OTP, Giorgio lands himself in anthem territory. The A1 track "More Heart" is big, catchy, and totally feel good house vibes with disco styled horn flourishes. The A side inside cut "Basement 6D22" takes us near Kerri Chandler with delayed brassy chord stabbing and long organ pads. Flipping the record over reveals a stunning slo mo disco house workout, filled with jam style organ riffs and amazing synth horn parts. For B2 we get a Perscription style deep house track with all the right dark drifting chords. Excellent release.

Even though Combo has been a part of the house and disco scene over ten years, his career has just begun. It all started back in 1999 when Combo together with Alf Tumble started producing tracks under the alias Sumo and later also Bangana.

Over the years their productions and remixes have been released on a number of labels such as Africanism, Dessous, Soulfuric, Compost, SSOH, Disorient, Slip n Slide and of course Heya Hifi, which is run buy the guys themselves.

They have also released two full length albums, Rebounces and The Danceband, of which the latter was nominated for a Grammy. As djs and in various live constellations they have travelled the world playing at many clubs and festivals. When Combo and Alf decided to go separate ways back in 2010 Combo went back to his roots as a jazz musician for inspiration.

The playfulness often found in jazz is very well reflected in his new productions and numerous disco re-edits. His experimental approach of mixing the familiar with the unfamiliar and the old with the new sounds surprisngly fresh. So even with over a hundred productions under his belt, the best is yet to come.

So Real is the debut release on Rebirth, an impressive and tasty old school house vocal track with a strong piano hook ! Londoner Huxley has been one of the names to watch over the past year after the success of his and Ethyls releases on Tsuba and Cecille. Huxley returns here with a proper deep version; raw, emotive and jacking house music at its best !

Dance music legend Chez Damier dusts down this past murmur hit by commander in chief Geddes and Mic Newman to produce two house versions. 'Chez Damier's Alternative Remix' is already setting the dancefloor of the Panorama Bar ablaze due to solid support from the ever excellent Cassy; with it's rolling groove, shuffling percussion and tough drums it looks set to be a staple in many more dj's boxes over the following months. Chez's Flute mix loosens up the percussion and injects a slightly deeper musical feeling and makes it a more than worthy alternative choice
