Our 8th release is proudly presenting Germany's legendary Turntablerocker. Coming from the German hiphop scene of
the 90ies the DJ & Producer team is known for their unconventional mixture of House, Breakbeats, Hip-Hop and Funk
& Soul. They've called it Electronic wildstyle. Now with the their EP "Grow UP" on JEUDI Records they are going
back to the roots of deep club music. Strong samples with a deep, rolling groove. Bringing up some warm spring
feelings, let your thoughts be colourful again and thus to have a big potential to become summer anthems.

Limited to 300 copies, with a handmade woodcut cover! "PACE" is not only MARVIN HORSCH's debut release but it also marks the birth of DORFJUNGS, the latest la- bel in the Kompakt distribution roster. It's almost as if so far MARVIN HORSCH had deliberately limited himself to a few live acts and shown little of his music so that his first release would get all the more attention. "PACE" (Italian for peace) is the name of the first track and the motto of this first release - an attempt to concentrate MARVIN HORSCH's multi-layered sound on a 12". This club hit is a perfect introduction to the intricate, playful and yet clearly defined sound experiments of MARVIN HORSCH. In "GEMÜSEGÄRTNER" these experiments are further developed and the provocative intro noises expand into a seducing tune without taking away from the initial tension. Far from it. "MAYBE HAPPY" opens the flipside of this multi-facetted record. It starts as an innocent, playful and light-footed piece before taking on a wonderfully optimistic mood which shows a distinct Cologne influence. "ORANGUTANZ" is the radical, uncompromising and dynamic closing track, lashing its way through a forest full of dark, confused and pulsating sounds.

Philadelphia's own Joe Lentini has returned from Mt. Olympus with a bounty of dance floor ready sonic ambrosia. Counting Pink Skull (Throne of Blood), Tiger & Woods, Danny Daze, Donato Dozzy, Azari and III, Erika (Ectomorph) amongst his musical admirers. Lentini's the genius janitor of techno. Solving complicated sound equations under the cover of darkness, he takes the findings to make tracks that bear a gritty resemblance to the now defunct Chinatown bus.

Flumo Recordings restarts the Flumo Limited series after a year's break, releasing Flumo Limited 003 on both vinyl and digital formats. And this time, under the supervision of one of Europe's most important producers, Finn, Tuomas Salmela, also known as Phonogenic.
Phonogenic, who already has more than 30 releases nn labels as prestigious as 20:20 Vision, Turbo, Moodmusic and Guidance, picks up the torch from Dixie Yure in the third delivery of the Flumo Limited series. The 12" is comprised of two tracks, an original from Phonogenic and a remix from one of the Spain's most renowned artists, El Txef A.

The title track, Tulio, has an hypnotic beauty, and demonstrates in its eight minutes all the skills of our Finnish man: constant groove, exquisite aquatic me- lodies, and a taste for expansive modulation; creating epic from beginning to end.

That epic, in the hands of El Txef A, takes an unexpec- ted turn towards gloomier realms. Far from his deli- cate compositions, the Basque producer transforms Tulio into a double odyssey: commencing his version with a dubbed atmosphere, gradually developing into a funk-flavoured, tech house orgy. A perfect, peakti- me track for DJs.

On, Super Sagan, the last track on the 12", Phonoge- nic builds a piece of mutant house around a subtle melody, with resonant, omnipresent effect.

After a long wait Slowpitch proudly returns with the third vinyl of its imprint, the label once again demonstrates great skills in collecting new collaborations and for being a good platform for emerging artists.
Mass Digital and Curly Project have provided this new 4 tracks Ep which includes also two great remix from Denis Yahsin and Mirco Violi, the result is a quality deep house and house pack that signs definitely an important step forward into the path of this label and its artists.

Once again, we're happy to welcome a new artist to the Hivern family. New Jackson hails from Dublin and produces nocturnal disco-adventures from his studio by the sea. 'Sat Around Here Waiting' , his debut for the label, features two of his trademark ghostly jams alongside two remixes by British uprising talent Fort Romeau and our very own Pional.
The title track builds up around muted percs and haunted melodies, creating a spacey atmosphere that somehow resembles Bernard Fevre's Black Devil early productions yet introducing a personal pop twist when the vocodered vocals burst into the mix. On the flip, Fort Romeau delivers the most DJ-friendly version of the pack by reinvigorating the groove with conga rhythms and a bouncy bassline topped with classic piano phrasings. Pional's take delves into the galactic feeling of the original cut by adding an extra shot of floaty melodies and analog drum-machines.
The digital version of the release comes with an additional New Jackson original and a second rework by Pional. 'Below The Bridge' is an obscure piece of slo-mo narcotic machine-funk that blends spectral melodies and soulful vocal samples while Pional's alternate take on the lead cut boosts the euphoria through uplifting synth chords.
The release comes in a limited edition 12' housed in sumptuous sleeve designed by Barcelona's young design studio Co´rdova-Canillas.
