At Sound Camp South Asia Jackmate worked together with Asvajit, one of Sri Lankas most talented producers. Having surfaced with a few potted releases in the mid-nineties, My Love Is Underground have taken it upon themselves to call upon LA's Teflon Dons to reissue three punchy lessons in that currently most mined of house music eras. There's no arguing with the authenticity of a track like "Planet Eater", as the subby bass and pounding drums take the lead with just subtle dabs of noise and samples chilling in the background. "Sun Fist Rising" has a more rounded atmosphere, leaning on layers of keys and a classic garage shuffle for a sweet and soulful end result, while "Psycho Ray" gets on a darker tip with creepy vocal samples and moody organ bass.

Xoom Recordings is a new Irish label run by Matthew Collins. It's emphasis will be to release what Matthew considers to be his vision of true house music and melodic techno through his own productions and other artists that inspire him and also share a similar vision.
The first release, titled the True People E.P will feature established names such as James Johnston, Florian Muller, Rubberlips and a track by Matthew himself.
A1 is a serious deep house groove by James Johnston. James has been showing amazing form for a long time now with his own label No Matter What amongst countless others and continues that consistency here with the amazing From Here To Somewhere.
A2 is by Matthew Collins and is titled It's You. It is a deep soulful house track with a lovely breakdown and build up with catchy vocals.
B1 is a jazzy techno track by Rubberlips entitled Jazzy Spice. It has a deep techno groove with live brass over the top and a serious jazzy intro.
B2 is the sweet deep house track Little Deep by Florian Muller which is a real head nodding groove with beautiful melodies through out.

Danse Club is dedicated to both releasing solid grooving, big, bad, upfront dance-floor records and re-releasing, remastering, and remixing big floor-filling house tracks from the 90's as part of their Gold Series. Danse Club Records has 5 releases scheduled for release under the Gold Series in 2012/2013 with limited re-runs of some truly incredible club tracks from the 90's; the tracks have been remastered, re worked, and remixed. On remix duty Danse Club Records have signed Matt Tolfrey, Oliver $, Kate Simko, Moodymanc, Lauhaus, Deepchild, Willie Graff & Tuccillo, Murphy Jax, Florian Kruse, Audio Soul Project and Nathan Drew Larsen, Max Jacobson and Matthew K. The first remixer on this EP needs no introduction, Oliver $. Beatport track of the year 2011 with a track that held the top spot for 5 weeks. The second remixer on this EP are Brodanse. Back in 2007, Still Music broke new ground by releasing 'Think Africa', the first 12' from Fela's son Seun Kuti with Egypt 80, Fela's legendary band . This year, we're back in Africa via Lubeck, Germany and we are proud to present Mr Raoul K's first full length for Still Music titled 'Mande'.

Mr Raoul K is well known for his productions that mix original African instruments with techno and deep house 'Made in Germany'. His releases, on his own imprint Baobab Music and for Mule Musiq, have spread his unique sound worldwide with great acclaim from Joe Claussel, the Innervision crew and many other DJs.

Mr Raoul K also was featured and interviewed by Gilles Peterson on the famous Worldwide show (http://www.gillespetersonworldwide.com/2011/09/gilles-peterson-worldwide-vol-4-no-12-raoul-k/).

For 'Mande', Still Music sent Mr Raoul K back to his roots in Abidjan - Ivory Coast, where Raoul K reunited with his band and started working
on this fantastic album.

We took this opportunity to document his journey in Africa with a video documentary that demonstrates the extent of Mr Raoul K musician's sheer talent and can teach you a thing or two about African music (only available on the DCD release).

'Mande' is the fruit of collaborations with musicians from Africa and Germany and Mr Raoul K's supervision and superb production skills. It is a complete 7-track album that dives into original African 'Manding' music all the way to techno via a superb mixdown from our favorite producer, Deetron, for the track 'Sierra Leone'.

Mr Raoul K is an important artist in today's blend electronic music world, he brings a diversity that can only lift a dance floor to a new level. 'Mande' has a soul that comes deep from Africa and reaches out all the way to Detroit and Chicago via Germany.

We are proud to invite you to an African techno journey lead by one of the most essential electronic artist of our decade.

The legendary British radio DJ John Peel once posed that music is really suspenseful when you have the
feeling of hearing something for the first time.

Boola (part of (a:rpia:r)) started spinning in the summer of 2005, in Ibiza, where he had the great opportunity to play at the famous DC10. As a producer, he had his first release on the romanian superlabel (a:rpia:r), followed by Lomidhigh Lmtd.,Rekids, Lomidhigh Organic, Innervisions, All Inn, Cecille, Soweso and some tracks on Cabin Fever, including Balada Redo, featured on the Fabric 48 cd, mixed by Radio Slave. In his dj sets, Boola tries to bring back some of the dirty "in yo face" old school sound, warming up the decks for legends like Dj Sneak and Eddie Richards. Performances at Panorama Bar (Berlin), Trouw (Amsterdam) and other european clubs. He represented Romania (alongside Demos, Petre Inspirescu and Praslea) at the Worldtronics 2008 Festival in Berlin and mixed at the famous italian New Years Afterhour, "Fiesta Privada". fifth birthday compilation. Solomun, Stimming, David August, H.O.S.H., UNER, Ost & Kjex, DJ Phono,

compilation. Aiming to define Diynamic's current sound, the different family-members did wonderful and

Finally 'Pending' opens with xylophone style keys, off kilter hats and a host of enchanting percussive sounds, reminiscent of far eastern influence. A more
synthesized lead line enters the mix before a classical piano piece, courtesy of Kate Simko, ensure that the abstract, jazz-like aesthetic that features throughout the release remains.
Ultimately, what Crosson & Merveille have made is nothing less than dance music for intellectuals, a unity of thought and feeling, poetry for bodies in motion.

The third album of The Rongetz Foundation, also recorded in New York, will be released end of 2012 and features musicians such as Gregory Porter, Ronnie Cuber, Renee Neufville or John Robinson. Born in America, raised in Scotland, singing saxophonist Amy Lyon has been writing and singing music for around 6 years and began playing saxophone at the age of 10. With a love for jazz, funk and soul her influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Otis Redding, Amy Winehouse and Erykah Badu. With Marlon Hoffstadt she found an congenial partner to take her songs to the dancefloor. Despite his innocent age of 18 years Marlon's productions keep up with those of the well known when it comes to quality. Stylistically his sounds are somewhere between pop and house. Marlon has that certain 'something' that creates its own character and a very distinctive sound. Their debut EP 'You And A Love Stoned Ghost,' contains four enchanting tracks created by the synergy of Marlon's fresh productions and Amy's energetic voice.

At the end of the '50s, Miles Davis' Kind of Blue heralded the revelatory arrival of modal jazz. As the vibrations of these giant steps resonated across the world, European jazz musicians reassessed their bearings and began to steer a new course. Across the continent they sent roots down into the rich soil of the European folk and Christian liturgical traditions, extended their music along ancient routes of communication and trade to the Middle East, and reached across the crumbling ramparts of the European empires to the music of Asia Africa and Latin America.
