Thomass Jackson is a new entry in the Gomma crew. And he fits perfect: His style Outsider House - or let's call it: Sex House! This shit is soo damn funky and spartanic at the same time - you want to go straight to make babies! Thomass is part of the new vibrant Mexico City electronic scene. Similar to many dudes who do house music in a less formulated - style he comes from playing instruments: Bass, guitar, drums - in Funk bands - before getting into electronic production and djing. He is kind of a cultural nerd (like many guys on Gomma): Movies, books - the crazier they are the more he knows about them.Wich might explain his unique approach to dance music. After two releases on other labels (Electrique Music and La Dame Noir) - now he landed on the Gomma planet. Be ready - he is serious!

It is an honor for us to kick start with two of the bulwarks of our label: Clip and Kresy.
Two Spanish artists that will attract great attention this year.
Clip!, a Barcelonian with a taste for energic, overwhelming beats, who recently released an ep with Struments. House with a techno flavour and an eye kept on UK groove, he delights us with his mix of strength and exuberance.
'Everyday' is a 4x4 cannonball with wild synths and rave echoes destined to shake any sound system with extreme violence. Killer kicks and hi-hats, encouraged by a passionate female voice. Classic pianos and powerful leads clambering intertwined all through out the track.
'You still love her', quieter, has a cool cadence, with percussions and vocal melodies that float around with hypnotic flare. The production is clean and tasteful and reminds us to the newest hiphop out there. Really catchy material for the most elegant dancefloors.
Kresy comes from Hivern's quarry. John Talabot's label, this platform gave him the opportunity to make himself visible with his most personal and intense tracks. We can also find Kresy's releases in other great labels, such as Freerange, Retrofit, More Music, Southern Fried Rec or Lovemonk.
'Do you wanna know' is a retrospective sparkle that remembers the euforic awakening of the rave era. Open pads and acid lines, riding deliberately vintage beats, in what it could be some obscure reference from early Warp releases.
'Brooklyn 70's' is an evocative house track that drips rhodes sounds and warm pads through a funky beat. Its imposible not to imagine moving frames of the New York traffic, leather jackets,
moustaches, adidas and sexy afro- americans, reflected in the back of your subconscious mind.
Four aparently different tracks, but mysteriously coherent.

Miguel Campbell is a burgeoning young star that shot to notoriety in 2011 after 'Something Special', his debut release on Hot Creations became one of the biggest tracks of the year.
This was a big intro for a young guy from the north of England but one year on and he proves that was just the tip of the iceberg as his debut album, the superbly crafted and pop infused 'Back In Flight School' reignites even more cross genre potential as Campbell explores where the highs of house meets the depths of soulful funk and disco nostalgia.
Set to put Miguel back in the end of year charts for a second year running, 'Back In Flight School' is a smooth and addictive ride that's rich in harmonies and contagious bass-lines. This thoughtfully executed and consistent combination from the opening title track to the closing moments leaves you feeling warm inside.

Next up on Creme Organization is someone who has been winning lots of fans with his tough, masculine house music in the last couple of years. Releasing on labels like Unknown to the Unknown and his own Hot Haus Recs, DJ Haus's sound is one that aims squarely at the dance floor. Up first here is 'Wurk it Girl', a slamming track with old school bass, sharp percussion and none stabs that are impossible not to move to. Various passion fuelled vocal cries also add to the sweaty atmosphere where next cut 'Little Pieces' gets a bit weird: chopped and cut up vocals form patchwork patterns above bursts of siren, bright synths and icy hi hats. Urgent and heavy, driven by tough kicks and with a freewheeling sense of fun, it's a veritable house bomb. Title track 'Peekaboo' is slower and more purposeful, with more weird vocals heavily treated and darting about above steel sounding stabs, glassy pads and smoother synths. The gritty, swinging 'Feel The Powder' is a coked up house jam with lots of sleaze, manic indecipherable vocals and fat, squelchy bass. Weird but never too weird, this is nerve jangling, sweat inducing and high impact house of the highest order.

he deeper sister to Tic Tac Toe, Connect Four is back with a new EP from German producer Dub Taylor aka Tigerskin aka Alex Krüger. He has been crafting away in this warm, deep house realm for years under a number of different aliases, always weaving plenty of liquid grooves with a steady house pulse. The two original tracks served up here continue in that fine tradition.
Opener 'So Called Life' is thick with rattling; rumbling synths and a deliciously underlapping house rhythm that sweeps you up every time it breaks. Some obscured, indecipherable male vocals lurk in the shadows to add an air of mystery and it's a track you may well have already heard in sets by the likes of German tastemaker Till Von Sein and many others.
On remix duty is Paneoh, a fast rising DJ and producer aligned with labels like Bedrock and Ellum Audio. His mix is just as deep, but stands a little more upright and kicks that bit firmer. Swirling synth landscapes colour in the background as sexy handclaps keep you dancing in the foreground - classy stuff, for sure.
'Heart of Iron' pairs allsorts of odd and quirky little sound designs - tearing paper, glassy tinkles and more - with a mid tempo house kick that eventually gets joined by some fully dubwise, Jamaican influenced chords. The result is beautifully off kilter and refreshing.
Finally, Denmark's Blagger strips back the track to a warm wind tunnel of sound that glows with a long, thin future-facing pad forever in the background. The slinky hi-hats add bite and the Moodymann like keys add plenty of emotional resonance. Staying true to its mission to release deeper, more stripped back sounds, Connect Four has lined-up another easily lovable release here.

The debut label from new London label Lost Records sees Darius Syrossian in full swing with the superb 'Anything Weird' EP backed with a standout remix from label bosses Leftwing & Kody...

Darius Syrossian has become a leading light in House music's current generation since bursting on to the scene almost 10 years ago. Building a reputation for quality productions and performances that has seen him in perpetual demand, he has releases for labels such as Viva, OFF Recordings and Area Remote. Now the Leeds based DJ/Producer teams up with a brand new imprint brought to us by the hotly tipped production duo Leftwing & Kody.

The 'Anything Weird EP' kicks off with the original version of 'I'll Do Anything', a beautifully produced slice of tough House music with a subterranean bouncy bassline, classic techno cymbals and snares and an infectious old school vocal line, quality stuff. The original version is followed with a remix from label bosses Leftwing & Kody who put their own audibly arousing twist on Syrossian's track - adding in some irresistible fluttering claps and chopping up the vocals to add a different intensity to the whole vibe. Faster and with a unique fierceness, it's a remix that remains on par with the original.

The final track of the EP shows the breadth and true talent of Syrossian; 'I'm Not Weird Your Just Normal' has a deep growling bass and truly contagious chord harmony, adding a little element of humour and wonky fairground vibes to the track.

This is a killer debut from the Lost Records label and another winner from the ever-reliable

Alex Blaxx drops three original tracks for Dessous Recordings following a couple of very well received releases on Buzzing Fly and Sccucci Manucci. Blaxx now resides in Manchester by way of Cape Town - both cities with strong house music credentials. Blaxx himself excels in lush house productions with plenty of soul and a lot of dance floor knowledge. The EP's title track 'It's Been Done Before' gives a healthy nod to the hugely fertile period of New York house in the 1990s, but retains a freshness and spark that sets it apart from many of his contemporaries. It's highly musical and organic, with hugely effective hooks, builds and pads that will bring smiles to the faces of dancers worldwide. 'Gilmore Heureux' is a darker affair, with a raw evolving groove with a Detroit flavor. It's got plenty of grit, and a few innovative twists and turns along the way. 'All the Difference' slows the pace slightly, unwinding a killer groove driven by a piano and punchy drums. About midway through a sublime synth bass joins the fray, and the track lifts off into the ether.
