This four track remix sampler follows up the debut release from Chicago's very own Shaun J. Wright & Alinka, sent directly to Derrick Carter with Classic specifically in mind and immediately snapped up. This is a defining release of the new phase of Classic's re-invention with a new family of artists and an ever growing family of like minded misfits. Three songs with vocals from Hercules & Love Affair vocalist Shaun that sound like they could have sat quite comfortably amongst the original Classic material, yet harnessing the contemporary production tools available. Here the hugely popular original 'Love Inspired' is joined by remixes from non other than Derrick Carter, Neville Watson and Chrissy Murderbot.

In little over a 2 month campaign Valentina has been so very received by radio with online press and print press too. She's crept into
a couple of radio shows thus far with "Wolves" being dropped on the Phil & Alice (Radio 1) show already
Her online presence has grown from strength to strength since we launched an exclusive stream with Gorilla vs Bear. Since that
launch we've had such amazing feedback not only in the UK but Europe and the ROW. So far we've had features from Dummy,
Dazed Digital, DIY, The 405 and Yours Tru.ly to name but a few. With much more to come as we near release we think it's all looking

On 'Leviathan' Freeform Five teams up with the legendary Róisín Murphy for an exercise in irresistible vocal power and anthemic, feel good appeal. Tom Trago delivers an incarnation of 'Leviathan' that highlights the shimmering synths and melodies and puts the funk edge and drum beats centre stage. Cage & Aviary provide a slice of dirty electro tech in their remix teeming with solid claps and bleeps and FX.

Here comes the time to give a tribute to the DJ who was at the
crossroad between disco and house music, the one and only Larry Levan, residency DJ at the Paradise Garage, King Street, NYC. Inspired by David Mancuso's Loft and the Gallery where Nicky Siano was djing, Michael Brody opened the Paradise Garage in 1977. During 10 years this place was the expression of freedom and redefine the clubbing scene in NYC. Since the closing in 1987, the legend lives on and today the Paradise Garage can truly be considered as the foundation of the club culture, bringing diverse crowds, black, latino, straight and gay in one single place to focus on the music and the sound. It was
definitely ahead of its time and revolutionary! 20 years after passing away in 1992, Larry Levan is still considered as one of the godfathers of House Music alongside the veterans from the Chicago scene. His legacy at the Paradise Garage still inspired a generation of DJ's, Remixers and Producers on the today's House Music scene. With this release under the moniker Kultissime Franz & Linda Lee Hopkins perpetuate this legacy and bring back the good memories and good feelings from this golden Era!

'Won't Look Back', the glossy yet deep electro power ballad from Little Jinder's 2013 'Break Up' album, gets the remix treatment from two of her Stockholm friends who also happen to be some of the hottest underground house producers around. Kornél Kovács and Baba Stiltz, both representing Stockholm's Studio Barnhus posse, the former runs the whole shebang together with Axel Boman and Pedrodollar, the latter has an album coming up on the label this year, deliver two very different takes on the song - Baba goes all deep and murky while Kornél gives the track a dubby disco twist. With the original version sealing the deal, this is a fine example of the ongoing cross-fertilization between Sweden's pop and dance music scenes.

Beyond white noise, way past pink noise, is a sonic treasure chest unearthed by Beyond The Wizard's Sleeve for their long awaited new single.... the sound of 'Black Noise'. Hypnotic, widescreen and with a killer low end boom, 'Black Noise' marks the return of Erol Alkan and Richard Norris' future freak beat duo on 12" vinyl.

Flip the twelve over for a gentler, more baroque approach. 'Door To Tomorrow' recalls the pastoral beauty of the Left Banke at their finest. A classical motif meets Eros Child's yearning, lilting vocal, a sunkissed, melodic, string and harmony laden treat.

Liverpool's Dale Howard has become synonymous with quality house music since bursting on to the
scene four years ago with releases on Neurotraxx, Starlight and Sleaze Records. Since then he has
become a 'go to' man for standout productions with his music finding a home with respected labels such
as Morris Audio, OFF Recordings and Noir. Now this much-lauded producer is joining forces with new kid
on the block Silence in Metropolis, a brand new label coming from Washington DC with its sights set firmly
on releasing the best in House music.

The 'Give Me EP' opens with the original version of the title track, a bumpin' deep house affair that marries
rolling house rhythms with classic garage elements to provide an instantly hooky cut. Howard's production
skills shine with tightly edited vocals, skittering beats and subtle keys, quality stuff. The original version of
'Give Me' is backed with a remix from OFF and ALiVE artists Leftwing & Kody who deliver a garage
flavoured killer complete with high strings, percussive organ stabs and old school bassline.

The second of the two originals, 'Get You', again journeys into deep house / garage crossover territory
with a Nineties feel fuelled by soulful vocal parts, shuffling drums and classic hooks. The remix duties this
time fall to JMF, a producer who is working with labels such as Holic Trax and Static Audio, here he
twisted 'Get You' into a chunky and raw house workout that is a perfect closer for this superb package.

Since Montreal native Jacques Greene, 24, emerged with his first solo releases in late 2010 - The Look 12" EP (LuckyMe) and Another Girl 12" Single (LuckyMe, a Pitchfork Top 100 Track of the Year) - he has drawn upon real R&B, House & Techno to create a modern palette which served to influence contemporaries from Jamie XX to Disclosure and Julio Bashmore. But with the UK offering such excellent cross-over Dance successes in 2013 it can be easy to forget where our musical landscape was just tree years ago when Jacques Greene's faceless demos began to creep online. Just prior to the young Canadian's debut, US R&B had recently combined with the worst of European 4/4 Electro House & Trance to form a bottle-service delivery of compressed Pop-Dance to our charts. Greene represented something wholly contrary. A young outsider who, in isolation, was experimenting with fusing the fraught sentiment and sexuality of modern R&B and movement and soul of classic House and Techno. Not in any way retro, there are very few modern producers who can claim to have mastered their form - using original analogue equipment and the very essence of their influences to create such expressive and rich dance music.

LM015 - On Your Side EP is the product of many years of experimentation at the boundary between R&B and Dance music. It is only now after a slew of taste maker releases in dance music that we find Jacques Greene as an accomplished writer and arranger aspiring to work in song format. With our lead single featuring Tom Krell aka How To Dress Well, this is not the exaltation of a lone R&B hook that we are used to but rather a fully developed original song that finds it's place perfectly balanced between both artists. It's unashamed hook and addictive bridge in a beautifully delicate falsetto which rides on top of assured shuffle of percussion. No one here can claim this is a Summer record - the air of cool it evokes is for 4am at any time of year. This is the crystallization of something JG has been working towards. All his tastes reconciled into one stunning moment of classic house / modern house, classic pop / modern R&B.

The remaining tracks too, show JG's development. B1 Faithful returns to JG's vocal sample hallmark but this time without the processing. This is not a percussive use of vocal but rather an upfront gospel-inflected hook in the vein of classic US house courtesy of good friend Olivier Day Soul. Then to close we return to the deep instrumentals we have expect from JG. B2 Quicksand first appeared as an 'untitled' highlight in Greene's takeover at BBC 6Music in October. Now with 160,000+ plays on Soundcloud Quicksand finds its place as the euphoric finale of this satisfying three track EP which further establishes Jacques Greene, still young and evolving; a clear leader in his lane.

'Midas Touch' debuted as the opening track on Machinedrum's Essential Mix in November 2013, but
the track has been popping up at Leisure System gigs in various forms for the past six months. This 12'
is only the second release from the JETS project following their self-titled debut on Leisure System,
but as solo acts both Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum had breakthrough years in 2013, the former
launching his Ultramajic imprint and the latter releasing the Vapor City LP on Ninja Tune. The result of
serendipitous recording sessions, 'Midas Touch' will sound familiar to many but has been given a
unique spin by the restlessly creative duo, buoyed by a powerhouse earworm vocal by Lidell.
'Midas Touch' is a vinyl-only release featuring the original JETS version of 'Midas Touch' and a
shimmering Machinedrum remix that smoothes out the soulful track for the dancefloor.

Ahead of the release of his debut full length, Brazilian producer, club owner, businessman and DJ Renato Ratier releases a first single from it featuring Pillow Talk and complete with a Dubshape remix.

As well as being a driving force at both Warung and D Edge in Brazil, Ratier has recently shown himself to be an adept producer with a great couple of tracks that were stylistically diverse. Here the two originals continue in that good form. First up, Home Boys is a lucid but deep house cut with molten melodies and thick synth lines jangling around the firm kick drums as thin pads add a celestial vibe. The Kicks and percussion engage nicely and rotate in inviting cycles as a the deep and woozy and seductive vocals of Pillow Talk add an infectious human element to the track. The track gets a fine remix from foremost Brazilian producer Dubshape who unsurprisingly makes the track even deeper and more stripped with a wavy kick clap combo really inciting you to dance and warm neon chords interacting with the originals spritely vocals. Lush indeed. Sweet Home is the other original and features finger clicks, glowing chords, percussive shakers and rich organ like stabs, which all-togeth- er craft a beautifully melancholic vibe. The rubbery, rounded kick drum propels things along and when those trademark Pillow Talk vocals come in it becomes even more achingly love torn and leaves a lasting impact. On this evidence the Renato Ratier album is going to be one well worth checking for fans of rich and musical house sounds.

Marvin Zeyss delivers his debut release on I Records. Hailing from Nuremberg, Germany
this nu school producer has be delivering a very unique blend of deep house. Here he
