Each 'n everthing gets the room it deserves and mingles alltogether to so much more, than just another stereo sum. Never heard an album that dry and that wet at the same time, with an overall fun and jam factor, that is truly touching. She took her original style more than just a few steps further and sharpened her skills in an impressive and real straight forward way of raw funkyness and true storytelling. You can't listen to it without moving. Pilocka is always surfing the right balance of how much, or better how less it needs, to keep it going, get down to the point of no return and beyond the miracle of repetition. Limited re-release of the Astounding debut EP on Spacebar from Skeetaz (James Watts & Bil Bless) - Features Limbertimbre remix Those paying attention will no doubt remember Skeetaz from their contributions to Spacebar Superstars Vol. 2. Here we present a re-release of their astounding full debut for Spacebar Sentiments, the ' Fogrequing EP '. Comprising of James Watts (KiloWatts) and Bil Bless (Son of the Electric Ghost, The Disciple Grin), this is evidently material written by two producers at the peak of their powers. Straddling the thin line between breaks and electro (just the way we like it), this has the energy and funk of good breaks, with the amazing sound design and futuristic edge of electro... 'Fo' kicks off the EP in fine fashion, with hints of P-funk peeping out from amongst the mind-blowing programming. 'Drama Quing' follows, and sounds like a friendlier version of Aphex's 'Windowlicker', adding truly beautiful padded chord progressions to the sharp electro underbelly. Limbertimbre grabs the bull by the horns on the flip and ups the tempo of 'Fo' while keeping the funk in full effect. 'Ogre' rounds the EP off nicely with a glitched downtempo jam that urges us to 'check the rhythm'. Good advice, as just when you think you have got a handle on it the track has sped up, slowed down, sped up again, and those of you who were brave enough to attempt dancing in the first place are left spinning...

Acid-S and Roughnic met in late 90ies through producing and DJ-ing. They organized undergroundparties and developed their skills in music.

Acid-S worked in studios like Akropolis (EMI, BMG), X.1 (WDR, Kraftwerk) and Sinsport (Groove-Attack, Interworld) as producer and engineer. Roughnic is a member of the Riddim Box Crew and played bookings from Poland to New York, represented IASI on his supportgigs for SBTRKT, Zed Bias, Benga, Chase & Status, Example and Skrillex.

The science of pattern, drums and futuresounds are their common sense. In 2012 IASI release their first EP 'Vision' on the berlin-based label SUPERB recordings.

Heavyweights Causa, Taiko and Dark Tantrums make their first appearance on Circle Vision alongside label boss RDG on CV006 - the first record in the Various Visions series, launched to present an umbrella of artists sharing the label's vision of sound design and affection for immersive bass music.

Earlham Mystics is the new, techno and DJ-heavy project by Luke Abbott (Modern Driveway, Holkham Drones). His first EP 'Truth' is released on 24th March 2017 via NOTOWN Recordings - the label curated by friend and musical associate Gold Panda. The idea was hatched following time spend by Luke co-producing and mixing Panda's 2016 album 'Good Luck And Do Your Best'. The four-track 12' and digital release is the first in a series of sequential releases over the next 18 months that will follow the same musical lineage and feature both Luke's own material, plus his collaborations with other artists. Luke Abbott will be playing a series of promotional Earlham Mystics DJ sets across the spring.

TQD is the side project of UK producers Royal T, DJ Q and Flava D, who have been tearing up the decks as bass music's most esteemed crew for the past few years.
In 'UKG', TQD pave the way with a smooth, nu-skool and bass-driven garage sound that also pays homage to classic 'UKG' styles of the 90s/00s

Comprised of Royal-T, DJ Q and Flava D, t q d shouldn't ever really be referred to as a 'supergroup' because the drive behind the project is simpler and a lot less contrived than that tag implies. Simply put, t q d is a project that features a trio of music making friends who've united under a single name to make jacking dancefloor music that's inspired by the sounds of classic UK garage and bassline. Since their first collaborative foray with 'Day & Night', which was released on Butterz in 2015, t q d have rather emphatically proven that their three way formula works, appearing in clubs and at festivals the world over they've been consistently shaking up scenarios with their high octane blends of (largely) their own music across 4 deck sets. Following memorable sets on the Boiler Room and live turns at Warehouse Project, Leeds Festival and Boomtown, Royal-T, DJ Q and Flava D have been hard at work putting together their ten track debut album, ukg - a bolshy mission statement that encompasses the full spectrum of the garage sound. When you look at each party's discography separately, whats immediately obvious is their shared love of a 2-step beat, a hellish hoover bass and all those cleverly edited vocal ticks. Their debut album is the culmination of that love, with t q d channeling everything from heady, energetic bassline (on 'Vibsing Ting'), to ghostly Burial-scapes (on 'Only One') and lounge instrumentation (on 'New Day').

Slam City Jams is back with it's second release, produced by young Brussel based artist Kassett. This multi-talented dude not only makes great music, but also does visual arts (look at that amazing fanzine coming with the record) and has his own label & artist collective called Midlife. Kassett aka Gavin Vanælst isn't about genres, but about emotions when it comes to his music. However, asking him what he would call the sound he makes, his simple answer is: - Rave Ambient'. The 'All I Feel 1 Million EP' is a record full of diversity. It reaches from emotional and dreamy, arp-based ambient tracks with rave and trance references, to broken beats, weird synth solos, up to a rough but melodious techno tune. Finally the cherry on top of this special EP, is a remix by Lobster Theremin regular Imre Kiss. He delivered a dark and dubby version of the A2, that sounds like it was recorded underwater.

Tangram Records is proud to present the second installment of LTGL's limited 7" series for Record Store Day 2017. This one features a brand new track by LTGL, called Scribble. He's been playing the song live in the past year(s), featured it in his Boiler Room set and it has become a sought after gem. The flip features his remix of Abraham Blue's original 'Let's Escape'. About two years old the remix never got a physical release up untill now...this slow jam extraordinaire combines the best of LTGL's spaced out electronics with Abraham Blue's soulful voice.


LTGL is a Jamaican-Polish hybrid beat-maker from Belgium. Originally a guitarist, he never found the band mates he was looking for, so he started producing in the summer of 2011. Flash forward a few years and he's playing abroad on a regular basis, made it to Low End Theory (Los Angeles) and played Boiler Room (twice). Taking into account that he can count The Gaslamp Killer, Flume, Ta-Ku, Joe Kay and Lefto to his early supporters and you just know you are dealing with a very promising musician.

Back with that spice for Type, Anthony J Hart gets down to UK rave fundamentals on a killer 2nd LP under his Basic Rhythm pseudonym. Where Hart's more prolific Imaginary Forces output is all about the push 'n pull of power noise and post-rave techno dynamics, Basic Rhythm fixes a steely focus on the physics of the UK's hardcore continuum, decimating and distilling jungle, grime and garage into their common and most affective dancefloor denominators.
Basic Rhythm offers Hart up as a sort Leyden Jar battery or vessel storing decades of absorbed and condensed pirate radio transmissions, and The Basics can be heard as his disciplined attempt to parse those muscle memories and sensations into something tangibly, rudely physical but, most crucially, leaving aside those bits he considers unnecessary in a defragging process of mental sonic décollage - breaking down outmoded values and replacing at a distance from the original medium.
What remains forms a kind of refreshingly eviscerated halcyontology, recollecting and rinsing out the good times spending his p's on new shells at legendary shops such as Music Power (Ilford) and Boogie Times, listening to Rude FM 88.2, Unity 88.4, Pulse 90.6, Weekend Rush 92.3, Kool FM
94.5, cutting dubs at Music House, and swanging his jaw at legendary venues and club nights like Stratford Rex, Temple, Labrynth, Telepathy, Slammin' Vinyl and One Nation.
In reducing those aspects to a pointillist vocabulary of sawn-off drums, harness-straining subs and tessellating, tussling stabs of flava, he leaves a spare air prompting ambiguous reading of
'dread' and 'ecstasy', depending on the listener's own reception/perception. It's a dichotomy at the core of E18's postcode-warring sublow shift, explored in the crevices between rap and grime in Fake Thugs, or the way Silent Listener (Adore) is intended to illuminate dank bedrooms, whilst the ructions of Cool Breeze (Summer In Woodford Green) and the fractiously mapped road rave styles of Blood Klaat Kore lend an overlapping sense of deep topographical study to the mix.

UNKNOT is the duo consisting of producer/dj Sciahri and composer/audiohead Emanuele Porcinai. UNKNOT01 is the first release on the duo's self-titled label. The music is derived from recordings of jam sessions taken on a semi-modular set-up and later contextualized, through arrangement, within a dancefloor-oriented framework.

The core of UNKNOT's sound is strictly bound both to Sciahri's solid techno background and to the mutable character of Emanuele's electroacoustic productions. The dialogue between such distant practices and approaches, brought to an extremely restrained setup, is what defines UNKNOT's musical identity.

Deus Record's TV Baby remix package drops six varying yet cohesive reworking of the New York duo. To shed new light on three of the band's tracks, the label has craftily pieced together an international cast of electronic artists capable of reinterpreting the psychedelic and free jazz influences of the project for the dance floor. Trus'me is an artist who knows a thing or two about the collaborative aspect of the remix, he is also a man whose continually evolving creative process make his remixes so unpredictable and vital. Currently exploring spaced out dance floor dynamics, the experienced Manchester producer puts a Detroit spin on Klerin Priest, turning in a slice of broken electro funk with a distinct UK flavour.London-based Ivan Smagghe has long been a proponent of industrial sleaze and brings his vast experience to bear on his chugging, restrained, 'Crossed' remix of Klerin Priest. The Frenchman's 'Ghetto' mix is even more reduced and touches on the now resurgent minimal sound.
With musical cycles once again aligning towards a more stripped back, tripped out approach, both mixes tap into the essence of Smagghe's undeniable, electro-leaning influence on the darker dance floors of today.All four producers twisted, experimental and driving effort's ensure that all of TV Baby's musical ethos is explored across six varied and divergent tracks.

It was in June of 1980. After a long and intense journey through time and space, Rupert Marnie met spiritual highness Frater loannis and became his apprentice. The Magus told him invaluable things, like controlling his precious bodily fluids and the holistic mastery of others' endocrine glands. The greatest wisdom though reached him on his seventh day, when Frater loannis professed him an an-cient ritual that would allow him to meet the Titan Ufohagen, also known as CDboy. It was the 4th, when he appeared, dressed in a long, slim silk cloak, a sprinkling wand in his right. Rupert stood in awe, immediately losing his newly gained fluid control, and started crafting a piece of music, that would remind mankind that not all is lost, as long as there is almighty Ufohagen.

This release sees Mark Archer raiding the Altern8 vaults to find previously unreleased material he produced in 1992 under his DJ Nex moniker, and pairing it with a new track he's written specially for the release. Limited to only 500 copies on vinyl - not available on any other format.

Biog: Mark Archer crashed into the UK charts in 1991 with Altern8's hardcore anthems Infiltrate 202 and Activ-8 (Come With Me). Since then he released further hits both in the clubs and in the charts (both as one half of Altern8 and in his later projects like Slo Moshun), put out a genuinely solid rave full-length in 'Full On... Mask Hysteria', masterminded some ridiculous press campaigns, and donned the now-iconic RAF chemical warfare suits and dust mask for Altern8's performances. Recently, Archer's music was back in the UK charts, hitting #33 off the back of a campaign to get Altern8's Activ-8 to Christmas number one. He's recently released on Balkan Vinyl and Substance Audio, headlined Moondance Festival this year, DJed at Bestival and other festivals, and sold out shows in the UK and abroad.

Originally inspired by the Elbee Bad question, 'Why not just dance through life' Matias Aguayo pursued the question leading him to this radical dancing Spirit, El Rudo del House: an imaginary creature who manifests speaking to you with a pitched-down voice and producing heavy house rhythms that are engineered to directly trigger the movement of different body parts (body mechanics).  El Rudo teaches that you should confront every situation with dance, and apply this approach into your everyday life: When we dance we can become other beings, switch our species... Turn into little nervous, jittering muppets or clumsy giants.

Exploring the tactility of bass from both the hip-hop and the DnB side you'll end up in a swirling lava stream with punchy basslines and tattered lost frail voices. Judo is the perfect example of this hip-hop and Drum & Bass fusion. As this track also showcases Lewis James' skill to combine theses unusual genres. Like sirens the voice snatches are seductive and suck you into the Megacholy. The gritty metal scrapes pierce the senses and the rousing synths are dripped with dystopian post apocalyptic Gotham. We love the world in alleys and post-industrial decay. With sparks of hope as in the alluring track Spiller.

Megacholy is a true Dazzle release. It has no limits, it's deep and imaginative. It combines breakbeat science with DnB precision, industrial grits and hip hop punch. Truly diverse and seductive.

Lewis James has already an interesting track record. As a multi-instrumentalist, and a producer he is known for his diversity. He has a Lowriders kinda taste for bass culture, hip hop, soul and electronics. Worked for TV, film, and the game industry. Collaborated with Lorn, Om Unit, Dolor and just recently with Amsterdam based producer Sleepin Giant on the Disco Noir release for the Cosmonostro label and with Know V.A. for our Beatitude 2 track.

Dazzle Series

For our Dazzle series this idea of confusion and delusion is combined with how we select the music: Confusing the listeners with preoccupation of style and genre and then turning the whole thing around, upside-down, playing with expectation.
It's about the tension between te compelling sound colors from Bass music, noise combined with whirring machinery to glossy rave synths and or RnB mash ups. In other words: using Gotham's sonic textures and crafts them into brand new, glistening disrupting collages. With Lowriders we're about those spaces in- between genres.

N1L lurches back into cranky post-techno action on Lee Gamble's label with the Ikea Zen EP: six tracks of deviant, obtuse dance music that brings the future to heel with X amount of noise and abstract funk.
Having the honour of inaugurating UIQ with the Wrong Headspace EP, Martin Rokis' 2nd volley feels more pinched and nervy, rolling out with discombobulating effect akin to caffeinated browser window-hopping or being physically rendered as an algorithmic .gif or holographic projection while in the middle of the dance.
Depending on your tolerance for vertigo and motion sickness, that sense of quantum instability is entirely pleasurable or quease-inducing. Maybe we were bounced on our heads too much as kids, but we're definitely in the former set and all up for being turned inside out.
A-side he plays with the gearbox as a Rubik's cube in #accelerate, slipping in and out of meter and focus with bewildering diffusion of grime ballistics and gyroid vox before Sleep Architecture gets on a heavy-lidded, technoid dancehall tip veering between dreamy and dread feels, while Galactic Tetris comes off like STL tending to a flock of primitive mechanical birds.
B-side, Fugu marks the EP's most messed-up and elusive moments, and the rickety tribalism Hazy One spirals upwards off scooping subs into heady thizz, but the best is kept in the back pocket with a full frontal mentalism called WARWARWAR which sounds exactly as frantic as the title suggests.

Will Saul's AUS Music has seen a number of new additions to the roster this year as the label continues to prosper. Now - adding to names such as Timothy Blake, Geeman and Escape, AUS welcome in another auspicious producer by the name of Fold. Having released records on Man Make Music and Electric Minds - Fold lines up his 'Netflix & Chill' EP: a potent stack of Hip-Hop indebted House tracks backed up by the extolled and shady Kassem Mosse on remix duties. 'Calmer Mood' kicks things off, hopping between bpms and driving grubby and groovy samples over a rough kick. Filters control builds peaks and troughs guaranteed to set things off before 'Wallop' rattles off with powerful 909 drums and truncated samples in a manner that will please fans of his 'Mr Wood' no end. 'Dreamscape' then melds deftly chopped breaks with Jazz melodies to set a rich, blue tone that's propelled into overdrive by splashing drum solos stitched together with flare. Workshop owner Kassem Mosse then offers up his interpretation of 'Dreamscapes' and in doing so introduces a subtle degree of melancholy to the original that links rich, spectral pads with tumbling breaks and delayed Sax stabs that round off another fine addition to AUS' catalogue.

Bass renaissance man delivers a wild tour de force through a range of bombastic club styles ranging from future garage, footwork to DJ tools & breakbeat hardcore + remixes from Roska, Carpainter, Vjuan Allure, GRRL, Scottie B, & himself.

Stavroz managed to create a wholesome, comforting soundtrack for a place, which no words can describe. Take a rest, lay down, close your eyes and listen to a story told in an orchestral fashion, with such profession and ear for details like Luise never heard before. Prism's A-side begins dark and cold as ancient
prison stone, motionless save an automated string sample ebbing in waves. The breakdown is characteristically spare and ethereal with a few pounding heartbeats. Suddenly, in a moment of true eloquence, Prism turns on both the lights and heat simultaneously, filling the sonic space with a gorgeous quasi-drop. Dynamic and versatile, it plays out as a spectrum from cold and dark to warm and generative-exactly like a sunrise.

On the B-side Compa's remix is foreboding as a creepy stranger's warning and as dark as a spell cast by a dark, latent entity. Congas add a mystical and organic element and slight drum fills float alongside slow, even pacing. The tune concludes with deeply distorted underlying strings, reminiscent of long, gunmetal-grey gutters. A shadowy track all the way through.

Early UK Hardcore edits by an unknown artist or artists, rumored to be hailing from somewhere near the Klasse Wrecks camp in Berlin.

Wisdom Teeth label boss K-LONE reveals new sister label Wych', kicking off with a new collaborative EP featuring LA-based lyricist Ill Chill, complete with hand illustrated artwork.

Beneath's early productions first surfaced on the Wifey show on Deja Vu FM. Releases followed through his own No Symbols label, DJ Pinch's Tectonic and Blackdown's Keysound.

He is widely acclaimed for his originality, in synthesising the dread soundscapes of 2004-2006 dubstep with the rolling tempo of UK funky and echoes of the "bleep 'n' bass" subgenre of UK house and techno.
