Off the back of the highly conceptual project 'Plata - Last Dayz', Circadian Rhythms quickly return to focus on their white label series and solidify their signature sound. CRWL003 takes form of three club driven tracks from the arsenal of Leicester based producer R@ (Lewis Ireson). The 21 year old's current studies in Video Game Development have evidently started to seep into the ferocious sound that has drawn him attention.
His praised debut EP 'Neural' was released on Stella Beats in October 2018 and following his DJing debut at the CR003 Live event alongside Mssingno and Plata, he now continues this run with his first vinyl release, showcasing his signature production.

Global tracks is a mystery; browsing the name online gives nothing associated with the artist. All we really know is that Gothenburg is home base. Most points toward that this is Global Tracks first release and Hoga Nord Rekords are more than proud to be first out giving his/her music out.

With albums like 'Selected Ambient Works' by the Aphex Twin and cities like London and Sheffield as a ground for the sound, Global Tracks displays how breakbeats should sound in 2019. The music is mostly influenced by Jungle, but also by Footwork and Dancehall. The roots lie shallow but the phantom behind this music don't give up with trying to recreate the nineties straight up, instead he/she develops the legacy from all the best and most drug marinated DJ:s from England circa 1995.

Breakbeat has a new vanguard in this mysterious shadow crawler that we know almost nothing about, but rumor has it Global Tracks is locked up with the machines under ground somewhere in Vastra Gotaland in Sweden working on new broke up beats, ready to surface when the time is right for more, deep and ganja oozing dance music!

* Livity Sound continues to be one of the most innovative labels of its era with another essential release, this time in the form of a debut long player from Forest Drive West. This extended 2 x 12' and digital release, 'Apparitions' lands in October 2018 and is a fascinating further development of the producer's intricate fusions of techno, dub and jungle.

* The acclaimed UK artist has released two EPs on the label before now, as well as on its sister label dnuoS ytiviL and the likes of Hidden Hawaii, Appian Sound, and London drum & bass outlet Rupture. Little is known about the London based producer but in just a couple of years he has established his own unique blend of complex rhythms and tactile sound design, distilling a rich history of UK musical influences into fresh new forms.

* This record continues in that tradition with a mix of sparse rhythm tracks that contrast heavy weight drum programming with rich and deft sound design. Tollarp Transmissions is a deeply personal and moving album created by Johanna Knutsson. Closing herself off from the flutter of the outside world in her Berlin studio, Johanna has painted a series of melancholic yet warm pictures of her childhood for Kontra-Musik. Johanna grew up in the small hamlet of Tollarp in the south of Sweden, surrounded by fields, forests and silence - a priced commodity not to be found in Berlin. Each track is named after a physical memory of Tollarp, the intro Vramsn, for instance, is named after a stream close to Johanna's home and heart. Befittingly, the first timbres of Vramsn remind one of Tuba Mirum from Mozart's Requiem, solemnly played by an old ice cream truck. A sound every child in Sweden knows. Tollarp Transmissions is not a grand Requiem, however. It's a heartbreaking Reminiscence.

The second release on O'Flynn's Hundred Flowers label comes from up and coming artist Soundbwoy Killah - and follows on from his sold-out releases on Sneaker Social Club and Warehouse Rave.

The A-side 'Burning' was a highlight of Mall Grab's most recent Boiler Room and is a straight up breaks banger destined for dancefloors. Whilst the B side 'Moving On' takes on the same formula, in that it too is a stone cold banger.

Delsin's first reissue album of 2019 is the album 'Repeats', an important techno and IDM record from collaborative outfit Repeat, which originally landed on A13 in 1995. Nineties collective Repeat started out as Mark Broom, Andy Turner and Ed Handley, with Dave Hill joining in later on. Ed and Andy, of course, also recording as Plaid and also still members of Black Dog Productions, with whom they recorded albums closely before and after this one. The result is a hard to categorise album that breaks all the rules and draws on IDM, techno, ambient, house and electro to make for nine tracks of atmospheric analogue music that still sounds fresh and in a world of its own.

Cardinal Fuzz and Lovers & Lollipops are proud to bring to you the new magnum opus from Black Bombaim titled 'Zone Of Resident Bodies'. Black Bombaim approached their latest creation with the mindset of pushing the boundaries of their musicianship by working with three different electronic composers in three unique recording settings -an old workers auditorium, a huge empty space on the postal office building and on a reverberation room on the university of engineering. Working with Jonathan Saldanha, Luís Fernandes, Pedro Augusto helped Black Bombaim break free of the constraints of a band in a recording studio as each new recording environment and composer brought new textures and ambiance to the music created. It really is rather special to hear.

Orbital 002 Hot off the heels of their successful first release 'Opposite Visions', Orbital London make a second statement with 'Coopers Dubz EP'. Sidewinding in on the A side is label front man, Jack Michael. 'Never Said That' is a familiar sound we have come to expect from the young talent, warm, and born to be heard loud. 3024 is back with a quintessentially unique and current take on the hardcore continuum with a brand new Various Artists EP featuring music by label head Martyn, advanced percussive science by Yak, midsummer melancholy by Baltra and avant-techno by the Manchester/Berlin duo Juniper.

* Pev re-masters and re-issues a lead track from his debut LP 'Jarvik Mindstate' on Punch Drunk alongside a newly unearthed and previously unreleased track from 2008.

* A leading protagonist of a nascent, more techno indebted sound in the 07/08 dubstep era, alongside peers such as Martyn, 2562 & Appleblim, Peverelist released a series of tracks that helped shape and define that scene. Alongside 'Infinity is Now' (Tectonic), Circling (w/ Appleblim - Skull Disco) and 'The Grind on Punch Drunk to name a few, Bluez was a standout track fusing melancholic Detroit style synths with the dub-wise aesthetics of the UK underground. Peverelist has since explored these themes further with his pioneering Livity Sound label. This release revisits the roots of his sound a decade on.

Yak presents his first solo EP on the 3024 imprint! Three intricate percussive excursions showcasing this man's amazing talent. Rhodes Island is a vibey drum 'n bass number with dazzling edits and beat trickery, reminding us of the legacies of Nucleus and Paradox while still sounding extremely 2018. Don Greno is a more garage influenced roller that has been doing the rounds as a dub on Rinse. Ocean Floor is a sluggish, dubbed out drum groove perfect for those late night early morning vibrations.

A collaboration of seismic proportions, we present 'The Last Renegade' from Safire, DLR & DRS, backed with two experimental DLR forays called 'Dreaming Of A Place'. Sinister, brooding and shaped with intent, 'The Last Renegade' sees Safire & DLR combining to create a half time beast, with the piercing vocals of DRS a perfect fit. Developing the 'Dreamland' themes from his last album, DLR explores dub and techno influences and more downtempo vibes on two mixes of 'Dreaming Of A Place'. Digressing from the more typical Dispatch format, DLR, along with Safire & DRS,
express their artistic freedom to display the depth in quality within the label today.

For the vinyl heads, there will be a limited run of heavyweight clear vinyl pressed, shrink-wrapped within a bespoke, full colour sleeve.

Circadian Rhythms releases thus far have embodied conceptual formats with this latest offering being no different, tackling the issue of mental health that is becoming alarmingly frequent within todays world. This being in the form of a USB EP from Spanish producer Plata (inspired by his own battles with bipolar), a follow up to his rapid sellout collaboration with Mssingno for CR's first ever release. However this is more than an EP, the track listing initially advertises 3, when in fact there are 30+ tracks, encrypted in a file format designed by the artist. These will be distributed on and offline (through QR codes) and can only be extracted with software on the USB, as a ploy to encourage physical engagement with music as opposed to streaming in mass consumption.

The Burrell Connection is somewhat a resident with Craigie Knowes; he lived in the same flat in Glasgow with label boss Max when he started the label in 2015, he featured on the first release, he contributed to second fundraiser album, he's also played half of the parties at their Glasgow home, La Cheetah Club, and travelled with the Craigie Knowes DJ team to wow crowds around Europe. But enough of the history, this is now - The Burrell Connection's debut EP with the imprint, Hyper/Orbit. Hyperactive techno and breaks blended together, emotive pads, 808 basslines and that ever-creative and homage-paying sampling ability that The Burrell Connection's noble followers have come to love. The Cyclist produces, what he has termed, "Tape Throb", musical excursions into techno dance that echo the production techniques and warm sounds of the electronic pioneers, taking his cues from the likes of Throbbing Gristle and Boards Of Canada. His releases to date on labels like Stones Throw, All City Records, Music Is For Losers and Crash Symbols have seen him rack up four full length albums (including under his Buz Ludzha moniker) with plenty more juice in the tank, as his debut on Hypercolour attests to.

"Pressing Matters" harks back to the golden age of breakbeat, bendy synths and pliable bass smack in the face of brain melting breaks, delivered with energy and a very authentic touch. A hugely unique sound and without frontiers, it's a cut that will cross genres with ease.

Robag Wruhme never fails to disappoint as a producer/remixer, his purple patch seems to show no sign of letting up, with releases on Pampa, Kompakt and remixes for Stimming, Alter Ego and Paul Kalkbrenner. His remix of "Pressing Matters" masterfully flips from its breaks origins into a twisted four to the floor belter, with grandiose touches and church like organs giving it a spiritual spin.

"Back In '92" will indeed evoke memories 24 hour pirate radio output and raving in fields, and for those who weren't there first time around, it's a cut that's as fresh and vital sounding today as it ever was, with light piano riffs and melodious keys over the choppy drums.

Featuring the vocal talents of Tanaya Harper, "Push" closes the EP in fine style, intricate drum patterns and rolling snares jar against the ethereal vocal performance and brooding synths, a quintessentially British type of production and one that treads similar territory to Jamie XX's recent pathos to UK rave culture.

* London based label SM-LL presents its second main label 12" LP release, Zimní Král, from Italian artist Andrea Taeggi.

* Andrea Taeggi works in Berlin as a composer, live performer and electronic music producer. Besides his solo practice
— on his own name or under the moniker Gondwana, he is co-leading long-standing electroacoustic project Lumisokea. His music has been released on vinyl and dubplate on labels Opal Tapes, Type, and Präsens Editionen.

* The music on this record was made using a vast array of rare analog machines Taeggi had the chance to work on at the Willem-Twee synthesis studio in Holland (built with the iconic Studio di Fonologia RAI as a blueprint). Most of the percussive sounds come from an Analog Computer, which has been rarely used only as a music instrument (its main purpose was flight simulation). In fact, during the Cold War times it was also used as a measurement tool by civil engineers and even by the army. At present, no one has ever officially released music recorded at the Willem-Twee synthesis studio.

*The music on this record further explores cyclical, minimal and hypnotic concoctions - a particular investigation focused on unusual rhythms that Taeggi had already started on his well-received 'Mama Matrix Most Mysterious', released on Type in 2015. Think walls of sub frequencies, snappy rollercoasters of the mind, labyrinths in hyperspace & snakes eating their own tails.

Rian Treanor re-imagines the intersection of club culture, experimental art and computer music with 'A Rational Tangle', his debut quartet of glass-cut, 150bpm hyperprisms for The Death of Rave.Galvanising and accelerating garage and techno with cuttingly crisp tonal diction and pointillist percussive palette, 'A Rational Tangle' demonstrates Treanor's adroit and finely-nurtured rhythmelodic instincts through a quicksilver syntax of kerned, polychromatic 2-step patterns and whipsmart, emotive jit music.Functionally titled A1 thru B2, the EP's four tracks vacillate ping-pong ballistics and recursive melodic motifs constructed in Max/MSP, dancing from pendulous, aerobic minimalism to taut, synthetic tabla grooves with grid melting nous, whilst also taking in gamelan-esque hypeR&B through wormholes of smeared and curdled harmonics, plus one dead lush section of Detroit-via-Yorkshire styled hi-tech funk.The production is stainlessly dry and future-proof whilst his arrangements are considerately efficient, yet it's all blessed with a pop or 'floor-ready turn of phrase that reveals new kinks, fills and twysts with each return listen.Whichever angle you view it from 'A Rational Tangle' forms a rewarding introduction to the work of a very promising and distinct new voice in electronic music.Rian Treanor (b. 1988) is an artist and producer based in the North of the UK. His practice references the dynamic cut-ups of Fluxus and Dada as much as UK dance music to present an insightful and compelling musical world of interlocking and fractured components. He has formerly studied with Lupo at Berlin's Dubplates & Mastering, besides years spent running the Enjoy artspace in Leeds.

After years of drilling their message home thru belligerent repetition, the crucial London duo here go fractiously febrile, ephemeral and non-linear, probing a certain sort of feminine pressure across four tracks drawing as much from grime, post-punk and jungle as afrobeats R&B and dembow rhythms, and cannily splashed with samples lifted from the kind of Fail' videos that hog YouTube's recommendations sidebar.
Taken in context of the black humour and 'ardcore hauntological spirit which binds all their work, the results form a radical rethink of the Raime sound allowing for more chaos, space and knife-
edge vulnerability within their often chokingly tight productions. Where their previous grooves may have felt like tunnelling into a dank rave at London's core, their current sound better reflects
the shifting mosaic of the city's cultural, socio-economic and political landscape, effectively rendering a brutalist 3D gymnasium or in-progress construction site for their wickedly
augmented ideas to cut loose, and quite literally embracing the failure, fleeting emotions and nerve-riding uncertainty that comes with the terrain.
In opener Some Things Can Happen, Just Like This they persistently switch the pattern from vaporous dembow bumps to synthetic chorales in a sort of mutant 8-bar dramaturgy, while Real
People, Not Actors observes an everyday fine line between aggression and play with ravishing yet elusive 2-step design comparable to Total Freedom clashing Burial over post-codes or a broken fidget spinner. The palpitating, rapid flux of Our Valleys Are Always Uncanny is more agitated and wild-eyed than anything else in their catalogue, perhaps imagining Skepta's Stageshow Rhythm after the cast has left and the duppies come out to play, before The Nourishment Cycle wraps up razor-chopped samples and melodic percussion in a way that feels like witnessing a bleeding cross-section of the city come to life, all sinew and sawn-off syllables tessellating in suspenseful animation.
It's thrilling, edge-of-seat music, and a breath of fresh air that's certain to flip presumptions of Raime on their head and offer their followers something to really get their mental teeth into.
