"Dream Machine" is an unreleased track or even more a - pop' song people have been talking about for some months now not knowing what it is called and where to get it.
Dominik Eulberg has been playing it in his sets and it has created a big stir on Soundcloud and in the fan community so we are releasing the track now on a limited one side colored vinyl.
"Dream Machine" was written together with talented German musician Essáy who has a career for himself and together they have written this club hymn!

The release manifests in a clear transparent vinyl, with minimal information on the etiquette and is sold in a plastic bag including separate artwork by Miro D'Oro. This features a hand drawn vision of how a Dream Machine could look like for Dominik and Essáy.

Music wise the "Dream Machine's" captivating quality is it's compelling friendliness. The track is good Karma full stop and we see the track also as an extension of what Dominik has been writing in the last years developing his own style left-field of the techno universe.
That the track turned out so smooth incorporating a flute and floating beat which is very untypical for Dominik is certainly due to Essáy personality to create a wonderful smooth feeling with his music.

Marc Romboy presents his upcoming album "Voyage de la planète" his first solo full-length production in over eight years. Released on his newly launched Hyperharmonic label, Voyage de la Plantète signifies an exciting new chapter for Marc as he experiments with his sound - pushing the boundaries between classical and electronic music to create both an emotional and atmospheric experience.
The first impression of this new sound can be heard on this 10", the album opener "Monde futuristewhich blends together beautiful strings and soft flittering synths. While "Monde futuriste" merges the beauty of the violine played by Miki Kekenj and electronic arrangments, "Voyage de la planète" mixes the two mediums together with fluttering synths and a somber string quartet.
Inspired by a concert with the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra where he performed Claude Debussy works in a contemporary way, this 10" and the album signify the start of a new chapter for Marc Romboy. Dominik's newest invention is all about the manifoldness of nature and the process of transformation when stones become jewels.
3,500 different minerals have been discovered so far. Dominik has chosen three jewels that carry animal names and has female artist Miri D'Oro bring them alive on the cover with her self painted bird collage technique for which she has gained international reputation.
The opening track of his new Traum EP "Taubenblut" (eng. dove blood) starts off with an excursion into massive deep baseline spheres all dubby and minimalistic by nature.
But all of you who know Dominik Eulberg will appreciate that it does not take long for one of his unique melodies to then conquer that feeling.
This time that sequence is bold and made out of sweat and tears (crystals) and manifest a collective spirit par excellence! Viva La rave!
It is a seductive melody that shines like a turning crystal while delivering simultaneously fine and deep cuts to your skin.
But feelings won't become stale with Dominik Eulberg and so he adds layer upon layer, to destroy the theme and to lead us to another level.
When all of it snaps and plunges into an underwater world we know that this arrangement is as thought out and skilled as so many of his tracks in the past.
"Falkenauge" is a track which speaks the language of Dominik Eulberg's recent releases on Traum, expressing an explicit feeling of wanderlust, advocacy and longing. It is a walk through nature all picturesque and colorful and if you listen closely, the sequences seem to "talk" to you. Which is not a mere phrase but actually seems to really have this affect on the listener.
When we asked Dominik he explained: "it must have happened through subconsciousness and I became aware of it later when I listened to the track after resting!"
Witness joyous ripples of melodies of blooming wildlife with "Falkenauge"!
"Katzengold" describes an atmosphere of perfect harmony with nature, no hardship, no self destruction... and this is what Eulberg has always been best at.
Living in the Westerwald has given him enough ideas to draw from, to write a track that can caress our senses. For all of you who liked his "Die Strandmieze von St. Peter-Ording" expect that heartwarming and jolly feeling to hit you again.

Alessandro Diga, a young talented dutch artist, delivers 3 solid techno tracks for the fifth release on the BergWacht record label. Phaedra' starts with a great bassline and goes into a warm melodic techno track with a lot of emotions, dreamy synths and it goes along with a clear hihat. The track is able to be dreamy and not cheesy at the same time. Sonora' is grounded on a rolling bassline and clear hi-hats as well, it goes over in nice effects with outstanding breaks, but it finds back to the starting rhythms. Dahlia' the hidden B-2 track transmits a deep journey with melancholic feelings.

Styro2000, Zürichs Meister der Modularen Analogsysteme und bekannt vom Duo "Galoppierende Zuversicht", das nicht nur am Burning Man Furore machte, ist nach längerer Pause zurück mit einem Solorelease und seinem sorgfältig handgemachten, analogen Minimal-Techno, der uns Hörer mit seinen subtilen rhythmischen Mustern and klanglichen Ausflügen gnadenlos reinzieht.

Die AA-Seite präsentiert den dritten und letzten Teil der "Strange Sounds" Remixes von Manuel Mind & Valentino Tomasis Elektroklassiker von 2001. Während wir für die Volumes 1 & 2 (LEBAL1201/1202, LEBAL002), hauptsächlich einheimische Produzenten angefragt hatten - Andri, Canson, Marco Repetto - baten wir dieses Mal drei internationale Remixer um ihre Vision des Tracks. Es geht los mit DJ Slugo, einem der Chicago Juke / Ghetto House Pioniere, und seiner kompromisslosen Tiefbass-808-Booty-Shake Juke-Version; danach klopft Johnny Dangerous in seiner Foremost Poets Mental Version "Strange Sounds" den Track richtig weich. Seine Synkopen-Synthie-Stöhnvocal-Version verdient ihren Namen in jedem Fall. Side A features two tracks from Styro2000's Le Bal EP "Deselected", out on the same date, June 25th. Styro2000, Zurich's master of modular analogue systems and of "Galoppierende Zuversicht" fame with legendary live performances at Burning Man, is back with a solo release featuring his carefully crafted trademark sound of analogue minimal techno that seduces the listener with its rhythmic patterns and sonic waves.

Side AA features the third and final installment of the "Strange Sounds" remixes by Le Bal's own Manuel Mind & Valentino Tomasi. While in Volumes 1 & 2 (LEBAL1201/1202, LEBAL002), we invited mainly producers from our native Switzerland - Andri, Canson, Marco Repetto et al. - this time, we asked some international remixers to complete their visions of the track. It starts with DJ Slugo, one of the pioneers of Chicago Juke / Ghetto House, and his uncompromising deep bass 808 booty-shake Juke version; after that, Foremost Poets' Johnny Dangerous beats "Strange Sounds" with a bat, and out comes a syncope-driven "Mental" version that fully deserves its name. At last, Berlin-based Mijk van Dijk delivers a funky track with a boogie feel you feel the need to dance to.

Who is/are Rita Furstenhof We have no idea who she/he/they are. The A1 track, the mighty "Hadron Collider" was sent to Optimo Music HQ about 18 months ago. Normally sending one track is not much use to a label, but this was so good that we instantly replied to say we wanted to release it. Rita Furstenhof works in mysterious ways, and it was 18 months until the other tracks for the EP arrived. Along the way there were a few times when we thought they had completely vanished, and we were never going to have a complete EP, but finally, here it is.
And well worth the wait!
This 12" is pure trance. Do not fear those words.

Max Cooper is now on his 12th release with Traum and if that was a magic number, he has teamed up with Nicolas Bougaïeff who is the creative director of Liine in Berlin. He has built the controllers for the Plastikman Live 2010 tour and works together with Richie Hawtin with Liine. This company provides the Lemur App, Remiix Apps and Griid, amongst others. Nicolas Bougaïeff has recently completed his PhD in music.

In den meisten Fällen hört man es nicht gerne wenn in Pressetexten das Release als "das Beste aller Zeiten des Künstlers" angekündigt wird. Meist hat dies den faden Beigeschmack einer gelangweilten Promoagentur oder eines Albums das einer großen Überschrift bedarf. Im Falle der neuen 12" von Dominik Eulberg liegen die Umstände etwas anders. Nach einem richtig erfolgreichen Album (Diorama), das dem grauen Techno Alltag den Kampf angesagt hat, ist das neue Erzeugnis von Dominik etwas völlig eigenständiges und grandioses. Es ist autark von Trends wie melodischem Techno, manipuliertem garstigem Glitch Techno oder Deep House. Zwar beruht die EP auf dem genialen Klang des Albums, die Musikalität dessen wurde allerdings erweitert um eine hedonistische Dimension, eine große Portion Phantasie und nicht zuletzt um ein großes Stück Eulbergschem Humor. Wir beginnen mit dem Stück "Offenbach", eine Titelgebung der wir sonst im Eulbergschen Kosmos nicht begegnen, die zu einfach zu sein scheint, aber beim zweiten Hinschauen dem frechen Naturell Dominiks Genialität bescheinigt. Die Musik zu "Offenbach" installiert direkt nach wenigen Sekunden ein kollektives Gefühl und ist darin einmalig. Seine optimistische und direkten Art ist einfach sympathisch. Perkussive Rhytmuselemente sind derart lässig als wollten sie einem mit Freude ein Handtuch ins Gesicht schlagen. Ja so kann man sich auch unter Freunden begrüßen denkt man und wundert sich. Dominik erschafft diese seltsamen und bizarren Soundlandschaften, die von der Stimmung euphorisch aber auch melancholisch eingefärbt sind, und bringt dies in einer Form von kindlicher Verwunderung zum Ausdruck, als ob diese zum ersten mal für sich etwas entdecken. Es scheint als ob Dominik seine eigene Sprache, mit einer unberechenbaren Art von Spontanität entwickelt und das bei aller Form von Bizarrheit und dennoch meinen alle Hörer zu verstehen um was es hier geht. "Offenbach" ist ein absolutes Highlight im Eulbergschen Kosmos und nicht zuletzt 100%ig DJ kompatibel.
