It has been three years since Steam Circuit (2008) first glimpsed the light of day and gave us hits like "Edding 850" which shot to the top of the Beatport charts. The two Berliners have been very busy and have founded their own label Formatik Records about two years ago amongst many other things.

I'm sure Mowgli, real name Michele Savasta, needs no introduction but just in case you don't know it's time you got to know! With tracks/remixes appearing on Deadfish, Great Stuff and Fools Gold Mowgli is no stranger to the electronic music world.

"I Gotta Feeling" is a sublime deep house original from Mr. Savasta. A simple yet delightfully pleasant groove carries you through the duration of the record as if you were riding on your hand-made south-east-asian silk magic carpet on a warm sunny day basking in the summer heat. The point, this track has been carefully crafted and made from the finest material around. When you throw in the catchy synth lines and vocal samples you get a track that effortlessly gets you tapping your feet.

The flip side calls upon German star &Me for remix duties. This saved records/Kitball/Keinemusik veteran does what he does best and takes the original then stamps his big old stamp all over it. Some people claim techno is soulless but there is a reason &Me has blown up over the last year and that's due to the way he manages to conjure emotion through his music, and this is a prefect example. A genuine techno bomb.
