Alphahouse imprint deliver the 'YY' EP from Italian duo MFS: Observatory, backed with a remix from label-head Butane & Alexi Delano.

MFS: Observatory is the collaborative guise of Italian duo Matthias Tuchetti, Francesco Cozzolino. The outfit are relative newcomers having only released material since late 2014 and here we see them take a huge leap in their career stepping into international water via the Alphahouse imprint, slotting them alongside heavy hitters like Skudge, Mark Broom, Alexi Delano, Butane, and Ricardo Villalobos on the stellar roster. With a Little Helpers release also confirmed in 2015, this is a duo on the rise.

Opening up the EP is 'Observatory Y1' which see the duo deliver a haunting slice of electronica fueled by smoky atmospherics, meandering arpeggio synth hooks and raw weighty rhythms to smoothly set the tone for what's to come. 'Observatory Y2' provides a more reduced, but still heavy, groove with bubbling synth drones, menacing stabs, a bumpy bass hook and mesmeric vocal murmurs.

On the flip side Alexi Delano collaborates with Alphahouse founder Butane to reshape 'Observatory Y2' into pure vibe. The duo provides a typically infectious groovy number, which evolves over six and half minutes with a subtle dubbed out hook taking over the last half of the track. 'Observatory Y3' rounds things off afterhours-style, laying the focus on a sparse rhythmic foundation while howling sweeps and spaced out vocals fuel the psychedelia.

For FASTEN07, we are very pleased to welcome one of our favorite artists to the label. Sonodab, known from releases & remixes on Fear of Flying, Trazable Recordings, Kina Music and Infuse to name a few, comes here with his debut on Fasten Musique Vinyl Only.The EP includes gipsy minimal groove and a stunning Remix by Sinob Satosi who is a next Japanese rising star.Sinob has just released his new EP 'Flash' with Boola for Vinyl Club.Monomial EP is due to be released in May 2015 in a record shop near you.

Luciano Esse's own blend of Techno has led him to release on acclaimed labels such as Safari Electronique, Trapez Ltd and Material among others, and to be invited as a special guest on John Digweed's Kiss 100 Radio Show. His decade long gig schedule has seen him take the stage at superclubs like Fabric London, Matter, Fuse and Pacha Ibiza to name a few. His wide range of musical inspirations can be found in all the nuances and subtleties of his productions: his third work for Aloe Musique is just as precise and tasteful as you would expect from him. 'Going Home''s atmospheres and galloping bass flow into a passionate vocal in the break, a momentary slowdown amidst the warm mood of the track. On the other side, Rashomon Club's resident Stefano Testa speeds up the pace with a darker and slinkier number: percussive, big on the low frequencies and boasting a trippy synth line, 'Argonauti16' is a perfect dancefloor tune, with a lush rhythm and catchy vibe.

Das Side Projekt aus den beiden separaten Acts "Arts & Leni" und "Wolfgang Lohr" geht in die zweite Runde. Nach ihrer Debüt EP, im Oktober 2012 auf dem Berliner Label Ostfunk, folgt nun das zweite Release bei Ton Liebt Klang (Hamburg). Herausgekommen sind nach akribischer Frickelei zwei Tech House / Minimal Nummern mit dominanten Basslines und sehr lässigem Groove, für den tanzbaren Bereich auf der Clubwiese. Mit dem Einsatz von analoger Hardware, sämtlicher Souveränität beider Künstler und einer ausgefeilten eigenen Stilistik, ist das Ergebnis eine gesunde musikalische Mischung aus dem sich perfekt ergänzenden Duo!

Für den Remix von "Take This Back" wurde Fernando Tessis (Brasilien), Labelhead bei Kombo Records, ins Boot geholt. Mit seiner Interpretation ist eine druckvolle und ebenfalls sehr tanzbare, alternative Version kreiert worden, deren Coolness ihresgleichen sucht!

The Chosen Two (Berlin) haben mit dem Remix zu "Red Curson" mal wieder ihre Remix-Qualitäten unter Beweis gestellt und eine ganz eigene aber authentische Aufarbeitung, mit starker Bassline, zurecht geschustert. Sind aber bei ihren Leisten geblieben und ergänzen die Veröffentlichung zu einem runden Erlebnis und Ergebnis für den Verlegebereich im dampfenden Club!

"Soy Como Soy" was one of the standout tracks from Gigolo's CD Twelve compilation last year, with Makossa & Megablast representing what DJ Hell calls "the new sound of Austria". Now Hell has invited two influencial DJ/producers to bring M&M's hypnotic workout (and the voice of featured singer Cleydys Villalon) into new contexts.

After breaking our New Year's resolutions at a tiki bar deep in the woods, Numbolic's very 1st release in 2012 is a production by our lovely french friend Kane Roth. With an elegant drift Kane made four outstanding kicking minimal tracks while creating her typically sort of breeziness.

"Motorsmoke" is the type of track you think you could write yourself, until you sit down and try to bust a groove like this. Simple yet devastating, when the dance floor is in that 6am zone, drop this science and let the strobe light and smoke machine do the rest.
Butane's 'Paris is Burning' remix employs steadily rising, skillful tension, with layers of freak for good measure. Rushing drums and a transvestite reminding the young fame-seekers of the world to pay their dues Yes please.
Once again, Alphahouse delivers the unapologetic underground goods.

In Febuary 2014 Martin Books comes up with his new album "LIVE". It's gonna be released as a double vinyl and digital download as well via - Style Rockets'. This record certainly lives up to the label's name.

In his usual nonchalant style, you can expect deep driving arrangements. Through the precisely applied sub-basses and the unobtrusive synth pads, a first class sound-performance is guaranteed.

"LIVE" doesn't shine only through suitable club rave sounds like "7 Days".
We can be sure that playful tracks such as "Panic Jack" or "Wake Up" will accompany us to the open-air season. Co-responsible for this are the skillfully interwoven vocals, which serve both as grounding melodic elements and staccato-rhythmic sample-whips.

The album features many label mates and companions from Berlin, such as Kotelett & Zadak, René Bourgeois, Drauf & Dran and Pierre Deutschmann. Even a Mexican joins the league of the extraordinary dance floor matadors. Alex Young, known for his hit - Sol", also contributes a remix. In return, Martin is going to put his version of "Sol" onto the vinyl edition to be released in 2014.

Without a doubt, - LIVE' a well assembled album is at hand. It'll make sure there is always enough peak time gas. A logical consequence of his previous stuff and Martins work on the Minus Compilation 2013.

Die Broque 005 wartet mit 2 Helden der elektronischen Musik auf. Max Cavalerra ist Resident im Münchener Electric Delicate und bereits bekannt von seinen Veröffentlichungen auf Toneman, Parasound, Frisbee, Broque und Marco Baileys MB Selektion. Seine Musik liegt irgendwo zwischen jazzig angehauchtem Techno und sommerlich frischen Open Air Grooves. Hinzu gesellt sich ein Remix vom Hamburger Pantha du Prince, den man bestens von Dial und seinem aktuellen Depeche Mode Remix kennt.

Das dritte Vinyl von broque.de widmet sich dieses Mal einem druckvollen flächigen Stück DubTechno von Christian Quast, der sich auch gerade für die neue Kickboxer verantwortlich zeigt. Die groovende Version von Markus Güntner kommt im Style seiner Kompakt/Ware-Heimat. Und Granlab fügt seinerseits eine detroitig trancige Betrachtungsweise hinzu. Als Bonus gibt es weiteres Netaudio-Urgestein: Dataman, dessen rotzig krankes Mr.Pussy vom japanischen Label minusn.com lizensiert wurde.

Quirky Electro and dry, bleepy, partly Detroit-influenced Minimal Techno from the vaults of Leipzig's electronic underground. Originally released back in 2003 and rediscovered now for a reason. Recommended.

NON NR 10!! Non Series has become one of the strongest and well respected labels if we speak about serious techno. For its 10th birthday the label comes up with the debut album by Chevel and delivers again more than only a handfull of tracks. Its a masterpiece! Nothing more to say here! Just listen!

Das Berliner Kollektiv Klangkost, bereits seit Jahren bekannt für ihre vielen verrückten und bunten Veranstaltungen und Open Airs in Berlin, startet nun auch mit ihrem ersten Release auf Vinyl.
Das Produzenten Duo IchDu&Harry (Klangkost) aka The Bimmelboys überzeugen mit ihrem deepen Original und haben sich ihren Kollegen Paul Klatt dazugeholt, der das Original mit seiner Violine versüßt. Für die Remixe haben sich die beiden Jungs niemand geringeren als Sascha Braemer & Dan Caster (Stil vor Talent) ins Boot geholt, die eine Bombe für alle House Liebhaber in typisch Berliner Art gezaubert haben. Auf der B Seite findet man den KlangKuenstler (Zuckerton, Ton Liebt Klang), der seinen groovigen tech house Stil hat einfließen lassen, um wie gewohnt den Dancefloor zu rocken. Zu guter letzte hat Bacalao & Sonne (Kalimero Records) das Original nochmals auf ihre Art und Weise neuinterpretiert und runden das Ganze ab, also für jeden etwas dabei!
