‘What Is A DJ If He Can’t Care’ is KRAMPF’s first release for Live From Earth after a long-term friendship and collaboration and marks the 4th installment of the label’s imprint ‘Live From Earth Klub’. Influenced by Rotterdam’s Gabber and Hardcore scene, the French DJ and producer has reworked these styles in two tracks presenting a unique and modernized interpretation of Gabber heritage at 160 bpm. In addition to that, Live From Earth’s DJ Gigola and her production partner Kev Koko make their collaboration debut on this EP presenting a high-energy electro remix on the B-Side. KRAMPF’s EP will be released digitally on the 19th of April. The vinyl will be officially available on the 10th of May with a total of 300 records.

As Ociya, hardware freaks Tin Man (Johannes Auvinen) and Patricia (Max Ravitz), come together in unholy acid matrimony on a EP (here) and definitive double-album, Powers Of Ten (coming up on april 27).

We know both sides well. Over a prolific run of records for Acid Test and his own Global A, Auvinen has expounded upon the promise of "Nonneo" (recently named one of Resident Advisor's 2010-19: Tracks Of The Decade), unearthing new, emotional vistas from the Roland TB-303. Ravitz, meanwhile, matches Tin Man in studio ethic, establishing himself as one of North America's hardware masters on records for Ghostly and Opal Tapes.

Reemerging from the threshold of the cosmic vortex, Black Lodge returns with another sonic artifact that is charged with vigorous chaotic energy, known as EXPERIMENT_ZERO. Accounts of the radiant object's origin are as mysterious as the raw energy that utters from its core. Following a close study, the guardians of the portal suspect that "Experiment Zero" was a primordial experiment rooted in the slam jack pits and DIY warehouse rituals of ages passed. A sonic dialog constructed of various languages, spanning from roots-house jak to bare-knuckled electro are revealed across the artifact - a revolutionary tale that surpasses the constructs of ephemerality, with a refusal to be ignored. Across the release the listener is confronted with fearless acid lines that are underscored by a tone of revolution, and sets the stage for a human voice that switches between modes of a sharp and mutated presence. The power of such sonic objects are both celebrated and rejected by various tribal societies. It is all dependent on the belief structures and traditional histories of its members. Those that belong to the cult of Ron Hardy, Mad Mike Banks, Traxx, and JTC will welcomingly be drenched in its riotous energies. It is for the dedicated, not the light-hearted. After further research it has been discovered that, Experiment Zero is the product of Dona, aka Dj Plant Texture and Mike Tansella Jr. of Son of Traders, both products of the ancient mercantile city of Bari in Southern Italy. Previous works from these artists have been featured on Creme Organization, Gravitational Waves, Unknown to Unknown, and Illian Tapes. All sonic experimentation was recorded in one take to capture the raw energy of instantaneous collaborative sound craft operating in flux. Black Lodge's 4th release is sure to find a space in the music collections of those seeking to travel within the uncanny portals that unforgivingly defy the status quo. Returning to Earwiggle for the first time since one of our early hits (his Midwest Whippersnappers EP with Paul Birken), the inimitable Freddy Fresh provides some choice material from the year 1996, remastered and ready for modern consumption.

We start with the tunnelling acid tour-de-force of "Abraxas", that first appeared on Freddy's "Analog Space Funk" album on Analog, followed by a similarly spaced out (yet previously unreleased) track of the same period, "Aerial". Originally released on Cari Lekebusch's Hybrid label, "Logical Grooves 1" is prototype supernatural techno on an almost morbid tip, while "Barogue" is a classic Freddy Fresh cut to wrap up (fittingly taken from his "Accidentally Classic" album on Harthouse), where weighty Mr. Fingers style chords play over an epic and deep-building exotic soundscape. "1996" marks a special snapshot in time - when Freddy Fresh did 'out there' techno in a way that no-one else did, techno that we believe will always stand the test of time. Also included is a special A4 poster of a young Freddy patching in the studio, giving a small glimpse of the Minneapolis great at his weird and wonderful work.

Hi there, this is the already third installment of the Familiar Faces anthology. For those who missed the first two: all the contributors to this fine selection of tunes are whether label residents who already provided their fair share to its backcatalogue or friends and affiliates, the Riotvan family hooked up with in one way or another.

Perc Trax is proud to announce Breaking The Seal; the debut album from Ghost In The Machine. Having already hit hard on the label with their "One Louder" (2017) and "King Dead" (2018) EPs now the time has come for them to expand their range even further across the ten tracks that make up Breaking The Seal.

Frank Nitzinsky & Nils van Lingen began collaborating as Ghost In The Machine in 2016, first releasing on the Genosha Basic label before working with Perc Trax. As remixers they have turned in acclaimed rerubs of Paula Temple's Joshua & Goliath and Perc & Truss' Leather & Lace whilst their DJ performances began in their home country of the Netherlands but soon took them across Europe including making their Russian debut recently in Moscow.

From the extended scene setting intro of title track "Breaking The Seal" to the genre fusing antics of "Combo Breaker", "Form Of Steam" and "Nexus 96" these 8 tracks build on the established Ghost In The Machine sound, but add something new to each track, taking their sound in directions we've not heard from them before and which we might not have expected.

Following on from her stellar addition to Monki's &Friends label - Polish producer VONDA7 continues her steady ascent and inaugurates a brand new project: art werk with 4 deeply personal yet effective tracks. The principle behind art werk is to allow space for movement towards the left, to allow for full creative control and to provide a platform for the listener as well as the dancer with tracks that lend themselves as well to headphones as they do to the floor.

Perc & Truss' statement of rave intent 'Leather & Lace' returns when you least expected it, this time in the form of three new remixes from an all-star cast of producers.

Leading the charge are Perc Trax's breakout starts of last year Ghost In The Machine who build upon their trademark kick drum volley with Reese basslines, swearing pads and a stretched out arrangement that showcases all that they are capable of. Flip it over and Tectonic main man Pinch takes a different approach with his uniquely Bristolian take on techno, featuring everything from primitive computer bleeps to the kind of broken rhythms he and his label are known for. Closing things off is the wildcard of the set as Mumdance and Logos step away from their weightless sound to serve up a tough, acid driven take that nods it's head to the classic sounds of Bonzai and Eye-Q.

Summa Cum Laude finally is ready with a various artists, that describes the soul of the label. In the project are involved names
like Collin Strange from LIES Records, Gaja, Belgium's rave legend Coexsystems and Domenico Crisci to name a few.

The package contains the power of techno, no prisoners, no compromise at all, the real techno sound. The all musical project has been curated by Domenico Crisci and the artwork by the Neapolitan artist Marcello Simeone with an art piece that was exposed at Mori Art Musem of Tokyo. "The Wandering Queen" features a Vespa with a Napoli licence plate leaning against a wall, which is a sign of youthful experiences, trips and escapes.

Active since the early 1990s, the Master of Rave Ceremonies Olivier Abbeloos of T99, lands on Pls.UK with a rave oriented 4-track EP.

The man behind the timeless tune "Anasthasia'" comes back! First in the ceremony, "Deliver" fuses rich synths and melancholic pads with the producers' signature fast paced drums, leaving no rest for the wicked. The darker tone of the second track "Twisted Driver" sets the tone into full energy.

Next up, "Torture" combines a heavy-hitting rhythm with an ever-escalating bassline that peaks into an acid mood. Perfect tune to end a set "The Sleeper Must Awake" brings the vibe directly to the 90s era and closes the EP with high energy and nostalgia.

New imprint Jason, Jared & Brians’ Records delivers it's first offering with a release from Jared Wilson.

This record is dedicated to and influenced by Roland, Dinsync, Social Entropy Engine, and the Pacific Northwest. The three-tracks found on this EP are some of the first to come out of Jared’s new studio in Seattle. Refining and recommitting to a sound that reaches into the past and future with hints of acid, house, and techno while at the same time not being confined by any theme or style.

This Time Mattia chosed a banging tune 'Time Struggle' with the first new school version, classic heavy techno beat with saturated 303 sub melodies and a futuristic pad to complete this version. The Old school version is more percussive acidic, no pad melodies, no compromises, just straight to the point for killing every dance floor.

In the B side there's a perfect rework from a dutch techno master Steve Rachmad as Sterac, more 909 clean beat rhythmic and minimal detroit infected. The last track 'Floating Life' is a typical Drum'n'Bass spirit influence of Mattia, 170 percussive beat with space pads typical of 90 jungle works in the UK.

As a hidden track on digital only 'Cyber Resurrection' is another killer track with an amazing mysterious sample from rave typical 90 stuff.

Posthuman’s cult label reaches number 20 – featuring Luke Vibert’s return to the imprint named after his own iconic track, with a full album of purist acid. Ten tracks over a double album, all written on just three pieces of analogue early 1980’s hardware: Roland’s TB303, TR808, and JX3P. Housed in a gatefold sleeve & black paper inners with artwork by Cat Galcera, featuring the equipment used on the album and nothing more.

Premiere on Fill-Lex Records of the Russian-Greek producer based in Seville Maxim Gkikaev aka Rise Black, in which he presents us with themes composed from 2016-2019, the first release in its volume 1, volume 2 will be published at the end of the year.

Mark du Mosch returns to Pinkman, after his debut EP The Red Hour back in 2016. Magneto takes you on a rollercoaster ride from an industrial factory workout to a soulful frenzy and back. Filled with heavy, borderline tribal rhythms intertwined with glitchy loops and spacey melodies, it's a vortex into a dreamlike state where the routine is the villain and the practice of discipline unfolds into the liberation of creativity. And all given groove Mark du Mosch's style.

Welcome to the seductive groove of Nonetheless, a new duo formed of Florian Bocksrucker and Felix Bergleiter, and the first LP on Neubau. Across four sides of vinyl Nonetheless deliver an intriguing mixture of tough dystopian midnight-drive soundtracks and transporting early electronic/musique-concrète-hybrid interludes. Nonetheless is the sound of cogs turning, churning melancholy and pulsing snake-charmer drum machine palpitation. The end result is catharsis through sinister journeying. EP number eight of the "10 Years De:tuned" series is centered around the 303 tinged acidic sound. This release kicks off with a new and innovative version of Humanoid's highly ranked and major influential classic acid house cut, followed by a proper rave peak time slammer courtesy of Mike Dred. The B-side brings Luke Vibert's grinding acid funk rhythm to the table, plus the squelchy "Strunkelpotz" produced by the cult duo Air Liquide, resulting in a broader spectrum of acid-referencing styles with the same brain-melting effect!

Kevin Foakes (Openmind, DJ Food, Ninja Tune) created all the graphic work. Mastered by Matt Colton at Alchemy Mastering and pressed on 180 gr vinyl. Stay tuned!
