Donato Dozzy and Sabla present a new chapter in their collaboration with Morpho, a suite of four sonic sculptures designed to be best enjoyed on your favorite sound system.

If the first chapter, Crono featuring the four Flusso tracks released in 2023 was about forward flow and abstraction, Morpho is rooted in solidity and form.

Forma I is stripped down to the very core: a massive bass foundation, few sonic particles and a mutant snare. The perfect good example of how less is sometimes more.

Forma II, while retaining the same dry, minimal aesthetic, develops a maze of details and tempos inviting you to lose yourself in it.
Forma III begins to explore a deeper, more organic dimension. Percussion and reverbs emerge, while metallic elements seem to search their place, like electrons orbiting a nucleus.

Forma IV feels like the opening of a cocoon, where a new form comes to life in the organic world. A relentless percussion loop and an intense, slapping snare run throughout the track, carrying this journey to its end.

All sounds were recorded in Rome in July 2024 at Dozzy’s studio, then edited and at times deconstructed to the granular level through February 2025.

Der Berliner Michael Klein veröffentlicht seine neue EP auf Second State. 'Golden Hour' ist ein klassischer, energiegeladener und vielseitiger Release mit 5 hypnotisierenden Techno-Tracks.

Der Opener und Titeltrack "Golden Hour" beginnt mit einer starken Synergie zwischen Kick, Bass und Percussion. Der Track bewegt sich in kontrolliertem Tempo und steigert sich, während Klein schräge Tasten und ein sanftes Arpeggio einbringt. Als Nächstes folgt "Voice Interrupt", das mit verdrehten Melodien und Tonhöhenverzerrungen eine angespannte, aber energiegeladene Energie erzeugt. Minimale Shaker und eine einsame Hi-Hat verleihen dem Track Textur, während die Arrangements straff und schwungvoll bleiben. In My Own Eyes" beginnt minimal und zurückhaltend, mit einem rotierenden Synthesizer, der schließlich durchbricht und das Kommando übernimmt. Subtile Industrial-Elemente kommen zum Einsatz, werden aber unter Shakern versteckt und treten erst während eines kurzen Zwischenspiels der Haupt-Synthie-Linie in den Vordergrund.

Es folgt "Howlip" mit einer gleichförmigen Kick, Hi-Hat und einer zackigen Synthie-Kombination, die bedrohlich durchtanzt. Ein Sample mit dem Namen des Stücks erklingt in verschiedenen Lautstärken und kämpft zeitweise gegen den Hauptgroove und den wiederkehrenden, elektrolastigen Synthesizer an. Eine treibende und hochkarätige Dancefloor-Waffe. Das Finale der EP "One Eyed Master" wird von pfeifenden, hochfrequenten Keys dominiert, die unter der Hauptkick und der scharfen Single-Hi-Hat brodeln. Die Keys variieren in ihrer Intensität, während der Track voranschreitet, und schaffen eine dystopische und unruhige Atmosphäre. Klein spielt erneut mit der Balance von Schlagzeug und Tonhöhe, um die Stimmung des Tracks zu beeinflussen - ein offensichtliches Thema und eine Technik, die auf der gesamten EP angewendet wird.

Moby’s first full-length album, the eponymous “Moby” was originally released on July 27, 1992 and includes his first global hit, the “Twin Peaks”-inspired anthem “Go.” The self-produced album also includes the early club bangers “Drop a Beat” and “I Feel It.” This limited edition version marbled vinyl.

SEXYRECS is a Berlin based label platforming a new wave of driving, pulsating techno. The vision sees each release shadowed by a mystic, dark sex appeal. SR001 is a 4-track EP and the genesis of SEXYRECS. The VA release is a solid embodiment of what the label stands for: a gradual descent from hypnotic, vocal cuts to rougher, poignant rhythms. Sometimes, we have the tendency to run away from distress because we do not want to deal with the feeling of pain, but the first step in spiritual healing is overcoming the fears and recognizing the pain. However, by allowing yourself to feel rage, it becomes easier for your wounds to heal. Honor your feelings.
Honoring your pain will teach you self-forgiveness. You should be able to feel the kindness within you and experience all the love you have for yourself. You will feel a conflict between the instinct to heal on your own, and the desire to accept the situation and seek support to get healed. You prove that you have an unwavering determination to get healed by choosing the latter. When you want spiritual healing, you have to place your faith in the universe, too.
Surrendering the pain means releasing the pain and seeking support from the universe. It will help you ease your sufferings.
The negative ego vanishes from within you and makes your heart feel lighter once you release your pain. This is a sign of spiritual wellness. You will start to feel a deep openness towards things and think with a peaceful mind. Back To Life is pleased to re-press these two classics by Orlando Voorn aka FIX. "Flash" originally released in 1992 and "From The Ghetto" released in 1994 in collaboration with Blake Baxter.

Since he started producing music, Berlin-based American sound artist Jake Muir has been obsessed with sampling. His 2018 album "Lady's Mantle" was based on manipulated chunks of vintage Californian surf rock, and its follow-up, 2020's midnight symphony "The Hum Of Your Veiled Voice" was sourced from a wide variety of old records, and inspired by the work of experimental turntablists like Marina Rosenfeld, Janek Schaefer and Philip Jeck.

On "Mana", Muir looks back to a misunderstood musical movement. Around 1995, a group of New York producers and DJs - including DJ Olive, DJ Spooky and Spectre - pioneered a genre-dissolving sound by unifying hip-hop techniques with ideas pulled from dub, jungle, ambient music and industrial noise. Badged "illbient", it was a short-lived genre that felt like a high-minded psychedelic cousin of the UK's trip-hop.

Muir uses illbient as the springboard for "Mana", utilizing a selection of samples to inform his frothy drones and foreboding atmospheres. He ushers the material into 2021 by diverting it through his own contemporary worldview, attempting to recreate the hyperreal fantasy histories of Japanese RPGs (think "Dark Souls" and "Final Fantasy") and nod to sensual, tactile soundscapes of European industrial labels Staalplaat and Soleilmoon. The result is a magickal, sensory journey that's as physical as it is representational.

If the illbient producers were encouraging a burgeoning experimental music landscape to emphasize the tactile feeling of turntablism and sample manipulation, Muir is doing the same with "Mana". Each track heaves and breathes not just with his cultural reference points, but with layered, complicated emotions. We can hear joy, sadness, desire and anguish, obscured by disintegrating noise, hallucinogenic harmonies and sub-aquatic bass. It's electronic music that's rooted not in technology, but in touch.

Mobach drops his lush melodic debut album ''Cold Rain'' on Syncom Data Records. Four years after his ''Metrobots'' twelve inch Mobach delves deeper into his unique hybrid form of techno, house, electro, dub and downbeat experimental electronics. Ten tracks full of infectious melodies, clever beats and weird soundscaping that creates this typical Mobach audiosyncratic world, probably best reflected in the beautiful artwork, also from the hand of the artist.

Unrilis drops the latest release in its reinvigorated Rilis release series with a four-track EP by Ritzi Lee who is known for his hypnotic grooves and analogue sounds.

Rino Cerrone launched the Rilis series in the '90s as an outlet for his own experimental tracks and in 2022 the Unrilis team decided to relaunch the project.

Ritzi Lee is a Dutch artist based in Amsterdam who is well-known for his releases on underground imprints ranging from Bas Mooy's Mord to Ben Klock's Klockworks and his dark and dystopian style with raw percussion is a perfect fit for the Rilis style.
Talking about his new Rilis series release, Ritzi Lee said: 'I'm a big fan of the early Rilis releases. That sound was always integrated to my DJ sets and a big inspiration for most of my productions. The early Naples techno sound was always about pushing the limits, but at the same time keeping it groovy and funky. So, I was able to use those rules and apply them into this release while still combining my own signature sound. I think it's best described as ruff edged with a minimalistic approach, but making sure to keep it warm sounding. I'm really happy with the result, as feels like there is a strong Amsterdam/Naples connection in this sound and I would say it is a perfect match.'

Samuel L Session and Van Czar drop a four-track techno EP on Unrilis that showcases a deeper and more hypnotic sound with dystopian atmosphere and driving percussion. Rino Cerrone launched the Unrilis record label over 15 years ago, and part of the label's back catalogue is its iconic Rilis series. 2022 sees the relaunch of the Rilis series that has a focus on underground DJ tools with raw analogue sounds. The Rilis series was originally launched in 1999, and was restricted to a concept on only 10 releases, each pressing a limited run of vinyl. It was hugely popular with each one often selling out in only a week and picking up DJ support by people ranging from Jeff Mills to Richie Hawtin. Those first 10 releases were focused on Rino Cerrone's own music, but since his retirement from the industry, the revitalised Rilis series will welcome other artists whose sound matches the label's underground concept.
This latest release in the Rilis series features collaborative tracks by Samuel L Session and Van Czar who have previously teamed up for releases on other imprints ranging from Marco Bailey's MB Elektronics to Ben Sims' Hardgrooves. Both are also successful solo artists, Sweden's Samuel L Session being well-known for his headline DJ sets at clubs around the world, along with the music he has released via iconic imprints such as Slam's Soma, Shlomi Aber's Be As One, Len Faki's Figure and Emmanuel's ARTS plus his own imprints SLS, Cycle, New Soil, and Klap Klap Belgium's Van Czar is also an accomplished DJ who is well-established across Europe and he has also released music on respected record labels ranging from Kevin Saunderson's KMS Records as well as the classic imprint, Yin Yang.
'Air Raid' opens the release with its eerie pads, spine-tingling melody loop and machine-driven percussion. It's got a raw aesthetic with dramatic claps and snare fills that add to the building suspense.
'18-022' is a dark and stripped back track with modulating synth textures layered with fast-flowing high-end percussion. Its pounding kick drum and clap rhythms add rigid structure to its expansive atmosphere and dance floor focused groove.
'Route 200' has thrashing cymbals punishing claps and rippling pads that create a stripped back groove submerged in deep atmosphere. Rich with analogue textures and gritty sound design, its relentless energy is tailor made for club sound systems.
'Objectivism' closes out the release with it's funky bassline and bleeping melody. Whirling textures and fluttering percussion maintain an unrelenting tension that's driven forward by the pounding kick drum.

SMØR&BRØD – Ørigins marks a double debut: the first-ever vinyl release on Waswotsch and the powerful entry of Geneva’s SMØR&BRØD. Rooted in sound system culture, this EP delivers raw, live-recorded techno with a dubwise twist and infectious energy. Expect four unpredictable, analogdriven tracks that hit hard and stay playful.

KEi counters with “Killing God Theme“ - a deep, hypnotic slow-burner, rich in emotion that evolves with patient intensity. Then we have the debut of Tegav - a new alias from the pBPM forming member Kalin Baychev with “Stomper“ - an edgy melody on top of a percussive backroom swagger. Impe´rieux, ever the outlier, continues his quest for dance music’s future with “Jarka”, a leftfield yet playful groove that breaks convention while rattling the floor.

With a smiling family snapshot, framed in smoke, strobe light and sweat, Sofia shows how to throw the needle where it matters - squarely pointed to the future.

Third edition of NDR’s limited 12’’ various artist releases on the occasion of the label’s 2025 Japan tour. In the past CJ Bolland created major albums like "Electronic Highway" & "The 5th Sign" which made a statement in the underground scene. We don't need to explain what this man has meant to the underground Techno Scene and still does. We still remember hits like "The Prophet" & offcourse "Camargue" which are legendary. One of the biggest tunes of 2011 gets a reload on Hotflush with a brand new remix from house legend Mr. G.

Hotflush label boss Scuba was a dubstep exile in Berlin running parties at Berghain in 2011, following the release of his landmark album Triangulation the previous year. The SCB project had been launched as a platform for his productions outside of the 140 realm, anticipating a stylistic move that would make a serious impact on the dance scene at large.

‘Loss’ was released on Aus Music that March, proceeded to destroy dancefloors across the globe, and ended the year at number 7 in RA’s ‘Top Tracks of 2011’. In 2025, it retains the unique combination of minimal elegance and trance power that gave it such impact all those years ago.

UK house mastermind Mr. G steps up with a trademark remix - uncompromising in groove and structure, guaranteed to do the business on the floor.

And to round off the package, a previously unreleased version of the original b-side, FutureUnknown is included. The ‘Voxattack’ made many appearances in the Scuba DJ set at the time and qualifies for ‘sought-after lost dub’ status.
