Trivium's 2011 album In Waves pressed on Clear 2LP vinyl for the first time since its release.

Formed in 1979 near Bristol, Chaos UK are a classic group of the early '80s British hardcore scene who released several records on the legendary 2nd wave of British punk label, Riot City Records. Flogging The Corpse is an amazing archival release collecting previously unreleased tracks and 10 great live cuts recorded in 1983, the same year as the band's debut release. Brutal and unrelentingly fast hardcore from one of the greatest groups of the UK scene.

'Eclipse' is released in December. With her velvet voice,
her atypical and cosmopolitan background - formed in
Berkeley, Chiara also passed through Brazil where she
sang with the greats, such as Daniel Jobim, Caetano
Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Chico Buarque and many other stars of
the world. International Pop and bossa-nova sounds
accompanied by a jazzy elegance on an electronic carpet,
that's what Chiara Civello has in store for you.

Originally released in 1981, this is the 4th EP from legendary British hardcore group Discharge and it's perhaps their most famous and widely regarded recording. A blistering 10 tracks clocking in at around 15 minutes total, Why reached #1 on the UK indie charts which, when listening today, seems like a miraculous feat for such a brutal and revolutionary sound. Discharge paved the way for '80s crust and thrash punk and literally have a genre of punk named after their unique rhythmic approach and the dozens of imitators it spawned, "D-beat"; this EP, along with the classic debut album, Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing (RRS90), are the most essential items in their catalog. True punks must get this!

One of the longest standing punk groups in history, Peter & The Test Tube Babies are still going strong today, with 2018 marking their 40th anniversary. The Loud Blaring Punk Rock LP is their 4th LP, originally released in 1985, is the epitome of childish, unrefined, and perfect punk rock and roll. With such deep, poetic titles as "We're Too Drunk", "Pick Yer Nose (And Eat It)", "Beat Up The Mods", you know what you're getting here; drunken, stupid, sloppy, and absolutely perfect UK punk.

Resistance 77 are an Oi! and street punk group originating in Nottingham in 1980 and still going strong today, with their latest album released in 2015. Originally released in 1984, Thoroughbred Men is their first proper album, full of sloppy catchy riffs, anthemic vocals, and pounding rhythms. Influenced heavily by first wave Oi! groups like Cock Sparrer and Sham 69, and released on the punk group Riot Squad's Rot Records, this is an obscure and smoking piece of Oi! history never before reissued on LP.

Volume 2 of retakes of C Cat Trance's unique post-punk meets world beat brings the collaboration between Malka Tuti and Emotional Rescue to a close. Here again, the label's call in a selection of heads to re-envisage a modern vision of the music to present a perfect representation for today.

Starting with Red Axes retake of an almost untouchable classic, the booming, sound system-quaking version of Shake The Mind is a heads down mover that should add to their reputation and finally give DJ's a follow up to utilise.

Next, Jamie Paton gives the perfect trance-inducing, dubbed edit of Take Me To The Beach. Looping the drums and horns infinitum, building through repetition was never truer, before release. His individual take on remixes is again displayed, deep dubs from the brethren.

To close the 2 EPs, the final side is given to a meeting of older and established artist and new, upcoming, but already respecting crew. In Prins Thomas, the psychedelic protagonist of the heralded northern disco lights, his name was first to be penciled. His live, drum-heavy reversions have become trademark and in Sudaniyya, it's all there. Subtle, confident and alluring, Thomas builds to a steady jam of machine and man, letting it all hang and simply, groove along.

In finale, Khidja bring in friend and fellow Romanian production rising star, Borusaide to cover Simple Helen. A slow-burning ode in original form, their genius reversion captures the essence and much more, giving C Cat Trance's music a whole new lease, while presenting their production talent and musicianship. As was the hope and intention of these updated versions - Re-mixes for the 21st Century - with a nod to the past, but feet firmly in the future. Play loud and play out.

''On One of These Bends'' is a collection of unreleased songs, soundtrack work and obscure cassette-only pieces from the 80's which reflect Philip's shift from industrial music.

By 1981, after four years of DIY electronics, it was time for a change. For Philip Sanderson that change came in the form of film. At first, requests came from friends for soundtrack work, and by the end of the decade he was making short experimental 16mm films himself. On One of These Bends is a collection of unreleased songs, soundtrack work and obscure cassette only pieces from the 80's which reflect Sanderson's shift in focus. It was a departure from the
industrial music he had been making with his group Storm Bugs, having more in common with Nino Rota and Henry Mancini, albeit as seen through a DIY lens, and with a reel-to-reel orchestra comprised of an EMS VCS3, vibraphone, DX7, Roland SH-101, Roland TR-606, tape delay, acoustic guitar, fretless bass and Yamaha FB-01

On two numbers, Philip jokingly asked an American chanteuse to 'sing it like a cross between Streisand and The Shangri-Las', and to his surprise she did, the results sounding like a loungey AC Marias, or a lost early Crépuscule recording by Anna Domino. Counterpointing this are tracks such as E For Echo made with just an acoustic guitar, and the very first piece Bright Waves which combines the choral vocal talents of Nancy Slessenger with a Revox tape delay system, originally released on his own label Snatch Tapes, under the pseudonymous duo Claire Thomas & Susan Vezey.

This album is presented with the 'picture turned down' so to speak, and as such the music acts as a kind of memento mori for the absent moving images, and maybe even for the decade itself. Remastered from the original reels, DMM pressing.

Avenged Sevenfold release their 'Black Reign' EP for the first time on vinyl. Responsible, along with Green Day and Offspring for the rebirth and commercial success of punk rock in the '90s, Rancid owed their credibility to Tim Armstrong and Matt Freeman's years spent with ska punk pioneers OPERATION IVY in the '80s. The group drew their inspiration from old school UK punk rock, mostly the Clash and The Ruts, but also later acts like Subhumans and Cockney Rejects, resulting in a mixture that rewrote the history of punk rock. This is a compilation of their hits from '90s radio broadcasts, displaying the irresistible energy of 90's classics such as 'Time Bomb', 'Roots Radical', or 'Nihilism' when played live.

Champagne Dub is a collective of selected artists who come together to practice psychedelic dub rituals.

The project was conceived by drummer and producer Betamax (the comet is coming, Soccer96) who makes a nod to a range of influences through Free-Improv, Psychedelic Post Punk, English Folk, Performance Art and 70s Dub. However the band also draws on the teachings of Zen Buddhist philosophy, to create sound without intention, to capture and dub the natural shape of subconscious intuitions. 

After several explosive live shows, the group headed into the studio where they found themselves deep in the presence of a 1/4' tape machine. The results of which were soaked in biochemically enhanced mix of reverb and analogue effects. This was then distilled into a potent psychoacoustic blend of syncopated hallucinations. Once the vision was truly realised and tested on some animals, it was deemed safe for public consumption and was thus thoroughly impressed onto 12' vinyl.  Champagne Dub will be released into the sonic environment with the spiritual guidance of 'Faith and Industry' records. 

Bass player Ruth Goller (melt yourself down/acoustic ladyland) applies her distinctive sonic boom to the low end of the group. After effortlessly lording through London's many musical pockets, she has discovered a genuinely original approach to the instrument, whilst mastering her technical ability. Punk as fuck and funkier than a pimp truck, Goller pummels pure tones through the dirt with all the rhythmic precision of a washing cycle set to 'silk with rinse'. 

Ed Briggs is a sound artist from brighton who plays homemade synths incorporating mechanical parts from a Herdie Gurdy. He also Programs using MaxMSP where he can perform mind melting sound granulation in real time. Currently well known as the first person to invent 'Laser bagpipes', his creations include a solar flare detector and an antigravity camera. Briggs is a full time DIY inventor and home-science experimenter with a family background in English folk.  

Mr Noodles, the anonymous performance artist/vocalist cuts a dark figure on stage. Noodles uses many voices, shamanic percussion and unpredictable movement, haunting the band with a plethora of dreamy mantras. Once described by an audience member as 'my reoccurring nightmare', Noodles is both vulnerable and dangerous. 

Mexican artist Nahum Mantra's day job normally sees him working for the European space Agency where he works as an artist/magician.  
Once Nahum had mastered the art of Hypnotism at a young age, his career gravitated towards the link between science and art.  

His latest technological sculpture was launched into space in early 2018 and is currently orbiting the planet. Also known as member of 'Orchestra Elastique'- Champagne Dub also sees him feature on his natural instrument the Theremin. 

Betamax (the comet is coming/Soccer96/Superbest friends club/Hot head show) has been playing drums for ages. However after taking mushrooms he realised that there was a deeper layer of rhythm that remained trapped by his ego. An expression so honest, naked and uncultured that it had been withheld by the subconscious. It was a rhythm that couldn't be understood - that always shifted, but always spoke the truth. Sometimes still, other times explosive- Champagne Dub is what is now. Now who are you 

The American rock band Cactus released their fourth album 'Ot 'N' Sweaty in 1972. This was the band's final album before their long hiatus that lasted until 2006. The album is partially recorded live and other tracks are recorded in the studio. New singer Peter French shows his typical rock 'n' roll voice and keeps the album going. The boogie rock and live group jams denounce a commonly shared group vision. The interplay on the live 'Bad Mother Boogie' is incredible and one of the top songs on this album. It's an honorable swan song which dignifies the band.

Conceived in late 1969 by former Vanilla Fudge members bassist Tim Bogert and drummer Carmine Appice, Cactus released four albums. These four albums made it to the US Top 200, but the band was mainly active in the underground circuit of the hard rock. They reunited a couple of times and since 2005 they're recording new albums and playing live gigs.

Zebop! Is the eleventh studio album by Santana. Frontman Carlos Santana reentered the pop/rock world after his jazz-flavored The Swing of Delight together with Herbie Hancock. Santana does a great job at covering Russ Ballard's 'Winning' an including his famous Latino sound on tracks like 'E Papa Re' and 'American Gypsy'. Production wise, everything shines on this album, but what makes it really great is the way it was performed. The stunning creativity and timeless musicianship is striking in the guitar and keyboard sounds. 'Tales of Kilimanjaro' has all the trademark percussion and a jazz-rock vibe, a real Santana classic.
Santana gained public attention by appearing at the Woodstock festival in 1969. The Latin influence has always been an important part in their music, although the band also created some blues rock and pop classics. Even after all those years Carlos Santana is still actively performing.

The Great Jazz-fusion Band Weather Report Releases Their Self-titled Debut Album In 1971. The Young Musicians Created An Original And Fluid Record, Which Would Define The State Of The Jazz Rock By That Time. Throughout Most Of Its Existence, The Band Was A Quintet Of Keyboards, Saxophone, Bass, Drums And Percussion. Famous Members Were The American Saxophonist Wayne Shorter, Keyboard Player Joe Zawinul, Bassist Jaco Pastorius And Drummer Chester Thompson.

Combing contemporary and retrospective artists could always be controversial and disastrous, but in the right hands, it could equally prove inviting. The concept was innovative for its time, but received low sales and mixed reviews. In 1995, Nine Inch Nails co-headlined the 'Dissonance' tour with David Bowie as part of their 'Self Destruct Touring Cycle'. For Bowie, he was promoting his latest album Outside while returning to a territory that recalled his cherished 'Berlin' period. Back with Brian Eno and riding high with The Hearts Filthy Lesson, his 1995 collaboration with new industrial gods NIN was both brave, and rewarding for all. Transvision Vamp were a genuine International Pop Supernova of the late eighties. Fronted by the irrepressible Wendy James - Pop's
very own Halo Jones - whose bad-girl charms were impossible to ignore, and informed by the musical vision of Nick Christian
Sayer, their sound and look was a kaleidoscopic whirl of chunky guitar riffs, incandescent pop thrills, razor sharp choral hooks,
and vivid comic-book imagery. They crashed the charts like a rock and roll wrecking ball, bagging Gold and Platinum-selling
albums in a brief but spectacular reign.
- Charting in April 1988 with the punk-pop sound of their second single, a cover of Holly & The Italians' Tell That Girl To Shut Up', the
band followed this up with the Top 5 single I Want Your Love' and # 4 debut album Pop Art', certified Gold. In 1989, Baby I
Don't Care' hit # 3 in the singles chart, and the accompanying album Velveteen' reached # 1, certified Platinum.
- Both singles from third album Little Magnets Vs The Bubble Of Babble' reached the Top 40 in 1991, but curiously the UK arm of
MCA Records decided against releasing the album in the UK. It saw moderate success in Australia, New Zealand and Sweden, but this
release is the first time it has been issued in the UK. The band broke up in 1992.

Aliment is back: after two albums released under La Castanya —Holy Slap (2012) and Silverback (2015)—, the Barcelona-based trio takes a step forward with an exciting third album called Brother. Ten new songs with a post-punk scent where the band explores their most obscure and intense side. Rhythm focused but never giving up their melodic side, their cocktail of influences goes from post-hardcore totems such as Fugazi to the raw sounds of contemporary bands like Protomartyr.

Aliment is playing tonight and we know exactly what this means. We'll be wearing our jackets with Dirtnap and Goner Records patches and Bad Sports t-shirts. There's gonna be blood and sweat. A few hours left for the show to start but we've already met. We'll be drinking beer so we can sweat it out later until the air in the venue condenses and it starts raining inside. The show begins and something new and strange happens. We were expecting a crushing start with 'Car Crush' —Silverback (La Castanya, 2015)— but instead something darker and denser called 'Dystopia' hits us. Where did those perfect choruses full of 'Uuoo's' and 'Aaaah's' go

All of a sudden, all those pathetic and hackneyed garage clichés sound ridiculous. 'Sweaty rock, beer in hand', 'blood and sweat in the mosh pit'. Fuck that. Aliment is telling us to break all those clichés into pieces because there's no friendship to celebrate anymore, no beers in the air, no friendly nudges. They are building a huge wall on stage that will collapse right over us.

They're out of the garage fantasy. Aliment has gathered tons of pain over the years and now they just can't fake anything while on stage. Aliment show themselves dark and uncomfortable, but in the end it's just a matter of proportion instead of denial. That's the reason why in the midst of all this rawness we can still find flashes of hope, and for 20 seconds they will offer you a truly beautiful power pop chorus that will fade before you can raise your fist. Holy Slap (La Castanya, 2012) and Silverback are still there, hiding, because something blurrier and darker is coming. There's still light left, we've seen it with our own eyes, but for it to be beautiful and genuine it must be subtle, never too obvious.
Recorded in two different sessions at La Atlantida Estudio, Barcelona, Brother (La Castanya, 2018) reveals a band that has consciously forgotten how to make pop music, Marked Men style. Now they flirt with post-punk like Protomartyr, Sievehead, Dïat and Institute ('New Human', 'Sacred Secret') raising to the podium those guitar riffs that threaten to crack everything. We can also see similarities with Parquet Courts ('Maze', 'Black Cross') and with other new formulas based on rhythmic repetition ('Dystopia', 'Snake Bite'). All this combined with ethereal and beautiful instrumental parts ('A Blazing Torch') taken from the Danish school (Vär, Iceage, Lower). Brother is a perfect machine able to break clichés down. And will surely build new ones up.

One of the most notorious concerts in the history of Green Day's career and the '90s era. In true punk spirit Billy Joe Armstrong's first words to the 3-day rain soaked and angry crowd were "'What is this free fucking hippy love shit How are you doing, you rich motherfuckers' They would exit the festival by helicopter but not before Mike Dirnt got a tooth chipped after being tackled by a security guard. It was truly a shitshow but the performance is great and epic and necessary for all '90s alternative and punk fans.

Double LP on heavyweight 180 gram audiophile black vinyl in a wide spined sleeve with new artwork layout. Re-mastered by John Rivers at Woodbine Studios especially for vinyl release. Includes a bonus track not on the CD version and new artwork design. Never has a record been so aptly titled, or so perfectly descriptive of a band's particular vision of the universe. For all that, the original appearance of Taking Drugs was in fact a bootleg on the semi-legendary/semi-notorious Father Yod imprint in 1990, later supplemented with contemporary outtakes and cuts for the Bomp reissue in 1994 and one further song for the Space Age version in 2000. The original seven tracks, dated January 1986 and the first recordings to feature Pete Bain on bass, are collectively known as the Northampton Demos, understandably named for the recording location in a studio outside said English city. Both Sonic and Pierce have been on record as long preferring these takes to the eventual versions that surfaced for the most part on Sound of Confusion. Certainly it's a fine set of performances, showing a definite step toward the more familiar sound of the group and away from the rougher takes on For All the Fucked Up Children of the World. "The Sound of Confusion," aka "Walkin' With Jesus," rips along with fierce energy, Pierce's singing and the rampaging, primitive wail and rumble of the band just wonderful. "Losing Touch With My Mind" takes things to an even higher level, a huge wallop of feedback and beat (Natty Brooker's drumming in particular delivers just what the doctor ordered), Pierce delivering the lines with a flat, cutting drawl. On the slightly lighter tip, "Come Down Easy" is more or less fully in place (aside from singing about it being 1986!), possessing a more upfront but less vocally distinct feel than the Perfect Prescription take. The tracks that surfaced on the later reissues come from a variety of different sessions, including the original take on "Feel So Good" and a good live version of "Things'll Never Be the Same," one of several cuts featuring Brooker's drumming replacement Rosco.

than any hip-hop artist. Televangel plays every instrument heard on the album, making Anthropocene Blues a cohesive soundtrack that is much more than a beat tape.

Blending influences from 1970s Nigerian Afrobeat with the deepest of street Funk, The Seven Ups are the original 7-piece party band. Expect unrestrained solos by unkempt horns over an unpretentious rhythm section whose only interest is laying it down! This their third album introduces Psych Rock elements to the grinding afroheat!.

Rekords, a surfy riot grrrl explosion that took Scandinavia by storm - it was nominated for the prestigious P3 Guld award for best rock album of 2015 and won the award for independent punk album of the year at the Manifest awards. After touring around Scandinavia the band took some time off to regroup, with vocalist/basist Katja Nielsen forming Von K (who released their debut album earlier this year on PNKSLM).

Arre! Arre! will be making their international live debut in the United Kingdom in November, performing at the Slime Ball weekender in London on November 16-17, with more dates coming 2019.

Berlin, I nearly died with Peritonitis. I was in hospital for a bit. I had a son, I had a relationship that broke up. I wrote a comic, a memoir, a musical and had a one man show,' he says. 'I don't want to be that band who writes the sort of

songs like 'I don't like touring, touring is really boring'. I think we needed a rest so some stuff could happen to me, to fill me up.' Produced by award-winning folk musician Jim Moray, Wham! Bang! Pow!

Let's Rock Out! is Art Brut at their pop band best. Argos recorded his vocals in one or two takes, channeling the sporadic nature of his live performances while hand claps and ad-libbed jokes and howls produce a raw and authentic

work. Morphing almost any mundane experience into a hilariously candid anecdote - whether it's watching hipsters eat falafel on 'Good Morning Berlin', planning a better diet after a health scare on 'Hospital!' or dodging a train ticket

Hot on the heels of Captured Tracks' reissue of Capital Punishment's 1982 album Roadkill, the quartet of Kriss Roebling, Ben Stiller, Peter Zusi, and Peter Swann return with This Is Captial Punishment an EP of new material recorded almost 35 years after the group disbanded. When asked for bonus material for the Roadkill reissue, the original members got back together and did a remake of their track 'Confusion.' A blistering, motorik take on the original, the new version reimagines 'Confusion' as a much louder and sinister track. It was so loved by the label - and the band had so much fun recording it - that they decided to record new material.

With the 'Confusion' remake leading off the EP, Capital Punishment burn through four other tracks that all explore the darker edges of rock 'n' roll. From the strangely sultry 'Drumming Out Time Inside Me' and 'Grey And Illuminate' to the band's favorite 'Hot Love,' Capital Punishment may not be teenage punks anymore, but they certainly haven't lost their edge.

From the dank warehouse recesses that brought us Useless Eaters and Dry Erase, Castle Face introduces Exit Group—sharply futuristic post-punk with a pissed-off lean, antisocial lyrics spit over an abnormally locked-in guitar / bass / drums triangle, wound up tighter than a Swiss watch. Post-everything sample tweakery and chromedipped guitar tonality lend a darkly robotic sheen, abraded riffs pop up everywhere but where you think they should be, clanging and clanking inhumanly around elaborate Rube Goldberg patterns, tessellating under flickering municipal neon. Adverse Habitat is bone-dry furious, turning on a dime just to slap the drink out of your hand.

Melodic Energy Commission is a Canadian gem and an interesting branch of the Hawkwind family tree (featuring Del Delmar on electronics.) Hailing from British Columbia, their unique blend of space rock, progressive and hippie psychedelia began in 1977 as a recording-only project titled "The Melodic Energy Commission of Collected Artists."
