A treasure trove of edit wonders from none other than the Turkish master and esteemed digger’s digger, Jonny Rock, released on the ever-dependable Orange Tree Edits.

Four cuts, taking you on whistle-stop tour around the inner workings of Rock’s mind, from electro to new wave, with a slice of Serbian soft rock in there for good measure.

The award winning compilation series Future Disco returns with it’s 14th instalment ‘Dance Club’, an embodiment and celebration of dancing, unity and togetherness, packed with key artists such as Dimitri From Paris, Dr Packer, Gerd Janson, Aeroplane & more.

Following a year of club closures and festival cancellations, 2020 was a year unlike any other. And our separation from the club environment was a reminder of its inherent beauty, empowering nature and community of dancers. ‘Dance Club’ is a symbol of this embodiment, that draws people to one common purpose - to dance.


Following the series’ 10th anniversary, the release of 2020’s highly regarded ‘Visions of Love’ album garnered widespread support and the aptly named successor ‘Dance Club’ follows suit. Also scheduled to take the concept to spaces across the globe as we get back to dancing together again in your own Future Disco Dance Club.

And of course, the eighteen carefully curated tracks by label owner and curator Sean Brosnan featured on the album are some of the finest selections of disco, and club ready DJ tools to soundtrack the summer of 2021 and beyond. The album also features a raft of exclusives, edits and unreleased tracks from Theo Kottis, New World, Antenna, and The Showfa.

For the first time on vinyl, three classic best selling remixes from the Selador catalogue plus a never before released exclusive mix from Damon Jee.

Massive support from everyone from Pete Tong and Solomun to Hernan Cattaneo and Camel Phat.

Each remix made the top of its respective genre on Beatport.

13 years ago, while Jerome Derradji was Djing in Liverpool, he was approached by a young lad named Andy Ash.

Andy handed Jerome a CD. It was so great that all the tunes ended up on “Carnival De L’Spirit”, his (now legendary) debut D12” for Stilove4music.

In the last decade, Andy has been releasing critically acclaimed House and Disco 12”s on some of the best labels on the planet such as On The Prowl, Delusions of Grandeur, Dessous, People Must Jam and many others.

Finally on March 29th, Andy will drop “Not At Home”, his first (official) full length on Still Music.

In more than a decade, Andy’s production has matured and evolved. It is now more sonically subtle,
superbly arranged and it seamlessly brings you straight to Detroit, Chicago and New York with the perfect blend of Disco, Garage, Acid and House.

“Not At Home” is a fantastic DLP with 6 songs that showcase how much Andy has mastered his craft while staying true to his roots. This is how real house music sounds like.

'Music For Us' is Italo-Disco in its pure state! If the two original versions on this 12inch reissue's main side by House of Music are "untouchables" as the "purists" rightly claim, the rebuilt version by Danilo Braca on the flip must also be considered a masterpiece! The original vocal is hot, Helene has a very sexy voice, while the instrumental has a strong groove, thanks to the excellent synthesizers and bass. It seems that Junei's 1987 'Let's Ride' was inspired by this milestone published five years earlier by Stefano Zito.
The sequences of this song, which has become legendary, now sound good, precise and without the distortion of the previous reissues.
By turning the vinyl you'll find a later work by Stefano Galante, the same composer and arranger who, along with Claudio Casalini, at the end of the 80s created a song renamed 'Music For All Of Us'. 13 sumptuous minutes completely rebuilt by Danilo Braca. The Italian DJ based in the Big Apple is a true magician in radically transforming a song without losing its original charm. His version, renewed with a more modern and universal taste, will certainly please everyone. Very captivating, it will attract many new young Italo-Disco fans.

After a long break (6 years!) mysterious ARTIFACT label is back with a new private pressing of juicy Bottin re-edits. Fist off, "Domenica" is an upbeat synthesizer disco number, complete with happy chanting and funny instrumental hooks. Second track "Cha Cha Cha" leans towards Italian new wave, with English, French and Spanish vocals. Maybe what Tom Tom Club could have sounded like - if they were from Milan. Side B starts with a thick, throbbing funk groove "Chico Train", topped by hilarious narration of a surreal train ride to, station to station. The closing number "Vital Grace" is a dark, sexy disco thing, with lush female vocals and over-the-top strings. As often in all things Bottin, this EP is all-Italian affair - Vinyl-only and very limited quantities as usual.

With an Arturo Micro brute synthesizer put through psychedelic effects, Modern Ruins keeps the flame of Andrew Weatherall and Suicide burning through times of isolation and disarray. This Synth Wave/New Wave experience of an album, released on LP on Höga Nord Rekords, sums up 2020 with its dark and cold sound.

The title speaks for itself: “Unemployment Disco Line” reflects the desperation in the sound and the reverb-drenched vocals in the back of the soundscape comes from deep within the Covid hole. Sick, fed up and restless!

Drawing influences from masters like the legends above,Rowland S. Howard, Johan Balance + Peter Christopherson et cetera, this debut album by Modern Ruins sums up four decades of underground club music and no matter how long this pandemic goes on we are in “Nothing Blues” until the dance floors open again.

The dream team pairing of The Mighty Zaf and Phil Asher are back once again with a triple dose of their highly sought after '80s edits. From rare feel good '80s boogie to a South African boogie disco dancefloor delight and topped off with a modern soul disco funk anthem, these edits are must haves in any collection.

Athens of the North's first foray into releasing house records (with more on the way) may come as a surprise to some but not to people who've heard them DJ. Dirty Channels vs Danny Russell 'Watchin' Out' is a horn-fuelled lesson in peak time energy; working a relentless groove before dropping into a hook that you'll be hearing a lot of this Summer.

It's already gained plaudits, left,right and centre, including house single of the month in the July issue of Mixmag and DJ support from Jeremy Underground, Dan Shake, Josh Wink, DJ Haus, Jimpster, Jaques Renault, DJ Boring, Nyra (Canoe Recordings), Jimmy Rouge (Orange Tree Edits) and Red Rack'em.

On the flip, Bristol born and Edinburgh based, Linkwood of Firecracker fame presents a tasteful edit of Frazelle 'Today Is The Day', chopping up the rare 12" instrumental with the rarer 7" vocal version into a spanking definitive 12" inch mix for maximum dance floor satisfaction.

Good Block return with a second EP of original productions following the success of the '4 Corners EP’ released in 2019. Their sound continues to evolve and mutate, exploring the use of organic instruments, otherworldly samples and synth heavy themes. Delving into more sonically dense ideas, Good Block distil their wide-ranging musical taste down to its essence in the form of the 'Aquaculture EP'. Limited to 300 copies, with full cover artwork by the duo, and pressed on clear vinyl.

Full colour picture sleeve - officially licensed and remastered 12 inch reissue. Seen as one of the sparks that ignited the bridge between the Brit-Funk and UK Disco styles, Touchdown's 'Ease Your Mind' is a British classic from back in '81.

With a string of chart hits and countless underground favourites to his name, Vito Lucente is one of Europe’s essential house names. From the international cross-over hit ‘Make Luv’ produced under his Room 5 moniker, his Junior Jack alias allowed him to explore a much clubbier sound. Releasing a number of Defected catalogue essentials including ‘Thrill Me’ and ‘E Samba’ as Junior Jack, his joyous vocal cut ‘Hold Me Up’ has been the only time Vito has used the aptly named Glory project, featuring the unmistakable vocals of Jocelyn Brown. Released originally in 2003, this hugely popular track now appears on a special 12” package from Defected with remixes from some of the label’s nearest and dearest. Opening with Riva Starr’s fiercely funky Tangerine Funk Vocal Mix, Full Intention’s Michael Gray follows up with his own joyous, piano-laden remix. On the flip, Vito’s JJ Vocal Mix places Jocelyn’s flawless, uplifting top-line centre stage, before Defected’s favourite Dutchman Ferreck Dawn closes out the package with his club-ready version.

Banoffee Pies Records 16th Original Series release comes via a 4 track Split EP collaboration between Kincaid, and Zenzizenz, the ambient moniker of techno producer Viers. After a long year behind us, and likely ahead, this record takes a temporary step into the calm and adds reflection to the blurred months that passed.

The release is a collection of textural bumps and melodies opening with Kincaid's 9 minute "Slow Stumble Home" - an aptly titled down tempo trip through a confused space, layered with composition, like a Playstation home screen theme on Mushrooms. Calm follows with two tracks from Zenzizenz - "Returning From Home", a steady meditation through rumbling sounds soon shift to a new mood on the B side. "Falling Off" offers a more lethargic wandering mood through the marshland before BP016 comes to it's close with "Single Cell", the 2nd Kincaid track, which concludes with a chaptered 4x4 structure and slow bursts of energy within. Time to absorb. Love BP x

Clandestine Boogie are back, enlisting Omsk's Sunner Soul to provide the goods for their third release. The title track 'Voyager 84' sets the scene perfectly drawing you in with dreamy swelling synths, fizzing hats, and chunky hits alongside choice lo-fi vocal snippets & cosmic top lines - smooth as you like!
Kim and Buran then steer things on a funkier flex with their take on 'Voyager 84'. Staccato guitars laid over the top of a heavy bassline, succulent pads and spacey keys provide an intergalactic disco journey with you strapped in the front seat.
On the flip side Sunner Soul team up with fellow Russian producer, Scruscru. 'Spring Mood' picks up the tempo working bouncing arps and wobbly synths behind a thumping rhythm - a killer slice of disco tinged house as we move into those sunshine months. Closing out the e.p. it's peak time, boogie laden, blissful goodness in the form of 'Joy'. Funk-fueled guitar licks, an instantly catchy melody and the perfect amount of effects to enhance those build ups and break downs lay the foundations for a sure fire summer hit!

Al Kent strikes again with a soulful, goosebumps inducing beauty that's finding favour with more discerning DJs. From those who like it deep to the disco dons, this one's got them all hooked.

HDSN has a style all his own, but his disco tingled, futuristic, groovy sound evolved from the likes of Paul Johnson or Armand Van Helden who played around with old records using samplers and drum machines in the 90s, when House Music was mostly an underground phenomenon that could only be heard at nightclubs or through homemade DJ mixes. There is great excitement in the kingdom of Monaberry. Hordes of Vulcans have invaded the human territory, and Grandpa Herbert needs a vast amount of ore to forge enough chocolate marshmallows to enable his army to withstand this threat. Anyone who does not obey the law is sent to the huge penal colony of Khorinis in these dark times to mine the ore needed.



The entire area known as "The Colony" is surrounded by a magical boundary; an area with a diameter of two kilometres, which completely seals the penal colony from the rest of the world. The border can be crossed from outside to inside, but once inside you can never escape again. The border became a double-edged sword however, because the prisoners saw an opportunity for revolt. The colony was now divided into four groups, and the king was forced to make a trade for his ore, rather than simply claim it. Each group sent its best artist and was forced to present the king the most important piece of music. For the blue group came Super Flu and brought Trombarossa. From the pink group Viktor Talking Machine was sent and presented Lars. Bar.ba came from the black group and served Rain. The green group sent Dorian Craft and Baron, and were the last to arrive with Azur.

The popular song by indie disco producer LUXXURY and fellow LA duo Scavenger Hunt (recently released by Future Disco as the lead single from the London tastemaker's recent Poolside Sounds compilation) finally gets a limited vinyl 12" with several roof party friendly mixes. Includes LUXXURY's own rework of the song, along with an instrumental that emphasizes the sunny live bass, percussion and Sade-esque guitar parts; plus a deliciously chill remix from impakt spotlighting the vocals that give this sultry duet so much swagger.

ALEX FRANKEL from the American synthpop duo Holy Ghosts!, is now going solo after signing with DFA records. Hoping for clubs to re-open, Still got it is an anthem for those who wish to party again! A pure Disco track filled with energetic beat drums and a catchy vocoder.French DJ Breakbot is joining the dance with two club remixes. Choices from Canada is delivering a piano & hand clap remix for big Summer festivals. This record is a call for hope. We still share a love for dancefloors, hope you do too!

Over the years, the sonic world of Heist has grown into a place where energetic house, live instruments and worldly electronics move together in the most natural way. We're very proud of the fact that we can showcase artists that cross boundaries or simply create their own universe, while keeping a strong connection with the identity of the label.

Our next release, the 'Exposures EP' by Teleseen, fits perfectly into this aesthetic. Teleseen is the main project of nomadic DJ, producer and multi-instrumentalist Gabriel Cyr and draws influence from deep house, afro house, samba, batucada as well as the experimentalism and sound system cultures of his home town NYC. His sound leans heavily on polyrhythmic programming and he's nothing short of a synth wizard. His 'Exposures EP' features 3 originals, and a remix by Berlin based Italian house guru Black Loops.

The record features a number of collaborators and recordings of various instruments, ranging from percussive sections to synths and guitar. This live approach to electronic music is one that is deeply rooted into Gabriel's work. His upcoming release on Soundway as 'Thaba' is another good example of this approach and also shows how diverse his sounds really is.

The title track is a thrilling synth affair with tribal-like chants running through a vocoder. The combination of handclaps, crunchy synths and steady drums make for a thrilling afro house track that hints towards early motor city electronics.

Black Loops is known for his deep grooves and built his fame with his releases on Freerange, Pets and Shall not Fade. His take on 'Exposures' sees him upping the tempo to a pacey 130 bpm, where an introvert vibe of reverbed hits and bleeps take you into full dream mode. He expertly chops up the original into a contemporary track that fits somewhere between high tempo tech-house and minimalistic deephouse.

On the flip we get to hear more of the sonic world Teleseen has to offer. 'Dekalb' is a track that seems impossible to box into a genre. Its mood is set by a lovely section of free-flowing Rhodes chords and the chopped vocals and open synth- bass give the track a whole new feel. It is that ballsy electronic edge combined with dreamy textures and live rhythms that give 'Dekalb' its unique vibe.

The final track of the EP -'Transfer'- takes us down to a mid-tempo percussive workout with a balearic twist. The steady electronic groove and the free flowing guitar take you to yet another corner of Teleseen's beautifully crafted universe.

The MUSHROOM HOUSE compilation is a collection of balearic, afro and cosmic tracks that have been released on Toy Tonics EPs over the last 5 years. Original tracks and remixes by friends of the label: Auntie Flo, Rebolledo, Hyenah, Daniel Avery, WhoMadeWho & DJ Koze, Munk … and there is also legendary italian cosmic DJ Baldelli featured.
All these tracks are exclusively produced for Toy Tonics. A few had been already released before on Gomma records. The now sleeping indie-electronica label that was the „mother“ of Toy Tonics. It’s fun to see that these tracks seem not to get old. They sound still fresh and ace. Like the DJ Koze remix of WhoMadeWho or Munk’s Nigerian Jam. Now they all come together on double vinyl. Vinyl comes Including the new 60 page TOY TONICS MAGAZINE no 1.

Whiskey Pickle returns with yet another 12" of eclectic leftfield deepness, this time around from prolific Italian producer DJ Rocca.

The first cut off the record 'Detox' is reminiscent of the early 80’s electronic sound with nice mellow synths and a clever breakbeat. The next track is the title cut 'Tropicale 17' a lovely arpeggiated bell laden jam that sounds something like Kraftwerk lost in the Japanese wilderness.

Side B is dedicated to the epic twelve plus minute 'Chicken Lips Malfunction' Chicken Lips remix of 'Tropicale 17'. This is the jam that got those fowl fellas (Andy Meecham & Dean Meredith) back in the studio and boy was it worth it!

Many vinyl enthusiasts come in many forms and there are collectors of 12”s, Albums and 7”s. We here at Vega Records and Above Board enjoy creating 45s that have a timeless appeal within the art and layout as well the music. For the Eclipse Elements Of Life project we enlisted New York City art Veteran Erni Vales who has worked with likes of David LaChappelle, Mariah Carey (Butterfly Project) and many more. The art reflects the music bringing forth songs about what’s needed today, a time of rapid change and growth internally and externally.

The 7” double pack consists of 4 tracks, one per side so you get the best in sound quality, every song is breathing and pulsating. “Stand On The Word”, a Paradise Garage, Zanzibar, Loft Classic has always been a favorite for the Elements Of Life Band, having performed it live in London at the Southbank Centre along with their guests The London House Music Choir. The studio recording stayed true to the original Joubert Singers version and brings gospel music in dance form to the forefront. “Hot Music”, with the blessing of house music veteran classic producer Pal Joey, Elements Of Life digs into the classic house / club sound of New York City with scats and backgrounds, a new touch to the track added by Grammy Award Winner, Lisa Fischer. “Pastime Paradise” the Steve Wonder classic is retouched by Elements Of Life with Josh Milan singing lead, and the music bringing forth the latin New York City groove, inspired by the recordings of the Greats Tito Puente, Charlie Palmieri, & Ray Barretto.

The final track “Berimbau”, Elements Of Life digs into the Brazilian Funk sounds with leads Josh Milan and Lisa Fischer. Brazilian Music whether funk, jazz, samba, or bossanova, Elements Of Life have always been inspired by and have a true love for Brazilian sounds.

Quiet Force were the German duo of producer Thilo T.C. Rex and multi-instrumentalist Stephan Töteberg. Signed to Klaus Schulze`s Innovative Communications in the late 1980s, they produced four albums for the pioneering electronic imprint. They also released two singles on Italian label Les Folies Art, co-produced by Sergio Pisano. Mind Fair have licensed one of these to their reissue arm, Rogue Cat Resounds.
To try to describe Listen To The Music (For Love And Emotions) I`d ask you to imagine an Italo remake / remodel of Art Of Noise`s Moments In Love. Slightly “danced-up”. Sporting Max Headroom Fairlight stutters, and fretless bass flourishes. Synthesized strings, glissando and pizzicato. Mediterranean reeds and surf. Peppered with a lover`s laughter and ecstatic shouts. It could quite easily have been a template for The Grid`s Flotation. It`s definitely something for you file next to Dancing Fantasy in your Cafe Del Mar collection.

It's been a while since Rampa aimed for collective affection, providing "The Touch". His current "Sunday" EP, counting as the Keinemusik catalogue number KM045, somehow continues this sort of sonic caress.
