Thus, he creates his own touch of smooth, breaky dance music and packs this with 3 tracks compact on well handmade vinyl.

Haven't been released in over a year and a half, London-based Bread & Butter returns to the table serving some more minimal appetizers. BBR004 comes yet again in the form of a VA compilation, this time featuring four more on the rise and talented Romanian favourites.

To open the dance is "Aguamenti" by microhouse specialist Herck, starts with his typical rumbling modular madness; enveloping the listener is a swathe of an unusual sensual vocal and ever-switched slaps of melodic noise work from the off. Some delicate cowbells join the scene, and the hypnotic dimension increases, arousing our curiosity.

Up next is Costin Rp, who immediately sets an housier tone with his "If You Can". A relatively soft and bouncy low-end area stages for a playful sequence of sci-fi sounds, catchy female vocals, spacey pads, and a minimal groove that blinks a bit to the m-nus days.

On the flip, Midas Touch's boss Macarie "Atmosferiqua" gets a bit moody, offering a bubbling bassline - sometimes coming with some acid splashes in the background - and tight noisy drums. Suddenly, a long break lays itself like a spell over the fairytale landscape until the beat kicks in again.

Closing duties are entrusted to Teluric and the harsh "Composite". A sharp blockhead sub-bassline moves along with a muffled and punchy kick, letting an ever-changing synth take the scene alongside over-processed granular sounds for a deep dubby tool.

Xenochrony is a various, literally everything : artists, styles, spaces and times. It consists of four new tunes deftly produced between 1999 and today, and you’ll definitely find your cup of tee among.

The opening cut “ Juno ” says it all, a classy House beat rich of riffs and Fx from the good old 106. Following, “ Lost In Schiller, its percussions sit over a hammering bass line making it feel like the early Minimal. We then flip the side to enjoy “ UFO” , what a progressive Techno beauty ! The Ep is closed by the delicious “ Annaeric ”, an emotional standard D&B, containing all that Nostalgia and bringing back the past.

It’s approximately been a year since Antoine lost what would have been his debut album, ironically dubbed ‘Humour. Positivity & Affection’. In its wake, stemmed the idea for the producer to reform his conceptually based project (Mise En Place) into a vinyl only label.

The Land Down Dunder EP being the first, of hopefully, many releases throughout this new imprint. The label head feels there is no better way to start this campaign, than with a body of work, entirely inspired by the modern, timeless TV Sitcom - The Office (US).


The opener ‘Australian Reds’ looks to bridge the gap between Progressive House and Antoine interpretation of Minimal. Matched with Ghanian inherited grooves of course.

‘Colombian Whites’ as suggested by its title, widens the eyes and warms the soul with its textbook, 90’s House inspired Kicks, Hi’s and Baseline. Synthy melodies run throughout the mid(s) of the track to marry the ensemble together. Fitting for all terrains, but would be highly favoured in the Summer.

The B-Side flips the script in tone, tempo and texture - pulling on Antoine’s repertoire for groove laden Techno - ‘Cafe Disco (AK’s Rare Groove Dub)’ brings you to the after hours of any setting with it’s full bodied percussive rhythms, beautifully automated soundscapes and highly persuasive swing. Lastly, the EP is capped off by ‘Threat Level Midnight’. A nod to Antoine’s versatility within the realms of House and Techno. An incredibly versatile track, structurally inspired by the producers love of Hip-Hop. A cacophony of ethereal chord progressions run throughout the track alongside one moody baseline, as well as solemn drum patterns which progress in both body-feel and stature.

Mostly records, the onward recordings sub-label, presents Unum Festival by Franco Cinelli, which includes two remixes made by Bs As deep. One of these versions is with his pseudonym "System T", chosen to do some works inclined to tech house and more experimental sounds sometimes.

Unum festival is an event characterized by five simple elements of life; music, sand, pines, the sea and the mountains.

The golden beach of Rana e Hedhun is where the festival will host 50 international and local acts over the course of 5 days and 4 nights.
Franco Cinelli is summoned every year to bring his music from Latin America to Albania.

Franco had a good idea in his head to print on a vinyl one of the tracks that had been Anthem in one of those events, which is also used as the official track and curtain of one of the promotional videos of Unum festival.

In "Mostly" both Bs As deep (owner) and Maxi iborquiza (owner) they had thought of ​​including Franco in their next release. They talked about it, and presented some ideas.

The main track is the one that occupies the entire A side, is the original, composed by Franco Cinelli, said track is like a loop that introduces us to the rhythm and with a very attractive arrangement of vocals, what is interesting is the constancy of the track, Franco manages to keep the public's attention with productions that have a particular attraction in his beats, which maintain the groove all the time and as the track unravels, it changes little by little, to return again to that hypnotic loop that very few can achieve.

The cover art is based on the photographic images of the same event, captured by a great professional such as Bruce Wuthrich, to whom we thank and give all the credits.

Luciano has arranged a special series of four releases as part of the celebrations for the fifteen years anniversary of his own Cadenza Records, launching the first one to begin the festivities. Each episode is coming out in a different season of the year; the first one, with the catalogue number 118, is the chapter dedicated to the summertime and contains 5 enchanting tracks with an exquisite sound. Thisseries is just one of the astonishing surprises that Luciano has set aside for the birthday of his beloved label.
The show begins with "The Amazing Lilou", a crispy ariose tune with elaborated percussions and calypso-flavored synthesizers. "Hiding Hearts" is a latin prelude with pleasant guitars and restful melodies, flowing with joy and peace. "Nabusima" is another Caraibic spell, with noteworthy carefullymixed drums and elevating harmonies. "Magik Mechanics" explores complex broken beats andelectronic textures, drawing a colored narration in between a fairy tale and a sci-fi movie. Manjumasi's fifth vinyl-exclusive release is a collaborative EP that sees label founder atish join forces with young Indian producer and Manjumasi veteran Vridian. The package features three originals with a unique combination of texture and groove. Here the focus is on otherworldly synth elements, smart tracks that work every layer, from the driving basslines right up to the sharp melodies and complex atmospherics. Completing the package is a deep and heady breakbeat remix of Salvation from Christopher Ledger. The Berlin-based producer shows an incredible attention to sonic detail, with an intricate groove laying the foundation for a driving acid lead line that takes this track through a proper crescendo.

The Interpolarm duo are back in action with their second vinyl release, "Cote Mecanique EP", which means "Mechanical Side" in French. On the B side, the title track is a hypnotic new wave house take you on a psychedelic journey.

A lighter and funky mixture with an aggressive bass is offered by the Romanian artist MP aka Mihai Popescu, who managed to make a huge contribution to the sound concept of the French label Bass Culture, where he managed to convey an accurate and positive image of the musical canvas with simple elements.

On the other side is one of Interpolarm's hits - the track "Required", which has long been a hallmark of their live performances. The composition boldly combines the bass forms of the Tb303 and romantic, warm timbres, creating a feeling of something reverent and emotional.

SHOTGUN 003 is in the pipeline. This time our close friend from Berlin Atree aka Dartagnan of the Mannschaft with 3 og bombs and a remix from il capo di tutti I capi Giammarco Orsini. Pambo is in da house .

An experimental minimal track. It is a concept unit by Ko-Ta and Kiyokazu Hamawaki also known as Liiebermann, a 2nd work by RAV. Experimental minimal track with original electronic avant-garde free key electronic sound.

Setting the tone in a similarly deep and heady post-rave delirium as RBI's Disseminate and in-house group Sleep D's latest album, the spectral dub techno of Unsolicited Joints slips in perfectly to the Butter Sessions 2023 vibe.

Unsolicited…no one asked for these joints, yet here they are. Salvaged from many spontaneous late night jams over the last few years in a darlinghurst studio with only the mood in the room and the spirit of fun as guides. It's all here really - Convextion-esque Midwest futurism, spiralling pads and woodblock style percussion mixed with the kind of borderless deep house timbres that nod more to Sprinkles, Regelbau and Acido than the watered-down, commercialised monotony. Elements of bleep, golden era 90s progressive house and even dubstep ('Joint 5') coalesce to prove a distinct UK influence, though Sydney brothers, Cousin & Ben Fester, combine them with ease.

'Joint 2' manages to at once subtly unfold yet rapidly ascend into peak-time 130 territory, knowingly crafted with the DJ in mind. Meanwhile 'Joint 3' gathers momentum through a shuffling, almost European minimal sort of groove, equally floor friendly but with less of the intensity. The aforementioned bleep tropes poke their head out on the latter half of the opening cut, while across the whole thing is a sense that the Fester's are as voracious listeners as they are talented producers. An exciting collection of tracks that wear their stylistic influences on their sleeve but are deep in the knowledge of those that have come before them.

Partners of the mind and brothers at heart, French YokoO and Macedonian Bobi Stevkovski have come a long way together, and not just behind the decks. Having developed a “true, sincere and remarkable friendship” over the years, these two knew from the get-go that delivering “higher vibrational creations” through Satya was a non-negotiable.

Being both men of depth and avid consumers of grooves, they produced two original tracks that will cause early morning hours dance floors to melt.

Always aiming at bridging different musical worlds together, they invited Romanian groove masters Arapu and Nu Zau on remix duties. Needing no introduction, the boys completed the EP with rolling remixes that will indubitably keep everyone’s toes tapping at any time of the day or night.

On the A SIDE: Dreems has taken a little wander over into the Pinchy patch with three mental head spinning tracks that defying categorization.

And on the B SIDE: Dreems meets dub legend Scientist for three mixes from the desk. Each track was reimagined and re-recorded before Scientist took control of the faders to dub them in to oblivion.

DUBFIRE ANNOUNCES HIS DEBUT SOLO ALBUM ON HIS SCI+TEC IMPRINT
With a career spanning over 3 decades, Dubfire has achieved global success as an artist with relentless drive, talent, and intuition. Pioneering commercial notoriety came initially as one half of the Grammy award (2001) winning duo Deep Dish, before embarking on a truly groundbreaking solo career in 2007. A career filled with timeless tracks include his early works ‘Ribcage’ (2007), ‘Emissions (2007), ‘Roadkill’ (2007) and the highly acclaimed ‘Exit’ (2014) a debut collaboration with Kiss Kitten. Collaborative work highlights include Luke Slater, Moscoman, Oliver Huntemann, Chris Liebing, Tiga and co-producing two tracks on the legendary Underworld’s ‘Barking’ album. A true artist, he has always been heavily invested in exploring boundaries or audio and visual technologies, which he displayed more than ever with his HYBRID show. A two-year world tour with a goal to reinvent the concert experience in 2015, also became his muse for his retrospective album ‘A Decade Of Dubfire’. A collection of all his biggest tracks and remixes from the last decade, released in 2017. It may come as a surprise to many, with so many landmark releases, that Ali ‘Dubfire’ Shirazinia hasn't yet released a totally solo album, until now.
EVOLV is an 11-track visionary into the mind of Dubfire to be released on his long-standing label SCI+TEC. It’s concept? The journey of the ‘hybrid’ being and its evolution, which kicks off with ‘Dark Matter’ and ‘Dust & Gas’ set a brooding atmosphere. The rougher percussion, and eerie lead in ‘Dark Matter’ is accompanied by a stripped back sound and glitchy vocals sitting in a spaced-out atmosphere in ‘Dust & Gas’. Its deep and minimal drum work is exceptional. ‘Escape’, a deep, dark and pulsating track that sets the tone for the body of work on the album. Coupled with ‘Elevation’ and it’s understated arpNew Release Information and crisp percussion for the second single. ‘Bottom Dweller’ give you two different versions, the original is straight forward, yet effective for a late-night head down cut, where the ‘Meltdown Mix’ takes a minimal path, and faster pace. ‘Swerve’ sees Dubfire return to that stripped back sound with heavy swinging
percussion, a landmark and much-loved element in his music. Sonically, the journey so far has been like a dystopian landscape, but ‘Decent’ brings a kaleidoscope of colour and sound before dropping into the ‘CHALLNGR’ duo. ‘CHALLNGR 1.1’ is perhaps the most contemporary track on the album. Dubfire picks up the rhythm for a full-on dancefloor focused track. It’s no-nonsense techno at its best, with heaps of pure energy. Two versions appear on the album, ‘CHALLNGR 1.2’ retains the BPM but reigns in the percussion with a snappier approach and a more euphoric warped effect. Closing out, is a special digital only track ‘The Bells Tolls’. This one drives the energy back to ground level, into a more unsettling and mysterious end to a killer 11 track debut album. The music will also be accompanied by a new audio-visual show from the revered DubLab team based in Portugal. Test shows at DGTL (Amsterdam),
Caprices (Crans-Montana) and in Sofia between 2018 and 2019 had created lots of buzz just before the COVID-19 pandemic shut the world down for two years. But now the stage is firmly set for the new album
and live shows. As music evolves, so does Dubfire. EVOLV is a special project from this pioneering producer showing his interpretation of techno in his own unique vision.

Representative of the Ukrainian electronic scene, currently based in Switzerland, member of the Aimed trio - Dima Belogurov (Adult Only, Drumma, Serialism, HOARY, Cyclic, Arupa Music) launches his solo project called Dibe.

The debut release of the series includes four tracks, three original works with a great, polished grooves and a remix from the maestro Soultape (Adjustment Bureau) with a recognizable atmosphere and original style.

Friends and colleagues in the workshop - Mad Dim, Kirill Golikov, Mikhail Kobzar, already well-known in music circles, provided support as remixers.

RE.FACE LIMITED celebrates its 10th vinyl output by welcoming a long-standing figure within the Romanian nightlife scene, Costin Rp.

Opening cut ‘Finally Found’ welcomes a slinking track guided by pointed kickdrums, sweeping analog sounds, and funky-ish arpeggios, while ‘Why' hones in on rich bumping bass, rhythmic congas, and dubby stabs that resonate throughout the track along with twisted ever-changing synths. On the B-side, ‘Morning Droids’ journeys down an outer space, almost SCI-FI path, combining noisy delayed snares with gunpowder bass slaps and a fresh and joyful multitude of bleeps and subtle vocals that will catapult you on a spaceship with the Bucharest artist at the controls.

Groovy jazzy experimental classy music. This is WU004. The journey starts with "Have A" from well known Romanian artist Dragosh. Magical textures and a powerful baseline are the main characteristics of this track. The hypnotic voice blends perfect with the sounds and makes you want to Have A! Rhadoo selected it also for his FABRIC Compilation among other monster artists.

Fabulous Fabrizio Siano shows us how it's done! Minimalistic mastermind with "Simultaneous Thought" brings us on another level. Magnetic baseline combined with a sexy vocal is the perfect way to have a great trip!

First new entry is another Romanian master mind: Plusculaar! Thinking of him as a guarantee delivers a fabulous mix between hypnotic sounds and groovy kicks. All blended in a minimalistic way that only Plusculaar can master. Indeed an outstanding Romanian minimal!

Mr. Anton Pau is the second new entry on Weorus and enters with his perfect "Synergy". Pay attention to the details, they are always surprising during the track. Minimal background here with a perfect path and vocal touch excellent for the Sunwaves afters.

Weorus is bringing again a timeless release already supported by your favorite djs around the world!

After a long time under his alter ego Valentin Zad, Nicolas Eller has come up with a new idea in collaboration with graffiti artist Denis Klatt. A mixture of live elements combined with the tried and tested house and techno elements.

The B side simply and consistently reflects the zeitgeist of the last few years.

Since stepping onto the scene over a decade ago, Romanian producer Nu Zau has become a figurehead for the microhouse scene his homeland is synonymous with, racking up releases on the likes of the Italian Modbox helmed Castanea, Stockholm’s Sono Unica and Aurum, sub-label of the renowned white label Telum imprint. Here, we see Nu Zau joining the roster of Basel, Switzerland’s Adam’s Bite, home to material from the likes of Barac, Cristi Cons, Traumer and Ion Ludwig amongst others.

Leading the way on the package is ‘Feeling Alive’ a subtly unfurling journey that twists and turns through bouncy bass notes, an amalgamation of modulating synth flutters, hypnotic voices and crisp percussion. ‘Your Turn’ follows next and shifts gears towards squelchy acid bass, choppy stab sequences and ethereal pads, all underpinned by a crunchy, raw drum workout.

On the flip-side ‘Intense Jazzy’, as the name would suggest leans into a more organic feel with a snaking bass line, a shuffled jazz-tinged rhythm and a murky underlying tension perfectly crafted for dark, smoky rooms. ‘The Light We Carry’ then rounds out the release, bringing swirling resonant synth textures and robotic voices into the mix alongside a swaying sub bass groove and low-slung drums
