Originally released in a highly limited pressing in 1981, this synth jazz funk soundtrack freakout record was destined for cult status. WT Records found a copy in a dirty basement complete with newspaper clippings and a business card. A search began for this multi-instrumentalist from Wilmington, Deleware. WT tracked him down through various websites and made contact with the still active musician. After several unsuccessful attempts at reissuing the record on other labels, WT Records stepped up to give this lost gem a wider release. These 9 tracks cover the whole spectrum of emotions, from schizophrenic drum machine dissonance to dreamy, soothing soundtracks. Truly a must-have cult reissue.

One night in 2011 King Midas Sound's Roger Robinson returned to Brixton from touring and inadvertently walked into the centre of the London riots. Through the flames and smoke he felt compelled to tell the stories of the people he saw rioting on the street that night. With disrupt's dub soundtrack highlighting the triumphs and tribulations in the lives of the people of Brixton, the album unfolds like a documentary film, extending from the epicentre of the riots and rippling out from there. Roger showcases all his poetry and singing styles over the sonic tower blocks and underground caverns of disrupt's dub soundscapes, evoking the golden era of dub poetry of the likes of Prince Far I, Big Youth and Linton Kwesi Johnson - a time when dub poetry made you dance in the club but also made you think on the way home. Done with lots of voltage, old school samplers, DIY synths, home made delays, dictaphones and even onboard computer mics this gritty disc will take you straight to Brixton's streets. After an arduous preparation process, TEAL009 is finally ready to be shared with the world. It consists of four tracks, evenly distributed on the surface of a gorgeous phonograph record, that can also be acquired as four digital abstractions in the format of your desire.
Sonic contributions come from two TEAL newcomers A Sagittariun and Matti Turunen, as well as the return of Jared Wilson to the label with a fresh cut of his own.
The opening drum break swirls into synth-line and syncopation europhoria on Gravitational Push. The droning bassline cuts a groove in the space-time continuum that's so deep, it could put some discussions in Geneva to shame.
The playful arpeggios of Spice Flow mask the underlying moody pads, resulting in an unusually honest piece of dance music.
Flipping the disc reveals a two-track contribution by Matti Turunen, best known from his work as Morphology with CRC. Menacing kicks and synth chirrups begin Substellar Object as a dark chest-rattling piece. However, its sonic frequency emission spectrum eventually widens into a lush composition. When we arrive at the Apoapsis of our sonic orbit, we are met with a stuttering of rhythms and bleeps. An emotional line melody confidently marks the end of our journey.

Muovo's second strike on Audio Safari is already waiting in the wings. After he was signed as the first artist on that label, he now also presents the number 14. This also proves that Muovo does not only have perfect skills with a mixture of House, , Tech /Deep House-Sound as a DJ, but also as a producer.

Due to the jagged beats, the wobbling bass and animating vocal loops 'Clap Your Hands' reminds the listener of the good old House records from New York or Chicago. Of course, the claps are provided with a slight oldschool touch as well. None other than Tapesh has produced a remix for this number and of course this one comes along in the usual peaktime Tapesh sound and therefore represents a mixture of Deep- and Tech-House. Frederick Alonso also takes up the theme and brings up a nice Deephouse remix, as everyone hungers for.

Muovo is a guarantee of crunchy Deep/Tech House-Sounds. Here and there he even builds in a housy tune into his sets as well and always forces the crowd to dance, no matter where he is playing. Whether a track is brand-new or even a few years under its belt, it doesn't matter to him - it should simply rock! Following on from his latest and greatest LP, French underground house legend DJ W!ld is now releasing a selection of remixes from it. When You Feel Me Remixes 1 features two great originals and two remixes, one by fellow French luminary Chris Carrier, and the other by USA deep house and techno talent Jus Ed, both released on vinyl and digital.

DJ W!ld, of course, has released countless seminal EPs and LPs on his own labels W and Catwash as well as those like Robsoul. He has also been resident at Ibiza's leading club, DC10, and DJs around the world, and his last album was yet another great evolution in his sound. Here we get treated to two fresh pressings of top tracks from it.

First up is 'Au Bout Du Tunnel', a slo-mo house affair with classic electro cowbells, rubbery broken beats and tons of austere atmosphere. 'Humide' is then a bumpy ride through spaced out galaxies with lo-fi percussion and warm synth smears all making for deep, cerebral listening.

The first remix comes from Underground Quality label boss and singular New York soundsmith Jus Ed. His mix of 'Ac!d Mat!k' is typically stripped back and textured, with itchy hi hats running on top of a buried deep, sublime bassline. Full of gorgeous open spaces, it is a cavernous affair that really comes alive with some sombre piano chords and serene pads.

Then comes Chris Carrier, a Robsoul regular who is a veteran of many album projects. A true French star, Chris releases on Vitalki, Catwash and many other tastemaking labels. His rather cosmic take on 'End of My Summer' is a tough, barreling house affair with upright drums, muted bassline rhythms and a tick set groove that will keep people locked for days.
This fine remix packages not only reminds us about the great originals, but also breathes fresh life into two of them with help from two of the scene's most venerated stars.

Keysound Recordings are excited to announce the return of one of their most elusive and celebrated acts, LHF. After a trio of vinyl EPs and a cult 2012 double debut album the clan disappeared to regroup. Now in 2015 they have emerged with an EP of dark rolling beats featuring Hackney's legendary Ragga Twins. In true clan style, the Ragga Twins vocals were less recorded, more unearthed from an unlikely source dating back many years. The Hackney jungle pioneers gave LHF their blessing and the EP was born. The vinyl art, shot by Keysound photographer Nico Hogg, was shot in the heart of the 2011 London Riots. Consisting of core and satellite sounds, LHF have built an alternate sonic platform upon which they can operate freely, familiar in essence but essentially an unknown quantity - harbouring both ghostly memories and echoes of past underground movements since faded as well as glimpses of what might be. Members of LHF include Amen Ra, Double Helix, No Fixed Abode, Low Density Matter, Octaviour, Escobar Seasons, Solar Man and Lumin Project.
