You don't really have to introduce Johannes Heil, do you~ For more than 15 years, he is an inherent part of the German Techno scene and with classics from the likes of "Paranoid Dancer" (Kanzleramt, 1998) or "Calling" (1999), he belongs to the long-term memory of Techno.

Psychedlic Electronica on this new Fututibile release (Sublabel from Periodica). Icio Omegha's "Psyco Cruise" is a collection of songs and private recordings made between 1984 and 1991 in his studio on the island of Stromboli. Icio Omegha, formerly known as Maurizio Aghemo, is a guitarist, a sitarist and keyboard player who was a member of a world music band active in the late 70s (UCO, Universal Condition Orchestra). Maurizio today is a record collector and painter who runs his art gallery in Stromboli where he exhibits his works. Currently engaged in the assembly of a modular system, he continues to produce experimental music on the island. Over the years, he has explored various musical genres, from ethnic music with an Indian flavor, up to the typical electronic digressions of the mid 80s. The only available source of these recordings are original cassette tapes from which Futuribile made this selection. A Small selection with pieces that best describe his artistic career. The audio was cleaned, re-mastered and edited to make the best possible presentation of these unique recordings of Icio Omegha who is finaly able to share them with the public. Recommended!!!

We like to present you the first limited hand stamped vinyl only record on our new sublabel Whyte Numbers, featuring 4 original cuts from Germany's House talent Interstate and out on the first week of July.Matthias Fiedler's imprint Blaq Numbers has been delivering solid raw House records with a particularly experimental forward thinking vibe over the past few months. The label has put out music from the likes of Peter Clamat, Fede LNG, Lootbeg, Ranko, Odysea and Fiedler himself and it's been already played by german maestro Move D and supported by the likes of Sampling As An Art, Tom Trago, Nachtbraker, Roman Rauch, Mathias Kaden and more. Next month the label presents the first record on the sublabel Whyte Numbers, coming from young producer Interstate. Although the producer is just 17 years old, you won't find the usual standard House tracks, but an extremely diversified range of influences that makes this EP a gem and Interstate definitely one to watch.The EP opens with the 808 Miami Bass influenced 'Gangster Rap', driven by in your face melodic synths and rapping sampled vocals. The A2 is the monstrous 'You Kno, i Kno', the perfect combination of relentless drum machine grooves, House pads and a constantly changing bassline. Watch out for this one on the dance floor. On the flip side he drops 'I want this groove to never end' and we couldn't agree more with the title: a raw 4/4 straight House beat and a powerful melodic bassline drive this hypnotic floorfiller - fans of Palms Trax will dig this. The EP closes with 'Mind Games', a Old School inspired gem: the track is permeated by a strong soulful atmosphere, with the twist of the unforgettable vocal sample taken from The S.O.U.L Experience ft. Hell Yeah’s summer will be all about Passages, a brand new and fantastic album from Quiroga that shows off his unique take on the Neapolitan sound. It is a soothing mix of real musicianship, laid back funk, soul and jazz stylings that wash over you, fill your heart with warmth and take you to a faraway beach where all your worries melt into the ether.

It is 11 years since Walter Del Vecchio’s last album on Cactus Island Recordings and since then he has put out a steady stream of sublime EPs on the likes of his own Really Swing as well as, of course, Hell Yeah. Label boss Marco calls him “a delicate musician” and it’s true that his deft sound is filled with beauty and detail.

A lot of attention is currently on his native Naples scene, but Quiroga doesn’t fit with the usual narrative thanks to his left of centre take on the breezy Mediterranean sounds of the city. This new album features six brand new cuts as well as six of his favourites that have previously been put out Really Swing, and is a fantastic showcase of his sound, with two of the tracks already getting big support from Italian ensemble 291out.

Gentle groove undulations and refrained vocal euphoria define opener Got Your Love, while fat bass twangs and nodding keys light up the jazzy-soul-funk fusion that is Martinica Feelings. Things get even more horizontal and romantic on The Zoist, with its steamy female coos and delicate keys, and North Hollywood Witches is a glorious bit of slow motion boogie with squelching bass and effervescing keys.

Elsewhere there are the lazy tumbles of Non Dire Notte, which is awash with acid gurgles, while glistening dreamscapes like Citto Di Mare shuffle on lush live drums and new age melodies. There are hippie vibes on Luzhin Defence which evokes sun beams breaking through the clouds, then Chiaia Sunset will melt your heart with its diffuse keys and rippling rhythms and ambient closer Bava casts you adrift into the clouds.

With many other gems along the way, this a perfect summer album that will temporarily rid you of whatever problems you may have.

David Douglas has been a mainstay of the Atomnation label since day one, releasing several EP's, albums and remixes from 2012. David gained an international reputation as a producer, DJ and live performer. On the new EP he displays a sound heard at his DJ sets and live shows.

Mak & Pasteman drop their 2nd instalment of DANCE TRAX - club tracks rooted deeply in chicago & ghetto house flavour.

Brazilian born producer and self-confessed 'studio freak' TERR will be making her debut with 'Have You Ever' on Permanent Vacation this March. She found recognition with her creative, quirky electronica productions, said to be heavily influenced by her use of analog gear, her sound is a combination of techno, house and disco with futuristic textures and elements. Throwback disco meets techno, alongside a scintillating synth in 'Have Your Ever', not forgetting the mesmerising robotic female vocal hook. A thunderous kick drum bass line combo takes the dub version into a more late-night dance edit of the original. Hauntingly cinematic with its hook line, 'Memoir' hints on some intergalactic synthetic inspiration, which builds into a nearly disco-esque breakdown. This track lends well to roll into 'Twenty Thousand Leagues' - metallic and bubbling with its multi-layered textures. Its delicate and finely tuned.

Following his celebrated Fusion (Broadcast Mix)' 12", Will DiMaggio returns to Future Times with debut LP, "At Ease." Recorded 2016-17 at the now-illustrious Fairview Ave spot alongside roommates DJ Python, Anthony Naples, and the Exotic Dance crew, "At Ease" is equal parts dizzy street beats and live keyboard action.
DiMaggio has a keen sense of dance music and how it gets to dancers, as evidenced in his stellar DJ mixes. At Ease' is no different, navigating listeners through a lush array of sounds that hints at DiMaggio's love of 90s hybrid techno, jazz(tronica) and deep house, all in psychedelic fashion.

Drums juggle around the beat constantly during opener "Fairview Jam," before DiMaggio's synth work takes the tune to space. "Steppin W Friends" is pure mellow heat. "All Good (Jazz Mix)" and "UH UH OH" are two opulent, soulful cuts, funky in a way most can't do. On the second disc, "O God Dam (Sus Mix)" and "Ooze Mix" go in and out of fidelity, tape hiss giving way to clarity and back again, gritty drums and crystal pads, biting synths and soft keys. "Could Be The Look," in that mysterious D1 spot, turns inside-out with cascading synth work and impossible-to-grab kicks that slam in and out, while "For T" closes with hi speed but horizontal lovers techno. At Ease!

For those of you wondering what Adesse Versions was doing at our Heist Boiler Room this summer in London, the answer is here. The "Push it along" EP for Heist is Adesse Versions first appearance on our label and features 4 stunningly raw and warm originals, and an amazing remix by New York's ambassador of funk: Ge-Ology, together with multi-instrumentalist Marc de Clive-Lowe on keys.
After having released numerous records for Jackmaster's Numbers, Local Talk and Toy Tonics, we're happy to welcome Adesse Versions to the Heist family. When he sent us his demo's we had the tough job to choose the right tracks, cause there were just too many. The selection on the "Push it along EP" features what we feel are his purest work up to date. With only a small amount of elements, he manages to create such a big and warm sound, finding a great balance between gritty percussion, rich analog synths and funky sampling work.
Opening track Tout it is built around an ever evolving arpeggiated synth, a dancehall-esque percussive riddim and lovely pad work. It builds up slowly, without ever becoming dull, changing small elements and adding momentum with each step.
E to E is based on a chopped vocal looped to bits (only shouting: (E, E, E, E, E..), dancing hihats and a rolling bassline, whereas Geology flips the high energy original into a classic deephouse tune that fans of Larry Heard will love. The steady bassline and trianglework form a perfect canvas for MdcL's work on various synths, adding layer after layer of melodrama.
The title track goes for the same recipe as Tout it, with fierce snares laying down the rhythm and a far away disco sample adding the right dose of funk. Ebony Roses is the final track of the EP: A beatless groove built around a spoken word vocal with dreamy piano work around it building up suspense as the track evolves.
We've been playing this EP over the course of the last few months and it's been getting great response, so we're happy to finally share it with you.

Known as one of the ambassadors for Brazilian electronic music, Leo has the ability to combine originality to a universal language. Just like his hometown.

'I had a lot of ideas and one of them was to have a remix by an artist that I admire, respect and have a personal relationship', says Leo Janeiro.

Rodriguez Jr. (Oliver Mateu), shared his unique talent creating a remix for MooDisco. He is the one half of French electro act The Youngsters - best known for their two studio albums and singles for Laurent Garnier's label. Rodriguez Jr. reveals a different incarnation of Mateu's musical psyche; moving through shimmering, contemplative electronica, to deep and urgent techno, leftfield melodic accents and quirky pop refrains. A perfect blend for this project.

We always prefer our artists to speak for themselves and avoid bullshit PR hype so here is what they have to say about this EP -
We're quite agnostic, and unreligious, but if there is any vibes associated with the EP (and maybe all of our music) it is very Buddhist in its ideas. Mindful. Aware of impermanence.
The whole EP is about being with the one(s) you love when everything else around you breaks down. Looking inward, with pure love, in the hope to radiate outward, rather than pushing for a fight, or running away. Recorded, written, and produced in isolation by Stephen and Penelope on our own in East London Studio space.
The EP starts with the song 'End Of Times' which is a dramatic, Shangri-Las influenced take on feeling powerless in a chaotic world, but still high on love. Happiness can be found in analog reverb. This is followed by 'Serenity', a hard and tranquil meditation of past + future.
Side 2 leads with 'Heart Control', with a slight nod to Pink Floyd. A nine minute plea to ourselves to keep it all focused and under control... The EP closes with 'Darkness Falls'. The lyrics for this came from an apocalyptic dream that Penelope had, and wrote down in the morning. the music is 100% purely modular, er, except for the tiny bits of guitar at the end.
