‘Other Worlds’ delves into a mishmash of drum and bass, hip-hop,

The album features the lockdown anthem ‘Happiness’. Initially created for big-room, festival-worthy summer touring, this early-rave inspired anthemic track will still have you dancing round your living room with it’s no nonsense breakbeat style.

TEMPLE OF MUNGK follows the narrative of a Monk who, after questioning his faith, embarks on an epic journey of rediscovery. With the basslines of his hugely well-received Kuji EP still shaking speakers and delighting fans alike, producer Mungk and Belgian imprint DUPLOC join forces once again.

This time the result comes in the form of the sprawling & utterly immersive Temple Of Mungk, which serves as the Leeds-based artist’s debut album and the second instalment of DUPLOC’s new DUPLOCROYALS album series.

Stone Cold:
The aptly titled EP opener hits hard like a boulder, painting a post-apocalyptic super-metroidesque landscape, building upon the glorious ‘Flummox’ from SUBALT010. Gritty synth lines stating a simple yet catchy and evolving melody, all rounded by a fat bass exactly how we like it. A glittery rain paves the way to the breakdown and the second drop, which tells the final part of this majestic romance.

Choker:
Time to get stealthy with this one… a sinister intro erupts into a refined yet powerful barrage of bass. Solid groove, heavily panned percussion, clever wobs and synth hits, masterful reverb and delay interplays, Cartridge’s sound design really sets to impress with this superb number.

Sweet Doughs:
If the concept of ‘sinister’ was established on the previous track, ‘Sweet Doughs’ definitely takes it to the next level. Menacing car-tyre-screeching-like synths and an amusing yet slightly uncanny vocal sample set up the pace for this weighty dance-floor rattler. A saturated 808-like bass propels the track, which reveals itself as a master-class on how to blend power, bass, crafty sound design and an incredible attention to details.

PAV4N is a founding member of Foreign Beggars. Name checked at the Grammys, playing every major festival there is and hitting the UK Top Ten charts, PAV4N has been responsible for introducing wave after wave of underground music onto the world. After the highly influential multi-genre group parted ways at the end of 2019, he blasted back into view with his prolific solo project, which he describes as “A living art piece - the reality of forging a unique path in music, art and the life of a perpetual foreigner”

PAV4N is due to unveil his theatrical, highly produced live show in the UK this June/July after two years of intense development.

Presenting his first new music since 2018's 'Cloudy' on A14, we welcome Beneath to the roster with this expansive and unnerving new double EP 'On Tilt'.

His most substantial release to date, the six tracks build on his signature style of sound system workout imbued with the resonance of UK Funky, Hardcore and DMZ Dubstep. 'On Tilt' refers to a situation in poker where the player lets their luck dictate decision making, resulting in irrational strategies based purely on emotion. The panic can be felt throughout the EP with the towering 'Dark Waters' being a standout. On closer listen, dense layers of detail lurk beneath the surface making for an intense and thrilling trip.

Following the release of critically acclaimed Steppin' Forward LP in 2014, we're happy to announce Steppin' Forward Remixed. For this release we've asked producers featured on the original album to rework each other's tracks and in the end we received an outstanding result of a 14 track compilation filled with deadly bass heavy riddims.

With her second album SODA, Belia Winnewisser continues on the path she has been following for quite some time. Few share the Swiss artist’s knack for combining a sensibility to the enthusiastic potential of pop with an interest in niche references of experimental sound design. In recent years, her feel for this fusion brought Winnewisser to the attention of the electronic club music scene. This world and the various genres related to it leave their mark on SODA: sing-along anthems like “So Real” and the densely layered drone of “They Cry of the Sirens” stand alongside the feverish dance track that gives the album its name and rave bombs like “Solen.” A year without club nights allowed Winnewisser to fully embrace her flair for pop and experimentalism, which resulted in more than a mere series of nods to different genres and acts. SODA—both as a resonant title and as a collection of music—is a direct call without hidden meanings or implicit references. It’s simply the path she’s on and the way she’s going.

Dub-Stuy Records welcomes a new artist to its ranks, California's Dubamine. The young producer has been active since 2009, with a string of digital-only releases, and String Up The Sound marks his vinyl debut with four tracks that trace direct links between roots, reggae, hip-hop, and bass music. The EP features the vocal talents of Jamaica's Blackout JA, London's Brother Culture, a long-standing voice in the sound system community, and DC-based Carlton Livingston, a Jamaican legend best known for his work with the Greensleeves and Jah Life labels. String Up The Sound is a meeting of styles and generations.

The EP's three vocal tracks -- 'Nicodemus', 'String Up The Sound', and 'Good Morning Jamaica' -- offer sureshot summertime anthems with memorable hooks over production that blends the best of DMZ's eyes-down philosophy with vocal-driven contemporary dub reggae in the vein of Mungo's Hi Fi.
