Having jumped back in the D&B saddle towards the end of last year with their stunning album 'Turn The Page' there's been no turning back for Craggz & Parallel who've immersed themselves back in the depths the studio that they share with D Bridge and Kasra. With an array of beats lined up and ready to go C&P decided to let a couple of friends loose on two killer jams from said album; Need For Mirrors and Jubei, please stand up! Jubei jumps up to add his take on 'Future Shock'...and what a job he does. The intro is sick, the drop is sick and the tough drums are just....sick! Bass stabs and surges into the mix like a precision swordsman as the track gets to work demolishing those who bare witness. An awesome dropout ensues and we're back into it right up to the end. Big bad and very, very heavy.Having been a big favourite with the A-list in its original form (even opening Andy C's latest Nightlife mix album), the title track 'Turn The Page' was already a heavy slab of D&B but Need For Mirrors have managed to draw it deeper still. The eerie intro elements remain along with a solid two-step break and that spoken vocal, then it's left up to some classic Full Cycle inspired bass work to rock the speakers for a naughty but oh so nice re-lick from the NFM duo. As far as remix 12's go they don't come much better than this.

Ruff Revival livens up the dance by offering the best in raw bass driven tunes for the floor. Jungle, garage, and dubstep vibes get mashed up together on each release, with the emphasis on fun, rudeness, rhythms, and bass experimentation.

'Don't Let Go' sees master producer Serum join forces with the North once more for a track of such intense and genuine mid 90's jungle flavours that you may struggle to remember the last decade even happened. This nostalgic banger is run through with the straight up ragga core of Dee Bo General's refined toasting, famed for his genre defining vocals on Urban Shakedown's legendary '95 track 'Arsonist'.

Officially the first studio collaboration between the Run Tingz Cru and their new mentors, the mighty Serial Killaz, 'Murder Ya Sound' sees one of the original generals Tenor Fly grace the mic alongside the labels in house Jamaican superstar Blackout J.A. The track is nothing short of a UK Jungle anthem and with DJ support from the likes of Nicky Blackmarket, Benny Page, Aries and a host of other top rankin Junglist's across Europe, the USA and Canada.

Heist as always is keeping himself busy. Working with Goldie, releasing with the Playaz camp and of course helping run the Co Lab, Calypso and Sumo imprints with business partner Ben. This is his first release with the V Recordings camp and it's a sick little number that has gone straight to the dizzy heights of the Philly Blunt label. DJ support from Bryan G, JJ Frost, DJ Die, Danny Byrd, Artificial Intelligence, Krust, Serum, Logistics and Nu:tone.

'Strange things happen on a Friday night' The Count & Sinden release two more devastating club tracks in the form of Strange Things / Elephant 1234, on December 4th 2009.

In 2010 Serial Killaz put out a string of top selling releases and it looks like 2011 is going to be the same. To kick things off is a fresh re-lick of a tune that everyone knows and loves by Collie Buddz. The lads have used their trademark production skills along with the catchy hook to create a dancefloor friendly reggae-roller. Flip it over and 'Jamaican Boy' does much the same. Catchy hooks and bubbling bass lines make this another dancefloor filler.

Rudebwoy Plastic Records is now in its 11th year and this is a very popular label. Back in 2000, label owner DJ Heretic put out the first release and it is still getting repressed 11 years later. That's just shows you what this label is all about. For the 13th release sees a VIP mix of 'Heads High' which features Mr Vegas. This is a huge release so don't miss it.

The release features Drum and Bass and Jungle remixes of YT's 2009 reggae smash 'Born Inna Babylon'. With an out right dance floor anthem on the A side from the labels very own G Tactix and LXP. On the flip is a tight almost minimal bass heavy mix of the legendary Chopstick Dubplate crew and this is not to be missed. The release is already getting played on Kool FM and is tearing up dance floors as far as the US, Canada and Europe.

Serial Killaz have a slew of releases on the run up to Christmas with this being the 3rd release on their own Killa Dubz label.'Walk & Skank' is a fresh re-lick of a classic tune that everyone will know! The catchy vocal hook drives this Reggae-roller along in fine fashion while the boys add their trademark sounds anf effects to give it that modern Jungle feel. Flip it over and you can check out another track that has been getting some serious attention from Hype on his Kiss

If you haven't heard the original of this then you're in for a treat. On the A side you've got 'Clarks'. This tune is actually referring to the Somerset based shoe maker that we all know and love. The original of this track had massive success in 2010 and has been remixed into a 175bpm dancefloor destroyer. On the flip see's another collaboration between Vybz and Dirty Skank. It's been a little while but finally Rebel MC rounds up the year with a brand new release on his Congo Natty label. Featuring some of camps finest MC's, Tenor Fly, Connie B, MC Mello and David Boomah, both tracks were then passed to in house production team Serial Killaz who have up dated the tunes for todays Jungle clubs. Both tracks are full of Reggae goodness and feature all the trademark Seriaal Killaz production and sounds.

One of the most highly revered and rotated vocal D&B tracks from the past six months is back, this time with an ice-cold twist ready to take us into the frosty autumnal months. Drawing in the talents of Critical playmate Break to add his deft touch was always going to result in one thing - absolute dance floor devastation! Oozing class while smacking up the dance is something many producers can only dream of....the masterclass starts here. Drifting pads with sexed-up guitar touches intro the 'Redlines' remix before the drums kick and we're away on a blues-infused excursion with full vocal riding on top as the chords roll out. Don't be fooled though as the fun's just about to start! A quick repeated refrain and suddenly in crash the amens, edits and the most gut-wrenching sub to demolish the place. Vocal teases run throughout together with swathes of guitar but it's the sheer tearout that wins in the end. Absolutely fantastic.
Flipping things over and Total Science come back with the classic sounds of 'Scaremonger'. Seemingly an ode to the vibes of yesteryear, this one bounces with the best of them. A hot twostepping break carries the stabbing b-line that morphs subtly as this wicked bubbler moves along with ease. Proper Total Science doing what they do best. The 8th release on Flight's play:musik label see's another excursion into deep bass and beats by the much loved Survival; this time in collaboration with long-time friend Chris Inperspective under their 'Living In Shadows' guise. The a-side gives you the melancholy but tough and rolling 'Apple Fingers'. Flip over to the b to find the quirky sounds of 'The Phlebass Consideration' - apparently inspired by an Iain M. Banks novel, it's different and we like it. DJ support: Flight, Goldie, Storm, Alix Perez, Redeyes, A.I plus many more

Hamilton goes from strength to strength with his second release on Frequency. With 'Come Again' and 'Breathe' you've got to jump up slammers that drop heavy in the dance. Label owner Andy C has been smashing to bits, the Ram crew have found another strong artist here.

Rong Robot drops its forth release and they keep getting better and better! Wickaman joins forces with the Freefall Collective to produce these dancefloor friendly tunes. If driving bass and gritty beats are what you're into then go get this record.
