Skeptical returns once again with his trademark dub influenced drum & bass. 'Sphere' is just deep down low, with sparse drums and a killer bassline. Part 4 of the album 12's brings label favourite Skeptical back to his best with 'Refraction'. Think Ed rush & optical, with it's savage feel & Skeptical adds his own disjointed rhythms. A monster bass line & excellent arrangement. Flip for Mute & Mako's brilliant 'Rorschach'. This is straight up dancefloor tear-up, no messing the guys have produced a killer. Villem has quietly crept up on the d&b scene. The Bristol based producer has had releases on Ingredients, Break's Symmetry & more recently on Samurai Recordings. His positive attitude to the dance floor comes through without the need to become too cliche'd. 'Spring back' is very original, with it's use of the 'payback' synth and jazz horns, but then switching to a big dance floor roll out. While 'Acouphenes' has a real funky rhythm and is a great break work out. This talented producer is in for a promising career.

Samurai Red Seal is pleased to announce it's debut artist album from label favourite ASC. Having built a mutually respectful
relationship with this talented producer over the years with a series of successful 12' releases, an album was the next logical step.

Recordings EP. Emerging as one of the dark horses of the label of late, his debut EP consists of five superb tracks that combine raw
elements with sophisticated production, to bring some of his best music to date.
Leading on from 'Power Of Thought', Safire's contribution the Transit 2 compilation, he heads straight for the jugular with title track
'Homeland'. Deviating into 140 bpm territory on his second solo effort of the EP, 'Face Your Fear', Safire proves he can master all
tempos. Having previously joined forces with other artists for Dispatch in the past, Safire completes this EP by collaborating with yet
more high profile artists. Working with DLR on the ruthless 'Hurdles', adding infectious vocals in 'Timeline' with Cern, and sending
out warning signals with Minor Rain for 'Transit'.

In the great tradition of track fusions within our side of DNB Ulterior Motive give us the AA, a fusing of a previous massive release for Metalheadz - Lost Contact and Forgiven. Dispatch #80 brings together a taste of both the past and the present. First up, we welcome one of the scene's foremost legends Bailey onto the label for a rare studio outing, remixing Zero T & Script's 2010 collab "Guessing Games" to devastating effect. Next as part of this release we present "Spectre", which is the latest to the floor hurter from current hotly tipped production duo SCAR, presented here as their second Dispatch Recordings release following last month's 'Call To Arms EP'.

* The second single to be taken from Nitri's debut LP 'Zero Chance' shows a softer side to his music.
* 'Going To The Sun' features the vocal talents of regular collaborator Grimm. The Canadian's dulcet tones hang delicately over a superbly crafted framework of warm, bouncing bass, subtle synth stabs and sharp drums. Much like 'Undeserving' from HZN072, Nitri's production compliments the vocals without overpowering them, giving them the time and space they deserve to add the spiritual essence of the track.
* 'Lies', featuring Level 2 & Grimm was part of Nitri's 'Secrets EP, and our penultimate release of 2013 and what better way to welcome in 2014 than to get the mighty Calibre in for remix duties. Words really do not do this justice, with the Irishman effortlessly stamping his beautifully unique, soulful sound over an already elegant original. Grimm's vocals again take centre stage backed by the classic Calibre combo of delicate, rolling breaks, understated instrumentation and exquisite musicality. No-one does it quite like him.

The first 1000 limited edition 4-piece Gatefold vinyl are shrink-wrapped and contain the full CD album inside. All re-presses after this will be the vinyl on its own.

A 'Human Warfare'
Think of this dark and brooding piece as the
soundtrack to a foot soldiers mind - programmed to
kill at any cost without any memory or responsibility
of the act itself. This soldier's journey is audibly
realised through half-time metallic drums, paranoid
vocals, sinister backdrops and thunderous low
Sonics. AMIT has dug deep into his pool of
influences on this one and the result has echoes of
Punk, Dub and Trip Hop coming through. With a
variety of support from DJ's such: as Doc Scott,
dBridge, Machinedrum, Goldie, Youngsta, Randall,
Loxy and Krust, this track is likely to be heard at any
night regardless of genre.
AA 'No Mercy'
This track was inspired by historical colonial
methods of 'divide and rule', hence the title 'No
Mercy'. It features a minor melodica scale and the
spaced out 'No Mercy' vocals of AMIT's tag team
partner Rani. AMIT is up to his....

One of the finest students the CYN Academy could hope to produce, Dimension is firing on all cylinders here. 'All I Need' is a real

On an island somewhere between the mainland and
a time forgotten sits new CYN signee Karma,
contemplating beats, samples and dusty vinyl. 'Her
Touch' b/w 'Salute' follows on from his luscious
remix of Dimension's 'All I Need' and showcases
quite how special this young man is.
This guy is a purveyor of pure vibes, infusing drum
and bass with the soul it's been crying out for. The
deep, oceanic swirl of 'Her Touch' will transport you
through time to the smoke filled backrooms of the
Blue Note era. Jazz players making melodies cry
while heads nod and weave to the beat. This is real
liquid, a deft artform Karma's catapulting into 2013.
'Salute' shows the moodier, darker side to Karma's
personality. While the A side is the sound of soul
passing through a late night jazz club, this is the
monster waiting in the alleyway out back. This tune
creates a syncopated and robotic reaction from
crowds - People just mould and sway as one,
shuddering dance floors into submission.
It's easy to see why everyone should have a piece
of Karma in their life. You get what you give....

Already having success releasing on some of
modern days most seminal labels, we're very happy

have Mako part of the label. Hailing from Bristol UK,
Mako brings a very raw and energetic spirit to his
production. 'Whatever Whatever' co written with
good friends Villem & Fields is a razor sharp roller
capturing that Bristol, jungle vibe perfectly. 'I Used
To Be Like You' is Mako's first solo release. A
cinematic, tribal, half time affair complete with
steppy drums and growling bass....

Marcus Intalex has been a supporter of Exit records since its inception, both regularly playing the labels music and also DJ'ing at the
Exit club nights over the years.
He's often billed on the same lineups as dBridge due to their similar tastes and no nonsense selection policy but oddly enough, this is
his debut release on Exit.
