* The 'Dispatch Dubplate' label represents a new series of releases from Dispatch that focuses on special remixes of past tracks as well as new material with an emphasis on the 'dubplate' cutting culture of days gone past that we feel has been missing across more recent years as part of what was once a very vinyl / acetate led scene. The vinyl format itself will play an important role, with exclusive 'dubplate only' tracks featured per release in the series, all pressed on a strictly limited, one time only x 300 press without any release specific artwork, to retain an air of mystery to every new release.* The second in the series shines the spotlight on label stalwart Survival and his most recent SCAR moniker alongside Script, a duo causing untold carnage since their inception earlier this year. Kicking off with a solo encounter, Survival brings us the mighty Dub Soldier VIP. Reworked especially for Outlook Festival where the Dispatch imprint hosts a stage on an annual basis, the VIP of this already powerful track tore the Dispatch stage and Boat Party to absolute shreds on first play, with a specialist touch of amen chops creating added hysteria to the original. It's a strong follow up to an original that has received support from Friction on BBC Radio 1 as well as appearing on UKF's channel with over 150'000 plays in total to date. * With a new take on the title track of their first Dispatch EP, 'Call To Arms VIP' will be available exclusively on vinyl for this release. If 'Call To Arms' was beast in itself, then the VIP is it's psychopathic twin brother pushed to the edge of sanity, with twisted textures and slurring mid ranges. Topping off the release is a new SCAR track, entitled 'Do You Love'. A dark and deadly soundtrack defines the intro; a thrilling cinematic opener, before tightly programmed drums instill an infectious groove to the core.

* Gerra & Stone return to Dispatch, joining the main label and kicking things up a notch with their 'Too Deep EP'. * Following the success of their LTD debut 'Backhand / Tenfold', the Southampton based duo continue to raise the bar. Their first Dispatch EP features four concrete rollers; each tightly programmed, each packing a punch at the lower frequencies, injecting instant stamina into any discerning crowd.

* Title track 'Too Deep' swoops down with deadly fervor and venomous low ends that twist and mature throughout, whilst 'Long Game' strikes with ferocity and through to the rib cage. Mid-range growls resemble heated alien discourse, as the bass grooving subtly throughout.

* Keeping the beats moody and no-nonsense, bongos lightly patter over 'Lockdown' and sweet vocal washes argue with jeering and fermenting bass sounds. 'Bus 54' strips to more abstract surface noises initially, but possesses a lethal edge that we have come to expect from Gerra & Stone.

Chase and Status have had one incredible year so far. They headlined The Other Stage at June's Glastonbury. They played a storming, riotous set at Reading and Leeds. They released their third album Brand New Machine, which stormed into the charts and debuted at #2 on Sunday. Current single Count On Me, featuring Moko, was one of the highlights of their festival shows, and broke into the Top 5 on release a fortnight ago. Next up, Chase and Status, alongside MC Rage, head out on their first arena tour, kicking off on 31st October and culminating with a London 02 arena show on the 16th November. They will be joined on tour with supports Moko, Pusha T and Netsky Live.

Always keen to discover and promote new upcoming talent, Brand New Machine features a raft of rising stars and underground names. Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status) are extremely passionate about finding and nurturing new artists and despite receiving a vast amount of requests to feature from all the big names, they opted for working with emerging new talent. Featuring Moko, Elli Ingram, Knytro, Abigail Wyles, Ed Thomas, Bo Saris and more, the album also plays host to collaborations with the legendary Nile Rogers as well as US rapper Pusha T. Brand New Machine gives a nod to the 90's rave era which inspired Chase and Status and showcases the duo's talent to write songs that smash through the boundaries of dance music, and cross over into everyone's consciousness.

Fans can hear much of Brand New Machine live at their arena tour in the Autumn. The shows will feature some of the new talent on the album as well as some exciting special guests.

Fokuz Recordings, founded early 1999 by Dreazz and Drum Origins, has been through a lot over a long, winding road. Eatbrain is back with a vengeance. This time around, Jade's quickly rising neurofunk label features the enigma known as KUNG. All at once infamous and elusive, KUNG has managed to retain a reputation as one of neurofunk drum & bass' most exciting producers while maintaining a relatively low profile for the last few years. His tenacity in the studio and unique musical vision have made KUNG's label debut - Devil's Finger EP - one of Eatbrain's most highly anticipated releases to date.

KUNG leads off with the dancefloor-killer 'Wozthys' - a high energy collaboration featuring studio-mate and Lifted Music big gun Aeph. Sophisticated harmonies and pleasing aural textures collide with warped elastic bass in 'Wozthys', twisting and turning listeners into submission. It's one of those tracks that keeps you on your toes - rhythmic switch-ups and unexpected melodic variations are abound, constantly exploring new territory. Next up, we're introduced to the mechanical drill of 'Ultron'. The first few booms pushes the intro forward at an alarming pace, accelerating as the gears are audibly shifted. Measured, yet proving to be unstoppable and flying forward aboard one pounding rhythm, expect no less from the guy who brought you 'Heads Up' and 'Stampede'. Ending with a final snap of breakbeat, you're left to bask in a record that detonates with outstanding power. Following on from these dance floor destroyers, is aptly named 'Break It'. On first listen, stay away from anything fragile. Winding up with the same tell-tale aggressiveness which his production style is renowned for, he manoeuvres last minute into unfamiliar territories. Bouncing between bars with a war-cry like vocal sample, AUDIO pulls you in and keeps you there... another shining example of AUDIO's ability to produce game changing, contemporary drum and bass. Wrapping up this sonic assault is 'Gotham'. As dark and brooding as the famed city itself, find yourself lead through a stepping, precise construction of beats. Unforgiving, weighty pads guide a steppy riddim into undiluted madness. This completely envelops the musical environment and it's difficult not to blown away by the conundrum of quick witted instrumentation that snap, crack and smack with every break. Featuring next level cuts from a man who stands at the genre's forefront, it's time to let the music talk. And it'll stand as one of the dnb population's most lasting conversation for a while.

After a twisted, introduction full of warped vocals and shifting percussion, 'Villain' builds into a track designed to kill the rave. The title track AK47 trains its scope directly on the dance floor. An unapologetic, raw stomper of a track. Keeping the vibe upbeat and bouncy, a straight to the point crisp stepping beat is peppered with round after round of alternating barreling bass stabs and amen edits. This track has been wreaking collateral damage wherever it has been played.

Meanwhile the contrasting half tempo style of the flip side track Leaving sends the release in a completely different direction.
