Bostro Pesopeo makes one of his infrequent, but always fabulous returns to his mothership Permanent Vacation. And as always there is a lot to admire in the music of Mr. Pesopeo: His attention to details and the certain richness of his productions are quite remarkable. Cloudy analogue textures are paired with organic house drums, melodic euphoria and emotional relief over the course of the four tracks. Nobody will be left behind.

On our tenth Belters outing, we're borrowing the mighty fine Bostro Pesopeo from Permanent Vacation.. we've been big admirers of his music for many years now and he contributed to our mix series back in the day. These particular tracks were actually ones he gave away on Soundcloud and we immediately messaged him saying we'd release them. Took a while, but here there are. DJ support from Barnt, Midland, Erol Alkan, etc.

Rebirth's talent Corrado Bucci gets a full single release,exciting us again with his eclectic music.

Since the previous works 'Brooklyn' and 'Chewing Bubble' Corrado has being gaining a great support in the electronic scene.

With influences from jazz to funk, he explored new musical territories and started to play real instruments, refining his artistic expression ! Already hammered by Gilles Peterson, Jazzanova and Moodymann, and n.1 as most charted track on RA, 'Open Your Eyes' is an effective track with strong breakdowns, a warm house groove and old school vocals. Detroit's Andrés (Mahogani Music / Slum Village) delivers his signature vibe and smooths it out even further into a soulful neo-disco-house interpretation ! On the B Side Bostro Pesopeo follows his releases on Permanent Vacation with a tasty hypnotic dreamy version of '23 Years Old'. Super limited and extra hot Ep !

Munich based Slam City Jams kicks off 2019 with their 5th release. Label heads Rhode & Brown gather four of their favorite artists from around the world to remix last year's successful 'Wave 100 EP'. With remixes by Bell Towers (Public Possession), Mr. Ho (Klasse Wrecks), C.K (Regelbau) and Bostro Pesopeo (Permanent Vacation).

Based in Munich, Germany, the producer, part-time DJ and Permanent Vacation label co-head Tom Bioly aka TB delivers new romantics, inspired by influences like The Cure’s „The Holy Hour“, Boards of Canada’s late 90s electronica, Miami Vice tropic percussion and Angelo Badalamenti’s Twin Peaks. Acid drops, string distortions, lushed melody bits, hushed robo vox and washed space guitars are being layered and sprinkled over machine beats and disco drums.

TB’s first release "Invitation To Love" made it on John Talabot's vinyl-only Hiverned 10" imprint and was voted amongst the best 10" releases by UK Fact magazine. GROOVE magazine wrote "..entirely superb..“, about the follow-up EP "City Girl" on Permanent Vacation, of which the title track has been licensed to the independent film „All These Sleepless Nights“ by director Michal Marczak.
In 2017 TB followed with “Heartbreak Hotel“, a double twelve-inch release with eight tracks of melancholic dance noir set in smoke-filled darkness. In 2018 he followed with the „Night Heat“ single, of which a RMXD EP with contributions by Gerd Janson, Sascha Funke, DJ Hotel and Bostro Pesopeo came out earlier this year.

Forbidden Colours is proud to announce the final remix pack for El_Txef_A's sophomore album We Walked Home Together'.

After 2 remix EPs featuring Eduardo De La Calle, The Black Madonna, Lake People, Ada, HRDVSION and Bostro Pesopeo to name a few, the label is wrapping up the remix triptych with yet another impressive run of artists.

Kompakt co-owner Reinhard Voigt delivers a weird, dry yet easy and acid influenced reinterpretation of The Love We Lost'. Dave DK is the first one to rework Mugarrirantz' showing his love for the Basque Country. The song which is written in Euskara, the Basque language is beautifully composed.

Bringing in the analog and classic flavor is Damian Schwartz with a classic mpc sound for Claim Of Planet Earth'. Finally, El_Txef_A also worked on a reinterpretation giving the same track a mystic feel reminiscent of Orbital's first albums.
