Sondela Recordings returns with Sondela Selects Vol. 2, a special 12” showcasing four of the label’s most defining moments. From FKA Mash & Sio’s soulful ‘Bumblebee’ to Thakzin’s groundbreaking ‘The Magnificent Dance’, which birthed the global 3Step movement, this package is steeped in history. Henrik Schwarz’s remix of Mike Steva & Stevo Atambire’s ‘Destiny Song’ and Sammi Ferrer & Chaleee’s peak-time cut ‘Champagne’ round off a collection that cements Sondela’s role in shaping Afro-inspired electronic music.

Berlin-based producer ZentaSkai returns with ‘Analog Assets Vol. 04’, a four-track vinyl-only EP focused on analog texture, dub-inflected atmospherics, and disciplined techno structure. Active since 1997 and operating Mask Records and its parent label, Zaijenroots, from his Berlin studio, he continues to refine a sound shaped by spatial control and steady, architectural pacing. Tracks unfold patiently, elements are introduced with intent, and nothing feels excessive.
Setting the tone with Cuddling Monsters’ partner, Laura Merino Allue, A1 features phased melodic textures and crisp percussion that gradually lock in the rhythm. A2 develops a filtered synth motif over a steady four-to-the-floor rhythm, revealing its full weight before pulling back. B1 is the most direct cut, driven by a firm, punchy beat and sharp rhythmic detailing built for peak-time focus, while B2 closes with rising string layers over a dub framework, balancing warmth and precision in a clean, measured finish.
With releases on Jerome Sydenham’s Ibadan Records and upcoming collaborations including Cuddling Monsters with Laura Merino Allue and a joint project with Thomas Grun for Rhythm Trax Austria, ZentaSkai’s work sits comfortably between minimal experimentation and functional dancefloor design.
Supported by artists such as Richie Hawtin, Joseph Capriati, Marcel Dettmann, Luke Slater, Laurent Garnier, and DVS1, he maintains a consistent presence within the underground without chasing trends.

The open skies of Ochre's new album, Oversail, replace the dense canopies of his last, Understory back in 2020. This time, UK-born, Netherlands-based talent Christopher Leary trades rhythmic intricacy for something more exposed and reflective on a record that unfolds in measured steps, with each passage revealing fragile melodies set against sparse, shifting frameworks. There's a tactile quality to the sound design, hardware elements clicking and sighing like ageing machinery still in motion. Tracks feel suspended and the focus is on slow revelation across the quietly affecting 'Casadastra', airy beauty of 'Meristem' and hopeful synth sequencing of 'Canthropa.'

Besides having one of the most original artist names out there, Qrusifix aka Hampus Karlsson, is a true record collector who has been putting in the work on his MPC 2000 for quite some time. With roots in Småland and now based in Stockholm he’s been spinning records, low-key producing tracks on his home turf and popping up whenever the time felt right to spread his vibes. In 2024, together with fellow producer and friend David, he released his first record on the Malmö label Hip Hop Weekend.

Amateur forever? Oh yeah! “Amateur Hour” celebrates 15 years of Frank Music - still running on pure DIY energy, with Johannes Albert happily admitting he’s got no master plan, just a deep feel for House Music. And somehow, nearly 80 releases later, that instinct still hits. Volume II dives into the digital archives - bringing these cuts to wax for the very first time. Tom drops the vocal house bomb “Watch Me”; New Zealand's Eden Burns flips “Sounds” into something seriously special, and Claus Casper brings the sunshine with “Piano Italiano” (exactly what you think it is). And then there’s Amount’s “Feel You” - the one that’s been moving bodies since Fusion Festival 2023 and hasn’t really stopped since.

London experimental spoken word and electronics duo BAG land on Phantom Limb with mesmerising new album This House is a Body, marrying visceral poetry with exploratory production to achieve beguiling, occasionally screwy and occasionally dreamy sonics.

“This album functions as a floor plan, a house in itself, collecting and containing the ecosystems of multiple rooms,” write BAG - Canadian artist and poet Jody DeSchutter and London producer Daniel Allison. “The roles we play can be defined by the room we are in; and it can be near impossible to tell what room we are in without looking from outside. This album maps out a number of rooms which hold such relations, memories, or experiences and builds them all into a single house, a single body.” Formed from Allison’s headspinning, depth-mining production for synthesis, field recording, and acoustic instrumentation, and DeSchutter’s lysergic and prophetic spoken word, the palette of This House is a Body can turn on a dime from claustrophobia and dread to hyperreal dream sequence, illuminated in sunstreamed glory in places and dripping with basement effluvia in others. Throughout, words, meaning, and imagery all dissolve into an architecture of alternately familiar and unknowable sound.

Foley steps forward with the inaugural 12” on Pyramid Fields — an EP rooted in nineties trance that delivers a sound that feels unearthed rather than recreated. Pulling from the Sasha & Digweed / early Paul van Dyk school, but cutting out the excess compared to classic trance, balancing groove and emotion in equal measure — controlled, melodic, and dialled in for the floor without losing its pull. Body Clinic returns on remix duties — recently featured as an emerging artist of 2025 by DJ Mag — sharpening the edges with a more direct, prog club-ready take — two distinct lanes, same forward momentum.

Strange Cargo kicks off its inaugural release with label founders Guy Contact and Solar Suite uniting under their new moniker, Headhunters. Fusing expansive, dub-soaked synth work with pumping house grooves reminiscent of the turn of the century, the duo carve out a sound that bridges early-millennium inspiration and a modern dancefloor sensibility with a considered and tactful approach. The Mojo Rhythm EP presents four tracks, shaped during their recent live sets and reworked for wax, setting the tone for what’s to come. The Belgian dark wave cult heroes The Arch celebrate their 40th anniversary with this self compiled limited double vinyl album, Noisetalgia 1986–2026.

Brussels-based Maloca presents Paradise Mountain, the new EP from Katatonic Silentio, DJ and production moniker of Italian sound artist Mariachiara Troianiello. Positioned in counterpoint to her darker,
more visceral work, the record delicately folds Detroit electro and techno drum structures into a softened New Age glow, generating environments that breathe, shimmer, and slowly coalesce.

Across the EP, tracks unfold gently, rife with wet modular tones, chromatic arpeggiations, and light-touch percussion which drifts in and out of focus, blurring the line between dancefloor function and inward-facing sound art. Paradise Mountain ultimately traces a slow ascent through luminous, carefully crafted terrain - quietly joyful and deeply hypnotic in its approach.

'You Got Your Hold On Me' is a beautiful Modern Soul /2-stepper that has gained popularity in recent years. It is re-released on a single for the first time here.

Few artists can conjure up the sort of spirituality that Fred P manages whenever he turns on his machines - and this brand new label from the artist means we'll be getting a shedload more of it. Sometimes it's deep, muggy, insular, at others more outward-looking and cosmic. And that's what we have here - emotionally dense sounds on 'Galaxy Walk (Journey mix)' with jazzy motifs off in the distance, spoken words in the foreground and dancing percussion that is optimistic and hopeful. 'Modern Art Talk' is just as balmy as you journey through a sound world that feels as infinite as space itself, while Fred himself muses on his art. SHEE is a Dublin born house music producer and DJ whose sound bridges deep, soulful club music with a distinctly Irish identity. Art teacher by day and musician by night, Aleksandar Ordev is a veteran of the Macedonian electronic scene, experimenting with DIY electronics and sound design since the early '90s. Jester is his latest release, stitched together under the glow of a disco ball in his home studio on Maksim Gorki Street in Skopje. With modular synths tangled into a chaotic harmony of obscure archives, the deep internet void, vintage pop, and Balkan pathos, he reshapes memory and sound into something strangely moving. Istanbul-based producers Grup Ses and Gökalp K present their collaborative album on SOUK Records, showcasing a distinctive fusion of musical styles such as hip hop, grime, dubstep, and jungle. Two years in the making, their self-titled album features contributions from Cologne-based multi- instrumentalist Elektro Hafız, Marseille-based DJ Syr from Scratch Bandits Duo and Ethnique Punch, a Turkish MC & producer now based in Bremen.

Grup Ses project began in 2007, initially focusing on edits and breakcore mash-ups. By 2008, it evolved into a beatmaking project incorporating elements of humor and local materials such as records, tapes, and radio broadcasts, which have become the signature Grup Ses sound. Grup Ses has previously collaborated with sub-labels of Discrepant, releasing two albums on SOUK and three mixtapes on Sucata Tapes.

Gökalp K, the alias of composer and sound designer Gökalp Kanatsız, has been releasing music since 2011. Under this name, he has released two albums and performed as a DJ. Alongside his beat production, he also composes electro-acoustic music and collaborates with creative studios as a sound artist on various interdisciplinary projects.

“I Believe I’ll Dust My Broom” is one of Robert Johnson’s most iconic recordings, later made even more famous by Elmore James’ legendary interpretation,
which helped establish the signature “broom style” in blues music. The track brilliantly translates boogie-woogie piano bass patterns into a single-guitar
performance, showcasing Johnson’s extraordinary technique.

“Dead Shrimp Blues” is often interpreted as a metaphor for sexual impotence, with Johnson’s emotionally resonant vocal delivery adding a sense of haunting
emptiness to the track.

A deliberate sonic and emotional architecture that doubles down on intensity to shatter and rebuild the listener in one unrelenting wave.

Third album from System Olympia, following acclaimed releases like New Erotica Collection LP (2023) and Delta Of Venus LP (2020), solidifying her as a bold, self-produced voice in electronic and italo-disco-inspired music.
Releases on Okay Nature Records (her own independent label), with digital out now (March 6, 2026) via Bandcamp/Spotify and limited-edition black vinyl 12" LP shipping from April 6, 2026-fully written, recorded, produced, and mastered by System Olympia herself.

Mountain021.1 is getting repressed on 45, slightly edited and re-mastered. The original record has been a sought-after piece of vinyl with no copies available on Discogs for more than a year.
