Jos & Eli might seem unknown to many electronic music lovers but they have been releasing great music since 2013. They have been sending me music for a long time and I think we have spend about a year developing this first release on Noir Music, making sure it represented their debut on the label perfectly. When you hear the Adrenaline Hunt release you will notice that the 2 guys from Tel-Aviv have developed into a great production team over the years and these 3 tracks included here are not only cleverly crafted for the deeper dancefloors but can also be enjoyed on home stereo's. Opener 'Obscured Mind' features immense vocal-work by Jinadu and the song is wrapped in delicious and constantly intensified deephouse flavours whereas 'Initiation' has a more tribal, dubby and africanism edge to it. On the title track 'Adrenaline Hunt' which we build the EP aound things get a little more tech, darker and closer to what you would typically expect from Noir Music. Not only am I always excited to have new artists and talents on the label but I feel Jos & Eli bring a new dimension to Noir Music as well.

with his third album 'vin ploile' the bucharest, romania based producer, musician and dj petre in-spirescu captured a whole new audience in 2015 and reached out with minimal leftfield ambient sounds to music loving folks, that are not part of the world-wide dance music universe.
well known as one of the key figures of the romanian electronic dance music scene since his first ep 'tips' on luciano's label cadenza, inspirescu stepped away from club sounds that made him famous due to releases on labels like vinyl club, lick my deck or amphia.
also his two solo albums 'intr-o seara organica...' and 'gradina onirica', both released on (a:rpia:r), the record label he initiated with his buddies rhadoo and raresh in 2007, do not have much in common with the sound of 'vin ploile' - a mesmerizing deeply musical album that he only tuned in with some elements of piano, string and wind instruments as well as analogue electronics.
at the end of 2015 his nine slow swinging arrangements where celebrated in many polls and now, just a bit more than one year after the release of 'vin ploile' petre inspirescu delivers 'vîntul prin salcii' - another longplayer enlarged with seven, up to epic twelve minutes long arrangements, that continue where 'vin ploile' ceased.
they all listen to the name 'miroslav' and only differ numerically in their title. you can call them ambi-ent. you can call them minimal music in the sense of classic compositions by steve reich or terry riley. they groove - sometimes more, sometimes less. and they spread the sounds of flutes or saxophones, delicate piano figures, organic jazz drumming, arpeggiated analogue synth-lines, mesmerizing strings, choral singing, alienated looped vocals and spaced out new aged spheres.
what unites them all is the way, the melodies dance upon and in each single tune. their beautiful tex-tures ensnare and they are continuously engaged with experimentation. a mystical album full of evolu-tionary music to which each listener is able to paint his very own emotional picture. moody, dark and at the same time light-flooded shape-shifting compositions - made for those who love to surrender them-selves to a gentle dance between experimentation and attractiveness.
the cover artwork for petre inspirescu's album was made again by the illustrator and photographer julian vassallo, who's artistic works fascinate with a touching spirit of distance, that captures the truth in each single motif. just like petre inspirescu's music, only that his art grooves with notes that tell somehow: there is no truth. there is only perception.

Berlin-based Skipson makes a stunning return from his hiatus with a 12' guaranteed to move any dance floor. Ever the perfectionist, Skipson dedicated significant effort to build on his already impressive discography which includes releases on raum...musik, Rue de Plaisance, and Deep Vibes. Plastek EP features three originals and a spectacular remix by Edward (Giegling). Describing the tracks would not do them justice so just have a listen for yourself...

The Dutch producer, composer and recording artist born in Vught, The Netherlands in 1967.

From 1987 to 2007 he has used over two dozen aliases producing Detroit techno, electro, house, experimental and ambient tracks and remixes.
Early 2008 he announced to only use his real name (or his initials MVDV) for future releases.

During the 90's he recorded mainly dance/techno for R&S Records, Outrage Recordings, Apollo Records (Belgium), Djax-Up-Beats, See Saw, ESP and Klang Elektronik and several other labels. Since 1996 he is also releasing music on his own label Signum Recordings. The two sublabels of Signum; Passiflora and Glam, are now both defunct.

He is the founder of Signum Recordings, Passiflora Records and Glam Records.

This is a brand new artist/act called DALI. DALI has a passion for analogue synths, abstract, hypnotic dance music and all things psychedelic. Don't bother looking her up on the net, social media etc. Dali is eschewing all that, to let the music do the talking for now.

West Africa's most iconic dance-band are back. A decade on from their last album and almost half a century since their formation, Senegal's Orchestra Baobab return with a timeless set of classic, swaying tunes fusing Afro-Cuban rhythms and African tradition in the group's trademark style.

Joining our label for the 4th release are Dan Andrei and Kozo, under their collaboration named AK41, a fructuous project that offers three highly complex tracks. On the A side you can find "Icebreaker" solely, an eccentric sound with a steady bassline, percussive kicks, tripping shakers and a thoughtful, mysterious melody that touches all the frequencies of your body. Turning to the B side we find "Swingenious", a groovier interpretation produced by a combination of spacey feelings and sophisticated instruments that will move every bone on the dancefloor. Closing the EP is "In Memoriam", a melancholic version that is not short of an aggressive bassline, ambiguous vocals and deep introspects, all aligned to disconnect you from the reality of routine.

When we started Ilian Tape 10 years ago in 2007, we were both basically kids at the ages of 23 (Dario) and 18 (Marco). There was no plan behind it, no concept, no promotion campaign or any budget, but just an early vision of where it could go. We wanted to build something that lasts. After a few years of playing at parties and producing music, it was the next logical step to start a label. You can clearly see us growing up through the label in terms of artwork, compiling the records and handling things. We made some mistakes along the way and there are surely things we could have done better, but looking back after 10 years now it all makes sense as it was a natural and human development with all its ups and downs.It was always a very personal project, never about making money, but about creating a platform for music we believe in and building relationships with artists in a transparent and fair way. We really appreciate that we were able to work with so many great artists, who shared the same vision and trusted in us, over all the years. It is extremely difficult to detect an 'Extrasolar Moon' and this analog dub techno cut has been proved to be as close to the free-floating planet as possible. Its bassline-driven raw jacking acid techno is perfectly aligned with grad_u's signature heavily echoed dub, and the only thing that protects one from escaping the orbit is flipping to side B. There one'll find yet another 10+ minutes of goosebumps, this time erected by 'Geomagnetic Storm', a pure and emotionally vigorous dubbed out bomb.

The 12" from Redscale is an ultimate equity between the outer space of a dancefloor and the inner self of the mind. Last but by no means least is the fact it has been mastered at the legendary Dubplates & Mastering in Berlin.

Translation returns with the long-awaited Prints of You Remixes EP to continue the sonic exploration of its namesake, which marked Nuage's transition to house and bass music. Up first, veteran London-based outfit Blu Mar Ten deftly re-imagine the album's opening track Colors at a crisp 170 BPM, applying lush atmospherics, energetic breakbeats, and rolling basslines for an uplifting dancefloor vibe. Next, Nuage delves into experimental/postmodern drum & bass territory on his remix of Waterfalls, crafting an immersive, naturesque soundscape with a subdued percussive shuffle, twinkling keys, and bouncing 808 bass. Fellow Saint Petersburg based artist Bop applies his signature "Microfunk" sound to Overseas, juxtaposing crunchy lo-fi drums and glitchy FX with the uplifting house vocals and soothing synths of its predecessor. The second chapter of the 'Startup Label' series starts with the dreamy 'OaaS'. It's gravitating ambient body music picks up right where Startup Label 1 left off. The sparkling dust of Quarry_S has
settled, and mutates into a liquid morphing bass drizzle. Moving on to 'Found_Weaver' the hazy synths find a more rhythmical form accompanied by a staccato groove. When the record is flipped a new world gets exposed on the track 'Wolf'. A more consistent and articulate track with a killer groove. Startup Label 2 explores the musical map of clubland travelling further than the dance floor, not afraid of venturing behind the 'Here Be Dragons' signpost.

3RD RE-RELEASE FROM DREW SKY ON CHIWAX CLASSIC EDITION. THIS TIME IT'S THE FORMER DANCE MANIA 207 FROM 1997.

Today we bring the debut single from Gutti Legatto & Mike Denitz called - El Pasacalle . The exciting original is backed by two excellent remixes from Lucio Spain and Fideles.

- El Pasacalle crawls up your neck like dark anticipation. Delicate beats smoothly build to a deep bassline, this track is a pure dancefloor rocket. We already know that this track will raising some roofs throughout the summer.

Following that, it's Lucio Spain on the remix, dropping a different groove but with equal impact. Perfectly reflecting his style, deep but powerful and with passion. This techie edge gives the track a little more bite and drive, making it perfect for late night sessions.

The Fideles remix takes the original even deeper and with it's super-low bassline. Fideles brings his own distinctive sound to the track with high-hats that snap and clap over some ultra-funky, bouncing bass. This remix takes - El Pasacalle deep underground, rubs it raw, and delivers it back to us in a package that is, well, just fabulous!

- Pasamontanas the second original explores a deep, tribal vibe with darker elements that drive the tension to crowd pleasing levels. It is a straight up, in your face monster. There's no way to get around it, so we recommend to relax and undergo the sonic punishment.

"Hey Boy Hey Girl" is a song by British big beat duo The Chemical Brothers. It was released as a single from their 1999 album Surrender. The vocal sample "Hey girls, B-boys, superstar DJs, here we go!" was taken from "The Roof Is on Fire" by Rock Master Scott & the Dynamic Three.

It peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart in June 1999 and remained on the chart for ten weeks.(citation needed) The song dates back to 1997 when it was in the Radio 1 Anti-Nazi Mix. The song is also a track in the dancing video game Just Dance 3 and also featured in the 2012 video game Lumines Electronic Symphony.

Here comes the next EP on Cellaa Music, this time from fast-rising Italien producer Dhaze whose previous outings have ben on labels like Moan, Innocent, Yoruba Grooves and Draft.

Dhaze is a producer obsessed with nature and organic sounds. Young, skilled and supremely talented, Dhaze, is an artist set for great things on the international scene. Having been fully immersed in club scene of his home city, it was his love for electronic music that really took hold of him. Taking his lead from the greats, adding his own unique touches and flair and creating masterpieces from within his studio, he is readying himself for take off.

- Rolling Instructions is a track that immediately commands attention with it's rolling, rich bassline surrounded by punchy, organic drums. The effective vocal moves with the track as more drums are added to the mix through intelligent programming and it's druggy groove is set to draw in the unsuspecting. This is the peaktime Cellaa sound at its finest.

- Anubi is a typically deep and sinister affair from the pair. Featuring solid drums and pulsating basslines work together perfectly to create a dancefloor smash that makes the ambience of this track particular and personal!

- Bubble Man builds slowly with rattling percussions and subtle chord, until, it suddenly drops, rocking the dancefloor with its massive bassline. A rolling vocal loop and a jumpy haunting topline combine effortlessly to create a track that is sure to cause mass devastation on dance-floors.

Barcelona-based Rob Clouth returns to Leisure System with the Deep Field 12', a stomping showcase of his focused sound design and knack for memorable melodies with additional remixes from Kowton and Vessels.
Deep Field is Clouth's Leisure System follow-up to the Clockwork Atom EP, which was named one of the top EPs of 2014 by Bleep and introduced his electronic wizard by to a wider audience following prior releases as Vaetxh and under his own name. Debuted on Max Cooper's Boiler Room and appearing again on his Essential Mix, 'Deep Field' is tactile and threatening, with disorienting glitches weaved into the 4/4 structure. Its always exciting for us to be introduced to new artists. Here comes the next EP on Cellaa Music, this time from the irresistible electronic Duo formed by Fabio Neural and F.Sonik, whose previous outings have been on labels like SCI+TEC, Antura, Serkal, KD Music, K9 Records, Monique Music. Cellaa is very happy to welcome our Friends to the fold.

Lead track is - Calle Sevilla' that immediately commands attention with it's locked tight Groove, Piano licks and warm Rhodes Keys that lead us to the mighty bassline and we're already feeling the intensity. A Synth riff comes in and builds to the main break and creates an atmosphere that takes us on a trip to the sunshine coast of maybe Ibiza, right before it drops back in!

Second up is- Bario Viejo' which has rolling percussions and a attention grabbing groove that brilliantly leading into the playful piano chords and vocal hook. The break creates a feeling of suspense, hence the name, until the moment in which it explodes to create a track that is sure to cause mass devastation on dance-floors this summer.

Finally Fabio Neural and F.Sonik delivers - Tulside'. Another massive Groover from start to end. Featuring a solid pulsating basslines that works in harmony with an impressive array of percussions, chunky hats and tingling keys peppered with fascinating Vocals. Sunrise or sunset, - Tulside' create a quite stunning balearic moment thats sure to hypnotize any crowd.

The ep is supported with an excellent remix from Cellaa label mate Marc Faenger.
- Barrio Viejo Groovalicious' feeds off its infectious bassline and it is is built upon some deep, rolling grooves. Marc Faenger's remix picks up the pace, adding a signature percussion sound, stripping back the vocals to create a more techier focused version of the track.

Tuff Cuts returns with the mighty Late Night Tuff Guy, fresh from his European Tour & Defected Glitter box Residency in Ibiza over the summer at Boom. Another 4 killer cuts are given the LNTG treatment.

Belgian talent Ilario Liburni looks to the release of his debut LP, 'Travel So Far', forthcoming on his own label, Invade Records. The eight track affair comes on a double vinyl pack as well as digital form which will follow a month later and proves the man behind it to be a superb producer with plenty to say.

Combining elements of house, minimal and intricate sound design, Ilario also heads up the Cardinal label and first emerged back in 2011 on Monique Musique. Since then he has gone on to release on a number of respected imprints (including Riva Starr's Snatch! And Memoria Recordings), has had his tracks licensed to compilations including Noir's In the House album for Defected and has continued to make a big impression as a DJ around Europe.

The album kicks off with 'Travel So Far', a synthetic and stripped back groove with lots of squelchy sounds, scurrying synths and feathery percussive lines all working their way into your brain. 'Sudden' is another Ricardo Villalobos style track that is elongated, intricate and immersive as it unfolds on soft edged drums. Next up, 'Carrie' is a smooth, dubbed out affair that demonstrates plenty of restraint yet really locks you into its hypnotic groove as static hiss and crackles alongside distant synths colour the spaces left behind.

'Steampunked Sewing Machine' ups the ante a little with a hollowed out drum line rocking back and forth on its heels, and 'Can't Fool Data' starts all waify and minimalistic before getting pulled apart to the sound of whirring machines, and then it drops again; you can imagine dancefloors going wild to its hooky rhythms. 'Jenndrum' is all about the pinging drum kicks and globular toms that make for a peppery groove, 'Pherthothal' toys with a sense of abstract funk and closer 'Schwalbe' is a gloopy, gluey, druggy fusion of slurred synths, hiccupping drums and dark textures that make for involving listening.

This is a genuinely inventive album riddled with fascinating sounds,
a real attention to detail and plenty of otherworldly moods that really stick with you.

Having been a fan of Reelow for, well, as long as we care to remember, we are really proud to present you his new outstanding EP on Cellaa Music. Developing from harmonic FX Sounds and a infectious groove, the track is full of surprises as it twists and turns into different sounds that come and go to take it further than the dancefloor.

The first of the remixes comes from the in form, Massimo Cassini. He team up with a hypnotic rework of - Leave Me Alone' that demonstrates just why he is one to keep a close eye on as he gears up on the production front. Massimo is delivering a muscular house bomb, carefully placed FXs and a nice and catchy line to make this a dancefloor mover.

Next we have Cellaa Music Co Founder Martin Heyder providing a soulful tech house surrogate to the original of - Your Crowd'. His remix has a deeper houseier twist with a smooth 303 pad sound and a concrete percussive arrangement to convey a fantastic production.

After two strong releases on Electronical Reeds, the Brussels-based artist Exon Bacon inaugurates Play Label Records with his latest EP, Watching Dogs. Play Label Records is the extension of the collective Play Label that has become a key player in the music scene of Brussels with more than hundreds of events to its credit. This first release sets up the artistic direction of this label that seeks to develope a real dancefloor approach and a strong party spirit.

The release is opened by the original mix that could be summarize with the expression 'powerful bassline, persistent heady voice and burning dancefloor'. The Parisian duo Villanova embarks us into a spin with a darker atmosphere, a deep foreground voice and a strong and repetitive gimmick. This remix reminds us why this Parisian duo knows such rapid ascent on the worldwide electronic scene. The Berlin-based and San Francisco born artist Yooj takes the opposite course to two first tracks with a deeper approach and a lighter atmosphere to offer a sunny and tasty deep house track that will delight all the dancefloor. Lastly, DC Salas, another Belgian talent, filters the voice, redefines the percussion and opens the horizon to take the direction of Tech House track.

This Exon Bacon's EP acts as the foundation stone of a future label to keep an eye on and to follow with a great attention.
