Matthieu Faubourg is a kid from the 90s. That's also where most of his musical influences come from: New Jersey House, 90s Vocal House, Analogue Synths, Basement style productions.
After his first EP on „smile for a while“ he returns on clubby sublabel „All that jelly“, mixing up the best three decades of House Music have to offer. Bouncing basslines, jazzy impros, dreamy synth stabs and bouncing beatzzzz....

With multiple kinds of sounds and influences, Scenario' is a beautiful dedication to Lebanon. The French producer was inspired by a trip there and has created these 4 pieces. The result is wonderful, colorful and conducive to the imagination. Expect to be strayed until you find your way. Hope is another important theme in that musical journey, well symbolized in the sentimental tune "Yaret" (which means "I Hope" in Lebanese Arabic). "

this heavy 12" on "Smile for a while." Stripped down House bangers all the way - from more laid-back, synth-oriended stuff over to some 90s-tingled House groover, ending up with a frantic 6 a.m. anthem on the B-side this EP is all you need to keep your floor dancing till the end of the year...

Making a splash on the European house scene for the past five years, Matthieu Faubourg is the perfect fit to Shall Not Fade, with his hazey pieces that carry just the right amount of groove. Since his breakout hit, "Please Stay", a ten-minute deep house voyage, Faubourg has played across Europe and last year dropped his debut album replete with subtle jazz and hiphop references.

After a long absence, Imported Recordings celebrates his return and comes back to his first love, presenting "Volupté Amère", an EP featuring their vision of house music: a multifaceted music tailored to ambience crowds in clubs, vacationers at the beach, and family at home.

After releasing a last EP "Vague Aléatoire" in 2018, this new opus sounds like a return to the roots.



The EP offers a "guest" half with two tracks from the demos we receive during the year. The first one, signed Martin Alix, is an ode to the dancefloor that will bring together fans of powerful bass and strong beats. The second track, deeper, is signed by the Italian Steve Hammer, and shines by the efficiency of his extended break that quickly plunges the audience into a state of trance.



The second half is worn by artists from the big Imported family. The first one is a nugget that could already be described as a classic house signed Major League House, a melancholic track carried by a piano that takes you straight to your guts. Another talent of the house, Matthieu Faubourg gives us the pleasure to sign, just like MLH, a first track on the label. Evolutive and club oriented track, we recognize in "Swell" the characteristic paw of the French producer in this heady track which rhymes with rise in pressure and explosion.
