Six Nine Records Ltd. UK proudly presents an amazing release with the Swedish soul maestro Paul Mac Innes, two vinyl exclusive versions of the tracks “Falling By The Wayside” and “You Make My Sunshine”. The first one is the extended 12” mix by SANDDYN, which has an infectious groove and just keeps on building. The track on the flip is an uplifting tune on which mr. Mac Innes pairs up with T.B.O.I. and this one has been given that magic T-Groove treatment, also an extended 12” version. We are really proud to be releasing these fantastic tunes and can’t think of anything more fitting for the milestone that is our 50th release!

Official reissue of the self-released first Mac Machine single from 1983. This little gem brings a boogie funk, early rap slap on the a-side; and a deep, soulful tune on the flipside. Both mark the cornerstone of this band from Kassel, North Hesse, Germany. With its playfulness, solid skills on the instruments and a brilliant singer, it revealed a first glimpse of what to expect musically by the band that was founded by former US soldiers in 1982. The re-release comes in a picture sleeve including an insert with liner notes.

'In This World' is starting the party, bringing raps with a critical view on the early 1980s state of the world, featuring a musical remedy that chases all your blues away: "Just shake your head one time and move that behind. Just listen to what I say, and you will go through every day!"

'Let Me Go' tells the agonizing end of a relationship. Too much has happened, and it just doesn't work out anymore. The powerful vocals make one feel the pain, while the female chorus, piano and percussions deepen the sentiments. A funky good-bye, that could make you cry.

James Mac has had a breakthrough year with recent single’s, ‘Try Again’ & 'The Boy Is Mine', topping the charts and receiving support from the likes of Keinemusik, Cloonee, and Armin van Buuren. His new single, 'Breathe', continues to highlight his gift for creating immersive House Music with powerful vocals. The package also features his collab with Lazarusman – ‘Manifest’ and on the flip we have the 2 previous single’s as an added bonus.

Last weeks' tragic, untimely passing of Mac Miller just weeks after he released his highly anticipated new album Swimming last month, the album arrived on the heels of his previously released tracks "Small Worlds," "Self Care" and "What's The Use," the final of which finds Mac reuniting with longtime collaborators Thundercat and Dam Funk

oul Pattern is the name of Mac-Kee's new vinyl label. It's synonymous with the musical focus on different spheres of house, especially RAW house and Chicago house, in which the art of the DJ is rooted since the early 1990s. But anyone who thinks, that the label will be limited by following a pattern like scheme , is very much mistaken ! Rather Soul Pattern wants to reinvent itself with every release.

From the opening notes – arriving as if in mid-air – to its final, cheerful burblings, Sean Mac Erlaine and Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh’s Old Segotia is an album about friendship: both musical and human, the product of two distinctive musicians visiting each other’s worlds with a sense of veneration, and a sense of joyful wonder.
Here, Mac Erlaine (This is How We Fly, Quiet Music Ensemble) and Ó Raghallaigh (The Gloaming, This is How We Fly) meet on common ground developed over 20 years of playing together, with Mac Erlaine’s musical language rooted in jazz and sonic experimentation, and Ó Raghallaigh emerging from an Irish traditional music that he has shaped and reshaped in a deeply personal way.
In this place, Mac Erlaine and Ó Raghallaigh’s music is profoundly integrated and emotionally textured: at times bursting with explosive energy, at times almost sighing into life, but always searching. Here are the touching unison duets of ‘Cantandor’, the lyrical wanderings of ‘Swallow Dive’, or the flirtations with finding a groove in ‘Reverse Burst’.
The palette of instruments speaks to the album’s feeling of abundance, with Mac Erlaine performing on clarinets, chalumeau d’amore, three different flutes, car hooter, percussion, live electronics, Wurlitzer, synthesiser, vocals and alto saxophone; and with Ó Raghallaigh bringing his signature hardanger d’amore sound plus a turn on the flute and live electronics, too.
With the title echoing a well-worn Dublinese expression for “friend”, Old Segotia plays out with ‘Oiche Crua Sna Sleibhte’ (A Hard Night in the Mountains), with ornithologist Seán Ronayne’s field recordings of birdsong rising out of the musicians’ playful explorations, offering a taste of life echoing music, echoing life.

Originally released in 2015, the album, hailed by the likes of Billboard and Rolling Stone as the best of his career upon its release, marked Mac Miller's first for a major label and was regaled as "one of the most musically appealing hip-hop LPs of the year" by The New York Times. After surprising fans and critics alike with his second full length Watching Movies with the Sound Off, Mac returned with another adventurous album in GO:OD AM that marked the beginning of a rapid artistic evolution that unfolded across 2016's The Divine Feminine and 2018's Swimming.

Each 3LP package includes a special triple gatefold jacket printed on silver mirror board with die cut, two inner sleeves with photos printed on silver mirror board and a yellow bonus vinyl with a custom etching on the back.

One for the heads as they say ... this deep Detroit Techno inspired 12" by UK Techno veteran Paul Mac was supposed to be released on Ben Sims' infamous Theory sub label Navite in 2003, but apart from 5 test pressings with the catalogue number NTV 04 it never made it to a proper release. When asking Paul about this 12" we were very happy that he agreed to release it on Mojuba sub label a.r.t.less. Some of his most soulful and deeper organic Techno EPs finally available and remastered by Redshape to current standards.
For illustration duties we are super grateful to have the one and only Kilian Eng on board for the next releases, showcasing some of his sketch work in a new context, some of you might remember his stunning artwork from the Sam McQueen album "Dreams In Sepia" for a.r.t.less. Ähnlich wie in den Tagen von Steely Dan, Harry Nilsson oder Prince, die jedes Jahr (oder seltener) ein klassisches Album veröffentlichten, brachte Mac DeMarco vor zehn Jahren nur etwa ein Jahr nach dem überaus erfolgreichen Album ,Salad Days" die Mini-LP ,Another One" heraus. ,Another One" ist ein acht Titel umfassendes Album, das Macs bereits beeindruckendes Repertoire erweitert. Es wurde vollständig von Mac in seinem Haus in Far Rockaway, Queens, konzipiert und aufgenommen und zeigt die Reife von Macs Entwicklung als Songwriter: etwas raffinierter, etwas ausgefeilter als seine vorherigen Alben, aber dennoch voller Mut und Seele, wie jedes klassische Mac-Album. Das Gesamtgefühl der Mini-LP ist verlorene Liebe oder vielleicht nie gefundene Liebe, ein Thema, von dem die Welt nie genug bekommt und das Mac auf eine Weise behandelt, ohne dass es düster oder schwermütig wirkt. Die Platte hinterlässt das gleiche Gefühl der Zufriedenheit wie ein alter Bogart-Film: Er ist immer noch der Held, aber er bekommt die Frau nicht ganz. Große Singer/Songwriter müssen sich nicht neu erfinden; sie müssen einfach weitermachen und ihre Songs in die Welt hinauslassen, und damit hat Mac DeMarco uns Another One geschenkt. Diese limitierte Auflage zum 10-jährigen Jubiläum enthält sowohl Another One als auch neu gemasterte Another One Demos auf 2 LPs in einer Gatefold-Hülle, gepresst auf transparentem und blauem Far Rockaway-Vinyl. Enthält ein 12-seitiges Booklet mit neuen Linernotes von Mac und bisher unveröffentlichten Fotos aus dieser Zeit von Laura-Lynn Petrick.

On September 19, 2025, Mac Declos will release his second album, MTY-013 « Nothing Stands Still », on Mama Told Ya. Following the acclaimed MTY-007 « Hard Work Always Pays Off » and a trilogy of striking EPs : Angel Eyes (2025), Endless Cycle (2024), and Cuir en Cage (2023), as well as countless DJ sets and All Night Longs around the globe, Mac is now ready to unveil a bold new chapter in his musical journey.

Nothing Stands Still is a sonic artefact: a double-vinyl album composed of 12 timeless tracks. Eleven pieces are produced solely by Mac Declos, with one co-produced alongside Anetha. The album also features unique contributions from Mac’s mother, Doona Rolls, and Mac’s dad, Eric Declosmenil, adding emotional
depth to the project. While music is often elusive and ephemeral, with Nothing Stands Still, Mac Declos set out to create an archive of the future that transcends time and trend, an echo meant to endure. Once again, Mama Told Ya reminds us: Music remains.
