‘10 Years Love On The Rocks - Sky Is The Limit’ is a compilation celebrating a decade of the seminal label, a reflection on its journey, the current status of the dance floor and a pivotal moment for its founder; a personal essay over eight tracks on ten years in the game, from one of the most unique voices in the industry: PARAMIDA.

The V.A. features a selection of artists reflecting the idea of chosen family at the heart of the label – figures responsible for early releases such as Massimiliano Pagliara and Fantastic Man, to Alex Kassian, recent additions E-Talking and Running Hot, and newcomers to the label such as Sweely and Dreamphaze – a collaboration between Alex Bradley and 90s techno legend Neil Tolliday – to name a few.

Expertly curated and sequenced, equally rewarding in close listening and on the dancefloor, there’s a thread throughout that pairs laid back grooves with cinematic, emotional chords, tripped out keys and melodies, and variations in ambience, with highs and lows that feel reflective, nuanced, considered and masterfully crafted; a reflection of the maturity that has developed in the label’s output since its first release in 2014, Massimiliano Pagliara’s classic ‘Flying Away From You’.

Connecting classic house, prog and balearic influences, the label’s sound remains indefinable but unmistakable and in full effect here, not afraid to reference iconic prog/trance and even euro dance in a compilation that envelopes the complete spectrum of dance floor emotion.

There’s nothing out there quite like this – a quality true of all the label’s releases, an achievement that was both the focal point of the label at its inception and a full circle moment that speaks to its development – staying true to itself while progressing with (and shaping) the times – a decade later. “I never expected Love On The Rocks to make it to ten years,” explains PARAMIDA, whose own trajectory over the same period of time – to Panorama Bar resident and one of the most prominent, boundary-pushing and sought-after artists in the game – has been nothing short of meteoric. “Everything has a beginning, a middle and an end. When the time comes, I know what the last release will be. But it never feels like the right time. This compilation represents the past, present and future. It’s an inflection point. After this, anything is possible.”

Sky is the limit.

Up the mountains, deep in the forest, I found these plants that live on sound and water. They don’t need light and therefore are unlike any other plants on this planet. Their peek of activity is during the night, when they are covered with a thin, black layer of nocturnal light. Night lies on these plants like a thin membrane. Their roots absorb drops, waves of sound and its vibrational intonation. When humans eat this plant they fall asleep and start dreaming instantly.

In this dream they become these plants, who are unnamed, and are able to feel the pulsation of their — now own — roots. Many years ago, when language was more sounds than codes, these plants were everywhere to be found in the planetary landscape. Nobody knows yet why these plants are only to be found in the high mountain in its deep forest. It is said that once you enter this forest it will not be easy to find your way out. Like in a dream, you need to be guided by a strong wave of consciousness to find your way out and back to the ground.

The members of this group are Regi Penxten, Steve Spaas and Nico Parisi. To honour their 25th anniversary, we release a limited edition of 500 vinyls called "Aqualords 25 years".

Sentaku’s eighth instalment introduces listeners to the mythical Japanese deities who played a pivotal role in the creation of the land in a world of nothingness, Izanagi & Izanami. Through their divine union, usebirthed the islands of Japan and laid the foundation for life to flourish. Their story embodies the creative forces of nature and the duality inherent in all existence.



Louison starts with ‘Izanagi & Izanami’, a sonic journey weaving with earth-like sounds and celestial melodies, followed by "I Can Fly" taking a more progressive turn, with pulsating basslines and soaring synths. On the flipside comes ‘Reflections’, delving into darker and spookier realms while maintaining an undeniable energy, perfect for the dancefloor. Finally, he closes with ‘Tension & Passion’ slowing the tempo down to a hypnotic groove, with trance-like sounds immersing listeners in the ethereal atmosphere.

Enrico Sangiuliano proves why he is one of the underground most inquisitive and forward thinking creatives with a new EP on his own transient imprint NINETOZERO, ushering the next generation of Italian talent alongside one of his own fresh new cuts. Scheduled for release on vinyl this December, the EP includes Enrico's solo track 'Glitch In Time' along with compositions from Alex Lentini & STOMP BOXX, Antonio D'Africa & Sall, and Mattia Saviolo.

NINETOZERO is a time-limited record label restricted to 10 chapters that aims to disrupt the notion of perpetual music. Releases show marked evolutions in the Italian's sound and thinking each time. That is the case again here from the Emilia native who is known for his timeless underground tracks, his Gold certified remix of the self-titled classic by Age Of Love alongside partner Charlotte de Witte and his SOLO all night long event series which has taken him everywhere from Rome to Ghent, New York to Amsterdam, and which will soon take him to São Paulo.

Title track, 'Glitch In Time,' metaphorically suggests a disruption in the flow of time, reflecting temporary flaws in a system. Sangiuliano's musical interpretation explores these disruptions, providing an intriguing and unexpected sonic experience.

Enrico Sangiuliano on the EP and collaboration with the Italian producers : “The Sentinels are an Italian collective of skilful producers I collaborated with for this chapter of NINETOZERO. We have regular chats about music and production, during one of which I shared the concept of this release “Glitch In Time”. This got our minds flowing to the idea that each of us could approach this chapter in their own signature style. The outcome, to me is, a strong collection of tracks that distinguish themselves from the mainstream, providing an intriguing translation for this release. Excited to share this new chapter soon with you all!”

Evasione Digitale once again teams up with Italian techno legend Marco Bellini, an iconic figure in the vibrant Italian club scene of the ‘90s, renowned for his residencies in clubs like Aida and Area City in the northeast region of the Mediterranean peninsula. An extravagant and hypnotic character, he also became famous for his clamorous peak time drive-ins into the clubs on his Harley Davidson.
Bellini, aside from djing at infinite nights and afterhours, produced a bunch of records, including one of his best collabs with the late Alberto Bertapelle on Mammut Records. Their partnership contributed to the label's unique style with distinctive dark arpeggiated basslines, metallic drum breaks, and dubbed-out excursions.
We are glad to present the first of two split EPs that explore the sound of Marco Bellini on Mammut Records. Carefully remastered by Manmade Mastering, they’re now ready to hit the dancefloors again.

Drumcode heavyweights Pig&Dan and Victor Ruiz link for their maiden collaborative EP.

The project begun in the first quarter of the year when the artists were still touring and was later completed during a series of productive sessions after lockdown Pig&Dan members Dan Duncan and Igor Tchkotoua experiencing a creative synergy with close friend Victor Ruiz that injected some lightness into an otherwise challenging time for the trio of producers.

‘Consciousness’ is driven by a catch low-end riff that’s powerful and funky in equal measures and is a particular favourite of Adam Beyer’s, highlighting the boss’ Drumcode Indoors II and Tomorrowland’s United Through Music stream. ‘Music Takes You’ is a delicious low-end roller driven by a punchy synth workout that drops down into a captivating vocal break made for big moments. ‘Paradise Lost’ is a widescreen melodic gem, comprised of a laser-kissed synth hook, crisp percussion, and a clever low-end chord progression, giving it a classy timeless appeal.

Following the monumental success of NINETOZERO’s latest offering – Enrico Sangiuliano and Charlotte de Witte’s “Reflection” EP – the Emilia native’s conceptually driven record label announces the next instalment in its countdown of releases. The two-track ‘Physical Change’ EP will land on the time-limited imprint on May 5, ahead of Enrico’s correlative SOLO show at New York’s 99 Scott on May 13.

Having previously explored the notion of silence, space and reflection through his NINETOZERO catalogue, Sangiuliano’s newest chapter analyses the concept of change, in all its forms. Tethered to the roots of NINETOZERO’s overruling theme of time, the forthcoming opus expresses the narrative of mutation and evolution within sound. Both obvious and imperceptible changes are inevitable, shaped by the uniqueness of the setting, the ear and the way in which it is emitted. Much like physical and chemical change, metamorphosis within sound is the only constant, despite our inability to recognise some of these microscopic variations.

Enrico’s drive to create music with conceptual value stems from a resolute commitment to the progression of our beloved scene and, as such, has allowed him to journey the length and breadth of electronic music in the most freeing way. The two productions present as distinct techno cuts whilst possessing the melodic complexities we’ve come to know and love from Enrico’s unrivalled output. Unequivocally cool and wholly refined, the extended player is set to follow in the footsteps of NINETOZERO’s preceding chart-toppers.

Expanding on the project with a string of accompanying all-night-long shows, Enrico also announces his next SOLO event at Scott 99 in New York on May 13, marking the series’ first Stateside edition since its inception last year.

Face Four is the comeback of Two Phase U in a full EP format, continuing the Face saga started in 2019.

Anastasia Zems lands on Alzaya with a new EP resulting from a self-reflective journey marked by hypnotic electronic rhythms that echo the passage of time and the change of life.

ALZC03 – Atlantika EP is a rolling cycle of inspiration, mirroring new experiences and sonic explorations that oscillate from warm memories to dark atmospheres aligned to current events. The EP ends by inviting us to slow down, reinterpreted in a separate track by Eklektique, who uplifts its essence and message.

Pastel de Nata is a track resonating with trance-tech rhythms to evoke warm and welcoming memories in a new home that smells of the Atlantic Ocean.

With Bairro Alto, the piece evolves, wandering and experimenting with old-school trance soundscapes across borders—a memento of the past days spent in local record stores searching for new rhythms.

Casa Amarela tunes into a dark, oppressive atmosphere pronounced by classic acid and arp-bass sounds. A symbol of sorrow and pain tuned to the current times.

The hypnotic, acid, mid-tempo sound in Push The Tempo Down stands high in the sky to remind and invite us to slow down before rising again.

Push The Tempo Down Remix is a unique reinterpretation by Eklektique, injecting hypnotic and acidic components crossed with a groovy bass line to reinforce the track’s essence and message.

Bristol-based imprint Sex Tapes From Mars third release comes via JATA, presenting a reissue of his highly sought after, 1991 dance relic. Presented are three gritty, pulsing exercises in delayed gratification that have all the more impact when they finally hit top gear.

The A1, ‘Stutter I’ manages deep introspection while still holding on to the part of the night that makes your head rush and your heart flutter. It comprises four sublimely sewn, yet prominently different movements, climaxing in beating, bumpy bliss.

On the flip, the sense of strangely balanced synthesis makes ‘Midstate’ a remarkable sonic quandary. Its uptempo synth melody is joined with spacey stabs, and deep, unnerving swells.

"Stutter II," meanwhile, centers on trippy, bright-eyed acid, lifted by a surprisingly tight flex of pummelling kicks, jagged hi-hats and pure, swelling pads. It’s a psychedelic symphony of earnest rhythms and bass, perfect for early-morning smoke and shadows.

For this release we decided to go back to the golden era of house, where we found an old misterious producer called Zeno Pisu.
You might know him from his obscure EP called “Electric Voyage” made in 1995, but we decided to dig a bit deeper then that.

The track A1 “Waiting For A Train (Crystal Edge) is a reissue from the Train Driver record made by Zeno in 1996, a super weapon that we have been playing for some time now, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see this remastered specially for our label.

We also went through old cassete tapes and some lost files to find the tracks A2, B1 and B2, which are some of Zeno’s unreleased productions made in the 90s, that are now finally seeing the light.

Alex Stein returns to Terminal M with a huge remix of Beckers' classic 'Switch'

Javi, a Spanish producer based in London, has predominantly kept his work under wraps bar a digital self-release and a few dub plates sporadically hand-distributed to a select few friends. His first physical release takes the form of a biopic in sound, encapsulating the past decade he spent in London across four distinct tracks.

Side A opens with Medway to Old Ford, inspired by early 2000s tech-house; the rhythm and bass set the mood for a solid warm-up. Followed up with Eyelash (Electro Mix), a versatile DJ tool combining breakbeat and electro with a cheeky twist. On the flip side, Future Drive is a bouncy number with swirling arpeggiated melodies and a deep, pulsating bass. The EP closes with Shifting Reality, an Italo-disco tune with melancholic harmonies that pays homage to the early electronic scene of Valencia, Spain.

Innervisions’ darling Dominik Marz and the craftsman of drums and percussions Radial Gaze team up for another infectiously danceable collaboration, this time on Urge To Dance. A collaboration of 4 tracks on vinyl and 1 exclusively digital, it brings out the best of both artists’ worlds.

The leading track Shintu is a testament of what both Dominik Marz and Radial Gaze are known for: a percussive sound with a strong groove, complemented with a melody that will drive the dancefloor crazy. The track feels as a logical successor of the team’s previously released collabs.

Built around an old-school kind of bassline and stuttering percussions sounds, Arkao is the second track of the EP. Accompanied by some hollow vocals and meticulously crafted big lead, this track will surely be responsible for some hands up in the air.

Running out is a deep groover that slowly builds up the tension. It has the typical drums workout that Andrey (Radial Gaze) loves. Brushed with a good portion of 80s vibes and mixed with an acid line and deep strings, the track will take you away from the boring familiarity of the daily life.

Devotion is the dancefloor stomper of the Shintu EP. It offers an irresistibly catchy blend of the deep and melodic vibes of the previous tracks, coupled with dynamic pacing and energizing break & drop. It is a tool that can work as a party starter, but also feels partially laid back.

We proudly present Ibiza Boys Vinyl, the newest and very own creation of head honcho Van Czar. To inaugurate the precious label Van has invited impressive German producer Alexander Kowalski on remix duties. Alexander is well-known from Berlin to Detroit and he has played at legendary techno club Tresor. Love is Love is a real masterpiece beautifully crafted by these two artists.

Italian techno sensation Alignment is back with a fifth EP Close Your Eyes on Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT label out on Friday 31st March.

Close Your Eyes is four tracks of thrilling all-out industrial assault from the Barcelona-based artist.

Title track ‘Close Your Eyes’ rips into a slamming turbo-charged beat accompanied by metal textures and warehouse atmospherics. Next up, ‘Deep Space’ is pure evocative melodrama, riding on a wave of ghostly vocals and piercing synth stabs. ‘Dance For Me’ ups the ante with a trance-tinged roller underscored by slamming bass, before ‘Fight For A New World’ closes out the EP with an epic journey to euphoria.

“I really thought of the Close Your Eyes EP as a travel in my current dreams and maybe a bit of my nightmares as well.” Alignment explains. “For this EP, I tried to combine the “original” Alignment influences with a touch of the new hard techno sounds.”

Charlotte de Witte adds: “Alignment is back, and his 5th release on the label is an absolute killer! I’ve been playing these tracks all over the world for the past couple of months and they don’t disappoint. I’m very excited to finally put them out there and have Alignment on board again!”

Italian-born artist Alignment, whose real name is Francesco Pierfelici, has emerged as an unstoppable force in the techno world in recent years. He has had an outstanding array of vital productions - with four previous EPs on Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT label, including 2022’s acclaimed Attack - and his sound helps carry forward the diversity and musical
identity the label stands for. Describing his style as “a journey to the dark corners of one’s inner self”, Alignment’s industrial techno is reminiscent of an endless post-apocalyptic warehouse rave.

‘Close Your Eyes’ is another exhilarating offering from the new school techno giant. An EP you won’t want to miss.
