Garnier, the pioneer of the French techno scene himself called Bambounou the official successor and now steps up to provide a lush dubby techhouse track that strictly aims at the big room to expand the accesibility of Bambounou's name to new territories. This track is a dancefloor guarantee for the clubs worldwide.

Cleverly the Garnier remix is met by French Fries' version of 'Ignition', an austere stunner of the minimalist approach so typical for the new french sound, which he and his best buddie Bambounou have made so popular in the last 2 years. The French Fries remix is a modern day answer to the seriousness of techno as an undergound vehicle in the early days of its existence, which is exactly the point of time Garnier made his first tracks.

The 2 remixes couldn't be more different and they couldn't fit together better, each on their own representing an important facette of the label's catalogue and 50WEAPONS' stunning ability to pair the sounds of now with the flavour of it's heritage.

A1 Psycho Thrill recordings label boss Claus Bachor turns out a DubTechno/Half-Step hybrid that roars like wildfire. The flavor on the "DeepDownInside" original mix is a combination of initial cutting edged breaks and 4/4beats for Dub-Techno bobbers that turn into sheer bangin Techno on par with the rest of the remix work here, consisting of pummeling 4/4-floor and rudimentary builds that end with all the pots maxed out.

A2 Like a magician's forest at nightfall, Terrence Dixon's "Detroit After Dark" work-out scores the future fairy tale with the beautiful sorcery and strange spells of the minimal techno quest. So this remix comes as a kinked-up tickler, that gets linked to experimental motor city atmospherics in a serious Population One vein, and the result is - not more or less - an abstract perfection of so called late nite electronic body music.

A3 This remix by Dresden's Techno Bass master Stephan Schindler aka Kryptic Universe (also know as Lockertmatik/ The Isolator) in a typical classic 90s Techno rooted, Acid style as its finest that turns every nitedrive perfectly into a wonderfully twisted night out.

B1 Elec Pt.1's (Andreas Gehm / The Manager _ R.I.P. brother!) remix is a fuming and slamming renovation as well. Gehm takes "DeepDownInside" to another level with his belting, "fucks-u-deeper" climax that provides finally gushing 303-good times. Don't sleep on this, this re-work makes no prisoners.

B2 Dresden's Hi-Tech Funk protagonist Stephan Schindler (Kryptic Universe/ The Isolator/ Lockertmatik) does it again here seriously with his "KUX351" interpretation in an acidic mesmerizing and UR rooted, classic Hi-Tech Funk/Techno Bass style that get's even stronger with its athletic exhibition of perpetual electro-motion and should keep every audience interested.

Earlier this year we released a Microworld EP with three brand new tracks. In 1999 his debut came out on Derrick May's Transmat label. In hindsight, the sound could have been better - nobody's debut EP is perfect - so we decided to remaster both tracks from DAT, and present them to you on this reissue. A timeless piece of Detroit techno history, made in Australia :-) First pressing on coloured vinyl.

Käse Kool's fourth vinyl release comes from no other than the Breslau-based producer, Jacob B. A relatively new face to the scene, Jacob B has emerged rather quickly and is building quite the foundation around his name.The Breslau Cuts Ep delivers nothing short of powerhouse techno that brings a raw energy of its own to any dance floor. B1, entitled From The Underground, is the original mix from which JMF reworked on side A. This track brings a tougher, darker vibe to the mix with a strong bass and steady pumping 909 riffs. B2, Warehouse Stomp, doesn't fall shy of its name. This tune is as ruff n' tuff as they come, from start to finish this track will keep the energy high and leave its listeners hungry for more.

This beautiful orange vinyl (limited to 500 copies worldwide) is the latest addition to Mich aka « Analog Devices »'s discography. This 6-tracker EP offers some great underground acid vibes and have the support of the world best acid hero's such as Mike Dred, Woody Mc Bride & Ege Bamyasi.

Analog Devices / Analog Baby has been creating music for over two decades. It began in the late 80's when he swapped his electric guitar for a TB303 and TR606. Together with Modular II and André Stordeur he started to push forward the idea of playing modular live-acts at Techno and Experimental Acid parties in Brussels venues like the infamous PK studio, Bulten, Fuse and Caves de la Chapelle.

Analog Devices was involved in the creation of Subground Technology and its events at the PK Studio, the first big events for Acid and electronica in Belgium. A lot of big guns actually played in this underground hangar, Jeff Mills, Luke Slater, Robert Hood, Mike Dred, Random XS, Steve Bicknell, Ben Long, Bandulu and many more

After a forced break, he rebuilt his studio and 2008 saw the arrival of a new vinyl Analogdevices003 ... on white label .... Which is now rated as a collector Item.

Currently he is organizing alongside with his artistic circle and friends, the WCIA parties which are reviving the feel for the good old days. Outlander, Kosmik Kommando, Ege Bamyasi, Gasmask and many other great names are regularly playing there.

Richard Polson and Nick Dunton on very fine form here with one of their strongest production collaborations from all the way back in 2001 - It is now ten years since Richard's untimely passing

Jim enhances his bountiful reputation further with a groovy dancefloor filler and another sprinkle of Detroit.

A new Warm Sounds... nothing to add... don't sleep!

The next release on Subject Detroit is the result of two Techno Titans joining forces. Label head DJ Bone presents a Subject Detroit first, a split-release with none other than the mighty Deetron. The two have been fans of each other's work for many years so this seemed like a most logical idea. Side D (D for Deetron) sees Deetron in impeccable form with 3 uniquely different versions of his masterpiece "The Core". The Core takes you on a deliberate journey from Deetron's Swiss roots straight to Detroit, one foot in the House realm, the other firmly planted in the funky domain of Techno. Strong, driving rhythms escort you through the vibe to an amazing crescendo and back. There are three versions to choose from, each creating a different energy for the floor. Side B (B for Bone) houses DJ Bone's "Black Patterns". Black Patterns is a true advancement and update to the Detroit Techno model. The main mix starts off in true DJ Bone fashion, hitting you right in the face, with a succession of beautiful piano stabs. A voice chanting "Black Patterns" echoes in announcing what is about to unfold. Uptempo, rhythmic, untamed drums arrive to complete this immense vibe. All three versions tell their stories and indicate that DJ Bone's upcoming album is going to be one hell of a release. If Techno, House and Jazz had a baby...his name would be Black Patterns. This is the first in a series of releases by the duo. And to further enhance their endeavor Deetron and DJ Bone will begin touring together in 2016. They will be playing solo as well as back-to-back and will debut several unreleased tracks during their sets.

Mills felt it was time to re-create the feeling of sci-fi Techno again and in came `Actual`. Compilation of tracks as released on AX009C/D.

Co founder of one of our favorite labels of the moment How To kill Detroit, knocked us over with his own trax recently, so we had to do a release with him. SHADY P brings us some prime detroit techno sludge with this EP.

The Kestrel (Turmfalke) will rise in Spring 2015, starting the new label by Matthias Springer with focus on physical media. The philosophy behind is to invite friends to this special cross-over concept. Every artist presents an original in combination with remixing eachother. In the end 4 tracks on one release, no special genre is preset, everything can happen. Frank Hellmond is the special guest on the first Turmfalke release, bringing in his unique deephouse flavour that features some pretty nice vocals from Snowflake, while Matthias is turning it into a combination of dub and acid ... but just have a listen.

To protect the digital integrity all tracks will be re-released for online-media about 5 - 6 months after the physical release. Beside we decided that there is no need for "cool" looking coloured vinyl, so we will keep it black and heavy weight with 180g of pure electronic music!

King Cheetah is new shining star from the Motor City. The new release is 3 tracks inspired from techno vinyl digging in the late 90s. A time when music was a lot more simple and focused on a vibe through the use hardware limitations. Though, its King Cheetah's first official release, he has been making music for over 20 years in seclusion on the West side of Detroit. Finally, after almost a year of negotiation, we've struck a chord and are able to present this release!

We also celebrate the first release of Light Body Works. Light Body Works is a music label who doesn't claim any city as its own since its irrelevant these days. The intention is to release club music that both induces hypnotic states through repeating melodic movements and straight rhythm patterns.

A-TON ist eine neue Edition und Plattform des Berghain-Inhouse-Labels Ostgut Ton und konzentriert sich auf Ambient-, Archiv- und andere Musiken, abweichend von den
clubfokussierten Veröffentlichungen des Hauptlabels. Darüber hinaus markiert das erste Release auf A-TON - Chronicles | - den Beginn einer Serie von Veröffentlichungen Luke Slaters unter dessen Alias The 7th Plain und präsentiert geremastertes, zuvor veröffentlichtes als auch bislang ungehörtes Archivmaterial.

Zuerst erschienen auf General Production Recordings zwischen 1993 und 1996, lotete Slaters The 7th Plain die sich stärker ausbreitenden Facetten von Ambientmusik aus und trieb sie gleichzeitig an die Genregrenzen, indem sich The 7th Plain nicht auf beatbefreite Synthflächen beschränkte, sondern treibende Progressionen, nuancierte Rhythmen und raffinierte Melodien mit einbezog. The 7th Plains außerweltliche Musik entzog sich somit der genauen musikalischen Einordnung, nachzuhören auf den beiden Alben The 4 Cornered Room und My Yellow Wise Rug (beide GPR, 1994) - emotionale, gespenstische und eskapistische Musik, bei Erstveröffentlichung vorwärtsdenkende Alben, die in Rückbetrachtung die Zeit besiegt haben.

Ursprünglich aufgenommen in Slaters Spacestation Ø, nun für A-TON komplett geremastert, zeigt Chronicles | die futuristische Ästhetik und musikalische Agenda der Neunziger in einem zeitgenössischen Kontext, ohne Nostalgie aber mit dem Wissen um die Zeitlosigkeit dieser Musik. The return of Raffaele Attanasio on Envlp was only a matter of time. The young label (run together with Luigi "A-Man" Giomini), after having signed two other excellent releases edited by Drum Communicate and Kuba Sojka, is ready to rejoin the artist author of the stunning first release "Der himmel uber Berlin" .
Raffaele, who in just three years has established itself on the international electronic scene through sparkling releases more and more popular live performances and beautiful EP on very great labels.
"Roads" is an album in two parts, which returns a well-rounded portrait of the composer defining every facet of style and aptitude.

UK producer Mavlin drops four poignant tracks on vinyl only imprint Krenta Records this February. Specialising in Chicago and Detroit inspired productions, Krenta Records is a fresh imprint with a lot of promise. The platform is hardware-focused, with its material composed of retro synths, drum machines, samples and outboards for a machine driven sound oozing with soul. 'Timeless Energy' uses clunky percussion and a moving melody to engineer a down tempo and emotional cut. 'Cycle' then rolls forward with undulating drums and soft synths, before 'Rise of Ai' demonstrates a moody chord sequence and fuzzy bassline. Tying it all together, 'The Valley Of Shadows' boasts a discernible hook, tranquil pads and serene keys in a mesmerising conclusion.

All tracks were all released on Larkin's Art Of Dance label, in Detroit who only pressed up a handful of copies of releases at the time. Clavias North and Plankton were released on a sampler for his 7:Nites album, which actually never materialized. Without Sound (also known as Without) was released in different versions. The Original mix featured here is probably the best mix and was only released on the limited to highly limited Art Of Dance Sampler 12."

From the ruins of the birthplace of techno, Detroit Underground's twenty third release reunites Detroit producers Kero & Kyle Hall for their sophomore effort, appropriately titled TWO. Building on the toxic, dubbed out neo-acid of 2012's Zug Island/K2 Attack single, TWO features four tracks from the city's established master of left field beats and Detroit Techno's brightest new star, with the pair of each produced in each other's studios in Windsor and Detroit respectively.

Beginning with 126BPMNONAME's crisp beats, spare atmosphere and wonky 909 grooves, the EP's A side culminates in the full out rocking EP2-3, driven by a strong and infectious digital riff.

Side B by comparison offers two club use tracks in Polydextrose and RIVERSIDE CONNEXTION, which reflect contemporary electronic music's current fascination with outsider production, 1980s wave music, while still delivering a pulsing and relentless dance floor beat.

If the music weren't attraction enough, TWO also marks the beginning of a new collaboration between the heavily design engaged Detroit Underground and The Designer's Republic. As part of Atoms Vectors Pixels Ghosts™ activity TDR™ are renewing their collaboration with the American Detroit Underground label with an ongoing series of collectable AVPG™ 7' / 12' vinyl covers. Every limited edition is based on the same two original AVPG™ screenprinted in different combinations using different metallic /raised inks / processes / materials to create a series of designs, each unique to its release

At the start, Electronic Pure Sound (EPS) is a militant association that aims to the emancipation of the underground electronic music. Our common influence lays in early techno & house music productions from detroit's musical pionneers. For 8 years, EPS has been working on creation of events about this typical electronic culture. In 2008, EPS took a new step with the creation of a label "EPS records " followed by the first release EPS001 ALEVIA "First way EP" playlisted by DJs such as Ben SIMS, Dan CURTIN (Metamorphics records) et MAXX-T (Detroit Techno Militia). EPS records consists of a small group of friends passionate by analog hardwares and creation.
Our main goal is to share our underground musical values to the largest people including Techno heads or those just discovering this culture.

Today, EPS Records presents its second EP: EPS002 DAVID HATTON "REALIZATION" combining traditional old school sounds of Detroit Techno to his singular universe :
A1."Resistance" is radically oriented dancefloor with a strong kick and energetic sounds.
A2."The You and Me" Slam electronic is the result of a collaboration with an original urban poet with engaging lyrics.
B1."The Act of Hope" claimed a sweet and melodic sound identity with a dancefloor rythm.
B2."Just Above Skin" is decidedly deep and mystical, combining aerial waves and hypnotic keyboards.

The third release on the vinyl-label 'Playmusic-Productions' is presented by the berlin-based Rene Reinert under his artist name 'Amor Fati', who's also the label owner of Black Is Black Recordings. On his very unique work for Playmusic-Productions called 'Träumer & Tänzer', which is german for 'Dreamer & Dancer' he combines remarkable soundscapes, deep keys, an epic trumpet lick and the drums. Nothing more, not even a real baseline. But that is possibly what makes this tune so special. Also included in the package is a remix from PMP's wunderkind Tim Engelhardt, whose mix is definitely for the dance floor. In the first 3 minutes the mix simply has an amazing flow using the main loop from the original, a smooth baseline, rolling hats and some groovy shakers. Then a wonderful danceable break and the trumpets come in. All in all, a magic mix. Then label head Andreas Lindemann is bringing the original to the top. Against all expectations, he made a very smooth and relaxing mix, which is starting with sea waves he recorded in Mexico. Then a very soft and moody pad fades in, and for a few minutes this lovely just takes you on a journey. Then the trumpet wakes you up, the percussions make you dance again and a really sweet 303 line takes you back in time! To come to an end, this release can also be described in one sentence: All the tracks are using the same elements, but every artist does this in his very own style.

- Reissue of classic 'Trackman' EP buy Mark Archer of Altern 8 - remastered from the original 1995 tapes.

Mark Archer is a long standing British electronic music veteran, with several heavily influential aliases and collaborations under his belt, the best known of which being the seminal UK hardcore act Altern 8 alongside Chris Peat. The pair also recorded as Nexus 21 on the classic Network records label. The subtle and unique blend of Detroit Techno, Acid House and UK Hardcore that Nexus 21 became known for, can also be heard in Archer's solo outings as Trackman:

''In 1995 I was asked by my good friend Neil Macey, who was incidentally one of my greatest influences DJ-wise alongside Astrix & Space, if I could do a few tracks for the first release on his new label - Ideal Trax. I asked him what kind of music the label was putting out as I'd been pretty much deep into the hardcore thing, and then working on more housey tracks as Slo Moshun, so when he said he was after something with techno, Chicago house and Acid all mixed up, Trackman was born.''

The first Trackman EP went out on Ideal Trax in 1995, a six track, two vinyl EP spanning trippy, classic Acid cuts, Detroit and Chicago influences, Sheffield Bleep and Manchester Hacienda rave era overtones. 'Trackman' has now been lovingly remastered and re-issued on Infrastructure, with a bonus track 'Paradise' included, which featured later on the 1996 'Don't Stop' EP - also a classic in it's own right.
