Originally released in 2014, Luciano's 'The Great Amael' is an enchanting and endearing trip; a lo-fi bubbling groove and dusted Hammond organs that hustle along whilst live percussion cuts through the oceanic atmospherics. Two years on, and Cadenza Music call upon a brace of remixers to provide fresh and unique interpretations of this hidden gem in Luciano's catalogue. Having recently released his first album in over 10 years, Matthew Dear AKA Audion boldly steps up to the mantle and stamps his intelligent techno sound all over 'Amael' in the first of our remixes. Cutting a sprightly pace from the off, Audion melts stuttering sine waves and bulging tones over concrete beats, tweaking in the original organ riff and fathoms deep pads whilst adding additional vocal refrains as he playfully teases the arrangement before dropping a superb riff in his 'Backward Melody' Remix, which takes a most psychedelic and unexpected twist! Two other musical heavyweights collaborate on the second of the remixes; Phil Moffa and Seth Troxler are no studio strangers, having released a joint project on the British Hypercolour label last year, and remixed for Tiga a few months back. Their LSOS LOVE/GOD Remix builds from ambient beginnings, save for a rhythm carved out of spongy electronics, a sturdy beat kicking in and setting the controls destination unknown, as the duo steer through breathy vocal cuts and propelling bass, stripping the remix back before leaping back into hyperspace with some adventurous and dubbed out vibes, before coming back down for landing with those unmistakable pads from Luciano's original.

Rico Puestel is in charge for our Cocoon Recordings 144th release. Rico is an 'producer animal' who released more than 100 tracks & remixes since 2005 under various project names such as Dinamoe, Central Scrutinizer and of course under his main moniker Rico Puestel. The enormous amount of productions shaped Rico's knowledge and taste and his new cocoon release 'Neyst' and 'Enokid' seems to be the logical result of his long journey through the techno-universe. Puestels style is very unique and merges elements of dark and hypnotic mainfloor techno as well as orchestral sounds and even industrial elements. 'Neyst' is the perfect hypnotic and dark techno circle that keeps on progressing and building up into sheer madness. No fast food, no leightweight, this is heavy techno business! 'Enokid' comes with a little more of a Chicago house vibe however it is again still deep in Puestels very own style. We especially fancy the crazy break in the middle with the spaced out room effect part and the melody coming in after the break. As stompy and musclepacked this track is, it still seems to be very musical and deep at the same time - what a trip! "La Tène is back with a double invitation to its third full length LP.
The hurdy-gurdy/harmonium/percussions trio welcomes two bagpipes (cabrettes and 23' to be exact), and a combo of string instruments (12-string guitar and electric bass).

Beyond the instrumentation, we're looking at a gang of high esteemed guests: Jacques Puech, Louis Jacques, Guilhem Lacroux and Jérémie Sauvage, whom works are given their due credit (with the La Novià collective and its multiple variations, the France group, Super Parquet, the Standard-In-Fi label, etc.), are at ease with fuelling the traditional ball dance floor (literally in its wooden meaning) as well as questioning it, confortable with sparking dance moves as well as pushing instruments and their sound to their ultimate limits.

La Tène's music doesn't alter itself, it is always at the conjuncture between obsessive repetition and fragmented traditional music, hence developing a mineral depth on an obstinate pulse. Where one hears an instrument, its mirror unburdens until the confusion. One lies breathless, only whishing the end becomes an eternal resumption."

From Bremen, northern Germany, Massud Matin is coming up on Tupiar Records Limited with a great vinyl EP named LIKE YOU, featuring 2 of his own original tracks and 2 remixes from his analog addicts: Modebaku and Kaitaro.

Massud has a deep history going back to his days in the electronic community since 2007, as part of I.C.Records , respectively. even so,he pushes beyond his combined discographies to date, exing impossibilities, building rhythms from arrhythmia, teasing veiled textures from bold iterations of Synth Patterns. his distinctive fusion of sculpturing through shapeshifting software, programming subtractive and matrix modular synthesis to create playful shivering digital textures which oscillate with and against algorithmically mapped percussion samples, smeared synthetic chords levitate in the distance, stabs of digital noise punctuate the mix in twitchy, time-distorting patterns, the deliberation and control over distinctive textures and particles is obsessive, the end results of each individual track unfold with an organic temperament.

The cover art is painted with acrylic on canvas by romanian artist Elly S Oproiu, founder of Soul Drops and music enthusiast brought on board by the overall designer Mihai Dafinoiu, together making this exquisite release.

In this new Live PA venture, the couple of friends produced a unique album in the history of the world of electronic music. They were able to mix the best of the Detroit Techno with the Divine Name of the Creator.
Summarizing, the relationship between the language code of the Divine Name and the cellular parts of the human fabric can be seen in terms of the DNA-wave form of a certain vibrational frequency which composes the human bio-computer through the 64 cell areas of a complex matrix.
The Divine Code is the coding mechanism, communicated through micro-signal ranges, where the vibratory link forms the 'genetic matter' within the cells as a pattern of Divine energy flow. The body is seen as a bio-suit of lightware operating via a language of biochemical light that provides billions of instructions per second. The identity of each individual is housed in this inner labyrinth of chemical letters, which equates the complete genome with the soul mechanism of life.
By linking all these unusual elements, ScoutSom explores the relationship between human creativity and the innovative technologies that enable the freedom of improvisation. This is a label that comes to encourage movement - a movement that wants a change through a sonic revolution.

Acid Pauli's album BLD dropped earlier this year and was a superb reminder of Martin Gretschmann's unique place within the electronic music. Breathing musicality and adventurousness into everything that he does, the album covered a number of moods and emotions, from dystopian carnivalesque vibes to moments of high intensity, through to deep melancholia and synth laden ambience. Following on from the 'A' remix package, 'B' brings another huge selection of producers into the fray to reinterpret the originals. First up, Hamburg hero Stimming works over 'Amadou' - flipping the original, into a techy bomb. A thick kick underpins a shuffling, off kilter rhythm and beautifully treated melodics. Stimming's feel for gently pushing the dancefloor into new places shines through. 'René' is reworked by Roman Flügel, the Ongaku/Klang/Playhouse boss whose influence on the European electronic music scene has been immense. Always willing to experiment, 'René' is the perfect canvas - arpeggiated blips and beeps echo primitive electronic explorations by the likes of Francis Bebey, and a huge subby kick drum take this track into space. Alex Boman sets to work on 'Jeanne', locking into his signature groovy, tribal approach to working the dancefloor. The Swedish producer adds dubby elements, an irresistible percussion track and disruptive, random sounds to the thick, heady mix. Dutch wunderkind Satori tackles 'Jorge' - twisting the original into a psychedelic groover that finds room for backwards vocals, marimba-like melodies, fat basslines and shuffling breakbeats.

Binh is releasing a double 12-inch on Perlon. Noah's Day is the Berlin-based producer's second effort for Perlon following 2015's Visio, and it's Binh's first 12-inch since releasing Dreifach back in March. Dudley Strangeways & Michael McLardy's Leftback imprint has long been a reputable source of discerning house and techno. On their latest, they remind us just why they've become such a trusted label, with their 14th vinyl-only release emphasising the fact with some aplomb. A collaborative effort between label head Dudley Strangeways and prolific German producer David GTronic, the Diminution EP is a potent reminder of both producer's talents and is a typically eclectic listen to boot.

Opening up the release is the sounds of the title track. A fast-paced, albeit relatively minimal effort, it's made up of few parts but still commands the listener's attention courtesy of its many oddball motifs and an underlying baseline that really provides a spark. A delicate yet intricate track, it's the sort of weapon that will brilliantly bridge the point between the night's more down tempo and peak time moments. TIJN then comes correct on the remix tip with a brilliant remix of the latter. The British producer has been seen his work crop up on a host of esteemed labels recently, and this effort is another that'll slide neatly into an already impressive discography. More frantic than the original, it calls on its charming melodies to produce an ethereal, hypnotic track that will work wonders on a large system.

The B side then kicks off with Melee', a delicate track that's imbued with gentle, sun kissed motifs from the off. Reminiscent of classic Mathew Jonson tracks, it's nothing if not an intriguing antidote to matters elsewhere. Culminating the package is the sounds of label boss Michael McLardy, who perks up with a slamming remix of Melee'. Drawing on the original's emotive sound, he whips the intensity up several notches and leaves us with a track that's notable for its ability to slide into any part of a set. Filled with a range of emotions, it handily emphasises all that's great about this release.

Fresno, mysterious new project will release Loosen Up 001, setting the imprint's sound direction uniting the label dual love of refined house grooves and modular synths on this inaugural four track EP.

With a hypnotic spell-bound deep tech groove, Artresia kicks off this three-tracker with hints of the past as well as echoes from the future. Nima Khak then offers two tracks for the release, the hypnotic, intense and effective techno remix of Artresia that takes us even further down the proverbial rabbit hole, landing us comfortably in the warm embrace of "Beach 2015", an ambient, nostalgic daytrip to the seaside.

After already dropping one cut on our all-encompassing initial compilation, celebrating 25 years of the club, we're happy to announce Joel Mull's follow up and first solo release on Distillery Records. Mull is an always welcome Tille-regular, one of the most prominent ambassadors of the Swedish Techno sound and a versatile producer that's constantly churning out high profile material since the mid 90ies. A cachet that's underpinned by this batch of tunes, kicking off with "Magnetum", an Industrially tinged blend of Techno, building on filtered polyrhythmic elements, a swelling bass and subtly implemented pads. He's going for an arrangement that's eschewing overcomplexity, in order to boost an utmost force on the dance floor. Next up is "Momentum" that sonically ventures down to even deeper levels of machine room ambience, emitting wafting plumes of bass, being flared by flashes of sawing clangs and pushed forward by a synth- based micro-theme that's wandering through filter-modulations. A massive big room weapon. "Connected" comes embedded in crackling and rustling soundscapes, but make no mistake, its kickdrum is out to blow off any sonic haze to make way for an Acid theme that slowly emerges from ambush. This very tune gets a remix treatment by none other than Mathimidori aka Mathias Kaden who's turning the character of the tune into a rather chilled out, groove accenting, Dub- resonating state of matter. The digital package then also features "Continuous Symmetry" as a bonus track, that's upping the ante again, yet appears a bit more leftfield in this cycle of Mulls new material.

Radio Slave's reissue label, R-Time, returns with an in demand re-release of his timeless remixes of Peace Division's legendary 'Blacklight Sleaze (ft Pleasant Gehman)'.

Originally released on NRK in 2006, 'Blacklight Sleaze' landed at a time when Peace Division (Justin Drake & Clive Henry) was lauded as one of most bankable acts in house music having notched up a truly remarkable catalogue that helped define the genre from the late 90s onwards. Later that year, the Pleasant Gehman spoken vocal led cut was treated to a series of remixes from Radio Slave, another act who had firmly developed a similarly revered status in the scene.

These futuristic remixes, now fully re-mastered and sounding better than ever, take 'Blacklight Sleaze' to another level with thundering kicks, a pitch-perfect arrangement and tightrope balance between foreboding house and bone-shaking techno.

A huge anthem at Berghain, these remixes have been a favourite weapon in the record bags of many techno DJs, not to mention a regular fixture in Nina Kraviz and Rodhad's sets... now seems the perfect time for more 'Blacklight Sleaze'..

Unscene Record's debut 12-inch release, 'Theme of Roman EP', features three modernistic tracks from Grecian artists
Kostas Georgoudis and Alex Dimou (in a B-side collaboration). A1-Theme Of Roman (Original Mix) initiates the quest by
creating minimalistic soundscapes of a cinematic nature, translating to listeners as a prismatic chemistry of iridescent
textures, dub, and pitch-shifted voices. A2-Palouse (Original Mix), provides a discourse between vintage aesthetics and
futuristic dynamism, rendering a more abstract and atmospheric composition. On the flip side, track B1-Mozy (Original Mix)
demonstrates a steady rhythmic bass construction complimented by high-hat variations, while giving rise to a primordial

After contributing a smashing remix to the first release on blank, UK producer Kalyde is coming back to the emerging German imprint with a fantastic EP of his own. Growing up in Detroit, he never got involved with electronic music until he went to university in Bristol, where he honed his production and DJ skills before resettling in London. Not long after that crucial step, an impressive string of releases followed on great labels like Skint, Madtech, Avotre and Roush. Kalyde has rapidly advanced to be one of the most exciting new talents in the UK's modern house & techno scene, and also has become a sure shot on DJ sets of big players from the likes of Annie Mac, Loco Dice, Eats Everything and many more.

Kalyde is famous for his fantastic ability to provide a huge energy boost without getting reckless, no matter if at one of his legendary extended DJ sets or in the studio cooking up the next big dancefloor banger. The Clone EP on Blank is the perfect representation of this sentiment. Every single track is a bona fide floor filler designated to land in the crates of the best house & techno DJs on the planet. The title track explores Kalyde's very own vision of acid house, combining a frenetic bassline with his infallible energetic signature.

Next up is the absolutely fascinating track Omulate', which features a highly hypnotic voice sample and recalls the dark uplifting feeling of immortal Detroit classics. With the last original cut on the EP White Shadow', the young producer delivers another acid techno stomper, this time taking a drift to darker musical spheres. Closing this massive EP, the UK techno veterans Mak & Pasteman step up for a unique remix treatment of Omulate', mutating this track into a huge techno bomb prepared to cause serious damage on big, dark dancefloors all around the world.
