12 years after Samim scored a worldwide underground smash with his massive 'Heater' tune, Get Physical re-release a fantastic packages of remixes with new versions from Tube & Berger, Diplo and FNX Omar.

It was impossible to dance in 2007 without someone dropping 'Heater' at some point in the set. It still sounds as quirky, inventive and left of centre now as it did then. The fresh 2019 remaster beefs up the drums, crystallises the Colombian cumbia lead sample and it's not hard to see this being big once again this summer.

After 6 cassettes Tapes Sublimating is back with their first vinyl EP: 'Venus' by Altered Natives. After releasing his excellent 8th album last year Danny still hasn't run out of ideas. Four tracks telling four stories in different scenes with the whole thing tied together by the tale-teller's trademark sounds and atmosphere with contribution from Budapest's AIWA on the closing track.
Opener 'Venus' is a journey itself. Taking you deeper and deeper to a menacing dungeon second by second. It is dark there. You get lost and unsure what is going to happen. Panic kicks in and you feel something is coming when suddenly... Catharsis. After a while you can open your eyes and get back on your feet. 'Acid Reign' is the most earthly of the four scenes. Everything seems clear for a minute, but then it slowly takes you away, losing your head again. Next scene: leaving the planet, outside the Earth orbit. 'Protohype' is floating in space. It is beautiful up there, but also scary and haunting. Finally AIWA takes you a few lightyears away, when everything becomes blurry and even less familiar. Silence. You only hear your heartbeat, when suddenly the drama continues. Be careful, no escaping this.

The first collaborative release between Roman Flügel and Daniel Avery arrives on Live at Robert Johnson, under the guise of ‘Noun’.

Initially recorded some years ago across just two days at Flügel’s former Frankfurt studio, both tracks represent a meeting point between the sensibilities of two of the best-loved producers in contemporary electronic music. Patient, even minimal psychedelia shares space with the driving club music that defines both Avery and Flügel’s individual DJ sets, as well as a number of occasional back-to-back performances, where the music of Noun has since been reliably reached-for and re-contextualised ever since.

Indeed, it speaks for the confidence and craft in this debut collaboration that Noun begins with ‘Meeting of the minds’, a textural delight that finds the Anglo-Germanic pair at their unremittingly trippiest. An analogue, unwavering transmission, as if pirated from Avery’s celebrated frequencies, is wrapped around minimal drum percussion, guaranteed to equally appeal to fans of the more experimental, reduced moments in Flügel’s back catalogue. Tense as the mood may seem, in these offbeat sonic corners, lay pockets of intrigue and moments of bliss.

On ‘Team Silent’, the impact is more immediate. As the seams between individual influences melt away, Flügel and Avery roll out something tougher and more direct; a blossoming, somewhat dystopian drive-by-night of softly soaring synths, ecstatic feedback and tough drums. Somehow both understated and anthemic, this is a true late night jam courtesy of two masters of club culture. Years later, and what a difference two days makes.

The third vinyl release on Manjumasi comes from enigmatic Ukranian producer Silat Beksi, whose work shines in its expertly honed details. Each of his productions is infused with an intricate sense of groove and texture ​—​ one is left with the feeling that describing his sound as “minimal” does not do it justice.
Over the course of many vinyl releases, he has shown himself to have a unique sonic touch, a style that is best described as his own.
The A-side features two works. Lead track DNA is a moody affair with an extremely deep descending bassline that anchors the low-end, while atmospheric pads develop above. The track is imbued with a feeling of life, evolving, emerging from the shadowy mists. This is followed up by Frozen, a more groove-forward number with an emphasis on trippy melodic details and vocal edits that keep the ears constantly engaged.
On the B side is Light In The Darkness, a meditative but driving track with a long and very deliberate energetic build. As the name suggests, this one conveys a sense of optimism, with wide pads that evoke new possibilities opening ahead.

Toki Fuko, a representative of the Russian techno scene, joins Annulled for a mental and voodoo techno EP. ‘Chain Reaction’ focuses on achieving an outstanding environment within a complex fusion of sounds modulated by current randomness, arranged by body and soul. Sometimes odd and trippy, sometimes magical and mysterious, like the unconventional spiritual journey.

Side A.
‘Chapter 7 ‘Desire’’: This one of the big book of life. It was an inspiration of one of the lectures of Gangaji. Her immersive voice, along with some drone pads, a modulated Cwejman S1MK2 synthsizer and a lovely broken beat.

'Vaal': was created after a long live record session on Toki Fuko's studio. He experiments with his modular synthesizer a raw and deep atmosphere that captures the listener's attention as you enter your labyrinth.

Side B.
'Polonium': The main bass line was recorded from a BLD modular. The immersive pad, the sequenced bass line, the broken beat and the modulated sounds from a Cwejman S12MK2 synthsizer. Everything together sends you on a journey through the unknown structure of polonium.

'Scandium': A journey across the shamanic path. Everything was recorded from a 909 drum machine and modular synthesizer. The main tonal EFX sound was live recorded on FreqEcho plugin by ValhallaDSP.

Yes - he was the main reason for us to start the label seven years ago :) Thru the time we became close friends and Ali was always present, releasing some great records for us like his first Album „All We Need“. My next release coming out on PLEASURE ZONE including the mysterious track from the great festival 3 Smoked Olives Island Festival with great support so far from favorite artists such as Archie Hamilton, Matthew Dekay, DJ W!LD, Nima Gorji to name a few.
The EP contains 3 tracks that reflect my last 3 years journey since my last release in 2016 a year with big changes and challenges. it all starts by witnessing "The Light In Between" the worlds and all the "Perjury" going on around us, trying to find "The Way Out" from it.

Arkityp was launched as a party series in Ibiza.

Residing at the islands best small club, Ibiza Underground, we invited the likes of Sammy Dee, Dewalta, Vera, Jan Krueger and Valentino Kanzyani.

They were joined by our residents and founders Archie Hamilton & Rossko.
During 2016 the duo have been working together in the studio and are ready to release their first material together.

Ryan Crosson takes care of the fifth EP on tastemaking Detroit label My Baby Records with a fantastically forward-looking four-track vinyl offering. Ryan Crosson is a complex artistic creature who has roamed far and wide in his storied career. His always innovative music has come on groundbreaking labels including Wagon Repair, M_nus, Spectral Sound, and of course his own Visionquest. Each time he explores a new sound world and draws on things as diverse as musique concrète, Downtown New York funk, and East African jazz. Now he cooks up more beguiling brilliance on this fresh new EP. Opener ‘Speaker Dubs’ is a deep, bubbly rhythm track with dub chords rippling out to infinity. It’s a stylish track full of far-sighted reverence and supple groove that locks you in a trance. ‘Ogilvie’ is a piece of absorbing ambient with found sound recordings of muffled voices that sounds like you’re in an underground station. B-side opener ‘FutureTheory’ is another minimal masterpiece with glitchy sound design and eerie chords peeling off a tight, kinetic groove. Ghoulish voices add more late-night atmosphere and the whole track grows ever darker and more consuming as it unfolds. The excellent ‘OortCloud’ takes you back to the heart of a dance-floor with futuristic menace: the smooth drum loops are militant, the voices are dehumanised and the searching synths speak of a desolate landscape. It’s heady, brilliantly bleak stuff that is utterly infectious. This is another hugely inventive EP from one of the underground’s most consistent talents

Tiny Minds, A lively lead track. With piercing chord stabs, grooving drum elements and a suspenseful break down, this track is nothing short of a peak time slammer.

Quincy's One Two Groove is a smooth and suave flip to A1, Boasting a gristly bass line and some classic vocal hits.

Rum Strut, follows on the style of A1. Oozing excitement with an almost arrogant swagger, it sole objective is to make you dance.

Welcoming the Mannheim musical magician to the imprint with a remix of B1. He uses an analogous, razor sharp bass line as the main focus of the track from the start. Complimenting the original pads and vocals with frequent appearances throughout. A fine groover for sure.

Our fantastic friends artists also like to collaborate on some occasions and this is a great example of what can happen when two strong identities collide. Combining jazz-influenced instrumental snippets alongside seriously groovy beats, Nicolas Duvoisin & Reber deliver two quality originals. Pineapple features quirky jazzy piano elements supported by a driving shuffled rhythmic structure, ideal to transition from build-up vibes to the mid-night intensity. On the other hand, "Strawberry" is a deeper, more-intimate gem, sure to work nicely in the early hours of the morning. Last but not least, we are priviledged to include none other than One Records boss Subb-An, with a very efficient rework of "Pineapple"!
