Roma Zuckerman is in fact the trippiest artist on the label and he is back with a new solo release 'stage of loyalty'. Nobody ever knows what is on his mind when recording his next 13 minute long composition at home in Krasnoyarsk but his signature slow mo murkiness and Roma-like mental groove are unmistakable. 'Stage of loyalty' does just that but also contains minimalist techno tracks and a wonderful italo-esque sounding anthem ,,I like you" that could easily soundtrack a movie where everything is going to be just alright! It lands on the original Belgian label Diki Records on August 13th next to the legendary Jam & Spoon 'Watch Out For Stella Mix' and the original vocal mix from 1990.
Age Of Love wrote and released their most iconic track in 1990. It went on to become a stone-cold dance classic that inspired a whole trance movement that has endured throughout the years. The track was originally released on one of the most iconic trance labels in Belgium's history and has been specially remastered for this 2021 release.
The idea to remix 'Age Of Love' started taking shape when KNTXT boss Charlotte was in lockdown with esteemed Italian techno artist Enrico at the end of February last year. As soon as the track was finished, it was played in several live streams and the online community quickly fell in love. The remix bears all the hallmarks of both producers, who between them have a number of Beatport hits and have crafted everything from the darkest drums to the most emotional synths to great effect.

A distillation of cultural memory through electronic process, James Place - the creative guise of New York native Phil Tortoroli, returns with his third release for Umor Rex. The sonic realization of love and loss, re-sculpted for the Post-Modern age, pursuing his glacial take on techno into newly intimate depths.
Departing from a line in TS Elliot's Four Quartets the moment in and out of time', its works take form through the haze of a dream. Over the course of several months Tortoroli tracked heaps of live stereo jams at home, jamming on his drum machine, sampler, polysynth, and effects setup. Poring over these hours of hazy jams, Tortoroli heard himself straining for an additional voice to further emote. Rifling through a vast library of old bounces and experiments, Tortoroli rediscovered the music of Sam Sally to complete Voices Bloom, resampled live and again subdued into explorations of an old practice'.
Voices Bloom is the musicality of cultural collage, immensely personal and intimate, arms stretched out, gathering diverse sonic worlds. The artist and his craft as a self-reflexive lens for an electronic age - a sonic patchwork heard from afar - impressions of memory, drawn close to the heart. Within the album's cool displaced tones, rise nostalgic romances, drifting rhythmic works which defy the beat. A world where time enters multiple frames, those possible, literal, implied, forgotten, and remembered anew. The final results on Voices Bloom are the most reflective yet from James Place. The hopeful kosmische beats and hauntological synth music on previous albums, and more delicate melodies, riding crisp minimal rhythms that flow elegantly from vignette to vignette. Rhythms of abstract techno with glistening melodic lights.

SA003 sees label owner Lucy and underground trailblazer Ercolino, inspired by novelist Michael Ende's imagery, create two visions of a nihilistic future. The 12" begins with the tale of fear incarnate "Gmork", the most powerful weapon for controlling society. The A-side is a portrait of this terrifying beast: slinking baselines come from its black heartbeat and white noise grows from its unearthly appetites. Fat, squelching noises emerge as light, hope and ideas are quashed, ground up and eaten. What emerges is a genius slice of dark, brooding techno crafted from the nectar of your darkest nightmare. The story gets even bleaker with "So The Nothing Grows Stronger", a narrative of blips, bleeps and squeals. Dadub also masterfully extracts two crafty dj tools provided as digital bonuses. No excuse to not spread the savage stories that you have heard.

The fifth chapter of Threads' journey through underground club music is also the first various artist of the label.
The opening track is a an acid cut with a bouncing backbeat provided by Dormald aka Omar Akhrif and Donald, owners of Big Morning Records and resident at Veniceberg.
The A2 is a smoking clubbing anthem that will immediately bring you to the UK scene, home of the Italian artist Jos, who built his reputation through the years with his productions for his labels Eya / Lonewolf and his DJ set around Europe.
The opening track of the B-side is the debut of Grapevibe, a collective straight out of Bologna. It's a house cut with proggy elements and a Balearic touch with a clear reference to the Italian deep house scene from the nineties.
The closing track is another debut, this time is Nando aka NND. Electronic Device is your go-to track to create that special mood on the dancefloor.

Romania’s Victor Stancov inaugurates his Simple Tracks imprint this
October with the ‘Apollo’ EP, backed with a remix from Wareika.
Victor Stancov is a producer and DJ hailing from the coastal region of
Constanta, Romania, a country that’s become synonymous with the
stripped-back twist in contemporary house Stancov delivers here via his new label simple:tracks. As the name would suggest, the label’s aim is to find pleasure and joy in the simple things, delivering dance floor focused cuts for groove seekers.
To launch simple:tracks Stancov himself steps up to deliver two
originals on the debut 12’’ and up first is titlecut ‘Apollo’, laid out
over six and a half minutes with an amalgamation of choppy chord
sequences, swinging percussion and subtly nuanced bass to create a
hypnotic introduction. The second original ‘Delos’ follows, retaining a
similarly ethereal aesthetic courtesy of snaking dubbed out synths,
winding pads and a bumpy bass hook. To round out the release Wareika deliver their interpretation of ‘Delos’, and as expected from the German minimal maestro’s the guys delivery a typically unique twist on things. Reshaping the originals synth elements while stirring in intricately modulating percussion and tripped out metallic synth chimes to complete the package.

Zeitgeber is a German word that, loosely translated, means 'synchronizer.' It's also the new project of Electric Deluxe head Speedy J and Stroboscopic Artefacts' boss Lucy. Both artists make some of the most forward-thinking techno around, but Zeitgeber sees them pushing together even further into uncharted territories. Freed of dancefloor considerations, the duo have constructed an album that breathes with life and rewards close listening. That's no surprise when you consider the artists involved. Speedy J has been around from techno's very beginnings. Based in Rotterdam, his Electric Deluxe label has consistently released techno that has gleefully tugged at the constraints of the genre. Lucy, on the other hand, is a newer name to most techno fans, but his Stroboscopic Artefacts label has quickly made a name for itself as one of the leading purveyors of the stuff. That's by design, however. Because when Zeitgeber do let the light in, it's all the brighter. You'd expect nothing less from two of the most talented producers in the techno world. With the guys from Wareika we picked another long time friend who allready played a couple of times for our club. Produced in a freaky, deep and super well deep minded way there come their track Propaganda. A journey into a style of music that you will never get bored!
Last but for sure not least is Micha Klang, the Master of our beloved Club Rakete in Nürnberg, who sent us a wonderful deep dub techno track that totally went inside our mind. Were happy to got this track to complete our new various artist.
