Sect Records' recent compilation It's All For You showcased the exceptionally high standard of the label's roster as well as introducing some talent to the world, and this, the first 12" sampler from the album, selects three of the compilation's finest tracks for vinyl treatment. Victor Martinez takes over the A-Side with "Dav To Dub", combining heavily delayed chords filtered to breaking point, while a massive kick drum propels everything along, and a jazzy piano melody adds some subtle ambience. On the flip, D'Knox's "I'm Sorry (remix)", is a sparse number contrasting soothing chords with micro-loops which contain the spectre of disco, with a rapid rhythmic flutter and chittering melody at its core, while Fanon Flowers closes with "Invisible Life", a murky production filled with chords that ripple like sheet metal over a flurry of 909 rimshots.

Thirteen might be an unlucky number for some but for Culprit it is quite the opposite. The label's thirteenth release 'Candy' from Lee Curtiss, is it's biggest and most unashamedly dance floor oriented release to date. A watershed record for the young label, 'Candy' is the special type of track that reaches out and grabs you immediately upon hearing it

Chicago's Ricardo Miranda makes his debut for the ace Stilove4music label, maintaining a fine year in which he has already dropped some serious heat on Rush Hour sub-label Hour House Is Your Rush and his own Noble Square imprint. Title track "102point 7" is all jagged synths, throbbing arpeggios, slashing claps and a rolling acid groove, marking it out as one of his most incendiary productions to date. On the flip "Rotary Cells" is deeper still, a 909-led jacker with undulating layers of sub bass augmented by a wonderfully woozy vocal which extols the virtues of true Chicago House. This is followed by "Greenline", a stripped back jam with scuttling hats and the kind of paranoid synth melody that wouldn't sound out of place in Jeff Mills' Something In The Sky series. This is dark, raw, pulsating dance music - highly recommended.

Deformed is the first Gravite Label release, a "12inch vinyl coming directly from the label owner, Bruno Sacco. This vinyl contains three main tracks, focused on a clearly intelligent techno, in a different but co- herent whole. The first one, "Deformed", that gives its name to the the ep, is a sort of trip based on a line com- posed of almost piercing synth and industrial drags for almost the entire track, a very repetitive and deep bass dub techno groove, simple while remaining effective. "Orbital" as the name says, it's an hypnotic rhythm that will send us in orbit, following Bruno's high techno sound spheres. A track that it's gonna be enjoyed in clubs and dancefloors! "Distance" the third track, closes the ep with this concentric dubby atmosphere Bruno loves.

Yes, he's back with a huge follow up, after his first impress he left with "Down". His decision to work with the wonderful and unique voice of Soniamiki was just magnificient. Marlon Krupa is well known in the Minimal Techno Szene because of his digital releases, which always climed the highest positions in digital download charts. It's high time to introduce him to the friends of vinyl. With his minimal remix, he will impress! At least, Racso and Jenn pushed the Original in their different kind of styles and generate at all, a record with a high variety of sound and styles. Taste the full-bodied flavour of the night!

Again 4 Tracks Tribal Latin Tech House from the brazilian newcomer JPhilipps! After releasing his widely acclaimed 'Sexy Success' ep on Amazing Records, Brazilian hot new producer JPhilipps is back on MiniCoolBoyz' label with a brand new four tracker, showing once more his unique talent in creating tribalistic groove-infused dancefloor hits. Title track 'Samba Do Futuro''s big tough bass and rootsy feel go hand in hand with its powerful array of jungle sounds and carioca football game whistles. A quirky vibraphone riff spices up the whole 7 minutes and 54, while rollicking percussions add a colourful twist to the boisterous break. 'I Like' more straightforward techno approach and distorted vocals lead the way to fat synth stabs and in-your-face rim-shot sounds. 'Baile', as the title suggests, is pure tech-house designed to get the crowd going crazy during peak time disco hours, with high-pitched toms, delayed claps and an addictive upbeat South-American mood. 'Star Criminal (feat. Ilka Oliver)' is built around a funky bass line, dark vocal snippets and piano chords, and is without any doubt the most eccentric and off-the-wall of the package. With this ep, the Rio De Janeiro native delivers a fine example of electronic music mixed with the warm sounds of his own cultural heritage; an ep which is set to ignite the summer clubs all over the world and get the party-goers shake their bodies following the rhythm.

Expect to get lured into the Purple Maze with this third release by the Dutch imprint, once again by mysterious producer Yør with his 'Modern Slaves Of Contemporary Contexts EP'. Again it will be a shadowy and esoteric dancefloor experience like few others.

The EP starts with 'ABCM', a dystopian landscape of buzzing machines, ticking percussion and raw drums that builds and builds until eventually coalescing into a foreboding and roughshod house groove. The sound of circling space ships, dangling glass tubes and other odd effects flesh out the groove into something really quite intense.

'Dystopia' continues in Yør's tradition of contrary titles, because it's in fact a soothing cut doused in ambiance that relaxes you after the agro ride that went before. There are some bumpy beats underneath the whole thing but the large spaces above are what mostly occupy your mind, before 'Fear And Desire' comes over like a deep, spare Redshape cut: searching synths, a fine grain texture and plenty of disheveled Detroit vibes.

Closer 'Phaedra's Love' is a scuffed deep house kicker with delicate tambourines, somber buried melodies and a only the faintest sense of optimism muffled in its concealed core... Modern Slaves Of Contemporary Contexts, then, is another great EP from an unordinary sonic world.

Delving into darker more techy realms, the unstoppable Hot Creations imprint welcomes M-nus favourite Heartthrob with 'Odyssey' - two original cuts straddling the boundaries of house and techno, filled with glacial atmosphere, moody melodics and serious dance floor drive.

Steaming in with a powerful pumping bass and dense, mischievous chords, title track 'Odyssey' is a tech-house dream of the highest stature. Metallic drips echo in the deep waters, while pacey percussions soon creep into the mix, rolling a tight and trippy rhythm. Spacey electronic keys swell and rise through the top tiers creating a cosmically charged hypnotic wave, which is destined to swarm your senses.

Moving into darker territory, 'Liar' sets off with heavy-duty bass, subtle claps, shakes and deep, moody keys. Tense breakdowns escalate into sinister, dramatic synths, while the dark vocal haunts create an alluring energy, both seductive and disturbing. Progressing into sensational synth patterns, the track has a compelling energy, without losing its dark and moody edge.

Originally from Michigan, U.S.A, Jesse Siminski aka Heartthrob soon became an integral member of the M-nus family and still resides in Berlin where he continues to explore his passion for music. Venturing from his M-nus home ground for this special release, Jesse makes a fresh and distinctive leap with this new project for Hot Creations. Thrilled to have the M-nus legend on-board, the label continues its musical evolution.

Upon its release in 2011 Narcosa quickly garnered support and love from Tobi Neumann, Ellen Allien, Steve Bug, John Selway and Anthony Collins, to name a few. The WetYourSelf! crew now release a killer remix package as they enlist the talent of Jennifer Cardini, Faster and Luke Solomun to reinterpret Cormac's cerebral techno ballad of 2011 ‚ "Narcosa", as well as showcasing an all-new original from Cormac.

The Original track on this release, "Haus", sees Cormac's continue his exploration of the Machina-Melancholia he has been refining over his past few records. Drum vocabulary is provided courtesy of the Roland-TR legacy, whilst subtle textures and sound design form a decisive nod to modern and established techno methodologies. Deep, fresh and seductively satisfying, this tune was designed for the discerning dancefloor.

Jennifer Cardini delivers an delirious wayward journey into Cormac's Narcosa. Deep synth notes, murky textures and drum machine hits are soaked in reverb. This mix recalls the work of Goblin and the glacial sounds of the 80s underground. Cardini has created an incredible hypnotising lullaby soundtrack for the now.

Offering up a streamlined dish in minimalism, Romanian talent Faster constructs an elegant labyrinth of percussive dub textures and sinusoidal tones whilst a firm kick drum and fast shuffling hats propel the track toward serious dancefloor language.

Luke Solomon takes us on a journey of a post-dystopian disco where human beings have been replaced by machines and robots who have learnt to dance. A dangerously funky bassline threatens to consume all with the help of flying hi-hat saucers and an armada of synths, pads and textures. An authoritarian voice creeps out from the wilderness. If DBX had been commissioned to soundtrack 1984 in a futuristic alternative universe, it would probably sound something like this.
