Producer Mark E hails from the West Midlands, an area of the UK that was at the heart of the industrial revolution and was also hit hardest by the decline of UK industry in the 1970s, and again by the economic crisis of our own time. It's an area with a distinct sound and atmosphere, one that manifests in the music of artists as diverse as Black Sabbath and The Specials, and one that plays into many of the ideas behind Mark E's 2014 full-length, Product Of Industry.

Following that release, Mark E presents a late-year surprise with AVION EP. Featuring two new tracks from the producer plus remixes on two Product Of Industry highlights: 'Bog Dance' and 'Being Hiding'. First up, White Material affiliate Alvin Aronson brings his minimal ambient productions to 'Bog Dance' while the collaborate duo of Leon Vynehall and Christian Piers aka Laszlo Dancehall fire things up on 'Being Hiding' to close out the EP.

With targeted use the Hanover DJ Oliver Maass starts with a 3 tracker on the new label DO.IT. The limited and only appearing on vinyl EP "Does It Matter" with the eponymous title track sounds very relaxed and contemporary, groovy and with full bodied bassline it makes you want more. "get up" speaks for itself and with a long summer synth it reaches the next Level. "throb" is this in every way and approximates the final sprint to the peaktime. Skillfully used gimmicks let any open-air feeling come back. All in all three harmoniously matched tracks combined on a single Vinyl with a lot of love for details. Let's DO.IT

Three guys, long time members of the music scene, but so fed up by all the politics and bullshits that they decided to go underground and start again from scratch. After the unanimous global acclaim of 'Glass Eights,' John Roberts returns with 'Fences,' his second full length offering on Hamburg's Dial Records. From elegantly dusted chamber pop and semi-psychedelic acoustic musings to turgid orchestral dance floor fillers, Roberts creates a beautifully collaged symphony of recorded violins, cellos, cracked guitars, detuned pianos, faded samples, broken drum machines and manipulated answering machine cassettes.

Yellow is the new black! Bright and shiny comes the new EP 'Black Harder' by South-German guy CHRIS MILLA over the hump. After a smooth wobbling enter into the track, it's the majestic sounding melody, which sweeps around you and smells like an early spring messenger.

Additional three remixes by close-connected friends are done to crown this release. Of course label-honcho FRANCESCO BALLATO gives his personal and inimitable statement and builds a crispy remix with loads of surprise effects. His Swiss buddy STEVE COLE from Schallbox Records turns it smartly to a raving monster of nowadays, while BEE LINCOLN takes the deep-dirty wobbles to the foreground and creates some epic moments. Beyond doubt, QUESTO! MUSIC is ready for the crusade!

Finally, a new, true Doering, whose other name Dirty is something of a fake-out: "I Would" captivates the listener with clean, maximum minimal beauty, in typical Doering style. The melodies swing gentle as a cradle, the beats take effect in a supporting role and the vocals, though sparsely deployed, complete the demand for inner harmony. The elements combine to create a languorous, warm feeling around the heart, a flawless hit.

A1 Altfelnu' is starting with strong beat and deep/dubby bass line, then what makes different is kicking piano melody in the middle at unexpected moment, the combination between deep bass and piano is just perfect.

B1 Sidebyside' is the track made by just analogue gears, Egal 3 emphasized, you can feel the deep and tight groove made by analogue drum machine and modular synth, this full analogue groove is for sure working on the floor, touch people's ears and heart.

Original track - Bishop' sees the Team explore their playful side, without losing sight of their inherent musicality and artistic instinct. It is a dirty slice of house and they have kept their sound loud and large, and, whilst their latest incarnation packs plenty of punch. `Bishop` is a slow builder that playfully teases with a nice vocal before joyfully filtering the lead sample into mix. This one is adjusted to drive the crowds, whether in clubs or festivals.
On the remix of - Bishop', Cellaa welcomes Aldo Cadiz, who takes the original on a deeper but equally groovy path, bathing it in atmospherics and injecting some seriously slapping bass. Very powerful stuff and there is absolutely no way around it's rave antics and monstrous kickdrum. The result is more than effective and sucks your mind right into Mr. Cadiz's Musical Universe.

- Rap Of The Guly' a house cut which is influenced by raw techno sounds. A rolling bassline and strong synth, are matched with a trippy sound that creates a very special atmosphere. The track expertly straddle the line between house and techno, with the Trios trademark rolling tech-funk grooves driving the dance in its own exceptional way. - Rap Of The Guly' will work perfectly for every DJ to pave the way to whatever is set to come.

Originated as a project to explore potential film / animation synchronisation with nods to his growing penchants for neo-classical, free-jazz and minimal music, German born and Derbyshire raised musician / painter and mathematician, David Tyack began working under his new Luxury Apartments moniker in the summer of 2002. Having recently finished a self penned conceptual LP with CAN frontman Malcolm Mooney and writing and recording for the then yet-to-be-mixed LPs by Jane Weaver's Misty Dixon and his own school-formed band D.O.T. Dave's new direction was set to counterbalance his ambitions to record a fully realised singer songwriter album with an ongoing series of experimental recordings at his new compact home studio on Clyde Road in Didsbury Manchester. Completed just months before his untimely accidental death on the island of Corsica, Luxury Apartments reveals Dave at his uninhibited best displaying some of his most adventurous, dedicated and unapologetic solo excursions into sound design, improvised composition and electroacoustic territories resulting in a unique blend of dark ambient, mechanical folk, PINA stylings and coldwave DIY rhythms. Drawing comparisons to the varied works of Sorgini, Eno, Liska, Stabat Stable, Martin Zero, Luc Mariani, Walter Branchi and the lost electronic work of Don Cherry these previously unheard tapes remain in unedited form compiled exactly how Dave intended the record to be pressed should any independent record label have the foresight to take the plunge into his new creative pool.

Butch is rightly regarded as one of the most prolific producers in electronic music, having graced countless revered labels including Sei es Drum, Cocoon, Rekids and Visionquest. On FTS he makes his long overdue debut on Desolat with four deep and distinctive tracks. Opening track 'Pompino' kicks off the EP with a distorted rhythm and contorted vocals which build and build into a twisted and trippy groove.
