THE EYES is the meeting of three musicians whose culture and listenings are spread through the twenty years among their respective ages.
All tracks are improvised. Improvisation is valued for its expressive potential, often rough, always genuine and effective. It allows to imagine obscure and manifold worlds and to make them real through a non evident and never fully disclosed complexity.

The intention behind this album was to open doors and windows to fortuities and mistakes as we think true identity can be generated by their acceptation and genuine imperfection.
We lift our hands to the result.
THE EYES is just the sight on a world seen through curious eyes.

'On the conceptual point of view, we wanted to give value to the materic content contained in our music.
We were interested in going deep in the process which is behind sounds generated by self made instruments played in real time and through improvisation.

'The Eyes' has originated by a two days fully improvised studio session which created thirty tracks for a total of eight hours of music.
The week following the recording sessions we've been working on the album concept, defining its feeling and message.

The following editing has brought us to 10 different tracks for 60 minutes total time. On this result we've been developing the electronic production and sound templates.
Before the mixing sessions we've observed a two weeks break for the work, gaining the useful distance from it.

Mixing went through 5 days, spent on a Solid State Logic G Series analog desk, all tracks were bounced to 2 inches tape machine on two tracks
Ritmo&Blu is a great studio for mixing, its rich assortment of analogue outboard has allowed the songs to gain a psychedelic and circular portamento and mood.

At the end of the mixing sessions we've realized 10 tracks were just too many.
Our interest was not to reach a certain length in time, we were aiming it to have a sense from start to end. We wanted it to offer the listener the chance of being brought through a journey into which let himself go.
We thought that taking four tracks out of the original tracking list could help us on this.
Once the album identity was clear for all of us, we've mastered it to tape through analogue outboard.

Ever find yourself on a long escalator in a train station An undistinguishable robot voice is coming from the intercom. You move effortlessly on this machine, yet you do not understand the sounds coming towards you. This is the essence of 'Vestibule.' Followed by the ecstatic rhythms on 'Rising', these two make a colorful A Side in contrast to the black and grey of Solpara's previous releases.
The B Side features two remixes, one by the prolific L'estasi Dell'oro and the other by the newest member of the Booma roster: Belgium Lights. L'estasi Dell'oro questions the four to the floor pattern of the original track and pops it upside down, like the negative of a photograph, giving it an unexptected bounce with marvelously swung hi hats. Belgium Lights takes a deeper approach to the remix and stretches it out to almost 9 minutes, pulling us down the escalator, at a faster pace and through a darker tunnel.

In the spirit of 1960's and 1970's futurism, when tuned in musical explorers developed avant-garde music that reflected Man's newly expanded frontiers temporal and beyond, Berlin based Argentine producer Nico Purman brings us AOM002 on his label Art Of Memory. Themes of exploration, new horizons, and a deepening appreciation of our place in the expanding infinite are the concepts Nico evokes with *AOM002*. Evolving and maturing from functional dance tracks of his past, Purman defines a deep expanse bound only by the imagination of the listener and their openness of mind. Bass moves the soul while synth and space free the mind from earthly confines, lifting off from A1 and leaving you in orbit with D2. Conjuring the workflow of vanguard pioneers, Nico employed the same analog tools and limitations of his New Wave science fiction driven forefathers. Purman succeeds in channeling this deep reservoir while carrying their torch, evolving their lessons with modern eyes, ears, and consciousness. To label Nico's *AOM002* as techno would be tantamount to calling Kubrick's 2001 a film or the Saturn V merely a rocket. All are much more than that. They are manifestations of ideas, art, and technology that transport the mind and signal the rise of a new understanding as constraints and boundaries fall. They collectively intend to incite wonder, leave terrestrial confines, and urge you look up at the night sky to wonder ever farther, ever deeper. The late 1960's and early 1970's gave us 5 years of moon missions, the first view of our lonely blue dot, the inspiration of math and science, and New Wave science fiction. From this vaulted era Nico seemly pulls to create *AOM002*, seeking to reinspire us to reach for the stars and welcome the new reality they bring. AOM002 is a conceptual release splited in two parts.

Once again its time for another exclusive Vinyl Edition of one of the industries most successful independent electronic music imprints.

Deep Tech Records is well known to the underground community for the consistently delivering quality Deep & Tech productions that are widely regarded by both established and up-and-coming artist. This, their third pressing continues to follow suit to the high quality standard that label head Duky has set forth with his brand.

On this Third Vinyl Pressing and the Second Edition of the Vinyl Sampler we find yet again four intelligent, intricate, boundary pushing, original compositions exclusively produced for all you vinyl lovers by some of the labels hand chosen contributors lead once again by its mastermind.

Leading the charge in this massive collection we find first up on the A-side non other then Deep Tech Records' head honcho Duky, with 'Deep on The Block' a Vocal Deep House original production both smooth and soothing in its arrangement and production elements, a great tune to get the mood going.

Contracting the A-side we find Spanish based producer Medu, whom delivers his unique blend of spiced up Minimal in the original production 'Luv Mood' a composition where its focal point is centered around all that is rhythmic, Percussion, Bass, Vocal stabs all produced and arranged in perfect syncopation creating a perfect flowing production sprinkle a little bit of tastefully arranged and sound designed effects, the result this outstanding piece of Minimal production.

Flipping over to the B-Side we first find long time contributor to Deep Tech Records hailing from the Italian capital of Rome, Dhaze. Known for his intricate productions that blur the line between what is Deep House and what is Minimal Tech, he presents his latest concoction of Deep Groove Delight in the original 'Warm Up for The Kitchen' a strong composition with a Deep, Fat, Present bass line driving the groove and mood of the composition, supported by some subtle chords, a wide array of percussion elements, showered with some time based effects to taste adding depth and color to this dance floor banger.

Last but not least balancing the b-side, we find non other then Innocent Music's mastermind Aney F. delivering the original production entitled 'Girls On Acid.' A composition that showcases a lush female vocals arrangement layered on top of a Deep, Organic Bass line, syncopated to perfection with the percussive arrangement immediately drawing you into addictive groove.

Italian producer Lucio Malatoid is back with an essential new track, Excitement, that comes with remixes from Martin Patino, Eddy Romero & Frink and Malandra Jr.

Malatoid is boss of his own eponymous label and also produces with his brother, but here is in solo mode. He has been producing for a few years now and has an infectious, stripped back tech house style that has won him plenty of fans around the globe, and this new EP is sure to do the same.

The title track is a monstrous cut designed to get floors sweaty. With its futuristic synth smears, blasts of white noise and slick rubbery beats it is impossible to ignore. Full of atmosphere and some ghoulish voices, it's a fine affair from this Italian master.

The Malandra Jr remix is even more tense, with industrial machine sounds zipping and fizzing about in a progressive groove, whilst Martin Patino deconstructs the whole thing and re-builds it as a jazzy minimal affair with sick chords, smears of colourful light and plenty of charisma. Lastly, Eddy Romero & Frink go for a dark, dubby, stripped back number that will please the real heads out there.

Nelson De Jesus, remixed by Berliner artists Jens Bond, artist and producer on Highgrade
Recods, Juliett a young French artist from the Glaswegian label "Creepy Finger" and Ryan
Hawkin label boss of Swiss Finefood Records.
In 2015, it will be 20 years that talented Nelson de Jesus has been spinning vinyl, since the
age of 16 in fact. His style is timeless and varies between minimal house tinged by a deep
techno touch making his mixes paced, yet hot and heavy. His sublimation of the decks with
his gifted techniques, has permitted him to play in most Swiss clubs and many important
locations on the international scene. As an organizer, he has designed party labels such as
Shake it!, Sugar and Maximal Minimal. So many years of dance floor mastership can only
lead to one inevitable thing, producing, and in 2012 he started his own label Mature Music
Recording.

excitement. An unsuspecting dancer swirling through the forest into the mouth of the
pulsating big bad beat,waiting in disguise to gobble the dancer up. Danger of being eternally
lost in Danceland threatens as darker sounds whoosh in to help the big bad beat capture the
dancer. The whirling cadence leaves the enchanted dancer no choice but to dance on...

True to his Berliner style, groove master, Jens Bons not only becomes an accomplice of the
big bad beat and Nelson de Jesus' wicked scheme to entrap the swirling dancer in
Dancelandforever, but he cleverly enhances the subtle wickedness. In this remix, Ii is too
easy to getcaught up in the groovy, growling soundscape, and forget that you are dancing to
the artfulpulsating big bad beat who is waiting to gobble you up.

At first one is fooled into believing that label boss, Ryan Hawkin is the knight in shining
armor on this fairtale-like EP and will liberate the swirling dancer from the pulsating big bad
beat by slightly altering the tempo & using airy high hats to cast a spell and free the dancer in
a liberating act of generous dance floor mastership. Beware! This remixer is ever faithful to
the original and you may never be freed.

Every fairytale-like EP needs a princess, but Juliett's remix shows that she is by no means a
damsel in distress but is the wicked Queen of Danceland. She takes the swirling soundscape
so artfully woven by Nelson de Jesus' original, tames it and ensures the out come of this tale
is to her groovy, dance floor satisfaction. She moulds the pulsating big bad beat with her
magic wand and mesmerizing vocals, transforming this remix into her own dancer trap.

narrative of an imagined alien colony existing between the fabric of known / unknown worlds, Thug Entrancer'sArcology explores high tech / low life society, mechanical structures, and data-driven humanity in an evocative techno framework.
Though Arcology was conceived in a similar improvisational womb as Ryan McRyhew's debut, the new album moves subtly from free-form footworkouts of Death After Life with an expanded palette vibrating brightly with melodic deployment.
'Curaga' and 'Exo-Memory' triumph over established 303 / 808 interplay with uplifting melodies - ear-worms from outer space; 'Bronze' pumps dub-tectonics within a minimalist reduction of Death After Life's modus operandi. Lighter than most of McRyhew's output, album interludes 'Low-Life', 'VR-Urge' and the finale, 'Xeno', beam satellite ballads through alien atmospheres.
'Ryan is a rare breed of producer+thinker who is able to hallucinate worlds beyond his music that recursively influence his sound. "Oltrarno" is an ancient neighborhood of Florence where merchants, artisans and artists were struggling against the sleepiness for centuries.
The first release of Oltrarno Recordings is called "Worlds", produced by the Florence - Berlin based O.R. crew and dedicated to explore the different shades of clubbing music.

The first track from Soutine opens Worlds exploring boundaries between the tribal hypnosis and dancefloor. The florentin dj Teo Naddi debuts in a collaboration with Soutine on the second track, a twisted and ethereal electronic swirl.
On the other side The Clover brings their western minimal funk stuffed with uncertain melodies while the closing track comes down from the nomadic highlands of Ural into the shamanic territories of the amazons.

Fumiya Tanaka has been regarded as one of the legendary DJ/artists in Techno over 20 years. He has been doing numerous projects such as his private label TOREMA RECORDS', op.disc' (co-running with Yoshihiro HANNO aka RADIQ), He Run his own Label called Sundance' and his famous party CHAOS' (in Tokyo and Osaka). and through his long running career, he has been successfully expressing the possibilities of music.
