'Android (Adamantium Mix)' is a slow and percolating house track with a rugged acid line and sharp percussive knives cutting up the rubbery kick drums below. Swirling pads add a cosmic atmosphere and there whole hits slowly but surely builds to a raging and intense peak of bristling hits and gurgling synths. It's controlled chaos and then 'Tacchi A Spillo' treads a more direct path. Again the high hats are bright and sharp, the mood is very sci-fi and the bass lines rumbled down low. Like a deep space odyssey this one travels far and wide and grows ever more physical and jacking as it goes on.

4 slick vintage acid slabs (produced '93-'94) by this Midwest 303 ruler. Pasture's Star Route previously unreleased on vinyl. McBride has released on Drop Bass Network, Bush, Magnetic North, Labworks, Analog, Missile, Generator, Sounds, EXperimental, etc. and of course his own cult label Communique Records. Failsafe is a new label created by, and primarily for the release of, material by Juxta Position, who's output was previously featured on Rhythm Nation, and on DVS1's Mistress Recordings imprint. Juxta Position first came to the attention of the electronic music world in 2013, with the release of "Juxta Position Vol 1" on Mistress. This debut release contained the widely popular track "Mercy", which was featured on Midland's RA Mix, Licensed to Deetron's fabric 76 DJ mix release, and found it's way into the crates of many different DJs across the spectrum of house and techno. Inaugurating the first Failsafe release, Juxta Position delivers two slices of upfront hypnotic techno, custom made for cutting edge DJs to provide maximum dancefloor damage.

CYRK is a live show and studio duo that now starts life as an exciting new label in the hands of two Berlin based producers Sierra Sam and Pascal Hetzel. They have both been playing all around the planet as a live act and DJ pair for some time, and now mark their first collaborations in the studio with an excellent inaugural release on their own new label. Bolstering the brilliant EP is a remix from the legendary Rolando.
Influenced by Detroit house and techno with shades of electro, the pair have many individual achievements between them. Pascal has released on Sound Of Vast & Upon You, has remixed Kink and has played gigs worldwide at the likes of Analog Room (Dubai), Showcase (Paris), Electric Pickle (Miami), Resolute or TBA (New York), SpyBar (Chicago), Panorama Bar (Berlin), Whisky Disco (Detroit) to name but a few. Sam has released on the legendary Generations R&S, Teknotika Detroit ,Holic Trax ,Tresor & Dark Print, was partner in crime with James Pennington for his Suburban Knight project (live shows and Peacefrog album) and is at home headlining his Watergate live jam residency (where he invites a guest for a total analogue impro) or his regular appearances at clubs like Analog Room (Dubai) or The Wood (Brussels). As such they are a well travelled, hugely experienced pair who promise to bring plenty of excitement to the table with their new label.
Up first, the excellently intense 'Tribute' is a breezy house jam that verges on techno with its radiant sense of soul, buried deep acid line and effusive pads. It's a subtly uplifting track with nimble one finger bass that will truly have floors shifting shapes. 'Hoover' then gets much darker and deeper, with dystopian synth lines and classic Detroit percussion riding over a slick, snaking groove. It is a track that really pulls you down the rabbit hole and into another dimension.
Detroit man Rolando, who has long been associated with Underground Resistance and has released his super groovy techno on a wide array of labels from Saved to Ostgut, flips 'Tribute' into a heady, stripped back and serene techno track that hits hard but also comes infused with a serious sense of soul. Lastly, the brilliant 'Beaubien' is another standout effort from Sierra Sam and Pascal Hetzel with punch broken beats, a fat lead synth line and expertly filled in spaces that brim with warm pads and real machine made emotion. This is a fine way to
launch what promises to be a great new label

Drew Sky and Lester Fitzpatrick, two techno soldiers from Chicago with multiple releases on the legendary Dance Mania and Relief Records, respectively team up for their magik killer EP on Dizzy Tunes. Dare to differ, the heat will push you back. Remixes by Roman Zawodny and DJ Krime!

SolarOneMusic is proud to announce this special record. Andreas left us suddenly at june 20th in 2016 after long health problems. Around that time we finished with him "The Worst Of Gehm" release. He was so happy about this project!!! Even one week later we got the terrible message that he died. We put alot of love and effort in this project to give him his last big monument! Special thanks to all his friends and labels like Mathematics Recordings, Abstract Acid, Creme Organization, Psycho Thrill and of course Bunker. RIP in Andreas! We will never forget you!

Polluted System is a track suitable for the main room, the energy of the kick and the bass leave no respite from start to finish as a joint of metal percussion and synths fit gradually to fill the sound spectrum of this track.

Becomes Human Machine in a few minutes, using acid and industrial sounds, conveys the idea of the change that is happening around us: people are becoming more and more machines, and this is the soundtrack of the mutation.

Unlocked Human, while remaining in acid and mechanical territories, thanks to a groove of more organic toms and hi hat still let the human element glimpse, not yet deleted by the machines, all accompanied by a relentless kick which makes it a perfect tool from the dancefloor .

No System, which give the title to the EP, ends this sequence with dreamy and futuristic atmospheres, the ruling part is still a simple but instantly recognizable acid bass, over breakbeat-oriented rhythmics.

moreaboutmusic step up with a various artist series looking back at producers they've worked with over the last 10 years. The first one kicks off with contributions from Deep Space Orchestra 'Hold Me Back' (Paranoid London Remix) released back in 2011 and two previously unreleased tracks from the Chicago masters Mike Dunn 'Acid Rush' under his MD III alias (recorded 89-91) and Craig Loftis aka Grand High Priest with 'Activate'.

New York by way of Miami, Nick Klein has strung together an impressive discography over the last couple years releasing music for Alter, Ascetic House, and Bank among others, while at the same time handling his own Primitive Languages imprint bringing to life music by a wide range of cellar dwelling freaks. Some time in the making, we now see Klein with his debut on L.I.E.S. displaying, over four tracks, a wide range of production styles, each effective in their own right. From side-chained jack to peak red drum work outs to computer based minimalist bit destruction this ep proves to be a crushing statement from an artist coming into his own.

A rediscovered classic released by the legendary XXC3 imprint in co-operation with Temple Records NYC back in 1994. Khan & Gill-Mann are serving deep and well tripping Acid-flavored Intelligent Techno with their conjunctional effort - Ear Goggles' on the A-side whilst Khan's solo tune - B-Men' deals with hypnotic and floating Ambient vibes and robotic beats for late night ChillOut floor. A seminal 10' release for sure. 33 RPM!

/DL/MS/ is the new project of Dan Lodig and Martin Sovinz, who have joined forces for a three-track debut of jacking analogue techno that brings both artists' fortes to the table. Dan Lodig contributes the rhythmics and staggering arpeggios. Martin Sovinz complements this with the eerie keys and masterful effect use that show off his impressive skills of putting his analogue gear park to work. Far from being a one-off project, /DL/MS/ have been working on their music over the past months, and further releases on Pomelo, TRUST, and more are on the horizon.

Scrape starts with a slow minimalistic acid bomb tones aimed to burn the dancefloor. Side B continues with Meltdown, a dub track where the chords slowly progress to their peaks, underlined by a heavy kickdrum. The E.P. finishes with Flotation, keeping its core minimalistic concept, full of sub bass and high treble, reminiscing of early Hood or Mills.

From Germany with love! Leary, presents the second vinyl's release signed with Wout Records.From South Germany, among analog synthesizers and drum machines, Leary give life to the concept of: URAN LP. A Record set very strong and compact, full of fascinating analog sounds, which blend power with depth and intensity. Uran, Bund and Bar are the tracks featured in this latest product, Bar is followed to a Remix composed by Dinkis.

Italy-born, Dublin-based producer Leopoldo Rosa aka Lerosa returns with his second EP in 2016. and continues a string of excellent releases for Croatian label Barba. Lerosa, as the newest addition to the label's roster, fits perfectly alongside the likes of LD Nero, Alex Cortex, Heinrich Dressel, DJ Stingray, FBK, Gosub, Perseus Traxx and Marco Bernardi. EP titled "Your Soul" comes as the 9th release of Barba, and is very much in the area of previous ones - heady, mental and diverse. As is expected from a producer releasing on such a broad spectrum of labels (Uzuri, Lunar Disco, Further Records, Ostgut Ton, Ferox, Apartment Records, Quintessentials, A Touch of Class, D1, Enclave, Real Soon, ...) Lerosa effortlessly manoeuvres between genres on this 4-tracker, while at the same time keeping the overall sound and vibe consistent. 303-reminiscent synth serves as an underlying leitmotif which appears in every track, but in a different manner. Blood is an obvious A1, direct and trippy techno with a misty mood. With Duelist Lerosa wears his electro suit, while maintaining the atmosphere sketched out by the first track. Ghost sits right in between the first two, with its 1/2 tempo serving justice to the track's feeling of neither resting nor moving. B2, Your Soul, is a house track with an elegant Lerosa twist on the classic Chicago vibe.
