The - Twilite Clone' is 100% pure catchy if derived electronic street funk that hits the roads for sure uncontrollably strange and highly danceable on the cutting edge of Techno, House and Dubstep.

'Dream' on the A Side is an expertly reassembled lost Bohannon cut, utilizing the beautiful piano line, effected guitars and strings to create a dynamic new interpretation.
On the flip, Sunny Spot, is a killer and ridiculously tight Salsoul groove, rewired for maximum danceloor effectiveness.

Great-sounding reissue of this mega-rare Roy Ayers production from 1981. One of only two releases on highly collectable Goldmink Records, this 12' features two monstrously good boogie classics, both written and performed by Jaymz Bedford, who regularly worked with Roy Ayers including penning the legendary Sylvia Striplin track 'Give Me Your Love'. On the A -side we have 'Just Keep My Boogie', a cool groover with fantastic tight guitar work and sharp funky claps overlaid with Jaymz' smooth vocals all combining to make your 'wiggle waggle' (his words not ours!) On the flip is 'Happy Music', a great uplifting track whose super-crisp percussion, funky squelching basslines and catchy joyful vocal earned it heavy rotation on underground dancefloors across the States from NY's Paradise Garage to Chicago's Warehouse. A great chance to grab a copy of this ultra-rare boogie masterclass from the top-class production team of Ayers and Bedford.

PH Edits are back, this time, with the help of some seasoned Euro DJ/producers and party head friends....
First up PH enlists the help of one half of the Sancho Panza SoundSystem Jimmy K-Tel, to rework an old fav that has set the Notting Hill Carnival and Boat Parties alight in recent times, 'ReDial Rework' with its monster intro, and heavy guitar licks, drives relentlessly into a full on peaktime discoid stomper..
Next up Paris's very own Jef K gets involved, 'Dont Wait Another Dub' goes deep and dubbed, working the vocals a treat with some precise cuts in the right places..
And following up the rear, PH joins forces with Madrids' Teniente Castillo, resident at the infamous Wonky Parties, for their take on the end-of-night classic 'Please Dont Go'. 

NY DJ legend Dr Dunks (Keep It Cheap/COMBi) jumps on board the Disco Deviance party ship to make a perfect combination!!

Things set off like a rocket with the heavily grooving vibes of 'Dunks Got The Answer'....a slice of good times disco at its very best.

New label 'Supafrico' kicks off with a fantastic sampler 12' EP that unearths four stunning funky Afro rarities from the vaults. First up is an awesome extended edit of Harari's classic 'Party', a floor-filling cosmic groover with killer vocals from 1980. Next up are the wonderful Lijadu Sisters with their beautiful duet harmonies. Featured here is 'Not Any Longer', one of the stand outs from their uber rare Nigerian only LP 'Horizon Unlimited'. Side B features the mega obscure 12' version of Eko Roosevelt's breathtaking Afro disco odyssey 'Kilimandjaro My Home' followed by Ezy & Isaac's 'Take Off', an incredible Afro funk work out taken from their impossible to find 1974 LP 'Soul Rock', one of the the holy grails of the Afro genre. With all tracks loving remastered, this is a must for anyone with a taste for those amazing Afro grooves - wonderful stuff.

A - Side: I Ain't Hiding (Heavy Disco Edit)

Ashley gets low down and dirty with the southern rock giants The Black Crowes. Their 'I Ain't Hiding ' track was a real marmite moment for their fans. Ashley (being a fan) turns the Stonesy disco rock track (think Miss You) inside out to create a psychedelic dancefloor wig out. Already a big fave with the Horse Meat Disco crew this has been one of Mr Beedle's most requested edits/reworks over the last couple of years and he has decided to let this one out the vaults. It's a monster.


B - Side: Smiling Faces (DarkStarr Edit )

Rare Earth formed in 1960 as "The Sunliners" and changed their name to "Rare Earth" in 1968. They were signed to Motown in 1969. The band was the first act signed to a new Motown imprint that would be dedicated to white rock acts. The record company did not have a name for the new label yet and the band jokingly suggested Motown call the label "Rare Earth." To the band's surprise, Motown decided to do just that.

Their 1973 album Ma, written and produced by the legendary Norman Whitfield, is considered one of their best overall works, and features their version of The Temptations classic "Smiling Faces". DarkStarr sprinkled their juju dust over this funky rock version to create something special. Originally aired as a dubplate for Ashley and Dj Cosmo's infamous Darkstarr nights this now has been given it's vinyl release. A tune for today's troubled times.

The heavy beat theme continues on this track, nice bongo percussion and bass line is equally as heavy as the beat. Cool chopped vocal sample, deep disco house at its very best!!

Witness the second coming of this mysterious Italian producer with Shocks II, totally abandoning the conventions of dance music with three more astonishing tracks comprised of heavily layered sounds, tape loops, loose percussion and meandering guitars. In his post-modern approach, Shocks orchestrates a melding of sounds musical and non, beautiful in their a-tonal harmony, obliterating any linkage to original context and leading us on a road to nowhere.
