This 8-LP set was originally released on CD in 2000, and presents previously unreleased concert and studio recordings which span Hendrix's four year career from 1966-1970.

Beginning with the first known recordings of the Jimi Hendrix Experience in October 1966 to his final multi-track recording session at Electric Lady Studios in August 1970, this box set concentrates on previously unreleased or commercially unavailable music.

An absorbing look at Ariel Rosenberg's early musique concrète epic. All songs written, recorded and produced by Ariel Pink. Restoration and mastering by Alain at One Million Mangos Berlin.

Thrash and Burn dates from a time when Ariel Rosenberg, then a few years from turning "Pink", first proclaimed himself a "20th Century Composer", without a trace of irony in his voice. Appropriately, this early work takes the form of a musique concrète epic forged from Rosenberg's late-90's faux-primitif, garage-punk, and tape-loop experiments. At 94 minutes and 36 tracks, Thrash and Burn displays the symphonic ambitions of his genre-devouring pop saga, Haunted Graffiti, but with little in the way of fastidious album-oriented constructions. Rather, Thrash and Burn is a free-form tape ramble that uses gauzy atmospherics to strike up a wicked dialogue with the likes of Rosenberg's non-pop influences, like Iannis Xenakis, Pierre Schaeffer and Luc Ferrari. (In particular, Schaeffer's "Symphonie pour un homme seul" seems to get plenty of nods here.) Thrash and Burn was discovered in 2005, in an ankle-deep pile of cracked cassettes and scratched CD-R's in Rosenberg's Beverly Hills flat. Grier and Rosenberg then made an initial reconstruction attempt, and Thrash and Burn became a 4-cassette box set for the inaugural release of Human Ear Music, in 2006. The Wikipedia page for Thrash and Burn places its origin sometime in 1998. Thrash and Burn was remastered in September 2012 in Berlin, Germany. The final master was brought up to 24 bit resolution, dynamically and tonally balanced on an Apogee Rosetta and two solid-aluminum monoblock amps.

One Way... Or Another was the second studio outing to feature the supergroup Cactus. Existing of Vanilla Fudge rhythm section Carmine Appice (drums) and Tim Bogert (bass), as well as former Amboy Dukes lead vocalist Rusty Day (vocals/mouth harp), and Jim McCarty (guitar) from Mitch Ryder & the Detroit Wheels and the Buddy Miles Express.

The album offers eight tracks of which are six originals and two covers. Kicking off with one from the latter column, it's the unexpected slow and heavy take on Little Richard's Long Tall Sally.' The other cover, a version of Chuck Willis' Feel So Bad,' is more than serviceable but it's really the originals that are the stars of this show. Highlights are including Rock N' Roll Children,' Big Mama Boogie - Parts I & II,' and the title track, which closes the album in suitably kick-ass fashion.

This album is well crafted and flows dramatically from one song
to the other without a dull moment. Anyone with a liking for early
70's blues oriented rock will love this album.

Coinciding with the 40th Anniversary of this album and released
the same day as the anniversary box set.
Originally released on Stiff Records in 1977. It's often cited as
one of the first classic UK punk albums, the record covers a
diverse range of musical styles reflecting Dury's influences and
background in pub rock, taking in funk, disco, British music hall
and early rock and roll. It's considered Dury's best album and it
was also his most successful after it was certified Platinum in the
UK 2 years after its release.

Packaged as a double-LP gatefold with printed inner sleeves with
lyrics, on orange and green splattered heavyweight vinyl. This
premium edition is a limited run and numbered. This double LP
contains the classic album along with a bonus LP of a BBC live
performance at the Paris Theatre in London from 1978.

Mirrorball is a 1999 live album by Sarah McLachlan, compiled from performances during the Surfacing tour in
1997-98. Most of the 14 songs are from McLachlan's two most recent albums at the time, Fumbling Towards Ecstasy (MOVLP1744) and Surfacing (MOVLP1448).

Mirrorball entered the top 3 on both Billboard 200 and Canadian Albums Chart. The live performance of I Will Remember You' was re-released as a single (having previously released in 1995 and 1996) and became a top 15 hit in Canada and the US, eventually winning the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.

Originally released in 1973, Dream On Dreamer is a fine collection of songs. It was the last album to feature unique guitarist and songwriter Robbie van Leeuwen, all the songs are written by him. There isn't a bad track to be found on this collection but some standouts include the sunshine-infused rock ditty Time Slips Away' and the majestically penned Diana In Her Dreams'.

As any fan knows, Shocking Blue's not-so-secret weapon was the one-of-a-kind deep, throaty, powerhouse vocals from lead singer Mariska Veres. Mariska seems reinvigorated by the new line-up and you can hear it in her voice. Delivering the goods with a higher- octane than usual, Mariska and the boys turn some run-of-the-mill covers into rocking anthems. The arrangements re simple, but the sound is tight and the playing solid.

Highly recommended to all Shocking Blue fans and anyone who wants to hear some of the best hidden gems in rock musical history.
