The eleventh release from label Early Morning, run by Guy J, presents a three-track EP totaling 22 minutes and 23 seconds, reinforcing his position as one of the most disciplined and forward-thinking figures on the global scene. Despite intercontinental recognition, Guy J continues to approach his work with restraint and focus, treating sound not as a finished achievement but as an ongoing exploration. His imagination remains a constant source of carefully developed ideas that resonate through a restrained yet expressive intensity.

The opening track, Piece of Cake, sets the tone with confident momentum, unfolding through a precisely balanced structure where hypnotic rhythm meets expansive spatial design. Selector expands the palette with a fierce bassline drive, textured atmospheres, random squeaks, and euphoric build-up, building on the opening piece and taking the vibe into psychedelic territory.

The release concludes with Against the Wall, a composed and decisive finale. Strong rhythmic foundations, paired with suggestive female narrative vocal samples, bring the record to a resolved and coherent close.

Originally released in 1999 on the Duet imprint, Robert Hood's "Sophisticcato" stands as a concise but potent example of his late-'90s minimal techno philosophy. Built around four tracks, including the title cut, "The First Night" and two versions of "Cobra Seed", the record features his signature approach with stripped-back drum patterns and hypnotic loops that prioritise rhythm over unnecessary embellishment.



Throughout the year M-Plant's Perpetual Masters series has been releasing one track per week from Robert Hood's extensive music archive, remastered by legendary German producer, Thomas Heckmann. Alongside those weekly digital transmissions are accompanying vinyl drops, so following April's "Psychic / Pole Position" 12" is the "Sophisticcato" EP in May.

The Sampler compiles artists from the Indulgence roster, all with one thing in mind... to jack it and then track it. TIP!

Next year the iconic anthem Cafe Del Mar will celebrate its 30th anniversary, a landmark that will be celebrated with a series of brand new remixes alongside the finest existing remixes in specially remastered versions.
Launching the series of vinyl releases in September is a remastered vinyl-only release of the original mix, as well as the best-known version of this classic track, the iconic Three ‘N One Remix.
Nearly 30 years ago, Paul M aka DJ Kid Paul recording as Energy 52 unleashed a record onto an unsuspecting public that would go on to define club culture for an entire generation of dance music enthusiasts. Named as an homage to the legendary Ibiza sunset spot, Café Del Mar broke down boundaries between the underground and
the mainstream, charting in the UK singles charts on three separate occasions and named as the “best tune ever” by Mixmag at the start of the new millennium. In terms of cultural and emotional impact in dance music, it’s hard to find a record that comes close.
Café Del Mar has come to represent the most euphoric and hedonistic pleasures of dancefloors - in Ibiza and all around the world - and has been remixed by some of the biggest names in the industry. Now, 30 years after its original release, Superstition Records will be putting out a new series of releases, with brand new remixes as well as remastered versions of some of the many remixes from across the last three decades. The vinyl-only remastered version of the original and Three ‘N One mixes will launch the series, with further details about the rest of the series announced in the coming weeks.

In 2021 Paul Van Dyk’s Café Del Mar remixes launched a series of vinyl and digital re-issues on the Superstition Records imprint after an almost 20 years hiatus. From 1993 until 2003 Superstition Records was a groundbreaking Techno, Tech-House and Trance Label and released some of the biggest and most revered records of the early German electronic scene.

Sorry We Play Vinyl are once again not at all sorry to play vinyl and good, frankly, because what they serve up on wax is always going to be well received. 'EDIT7' kicks off this latest with a tightly worked 90s sample woven into a loopy groove that is going to get crowds into a funky lather. 'EDIT8' follows with retro-slanted raver era breakbeats and opulent synth oozing, the odd bleep and a bubbling bass thrown in for good measure. 'EDIT9' completes a varied EP with some smooth and succulent deep house with a US warmth to it. The soulful vocals are smeared through soft drums and it's a perfect late-night tool.

J-Walk return to BiD with a one off single 'Never Go Home' ahead of an album of new works to be released next year...

Recorded in his Stockport studio & channeling the DIY ethos of his previous BiD release Broken Beauty, 'Never Go Home' is a paeon to the mind-altering oeuvre of late 80's indie psychedelia, influenced by artists such as Spacemen 3, Nick Nicely & The Field Mice.
On the flip 'Dub Never Go' expands the vision with a version that wades deeper into dub territory, spacing out the stems & positioning the song in an abstract format.

This limited-edition vinyl release comes in a homemade sleeve which is stamped, numbered & implanted with J-Walks DIY DNA.

Detroit-based Deon Jamar, producer and curator active in the city’s underground scene, dropped 4 edit-cuts for Edits Collection imprint.

With Ground EP, Francesco Passantino returns to essentials.
Five tracks that move through time and matter with natural ease. Ghianda and Terreno K resurface as defining points in his catalog, still carrying their original weight. Orlo reaches back to the late ’90s, channeling a raw, direct tension that reflects an attitude rather than an era.

Our very first release was a beautiful gem from Red Astaire titled 'Follow Me' - a track that defined GAMM's identity and helped pave the way for everything we've achieved since.
Now, 23 years later, GAMM has reached its landmark 200th release.

To celebrate this anniversary and honour our dear friend Fredrik Lager (aka Red Astaire), who sadly and unexpectedly passed away three years ago, we are re-releasing 'Follow Me' alongside remixes from some of our favourite producers. The remixes will be released across three separate 7 inch EPs featuring Soul Supreme, DJ Spinna, Ukokos and Kampinos.

The second instalment of the 'Follow Me' remix / rework series comes from GAMM's finest ghost producers, Ukokus & Kampinos. It doesn't matter who is behind the names; what matters is the quality of the production. The Ukokos version transforms 'Follow Me' into a killer Bruk / UK House monster that is guaranteed to make noise in the clubs, check that mad bass-drop!

On the AA side, Kampinos throws 'Follow Me' into a blender of percussive samba and 90's drum'n'bass rhythms...and it's a beautiful marriage.

LEYO returns with his most refined and personal album to date

Following the success of his debut album on Cécille Records, released in September 2024, which surpassed millions of streams and firmly established his signature sound, LEYO now returns with his second full-length LP on the imprint - a project that marks both artistic growth and a deeper exploration of his musical identity.

Building further on that momentum, LEYO followed up with his ‘Circus’ EP, a release that quickly became a standout moment, with the title track ‘Circus feat. Easttown’ gaining strong support and resonating widely across dancefloors and reinforcing LEYO’s position as one of the label’s most exciting and distinctive artists.
Now, with his new eleven-track album, LEYO opens the next chapter.

Featuring collaborations with Thierry Ganz, 3DDY and Native, the project showcases LEYO at his most refined and confident to date. Building on the foundations of his debut, he continues to blur the lines between soulful house, disco-tinged grooves and raw, stripped-back club cuts - all while maintaining a sound that is instantly recognisable as his own. Where his first album introduced the world to his unique blend of influences, this new body of work feels more focused, more mature and emotionally resonant. Selection of IKIGAI Album by Nadia Struiwigh. IKIGAI was born in the quiet space between grief and remembering... Made entirely on hardware, from my living room in Berlin near Hermannplatz (my dad's name is Herman -- the odds), in the months my father passed away. Every sound, every sequence, every texture carries his fingerprint. Not because he made music, but because he made me love gadgets. Circuits, signals, blinking lights. He was the man who opened me up to machines and taught me how, eventually, to listen to them and use them for my craft. The name IKIGAI, a Japanese word for ''reason for being,'' found me when I was at a crossroads. The kind where you ask yourself: Why am I still here? What am I still creating for? What part of me still believes in beauty when everything feels like it's falling apart? These pieces came through slowly, on Japanese gear like Yamaha SEQTRAK, KORG, Roland -- like threads weaving a tapestry I didn't know I was making. Each track is a kind of purge... to him, to myself, to the listeners who find themselves in the in-between. The space where you're not who you were, and not yet who you're becoming. I found myself back into soundscapes and Ambient with a touch of Electronica. I weaved in sounds I captured from daily life, memories -- like the laugh of my sister. I built in silence and let the machines cry for me and let them tell the story I couldn't find the words for. IKIGAI is spacious. It's not trying to impress anyone. It's trying to just be, and hold space for all kinds of emotions. It moves like memory... slow, sacred, shifting. This release needs to be close to home, and will be released on my own imprint Distorted Waves, on the day 11.11 -- which refers to my first album that my dad had hanging up in his shed.
