If you’ve ever been in the countryside and happened to lift a larger rock that might have been laying about for a while only to find an entourage of many different insects scrambling about in awe of the existence of sunlight and wondered what music they might have been listening to in that moment, the A-side tries to explore ways of responding to such curiosities. While the B-side, to end things on a good note, offers a convenient edit of live Japanese cover version of Paul McCartney’s “Silly Love Song” along with the quintessential prelude (or interlude) to a Horse Meat Disco party with the opening monologue of Sidney Lumet’s Equus. All in all, a Swiss Army knife packed with an assortment of most likely useless tools, courtesy of DJ Dipshit.

Two of Belfast’s finest, BDK and Bobby Analog connect to create four club focused, disco house heavy hitters for Say Namm’s latest release. Channelling all the best elements of the hey days of the disco explosion, with the power of house music’s punch, to offer four peak time gems.

LNTG brings another batch of those supremely executed edits to the table, timeless tracks from the vaults given a fresh feel, extended, reworked and reloved. One side shines a light on a record that has had the resurgence of the century and on the B, two steamy disco belters.

The duo truly never misses with their deep digs and careful retouches, and this record once again delivers the goods from the mid-tempo gospel synth boogie groove of The Spirit, the burning uptempo disco fire of C U Move, the wide-smiling party hook of Teddy’s Highlife, and soulful machine-funk of Do Ya Wanna. 4 killers, no filler, straight to the bag!

M.A.D RECORDS team up with Esa Williams’s Aweh Records to bring you a truly international collaboration. Caravan laid down the beats in Australia then passed the baton to Kwaito legend Kamazu over in Cape Town who with the help of Esa Williams recorded the vocals you hear on this bumping Kwaito record.

Nick The Record returns to Natural House for his third outing, delivering three essential edits straight from his record bag to yours.
