Chicago is the promised land, four stories from where it all began featuring Gene Hunt, Ed Nine, G Marcell and Hakim Murphy.

Mutuo means feeling the same emotion, or doing the same between two or more people reciprocally. This is what inspires us to combine the wisdom of experienced artists with fresh energies from emerging ones, representing the Latin-American underground sound.

On our first release we featured young talent Lautaro Scavuzzo with Conexión EP.

Side A features "Conexión" and "Reset", 2 tracks with minimalist overtones that cut through deep, random and jazzy environments.

On the B side, an exquisite delivery by master Alan Castro. In "Conexión remix" he demonstrates his sophisticated style full of complex textures and creative compositions.

Second vinyl by our Bulgarian and Italian friends, Shosho, Peppou, Dimitri Monev, Factuaw and Fibonacci (Mr. Deka).

To its round anniversary Dizzy Tunes presents a limited Vinyl-Only 2-track release by the Cologne producer Stefan Gubatz.

Besides his engagement with the well known Acid House Act Snuff Crew, Gubatz releases jam sessions under the name Dirtbox Jams at irregular intervals. The concept demands to only use music hardware such as synthesizers, drum computers and sequencers.

The title track “Warning” is an electro monster pervaded by heavy hitting TR-808 and TB-303, which builds up an uncanny tension over its entire playing time of 10 minutes and culminates in an extatic acid excess.

On the other hand, “Saturday Night Jam” on Side B comes along more calmly but also unfolds its charming effect over a full 10 minutes. Here, Gubatz reflects on Detroit Techno virtues and reverts to the legendary sound of the TR-909 and the Juno 106. Of course, the TB-303 is not to be missed either.

A1 is brought by Oward. The French producer delivers a track full of grooves, breaks, and cheeky vocals.

A2 is by the man himself Admo. This one is a groovy tech-house cut. A lot of drums and a sick bassline.

B1 is from the man who needs no introduction, Adam Collins. Raw tech-house sound delivered on a silver platter.

B2 closing up this VA is Borren. The Dutch producer has many talents and he proves it with this UKG/Speed garage cut."

Independent label MASK returns with another untitled release featuring six innovative interpretations.
Blossoming Berlin-based imprint MASK continues to invite anonymous artists to the label, delivering quality cuts produced using analogue gear across the imprint’s trademark style of raw house, techno and ambient territories. With support from the likes of ItaloJohnson, Truncate, DJ Bone and Ryan Elliott, DATE welcomes
the arrival of six fresh, immersive cuts as they enlist yet another unknown artist to join the series.
The widely appealing package opens via the filtered loops, layered sonics and low humming frequencies of ‘A1’, whilst ‘A2’ reveals a deeper, darker cut with sharp boom bap drums, distorted tones and warped effects.
Next, ‘A3’ has an ethereal edge and explores a plethora of robust sounds, dubby chords and heady, pulsating rhythms.
On the flip, the richly euphoric ‘B1’ leads with seductive drum programming, chopped-up vocal snippets and scintillating keys that take listeners to another level. Penultimate offering ‘B2’ reveals a driving, feel-good affair before rounding out proceedings with the off-kilter, jazz-leaning and undoubtedly enrapturing soundscapes of the low-slung ‘B3’.

Your favourite vinyl-only label kicks off its 2012 discography with another episode of the Treats saga! If the previous volume were associated with straightup dancefloor goodies, Number 4 is more focused on musicianship as Session Victim, The Hints (Quarion & Jules Etienne) and Iron Curtis & Leaves pick up the instruments to compose 3 songs drenched in Funk and Soul with an undeniable 21st century House feeling! Fresh off their acclaimed The Haunted House Of House album, Session Victim fire up the ep with something that seldom occurs nowadays: the cover of a modern Dance classic! Originally released on Deeply Rooted House by the enigmatic Rootstrax, Harlequin has already achieved mythical status thanks to its amazing bassline. Clocking in at almost eight minutes, svm's version is a proper Funk workout that begins with rhodes chords, percussion, guitar melodies and saxophone licks over a long yet exciting intro. But as soon as the live bassline kicks in, you know that it's game over and that people with or without true dancing skills will sweat it out on the floor! Add to that an enigmatic vocal, some rhodes and sax riffs coming at every turn as well as a few chord changes and this piece really is the closest Session Victim have ever been to sound like a proper band.

Size 8 brings us "Size 8 003" with two delicately produced cuts and a keen eye for detail. Synth licks and a bed of pads create the perfect foundation for unmistakably tight and infectious drums alongside syncopated basslines. "Sister Synthia" acts as the after hours weapon, whilst "Raindream" brings the mystical harmonies and soulful emotions.

His interest in techno/house electronic music begins 1993. Rich clubbing experience gave him a chance to start his own production. Main source of quality electronic music were clubs and guest Djs mostly here in Zagreb. After gathering all styles together DAV came up with sound that is based on tech-house & deep-tech style influence. Background of 80's electronic music is also present in his work. As a dj he played in many Croatian & Slovenian clubs with his basic tech-house style, playing only his production . Finally in 2001 he signs for his first release in London and many of them followed. He is also a member of «Stereo Studio» crew here in Zagreb, which is the strongest promoting organisation here in Croatia. Many strong djs were included in those big «Stereo Studio» parties that he played with , like : Terry Francis, Asad Rizvi, Grant Dell, Eddie Richards, Gideon Jackson, Richard Grey, Get Fucked, Pure Science, Ian Pooley, Felver, Omar...

London-based Bread And Butter Recordings is back to serving the goods, this time with a tasty number by the always-in-shape Silat Beksi. The entitled "Special Edition" EP is the first-ever solo EP on the label, and follows four successful VA compilations that have hosted Sublee,DoubtingThomas,Costin Rp, Herck, Miroloja, Macarie, and Direkt to name a few.

Opening the games, "Just Play It!" hits hard and clean with its crispy percussions, gnarly sounds, and hefty short pads that really give a floating touch. As soon as the track goes, some bongos and extra hi-hats appear, all together into a delightful ever-evolving groove.

A2 "Hero Suit" features fluffy chords that get reverberated throughout the track, flying over a sexy and engaging bassline and tight drum patterns. Fairytale synths and overprocessed vocals join the symphony, making this one a lovely dancefloor roller.

Closing the BR005, "Jungle Meditation" sticks to its name, with the Ukrainian artist relying on his signature groovy signature sound, which this time focuses on more hypnotic moods that interlock sharply in an unpredictable or volatile manner. Proper B-side, late-night affairs.

The next two courses - BR006 & BR007 - are on the way and they will not stop surprising you. A unique and delicious sound for refined palates.

Kiria Records present the third release by Costin Rp “Feelings”. On A side we've got “Don’t know about you”, characterized on a dark line with a splendid groove thanks to the percussion, voice and melody. On side B we have “Feelings" that is a perfect track for the central part of the set, it makes crowds dance. The last track, "Sunset the toamna", thanks to its percussion, its groove and its melody, completes this amazing vinyl by detaching the listener from everything around him and by keeping him focused only on the line of the track.

The "Unusual suspect" EP is an exhibit of crafty club-oriented productions that emerged from ardb's versatile music persona.
The smooth nostalgic harmonies of the pads on "Every other day" hit as an instant classic. The name together with the repetitive sequence of the main lead both suggest the groundhog day-like phenomena we can all relate to in these pandemic times where every day feels exactly the same.

Punchy acoustic toms and jazzy ride patterns are the EP's recurrent themes and are blended very smoothly with breakbeats and robotic arps on "Reverdie".

The bassline on "Unusual suspect" is a serious tension builder that is being deconstructed into an unexpected explosive free jazz drum solo on the main breakdown making it a real weapon that you will want to carry in your bag.

Here comes the second release from Dubphone’s new vinyl imprint Seve17een. This time round we welcome August Artier to the family. The Indigo EP by August delivers two dance floor driven tracks in the company of two remixes by artists Giorgio Maulini and label head Dubphone. The 4 track EP brings a variety of sounds from more Deep house and acid to a deeper raw minimal vibe. There has been some attention lately in August with key releases on Get Physical, Kindish and his recent Kisetsu Series with 4 EP’s signed to the legendary RAWAX label. Plus his Artier Dubs series on Bandcamp focused on a more dubby side of electronic music. Currently interviewed by DJ Mag España to know a bit more about all future projects as the future is looking bright for our Australian born Ibizan based artist. His 10-year running Ibizaglobalradio show, residency at Ushuaia Tower and the legendary Hostal la Torre Ibiza all play a role to inspire this artist and his productions.
