As we mentioned before, Siamese will not just be a platform for beautiful music but should also a playground for different kinds of art. As you might have already noticed, our artworks are images of hand-crafted pieces and with this Various Artists EP we are taking things one step further. Every track gets its very own artwork and all four artworks will be included as 30x30cm sized prints inside the first run of the vinyl! The A1 cut 'Something In Between' by ourselves is starting off this EP. Right about one year ago when we worked on a first attempt of our debut album we didn't quite came to an end a few tracks stayed with us. This is one of them and we felt the intro character of it is a good way to lead into this series. A2 is delivered by our close friend and partner Lehar who teamed up with Olderic, a respected DJ, producer and promoter from north Italy who is around since quite a while (check out his Cirq club in Venice). Their contribution 'Il Sole' follows the melodic route initiated by 'Something In Between'. On the flip side we finally get the chance to introduce Shiffer, a young and very talented musician from Basel. 'Drunk On Hope' demonstrates groove, emotion, depth and much more that makes it the perfect pick for B1. Watch out for more to come from him on Siamese! Closing the EP on B2 is ‚Monkey Mind' by Toto Chiavetta. 2016 was a great year for Toto, what an awesome album on Yoruba followed by a trippy-afro-house Record on Innervisions. 'Monkey Mind' continues exactly there, straight forward Groove without any compromises.

Duo, comprising lead singer of acclaimed indie band The Kooks, Luke Pritchard and his singer-songwriter wife Ellie Rose was formed in the red hot heat of passion, echoing sounds of French pop and a heady sense of intimacy. Sharing a fondness for sixties and seventies music and with an evident musical and physical chemistry between the two of them, Duo is an all-out passion project.

‘Lolita, No!’ carries a street-funk swagger personified by Ellie’s femme-fatal characterisation. This remix package of the track comes from Don Carlos, the Italian house legend whose track Alone is a Balearic classic and who is still now revered as one of the great Italian house DJs, and new talent Sempre who is taking the raw ingredients of that scene and making it his own in a futuristic way.

Lovanda is a husband and wife team from Russia who now step up for the eighth release on the Dobro label. They link up with some of their creative friends for an eight-track outing that brings plenty of uplifting vocal sounds to the fore. 'Samolet' feat Lipelis & Liza Gromova kicks off with acid-laced happy house drums and piano-packed grooves. 'Venera' has a compelling broken beat and glassy melodies while 'Kiwi' is a deeper and warmer cut for the later hours. The flipside features four more rich and feel good house sounds that cannot fail to get things pumping.

HIPNOSIS wurde zu Beginn der 1980er Jahre von Stefano Cundari (Koto) gegründet. Er hatte auch die Idee den Vangelis – Hit “Pulstar“ zu covern . Der Titel schaffte es fast sensationell in die TOP 10 der Charts in Deutschland. Auch in Österreich und der Schweiz konnte sich „Pulstar“ in den TOP 20 platzieren.

Endlich ist das original Album aus dem Jahr 1984 wieder erhältlich. Die Vinylausgabe beeinhaltet 9 Titel inkl. der Hits “Pulstar“ und “Oxygene“ , die CD Ausgabe hat zudem noch 4 Bonustracks.

Following the fiery motion and ecstatic energy of their first release, Riga-based imprint 'Tooflie' are back for round two.

Paying tribute to 90s Eastbloc low-brow pop music, four anonymous producers are breaking new ground and breathing new life into the lipstick traces of the kitschy melodies of the era in their edits for 'Tooflie'. 'LKA' boasts galloping percussion, funktastic breaks, and infectious vocals in an epic but sensual dance floor trip. 'KFE' turns into a deep, slo-mo house jam with sharp melodies and soulful vibes.

The summer of Bridge Boots is kicking into high gear! Back at it with 2 new hot mixes of a classic vocal Caserta presents Monk.

The A Side’s Head Nod features a mid-tempo chugger with a stellar string arrangement composed by Ryan "Lucky Ry" Stockbridge himself. With the light at the end of the COVID tunnel (seemingly/hopefully) coming into focus its time to get the party started once again on the B Side. The Foot Work mix with its jackin drums, vocal chops and a rippin’ sax solo should do just the trick!

It's the date that Soul Intention Records presents, hot on the heels of the much acclaimed album release, their very first 12" single. And what a scorcher it is.

A brand new mix of "Get Into Your Life" by the legendary Tom Moulton, both full length and radio edits. Together with an extended mix of the album version.

When doing this mix, Tom said "you have no idea how much I LOVE "Get Into Your Life" ....." and regarding the finished mix "A lot of Heart went into it"

NYC's legendary SAM Records dropped the mysteriously named K.I.D.'s "Don't Stop" in 1981. It has it all - Trancey arpeggios, Vocoders & vocals trading off with each other, Brass & some heavyweight Disco drums that helped propel it forth into the hallowed category of "club classic". The record perfectly suited the open minds and open ears of discerning disc jocks in locales such as New York and Chicago where this sublime piece of electronic Disco sleaze would get plenty burn on the city's infamous WBMX thus having a huge impact, along with a whole host of other similar records, on the burgeoning house scene that was germinating in the fertile mid western soil. "B-Side" cut "Do It Again" is a pleasant enough early 80's Disco jam, but compared to the futuristic burner that is "Don't Stop" on the other side there's one clear winner. A must have for all Cosmic, Disco, Funk aficionados. Now made available again, legitimately licensed, remastered and reissued in conjunction with SAM Records New York City.

That snappy dresser Gator Boots is back in town, this time bringing Sol Power All-Stars in tow for a four tracker of unquestionable fire.

On the A, a deep, soulful house flip of an R&B classic as Sol Power All-Stars take on Brandy - Full Moon featuring keyboardist Will Rast, formerly of the Brooklyn-based legendary afrobeat band Antibalas and also of DC-based The Funk Ark. Will delivers warm chords and a blistering moog solo that works perfectly with the afro house production. Following that ‘Water Drip’ has a familiar sample, completely recontextualized into a midtempo acid-tinged chugger. Perfect for the heavy warm-ups or the late night dance floor freaks.

On the B side, no one is funkier than the J.B.s but the Sol Power All-Stars put their stamp on this groovy classic. Part bruk, part acid, all funk! And rounding it all off, a reggae disco Classique Peter Tosh - Buk in Hamm Palace gets the Sol Power treatment with added heft, percussion, and extended dub to the original. Start it from the top for the vocal or at the halfway point if you just want that deep dubby disco goodness.

NYC Disco legend Danny Krivit returns to the editing block on behalf of seminal Miami Disco powerhouse TK Disco. With 45 years in the DJ game under his belt and having played endless gigs all over the world during that time it's safe to say Mr.K knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to the re-edit thing! With unprecedented access to TK's vaults Danny has been turning in some stellar reworkings as of late and the cuts included on this latest instalment keep the quality sky high!
On the A-side Mr.K kicks off with a heavyweight edit of a stone cold b-boy / club classic! The legendary, late Ralph McDonald's (RIP) 'Jam on the groove' has long been a staple source of nourishment for hungry samplers and it's stripped back, calypso influenced percussion breakdowns have found themselves being cut up by numerous DJ's at clubs and block parties since it's original release in 1976. Here, Mr.K brings that killer breakdown right up front, rearranging the track in a way that gives us all the meat! This is a truly pared back edit, those with keen ears will recognise a wealth of samples that have been jacked from mr McDonald's drum-kit. This is one cut you can either hustle to or head-spin to! Hot, hot, hot....
The B-side see's Miami's FOXY and their 'Get off your aaah & dance' get the Mr.K editing block treatment. Kicking off with some tight drums with a heavy Latin influence this cut rolls along so smooth, giving way to a super funky pairing of guitars and flutes. FOXY are another group whose catalogue has been plundered by sample savvy producers over the years. This particular track is Disco heaven, beautifully produced and arranged, it flows along and will certainly cause some dance-floor tremors! A warm rain in August, the cool feeling of soft ice cream on the lips, golden light and tender smiles. The sweet scent of strawberries, people laughing in the backyard and autumn is already in the air. This is how the music of Bionda e Lupo feels. Joy and melancholy, warmth and goosebumps – that is “La Deutsche Vita”.

Six summers – ten songs for the double album by the Berlin couple. Lively German lyrics allowing us to immerse ourselves in the world of Gertalo, as we surf on synths in the New German Wave and refresh ourselves with a splash of cheeky Schlager pop.

Eddie Logix makes his return to Rocksteady Disco fold with this fresh new 12", 'Flight Risk'. It's a varied affair that pulls from a wide range of genres including leftfield, deep house, disco, Afrobeat, and even Balearic. Some of these tunes have already been picking up high-profile support from the likes of Leo Mas, Chris Coco and Danny Krivit - no wonder given that his last on the label sold out immediately. 'Sky Dive' is a nice loose limbed funky deep disco jam, 'Home Suite' has a superb new age flute lead and 'Missing Pixels' is a tribal Afro dancer. Lindstrom returns with his sixth studio album Everyone Else is a Stranger, and the first since 2019's On a Clear Day I Can See You Forever. The title of the album was inspired by John Cassavetes' original title for his 1984 film Love Streams, and contains four tracks of his signature chord-stacking disco epics and freeform cosmic voyages, stretching across nearly 40 minutes. An album that in many ways sums up his career, and gathers his different musical paths into one sound and one album. Where his previous album had a slower and more mellow feel, 2023's Everyone Else is a Stranger sees Lindstrom take on a much more rhythm-oriented and uptempo approach, containing tracks that fit perfect with the artist's revered live sets. That said, this album also contains the unexpected twists and turns that has become the Norwegian producer's trademark, including recordings of him playing a cheap Chinese cello and violin for the first time alongside the old Solina String-Ensemble he has used on essentially every track since his debut. Named "the king of space disco" by The New Yorker, Lindstrom has always made a virtue of his obsessive work ethic, turning his city center studio into a factory floor for churning out monster tracks. He has collaborated with the likes of Todd Terje, Prins Thomas and Todd Rundgren, has remixed a slew of acts including LCD Soundsystem, Lana del Rey, Haim, Grizzly Bear, Flume, RAC, London Grammar and more.

"You’re So Fine" is a new collaboration between the production team of Synergic Silence (José Ramón Gil, Fernando Lagreca, Sergi Elias) and Italoconnection (Paolo Gozzetti and Fred Ventura). Always with a catchy melody and lead, A side includes the original version plus a classical Italoconnection Remix. On B-side, two new talented producers from Spain, Futuro and Adrian Marth give a second
chance with a different approach to the track.

Garçon Voyage is the first single in French from Courrier Sud's upcoming EP on Délicieuse Records. The song paints a fresco of that special and unsettling moment at the beginning of a relationship when one of the two falls in love, but isn't sure if they'll be loved in return. Its rhythm is heady like a beating heart, set to a mix of minimalist synths, somewhere between Metronomy and Flavien Berger.
