A geniune collection of dubs from DATs courtesy of Downlink, slow cooked in a dusty drawer since 1997. A1 was originally released on Mosaic and stays true to the dub techno sound which defined the label while the other tracks have never seen the light of day until now. If gritty acid workouts are your cup of tea then look no further. The A side features a printed artwork from San Francisco based artist Klari Reis.

"Secret Crunch follows up with the second release, The - One Split Wonder' EP. Another record by label heads Roman Rauch and Moony Me, but this time separated on two sides.
On the RR-Side (Roman Rauch) things start off with the suspenseful intro of - Don't You Try', slowly evolving into an unstopable stomper and reaching its' peak with the artist's characteristic dusty rhode chords. - Boogie Trip' deepens the side down a bit and mesmerizes with it's soothing pad, clever vocal sampling and a wonky synthline. The - Crunchy Skit', a tropical locked groove, closes the side. The MM-Side (Moony Me) begins with the energetic and pumpy - Screwdriver', delivering a classic House feeling with its' swinging drums and bassline and euphoria will arise with the vocals in the main break. - Resig Nation' gives you a little break to relax and bounce your head to the melancholic moaning of Moony Me's MPC. For the beat heads. And finally - Love Deserter' unleashes its' chaotic power through wonky drums, precisely pitch-modulated samples and an interesting arrangement."

Pure Virgin EP, compiling 3 original tracks that were produce by Vietnamese artist "TrinhNu" during the most intense lockdown in Vietnam, is considered as a love letter to the early 90s dance music - unconventional, progressive and fearlessly fun. “A Shout Going Out” kicks off as a quasi-breakbeat House track, accompanied by the nostalgic samples. “The Cliffhanger”, inspired by European proto-Trance, offers a mystical ambience and a darker atmosphere to the club. On the other side, peak-time “Tu Nay” is the journey of ravey sounds with euphoric M1 synth-lines and classic samples. Liquid Earth guides “Tu Nay” into an orbit around a trippier and richer sphere of Tech House.

After releasing a bundle of records on differents labels as Mental Groove, Brique Rouge or RZ in the noughties, A Jackin Phreak's acid house project is now reactivated and brings to you three brand new tracks, fully acid influenced for your own pleasure.
Steps back again in the vibe of '88 second summer of love with the Chicago jackin' sound of 'Good As You', let yourself go and do the trance-dance to the acid groove of 'Addicted' then go further and loose your control with 'Pulsion'.
As you can expect, 'Good As You' EP is released as limited random color vinyl pressing and, as a complete artist's project, its full color sleeve is designed by the A Jackin Phreak's himself.

Burnski and Kelper are two of the hottest artists in the game right now - their output is relentless, and their quality is always high. It is now on the former's Constant Sound that they appear with three fresh new collaborative cuts aimed squarely at the floor. 'Follow Me' has nice hooky drum loops and subtle synth stabs under a seductive vocal. It's fun and functional in equal measure and on the flip things get more naughty with hints of a dirty speed garage bassline under 'Frequency'. The vibe flips again on closer 'Frequency' which has disco-tinged loops and more laidback groves that bring a little warmth and sunshine.

Scoville Records is making a scorching entrance into the vinyl scene with a debut release from label head and pepper connoisseur Chad Andrew. Providing an extra layer of spice to the EP, French legend D’Julz delivers a masterful rolling acid infused remix.

Label boss El Prevost makes a welcome return to No Speakers after it's been on something of a break. Thankfully the quality levels remain high here as he kicks off with 'Catastrophizing', a brilliantly bass-heavy cut with broken beats to make you sweat.

On the flip, 'Landing' has a more inward sense of reflection with its fizzing synths and deep space atmospheres making an indelible mark. Last of all, the magic of Detroit looms large with a superb remix by Motor City mainstay Kyle Hall.

His version of 'Landing' brings some jazzy melodic vibes and one of his trademark deep house and bumping grooves. This is another essential 12" from No Speakers.

Fresh new artist on the label, who has already established his name on the scene. A slowly cooked and well rounded EP from the dutch artist, where acid and emotion are the key references.

Neverdogs welcome Ray Mono and GruuvElement’s to Bamboleo Records this October to deliver their split EP entitled ‘Unsolved Smoker’.

A regular fixture amongst some of the world’s biggest line-ups, from The BPM Festival to Sunwaves and beyond, whilst releasing on notable imprints including Roush and Deeperfect, Italian duo Neverdogs added the title of label owners to their resume to open 2019, releasing material to date from Roberto Surace, Sebastian Ledher, Calvin Clarke, Manuel De Lorenzi, Matteo Gatti, Cosmin Horatiu and themselves via their Bamboleo Records imprint. For the label’s seventh release, the pairing now welcome two new names to the label in the form of rising UK talent Ray Mono, who arrives fresh from appearances on META and Moxy Muzik, and ever-impressing London based duo GruuvElement’s.

Ray Mono opens the A-side as he works bumping kicks, distorted vocal snippets and hazy pads amongst lead track ‘Mandala’, whilst ‘Unsolved’ sees the introduction of rolling percussion, low-slung grooves and snaking bleeps throughout. On the flip, GruuvElement’s introduce off-kilter synth patterns and sharp drum licks with ‘Smoker’, before rounding out the EP with ‘Shiny’, a stripped back and up-front cut fusing organic production licks and ever-evolving electronic melodies in slick fashion.

German label Bondage Music delivers the tenth instalment of its ‘Bondage Games’ series. Another vinyl only release, this time with four fresh tracks from Dachshund, Sascha Dive, Pornbugs, Markus Homm and Alex Ranerro.

Two absolute Vince Watson classics from the late '90s and early '00s, that show just how accomplished a producer he is. A double dose of some of Watson's most cherished, ethereal, Detroit-channelling cuts, that have caused euphoria on countless dancefloors since.

Re-edited and remastered for the VW20 Introspection album that celebrates Watson's first 20 years making music, this is also the first outing for 'Moments In Time' on a 12 inch.

Following the partnership between Altrimenti and Quindi for a suite of remixes of Cabaret du Ciel, the two Italian labels collaborate once again to explore three vivid versions of tracks from Woo's exquisite album Paradise In Pimlico. The verdant, delicate musicality of Woo's original material offers an abundance of riches for remixers, and the results are true to Altrimenti's stated purpose to explore and experiment in the fusion of different approaches to electronic music.

On the A side, Joseph Tagliabue offers up a snaking, psychedelically charged dancefloor vision of 'Cadenza d'Innocenza'. Milan-based Tagliabue has developed a potent sonic signature across releases for labels like Invisible Inc. and Sound Metaphors before starting his own Blue Sea Studio as an outlet for his expanding work into the field of contemporary soundtracks. That cinematic sensibility comes through in waves on this subtly trance-licked epic - a soaring set piece for the most dramatic of party situations.

On the B side, Leeway opens proceedings with his remix of 'Even More Notes'. As the founder of Wain Records and the Scram club night, the London-based producer is fostering a culture of leftfield dance music with an organic sensibility. On his interpretation of Woo, he offers up a more experimental, dub-informed strain of 4/4 club rhythms.

Completing the set, Other Lands & Linkwood join forces for their approach to 'Gold Star'. Other Lands is also known as Fudge Fingas, and alongside Linkwood he helped shape the warm, deeply rooted house sound of seminal label Firecracker Recordings. The duo's affinity for soulful musicianship and the disco roots of house music comes through in this spiralling, hazy rendition perfectly pitched at moments when a softer, more spiritual approach is needed without losing the guidance of an insistent groove.

Once again the overarching theme on this collection of remixes remains quality - a pursuit of meaningful expression, originality and open-hearted musicality. From the source material to the resulting remixes, the pursuit was a successful one.

Introducing an enormous EP from a rising star in our ever-growing scene: Wooka makes his dynamic debut on ABS, presenting a trio of original bombs ready and tested for the dance floor.

Complementing the Frenchman is the acclaimed Velvet Velour, who brings a fresh take on Wooka's, 'I Waaanna See You Dance' with an electrifying remix.

Last summer saw youANDmedelivered his “Diva 2022” mix of "PPPPP" a track that would ignite dancefloors across Ibiza and become one of the smashes of the summer in the process. The label was always certain the record was a hit and the response that followed justified their faith.

The track went on to be championed across the globe by the likes of Ame, Dixon, Matthias Tanzman and Pete Tong (Radio 1) leaving a succession of dancefloors demolished in its wake. Fast forward to 2023 and the Cult brings in a smorgasbord of house music’sfinest to breathe fresh verve into what is rapidly becoming a future house classic.First, comes the unmistakable dancefloor call of the “Diva” mix, with its fierce retro vocal and contagiously looping house sound. Its raw undeniable groove shook dancefloors for a reason the first time around and here it is to do the damage all over again. Next, house music legend Ian Pooley hops on board to serve up a delicious slab of fat analogue deepness.


A rework for the real house heads, it drenches the original vocals in reverb and creates a tough sub-laden groove bound to work deeper floors. House music’s producer of the moment Cinthie delivers a red-hot reinterpretation that ups the bpm count and zones in on the drums. The Berlin-based producer creates a colossal house-breaks crossover that is bound to tear apart dancefloors. Reese subs fill out the lows while organs deliver the original rave flavour and take the track into orbit.


Finally, Tel Aviv’s Yotam Avni turns out a remix that delivers shades of the pure old-school house with piano stabs sitting alongside deep chords before he puts his tougher-edged modern techno stamp onto it. Rhythm Cult is on a roll now returning with one of the most hyped tracks of 2022. This package delivers the goods with fresh remixes for 2023 from some of the best in the industry who are now added to the label's impressive roster.

Ki.Mi. returns to the line with a new trio of originals and a high-end remix from the inimitable Mihai Popoviciu.

A bobbing, minimal groover from the Berlin corner — haunted by its Shangaan muse in the wafting, abstract manner of their recent ECM renovations, but more dug-in and funked-up.
And icily original, brilliant work from the Bristolian — tense and bristling, tethered between a kind of arrested Highlife and a techno breakout.

Carla Durisch unveils her debut EP ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ on Crosstown Rebels, with long-standing label favourite and close friend Seth Troxler on remix duties.

An exciting name who looks set for a breakout year in 2023, DJ/producer Carla Durisch is an artist whose passion and deep- rooted understanding of electronic music led to her being marked as a talent to keep an eye on. An integral part of the Swiss electronic and club landscape through residencies at the likes of Nordstern (Basel), plus both Hive and Zukunft (Zurich), her recent explorations within the studio have seen her deep and groove-led style translate into her own productions. These explorations are on display for the very first time as she debuts on Damian Lazarus’ renowned Crosstown Rebels imprint, following appearances at Get Lost in Miami and Watergate Berlin, plus forthcoming Ibiza sets alongside the label boss this summer at Hï.

Led by the captivating words of Nanghiti and Carla’s own vocals ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ is a warping and colourful ride through rich synths, refined drums and bright stabs as it builds and descends across an engrossing near-seven-minute journey. Next, ‘Be The Thing is a stripped-back, hypnotic house effort as snaking percussion merges with sharp lead melodies and further vocal interjections.

Needing little introduction, Seth Troxler’s remix of the title cut is an example of the American at his best, fusing bubbling acid-dipped bass patterns with skittering percussion and surging synth lines for a trippy, late-night take. To close, ‘4AM’ picks up those early hours sonics as crisp claps, echoed vox snippets and dubby grooves take a hold.

Fred P back again with a dreamy 4 track EP!

The forever exploring electronical entity of a band, Gusgus, has opened yet a new era in their unique sonic multiverse. With their 12th album, the course is set to a strange mysterious place called DanceOrama. A Rave-Mall in a nostalgic future, DanceOrama is the place to be, where you can experience infinite freedom, genre and gender free. Moving from the pulsating new-wave influenced techno pop of the last album “Mobile Home” (2019), Gusgus emits the vibe of DanceOrama on their new album as an arousing, melody-rich hybrid of 80s/90s parties and raves. The 9- track album is slated for a November 10th release. The release is evenly split up in euphoric fusioned pop anthems and genre-free instrumental journeys.

Gusgus‘ last album “Mobile Home” was the later of twin albums that found the band exploring early 80’s new wave influences and reviving them in the iconic Gusgus soundscape. The highlight on the album was a pulsating techno reggae track called “Higher” that introduced a new member into the band, Margrét Rán, the lead singer of “VÖK”.

Whereas on “Mobile Home”, the concept was stationed in a rural environment of a dystopian side reality, Gusgus now moves to the city. In this city of strange discomforting future omens, DanceOrama stands out as the rave-mall of freedom. Leaving the new wave influences, this album is a strange hybrid of the 80’s and 90’s parties twisted into a genre-free blend of arousing experiences.

The album consists of 5 instrumental tracks and 4 vocal pop songs, ranging from 105-158 bpm and exploring various influences from the 80’s and 90’s and even the 70’s in a strange fusion of techno, trance, italo-disco, house and pop that emits the rawness and innocence of previous decades. The pop songs are quite strictly set as stories related to the mysteries and rumors of DanceOrama. One track in particular will be very exciting for our fans, as it has been a regular final track on our live show since the album “Arabian Horse” in 2011. This is the track “Breaking Down” that was recorded during the album “Mexico” in 2013 with “Earth” and “Högni” on vocals but, due to emotional turmoil, has never been released until now.

HARDT ANTOINE is a London based DJ producer of French and West Indian descent, who continuously combines his hugely colourful and eclectic taste in music. He has also made a name for himself with his Reculture label and club nights.

His KOMPAKT debut clearly shows why he’s one to watch in the years to come. “Nobody’s Watching” is a dark grooving beast with bending synth lines and a haunting vocal; counterbalanced with uplifting Eastern analog pads. It’s from this rare breed of tracks that shine in a frantic peak time set and sexy late night moments alike.

“All We See” follows a similar path. Its mandatory bassline and dark melody evolve into something uplifting, as if to say – ‘We always see light at the end of our tunnel’.

Radial takes a more cinematic approach and largely neglects the dancefloor in a classic KOMPAKT 3-track EP fashion, following a lovely tradition that began with Dettinger’s KOM 2 and later on spawned the Pop Ambient movement.

Hardt Antoine proves himself a jack of all trades… Keep an eye on him!

HARDT ANTOINE ist ein in London ansässiger DJ-Produzent französischer und westindischer Abstammung, der seinen äußerst farbenfrohen und vielseitigen Musikgeschmack kontinuierlich durcheinender wirbelt. Auch mit seinem Label Reculture und Clubnächten hat er sich über London hinaus einen Namen gemacht.

Sein KOMPAKT-Debüt zeigt deutlich, warum man ihn in den kommenden Jahren im Auge behalten sollte. „Nobody’s Watching“ ist ein düsteres, groovendes Biest mit verzerrten Synthielinien und einer eindringlichen Stimme; mit erhebenden östlichen Analog Pads ausbalanciert. Es ist diese seltene Art von Tracks, die in einem hektischen Peak-Time-Set und sexy Late-Night-Momenten gleichermaßen glänzen.

„All We See“ geht einen ähnlichen Weg. Die zwingende Bassline und die dunkle Melodie entwickeln sich zu etwas Erhebendem, als ob sie sagen wollten: „Wir sehen immer Licht am Ende unseres Tunnels“.

Radial verfolgt einen filmischeren Ansatz und vernachlässigt die Tanzfläche weitgehend – in klassischer KOMPAKT-3-Track-EP-Manier, einer schönen Tradition folgend, die mit Dettingers KOM 2 begann und später die Pop-Ambient-Bewegung hervorbrachte.

Hardt Antoine erweist sich als Alleskönner … Behaltet ihn im Auge!

After quite a hiatus the Ex-Kölner and semi-new-Neuköllner artist Johannes Klingebiel eventually delivers his follow-up record to his much-loved "Latewood" EP on Feines Tier. And this time he says, go big or go home! Alles oder nichts. All or nothing. The title track is probably the fastest track he ever released (he tried to slow it down a notch... didn't work!) and is overflowing with all kinds of emotions with the utmost urgency any dancefloor can achieve. When this tune is on, it really feels like everything is on the line! The a1 track Xero is more relaxed on that front, grooving and jamming away on a simple synth-pattern, which could basically go on forever if you'd just let it. The remaining original Zopf is label honcho Philipp Fein's secret favorite of the record and a piano house banger maybe not in its purest but definitely in the most Klingebiely form. Some wonky chords and tipsy high notes, what else do you need?! On the flip you'll top class remixes by Innervisions staple Marcus Worgull and Spanish up-and-comer Gullen, who put their own personal spin on two of the tunes.
