After Caposile, at the peak of his growth, now consacrate as one of the most sought and removed clubs in the Italian and world undergoing circuit, is back to release high level music, returning to pressing on vinyl in its acclaimed label the second volume of “The Sound of Garden”.

Spring 2024 deserved a release made by an exceptional cast, it will be always divided in to parts, both 12”, and it will include an incredible team of artists led by the visionary and immortal master Alex Neri, the local phenomenon known for his productions in Slow Life and Altered Circuits: Paolo Mosca, our family members and residents Twineffect and Maggio, the duo Francesco Maddalena and Manuel De Lorenzi, Lee Burton, Jamahr, Franko Lopez and Matteo Point.

A perfect mix of artists who strongly believe in the club and in what we transmit as an experience to live, these tracks are explosiveness, elegance, magnetism, each with a different facet of house music: progressive, balearic, electro, acid, this double vinyl contains everything that the dancefloor requires and it is a transposition into music of the current vibe that can be felt at After Caposile’s garden.

The first volume begins with the mastery of the multifaceted and always prolific artist Alex Neri who never makes a mistake, and even after years continues to release masterpieces, like this one: "H-Arp Odyssey", which already from the title we can imagine as an instrument takes the lead in the construction of the piece, a rush of adrenaline that immediately makes it clear what awaits us.

“Unreleased”, the track by Francesco Maddalena and Manuel De Lorenzi, is a clear representation of their way of playing that characterizes them and brings them together, and that always makes us dance, a direct groove, old school, tech-house in its most pure.

If the first two tracks get straight to the point, in side B we start with a bang with Paolo Mosca and his "Landscape", where with a maniacal arrangement, worthy of his now established name as a producer, he teleports us into a progressive world of the 90s, in Balearic style where floating pads, organs, melodies and sequenced vocals are linked to the complex and rhythmic percussive groove and the more aggressive synths.

Thus the first chapter ends with "Visions Of Disco" by Twineffect, a track where a more direct house part elegantly contrasts, which presupposes the more dance part of the piece, to then take you and envelop you in a long drop made up of a main piano and vocals that are perfect for a truly exciting moment to experience on the track.

After Caposile thus confirms itself once again in constant evolution, with an output full of new talents and sacred monsters and a European tour that continues to expand their party concept in the most important clubbing realities and the biggest festivals.

Both the first and second volumes will be released this May, ready to bring us a breath of joy and madness this summer.

Here we are with another galactic trip, this time we have the pleasure to host the sound of two different artist.

Benjamin, an Italian producer based in Florence. his two track are a mix of 90’ and new wave sounds with lovely basslines that characterize his kind of music.

The second one is 314 an Ukrainian Producer with a mystic musical timbre based on Break beat style characterized by deep sounds and spacey synthesizer.

YKW stands for You Know What, one of the most prolific parties in Los Angeles, making its debut as a record label.

First one comes from the hand of YKW family member Funk-E teaming up with Narcis for an outstanding double release EP, including a remix from Mr. Thomas Melchior ( Part 2 released soon).

Lisbon’s Larry Quest joins the Pleasure of Love crew with an impressive sonic journey of all things house, balearic, and tribal.

After releases on Delusions of Grandeur and Log Records, Quest delivers his most refined EP yet, harnessing his knack for live/analog synthesis & soulful, hypnotic grooves.

'Blue Tide' leads off the EP with a wave of pads and deep sax soulfulness before giving way to a bubbly, modular groove. 'Hold Function' finds LQ exploring a tribal, almost trance-y take on Detroit techno/house foundation. And on the title track the producer eases into a throwback mid-90s house vibe with bursts of M1 organ and Rhodes stabs.

After hot releases on Formatik and Stereo Seven Resident Siwell is back on Sphera with a big release including Remixes by Remerc (YellowTail, Stylerockets, Cocoon) and Wally Lopez (Factomania, Global Underground)

3 mixes including The Crowdpleasers 25th Anniversary Mix which are on the uplifting House vibe, the Original 1996 Mix is an Old Skool style piano track, plus The Crowdpleasers vs Lockout Bootleg Mix which is a trance monster with massive synth breaks. Lockout is Kenny Hayes.

B.I.T. Productions was set up in 1995 with the first release being the white label monster, The Crowdpleasers “I Want You To Know” which sampled Quench “Dreams”.

Over the next 5 years, the label produced tracks of varying styles: Da Fool “Meet Him At The Blue Oyster Bar” (licenced to ffrr), Quintessential “A Day To Remember”, 2 Smashing Blokes “M.F.” etc and some of the more popular tracks received DJ support from the likes of Pete Tong, Graham Gold, Stu Allan, Rob Tissera, Colin Tevendale, James Bradley, Steve Lawler, Lisa Pin-Up, Andy Farley, Lisa Lashes etc.

Following on from the 25th Anniversary release of SARASOTA “We’re Gettin’ Hot”, the next to receive the Anniversary treatment is another Northwest piano anthem, The Crowdpleasers “It’s Gonna Be Alright” which was first released in 1996 on single track white label. Now with Remixes by Miguel Sanchez & Carlos Garcia, Pianohead, Discode & 8th Day plus The Crowdpleasers vs Lockout Bootleg Mix, The Crowdpleasers Anniversary Mix as well as the Original 1996 Mix, spread across two 12”s.

Bogdan Balaban delivers a strong & techy debut remix. B-side is done by Italias finest - Luigi Giomini (part of Abnormal Boyz), Konstress (Splitsound) and Tony Matt (Phaze Records, Globox). Kicking off the sixth various artists record, ‘The Works’, on the Detroit-based Infolines label is Shaun Reeves’ ‘Playground’. The co-founding member of the Visionquest project utilises a low-slung groove with snaking, sizzling hats above while mysterious bell-like keys toll in the background. Up next, Infolines label founder ADMN and Aran Daniels, one-half of the Remote Viewing Party alias who featured on the previous Infolines VA, team up for ‘50 Gallon Drums’, a wonky trip boasting wild and whirring percussion in an infectious drunken groove working perfectly alongside crunchy synth-lines.
"Cranberry, extra ice. IYKYK" - Infolines On the B-side, the anonymous Bendersnatch returns to Infolines with ‘Doppler’, taking us deep under the waves for a submarine expedition. The sonar bleeps among electrifying zaps, a steady techno beat leading the way. Closing out this fantastic next instalment on the Infolines label is Snack Time founder Gino, who brings us ‘Bonedog’, finishing the release on a high with psychedelic synth elements and an iconic, earworm vocal over a slick groove - secret weapon energy!

A new chapter of the 90's label Air Trance communication, with 2 original tracks made by Francesco Farfa, including remixes from Domenico Rosa and Roberto Manolio.

Celebrating 25 years as a recording artist and 15 years of his label Lazy Days Recordings, Fred Everything teams up with House Legend Robert Owens on ‘I’ll Take You In’. The track was recorded late last year when Robert was invited to perform with Fred in Montreal during a special event by Phil Collins (the artist not the singer!). The event was related to the art installation Bring Down The Walls, which examined racial injustice and the prison industrial complex in the US and Canada, through the unconventional lens of house music.

Robert Owens needs no introduction of course, being the voice behind so many House Classics such as ‘I’ll Be Your Friend’, ‘Mystery of Love’ and of course ‘Bring Down The Walls’. The song was written the night before the studio session after meeting with Fred for the first time.

It all came together naturally and has all the elements of a modern House Classic. Bouncy beats, rich chords and a driven bassline but most important : a song with a positive message and purpose deeply rooted in the tradition of this music we call House. On top of the Classic mix, there are 2 BTDW (Bring Down The Walls) versions, more stripped down, inspired by the event that made it possible.

The choice of Remixer was easy, calling on one of his best friend and longest collaborator Martin ‘Atjazz’ Iveson who also collaborated with Robert in the past. Off the heels of his recent #1 remix of St-Germain ‘Rose Rouge’, he brought is A-Game incorporating a latin vibe with a quirk, thanks to his modulars and Moogs rig. Atjazz can do no wrong when it’s time to rework a nice song. A true master with a unique vision and dedication to sound.

Balance is restored – melody intact – with three tracks of stark machine work from Jump Source. Robust stabs, polyrhythmic confusion, tearjerking pads; the two laid it all down, with some aid from their confidant Sabola on “Tonearm Extender”.

To celebrate the 20 year anniversary of this seminal dance record we have enlisted the help of remixer Paul Woolford, grammy nominated producer, remixer, songwriter. In the early 2000s, Layo & Bushwacka! recorded the track "Love Story", sampling a bassline from punk band Devo, and vocal from Nina Simone"s "Rags & Old Iron". The track became an anthem at the DJ duo"s residency at "The End" club whilst a version became a club hit and a top 10 single in the UK charts when released in January 2003.

MOR003 is the third release of the swiss label "Mormorio Records" and comes with 2 dubby tunes by Mjulev and remixes by Vern & Mikhu. Full cover art, 180g, colored vinyl, limited copies.

Vessel Recordings Group is a new label from the United States and kicks off with Natural Rhythm aka the duo of Thomas White and Pete Williams. They have been working since the 90s on their own brand of house and as this EP shows it is stylish, rooted in tradition but full of contemporary designs. 'Jillybean' is raw, stripped back and perfect for backrooms. 'The Chase' is a slamming cut that pushes on with classic vocal samples twisted into something new, and great swing. 'Son Of Orange' is another lo-fi, high-class house sound with real weight and machine soul and 'Pocket Ops' closes out with dubby techno energy. A fantastic, no-frills EP to get this label underway.

"Synchronicity" being the label's first EP, it had to convey its DNA. Musically, it's a record that combines both dancefloor and mental elements, with one side oriented towards Electro and the other being deeper and more minimal. Its predominant color is red, like the first chakra, representing beginnings, vital force, and materialization. The overall result creates an intense, vibrant, and profound debut record.

Mood Child label owners Sirus Hood and Manda Moor curate a sonic journey featuring global talent as they proudly present their latest compilation, ‘Various Moods’. A kaleidoscope of experiences, the release showcases six tracks from diverse artists, each contributing their unique vibe to this eclectic musical package.

Hailing from Brazil, Wayne Le’s ‘This is How’ pays homage to the origins of electronic music with a rolling bassline and a vocal tribute to classic Roland machines, the 808 and the 303. The track’s energy crescendos, making it a highly sought-after ID. Spanish duo Fourth Phase brings ‘WTF’ to the compilation, a groovy masterpiece characterized by 909 drums, a massive bassline, and a playful vocal, reminiscent of the 90s. From Curitiba, Brazil, guerrA. presents ‘Storno’, a fast-paced old-school beat that weaves chopped vocals from a rap DJ tool into a groove enriched with analog drums and a powerful bass sound.

A fusion of French and Taiwanese influences, Nathan Alzon’s ‘Flashback’ captures the essence of a new beginning. The track features a vocal saying “take me away”, blending seamlessly with the groovy sound characteristic of Alzon’s productions. Representing Mexico, Gama delivers ‘Tatata’, an explosion of Latin percussive elements blended with a hypnotizing groove. Inspired by his hometown Cancún, Gama experiments with new rhythms and sounds, infusing a significant Latin influence into the track. Marseille’s Malikk, known for his releases on Hot Creations and Hottrax, collaborates with Palermo-based Side B. The duo draws inspiration from '80s disco, funky, soul, and retro movies, crafting ‘How I Feel’ with punchy drums, a heavy bassline, and unique grooves.

Ireland’s Andrew Azara offers up his ‘Right On Time’ EP via Cécille this May, comprised of four original compositions.

Dublin born, now Barcelona based, Andrew Azara has been steadily unveiling his twist on soul-infused house music since 2017 with releases on a number of leading labels in the field such as elrow, ORIGINS, Politics Of Dancing, Moscow and Moan among others. Here Azara adds another notable imprint to his affiliations, joining the roster of Cécille Records, a home for music from the likes of label co-founder Nick Curly, Butch, Sidney Charles, Leon and many more.

‘Get It Up’ opens and sees Andrew offer up saturated organic drum grooves and weighty sub bass lines with an amalgamation of filtered synth licks, vocal chants, dubbed out stab sequences and tension building strings. ‘Mardigra’ follows and embraces a more classic house feel with a swinging rhythm section and bumpy stab led bass groove in combination with gritty stabs and intricately processed vocal cuts.

‘De Crezy’ kicks off the flip-side with a funk-infused walking bass line, dynamically evolving percussion and a subtly unfurling atmospheric tension throughout. Title- cut ‘Right On Time’ then concludes the EP, fusing skippy drums and murky sub bass swells with hazy chords, airy strings and oscillating resonant synth flutters.

Back on tracks with a split vinyl for deep dance loving hess-publicans. French artists Arnaud is Dancing, Maelita and Solma share the wax, gathered by a common passion for melancholic yet punchy prog-infused beats. Limited copies, unlimited power.

Italian producer duo 'Crossroads' are back 10 years after their first release.
Inspired by classic R&B, Disco and Neo-Soul they have had the knack of finding talented unsigned vocalists from all over the globe to feature on their tracks. This time around, the Italian singer Raffaella Zago covers a super soulful track originally composed in the 70's by the disco-soul duo Grey & Hanks.
'If You're In Need' is the perfect link between original 70's disco to contemporary soulful nu-disco, mixing live instruments with modern rhythms and synths. The b-side starts with a more uptempo remix by French DJ and producer Young Pulse, who is set to establish himself as one of the best remixers in the contemporary disco scene. Last but not least 'Call Me Dub' pays more attention to the instrumental parts of the track taking you on a deeper journey into the whole song.

Producer Flood and singer Orchyds whose musical connection goes back quite some time are releasing their self-titled debut as “Crush Hour“ on Hanover’s Kein Rauch Ohne Feuer imprint. On its ¦rst 12’’ the duo showcases its distinct approach to house music while at the same time exploring the highs and the lows, the warmth and the cold, the proximity and the distance a relationship can offer. Both “Midas“ and “Too Much/Not Enough“ work as functional dance§oor gems with a pinch of pop appeal while the break centered “Wrong“ will pull you down deeper below the surface. On the B-side, Crush Hour’s good friend nosh then delivers a garage-infused remix of “Too Much/Not Enough“ which combines groove and atmosphere in a sublime way.
