No Waves return for its 5th release by 2Vilas including a remix from Monika Ross.

The release starts off with Wolfhart, a stripped back groove and exquisitely delayed elements will sure get things going.

Next up is Ording, named after a city in northeast Germany, its dubbed infused chords will take you on an expansive mind trip.

The boys from Politics Of Dancing Records launch their new imprint, P.O.D CRXSS. It's a label of collaborations, of paths crossed, It's about friendship, having fun making music with each other. The first release is understandably done by parisian artists, as Djebali, Franck Roger and Politics Of Dancing have been long time friends, deejaying together for years. The result is two quality deep house tracks, cut for dance floors, one track pressed on each side of the vinyl for maximum dynamics and dj friendly use. Friends, music and party, that's what it's all about.

Albion boys are back with their 9th installment, this time from relative newcomer on the french minimal scene Gab Jr.

Sebastian Mullaert is well known for his work as one half of the highly respected Swedish duo Minilogue, responsible for killer releases for the likes of Cocoon, Crosstown Rebels and Wagon Repair, alongside breathtaking live shows as a solo outfit as well as their joint live act with Matthew Jonson.
Working from the idilic setting of the mystical Swedish forest, Sebastian Mullaert has has been making serious waves on his solo artist journey, lending his signature hypnotic sound to labels like Mule Musiq, Drumcode, Minus, Kontra-Musik and Ovum. His one of a kind spellbinding live show is illuminating the world's finest stages such as Panorama Bar - Berlin, Concrete - Paris, Fabric - London, Labyrinth Festival - Japan, Black Market - NYC to name a few and can be witnessed on his recent Boiler Room and XLR8R sessions.
At nearly 13 tantric minutes long, 'Windmaker' bubbles and teases with freestyle keys with an almost Middle Eastern flavour, as Mullaert plays snake charmer to his machines, coaxing out deft melodies, airy cymbals and on point beats and percussion. It's a track to completely get lost in, crafted with fine sonics and a gloss that only an artist like Mullaert can achieve with ease. The enigmatic Ukranian producer, Vakula, is drafted in to give a re-interpretation of 'Windmaker', edgy phased stabs puncture the minimal techno beat, bouncing and reverberating off the kick drum to create a glorious wall of dubby sound that compliments the original mix a treat. Vakula has always impressed with his creative and original music for labels like Firecracker, Dekmantel and his own Leleka imprint, so it's a privilege to have him remix on Hypercolour.

EWax reaches it's 10th release and first for 2019 featuring original tracks from Italian based collaboration Alex Ground & Jamahr and a remix from the very talented Jorge Savoretti

Hector's Vatos Locos Recordings returns with the label boss himself joining forces with VL family, David GTronic.

Unravelling across 10 minutes, 'Holding On' opens up this three tracker, offering a deep journey through the minimal grooves that Vatos Lacos is becoming a go-to label for. Surging kicks and crisp hats lay the groundwork for expansive undertones and sweeping pads, layered up with modulated stabs that delve into the depths of the track's melancholic makeup.

Taking to the flip, 'Gabacho' follows with an immersive roller coupling a rumbling, big room kick with glitched out synthwork and overdriven vocals that twist and turn with crunched up hits. It's lo-fi, sci-fi, set to take listeners to another dimension.

Closing out the EP, 'Villa Kubu' probes even deeper with menacing pads thundering in the background as crisp percussion cuts through to the fore. Erie and ominous in equal parts, it never loses that sure-fire groove that Hector and David make looks so effortless in their programming.

Jack's House Recordings is back with another instalment of the Jacks Tracks VA series. Previous releases have included artists such as Alex Arnout, Terry Francis, Tuccillo, James Dexter and 2VILAS. Instalment number 3 features 4 great artists feat Rich Nxt, Politics Of Dancing, Julenn and Legit Trip.
First up is Rich NxT from the UK with a dark rolling number with a quirky melody coming in and out of the arrangement with subtle drum n bass influences also coming through.
Next up on the A side are popular duo from France, Politics Of Dancing with a solid house track that grooves all the way through carried along by a strong baseline and stabs.
On the B side, Julenn (also from France) who launched his first track with the imprint, is back with another brilliant slightly jackin influenced track full of punch, drive, busy percussion and some celebratory vocal snippets popping up in the breakdown
Last but by no means least, the talented Legit Trip from Russia with Djedai. This super cool understated minimal house track will have you head nodding from the start to the end and has a interesting Russian spoken vocal ! This track definitely is the definition of less is more, and this one will stay in your head.

"20/20 Vision's was founded on the idea of 'perfect sight'. We wanted people to have a clear vision of music. A big part of that musical vision was our influences from the origins of Electro music - from the original Electro Pop pioneers Kraftwerk and Yello to more experimental laboratories of Raymond Scott, Tomita, Wendy Carlos and the BBC Radiophonic workshop. We also loved the next wave of Electro from Detroit brought by Juan Atkins and Cybotron. All the early 20/20 Vision output was produced at Farmhouse Studios by Carl Finlow, who went on to record as Random Factor, Voice Stealer and Silicon Scally. Now that output is regarded as classic Electro. It now seems like a great moment again to dive back into the deep and find the next generation of electro artists... Welcome Chris Roman aka 214 with the 'Ingalls Way', a record filled with the kind of creativity and production skills we have become accustomed to with his music over the years. After previous outings on electro institutions Frustrated Funk and Central Processing Unit, 214 now appears for the first time on 20/20 Vision. From the atmospheric tones of 'Potential Events', the manic energy of 'Windeye' and the deeper grooves of 'Back To Sine', it's an EP that leaves no stone unturned in the intergalactic sonic quest. On remix duties we have none other than Keith Tenniswood aka Radioactive Man, who also makes his first appearance on the label. Along with his work as Two Lone Swordsmen with Andrew Weatherall, Keith and his Radioactive output is generally regarded in the upper echelons of British electronic music and we're really excited to have him feature on the label. Following the truly epic and immersive opus 'Trinidad' last year, Ezikiel returns to AJ Christou's Celesta with sense-surging transglobal trip. Destination: southeast Europe, please welcome 'The Woman From Balkan'.... Gradually measured and comfortably off grid, there's a welcoming openness to the groove before the string bass twangs and lolls in the cavernous spaces among the rhythmic elements. Piece by piece the puzzle forms before the full vocal and gadulka strings swoon in and sweep you away in a Balkan sunset...

Remix wise Ezikiel's long-time friend Luciano saddles up for an equally mesmerizing ride into the mountains. Easing us in with dusky atmospherics and soft breaks he gently brings in the night as more instruments are drawn out across the eight and a half minutes. Piqued with progressive, starlit charm, it comes in both a full floor-bound version and a hypnotic, rolling percussive dub. Hot creative wAFF takes the controls for the final leg of our Balkan sojourn. A more direct, soul stirring perspective, here he navigates us with a warm jacking beat that's relentlessly robust but still spacious enough for wild strands of percussion to whip around it. With great dynamic switches between the full vocal and strings then suddenly dropping to a naked bassline, this is one of wAFF's more charming floor burners to date. In fact that's the name of the next track by promising debutant Florian Hollerith. 'Ohrenzirkus' amazes with a bone-dry bass drum accompanied by an insect squadron and atonal orchestra horns. Little wonder that this bold homage with its sonic claim to immortality also takes pride of place on Sven Väth's 'Sound of the 19th Season". Geneva based, Cadenza producer Quenum then reels in the acoustic madness with the elegant, metallic percussion of 'Blue Mountain", while Croatian mastermind Petar Dundov takes the listener into a highly emotional state of weightlessness with the typically anthemic 'Pyroelectric". Next, Systematic label boss Marc Romboy scores with 'Sequential Error", a perpetually growing ball of energy that lights the way to the dance floor. Mihai Popescu aka MP returns at Metereze to pursuit his electronic explorations under Niste Treaba series, chapter 2.2.

This chapter goes beyond your usual 4/4 cup of tea, panning the groove between the persistent lo-fi theme, found throughout the whole release, and MP's signature basslines.
The two record sides mirror each other to perfection: as Infusion and DE go deep into the warm feelings triggered by the housier vibes, the melodic pulses from Phy Ness and
Trem get muffled behind the bassline groove to deliver a darker image of the same somehow nostalgic theme.

Suitable for those of us that seek comfort on a late morning packed dance floor, Niste Treaba 2.2 adds another piece to MP's out of the ordinary appearance.

We are excited to present to you the very first feeder sound vinyl-only release, a colourful 140g pressing titled "Suflet Prezent" signed by the local producer and DJ Adrian Dragut aka Dragutesku. This moment marks another important achievement for the feeder.ro platform, which connects the local and international artists with and an insightful audience, for over 14 years.

Stemming from the same passion for electronic music that created the weekly feeder sound series, the review column, as well as the possibility for renowned or emerging artists to contribute to the platform on their own. After almost three years of collaborating with deejay.de, our publishing schedule consists of weekly EP, LP or VA reviews, coming from artists from all over the world, with a focus on the Romanian scene. Investigating the contemporary local culture we came across a lot of groovy sounds, mysterious rhythms and beautiful compositions, coming from more or lesser-known artists.

This first release is a statement to the amazing possibilities that the local scene has reached, by delivering outstanding house or techno-driven rhythms to the world. It was not easy to select the artist and the tracks for this first publishing, as we listened to a lot of music coming from everywhere, yet one of our purposes is to identify and promote talents with a vision that stands out.
Dragutesku Is an artist emerging from the uncanny local scene who allows his music to speak for him. On many occasions, he was our guest on feeder.ro featuring his music and creations in the EP review column and the feeder sound series.
With this release, his discography now counts ten titles and includes collaborations with imprints like Fapte Records, Tupiar Records, Modeight, Body Parts, Mood 24, Parama and Perception Dub. He is also the one behind the amazing DRG Series and a part of the Masivarium project. His track "Fonetic" premiered the release of Visions EP, a Various Artists selection coming from the freshly founded imprint Unic, and was published exclusively on feeder sound. Delivering a unique sound, Dragutesku's rhythms are always immersive and intricate, as well as groovy and balanced.
"Suflet Prezent" features three mesmerizing tracks delivered on quality wax mastered by TIJN and packed in a full cover designed by feeder.ro, incorporating a painting by Anita Frâncu and feeder artwork elements by Tokyotoys.
